You come to Scripture to analyze it, and find it analyzing you. Hebrews 4:12 says God's word is living, and it reaches places no one else can, telling the truth about your heart. "Is God still speaking to me?" You learn His voice the way you'd know a loved one's voice on a saved voicemail: by spending years near it, not by chasing signs. A terrified passenger, a pilot slumped over, and a voice on the radio he can't see: listen, do what I say, and I'll bring you through. That's Isaiah 30.
