Naším dnešním tématem je nebezpečné a často u lidí podceňované onemocnění Lymská borelióza. Právě Veronika Navrátilová byla hlavní výzkumnicí v projektu Podpory kvality života osob s onemocněním Lymskou boreliózou. V rámci projektu vznikly stránky www.hovoryozdravi.cz, kde najdete jednotlivé příběhy lidí s tímto onemocněním.
V dnešním povídání si více přiblížíme onemocnění, jak se mu pokusit předejít a kam ve světovém měřítku patří Česká republika v počtu nemocných. Podíváme se na vývoj vakcíny a jak správně předejít přisátí klíštěte na našem těle nebo jak se správně a efektivně zbavit přisátého klíštěte.
Mgr. Veronika Navrátilová vystudovala sociologii, přednášela na Karlově Univerzitě v Praze a nyní spolupracuje s Institutem sociálního zdraví OUSHI na Univerzitě Palackého v Olomouci.
