Artist, Mom, and Entrepreneur; Sharing what has helped me overcome obstacles in all the areas of my health, my body, mind, and spirit.
In this weeks episode I was able to get my hubby on and give his point of view. He's logical and very straight to the point with how he felt with this entire project. His heart is happy and feels very fulfilled with having done this for his mom and brother. We're very proud of this project. And who knows, maybe there will be more in the future.

How do you handle unexpected situations?
In this episode, we really had to roll with the punches and take things with a grain of salt. House renovations are not made for everyone to experience. I really feel that you have to have and optimistic outlook on the entire process and just understand that construction will always come with non realistic timelines.

When you think of renovations and redoing or revamping a house, does the thought of getting emotional even cross your mind?
Today's episode expresses that on a roller-coaster of emotions. The sense of overwhelm, gratitude, stress, and happiness comes with all of it. We decided that it would be the best decision to take on the project of basically giving my mother-in-law a brand new house. With her health not be...
My peeps! It's been a minute since yours truly has shared any updates on here.
So, when was that time you realized that you needed to pivot because even though you had set a goal to do something specific before the year was over, reality hit and your goal had to change?
This is the realization I had over this last month and a half. While it doesn't mean that I'm putting myself last, it just means that I'm in a season ...
Was there ever a time where you felt that you needed to add just one more thing to your plate?
At the beginning of this year, I felt that I really needed to make a very intentional change in my daily life and get a part time job. And as great as that sounded, there was this very quiet part of me that just made me feel like I was really doing it for someone other than myself.
In today's episode, I realized, that with s...
How often do you feel like you are drowning, when you're trying to handle what life is throwing your way??
Literally me in this week's episode... I felt like I was working through a hangover from the previous week. Then trying to keep my head on straight when I'm doing mom duties. All while renovating my mother in laws home. It wasn't easy and in the present moment, I've managed to create a better perspective on the ...
When was the last time you sat in stillness without distractions and felt?
This week's episode is the first of my Lent series. While it may be a religious practice, I do it for spiritual reasons and connection with myself. During this first week of lent, I discovered how easy it is to become disconnected from listening to our body and all of the crap we hold on to.
It was really an experience where I kind of foreshado...
How often are you letting your intrusive thoughts win?? And how many times does that lead to you having a disagreement about something that was never that big of a deal anyway??
If you can agree that, that has been you, you're not alone. In today's episode, I'm sharing with you guys about exactly that. This time it was my hubby who let his thoughts or what he perceived to be a fact, win. A few days ago, that was me. ...
How often do you push through the feeling of being tired? Either physically, emotionally, or mentally?
Well, if you're being honest with yourself, it's probably more often than you care to admit. In today's episode, I'm sharing with you guys just how doing that can affect your health. This happened to me in November of 2025 and it triggered one of the most awful vertigo episodes I'd endured.
I also talk about wh...
How many of you have school-aged kids??
If you do, or maybe they've aged out, or maybe they're still little babies and it's too far out in the future, this episode is for you.
Today's episode is for a moment in time when we, as parents, see how quickly our children grow up. It's an awakening that sometimes we rush through life, filling our schedules with all of the activities under the sun but how much of that t...
Does your husband take care of himself? Does he put enough effort into his own well-being?
This week's episode is about our hubby's. I wanted to share my personal story with how I see just how difficult it can be at times for Robert (hubby) to give himself the time of day to actually focus on his needs and desires. I feel that because he's the provider in our home, that as long as everyone else around him is taken ca...
Do you guys ever really take advantage of your time here?
This weeks episode will take you guys down the last 10 years of my life (in the quickest way possible) to share how I refocused to make the changes where they continue to serve me today.
I feel like we don't fully understand how much power we have in order to mold our realities. Sometimes we need to go backwards in a way where we can see just how much we have a...
How many times have you felt wrong or a little guilty for not wanting to "mom" at times?
Trust me that I get it. I also get that we're just humans. Yes, we were blessed enough to have kids and also we're just trying to make sure we're doing the best we can as parents. Don't ever feel like you're alone in these very natural and normal feelings.
Today's episode is really me having some real and intrusive thoughts ...
It's been a minute and a half since I've shared any life updates with you guys. This episode is short and and intro to some of what this season holds. Thank you to anyone and everyone who's still on this podcast journey with me. It truly means a lot to be able to share this part of my life with you!

Are there certain times in the year that you maybe feel triggered more? Whether it be emotional or mental?
For the last 10 years The month of September has always felt very emotionally triggering. Some years it feels more intense than others. This year has been, well, not so bad. Earlier this week though, the floodgates opened and I knew that I needed to do some processing.
In this episode you'll get just ...
Have you ever experienced a full circle moment? Did you recognize it? We're you able to embrace it?
In this concluding Season 3 episode, I was very blessed with experiencing a moment like this. I faced very nerve wrecking situations that I had consciously or subconsciously been avoiding, well because, #scared. I'm not embarrassed to admit that to anyone anymore. Nor do I feel shame for feeling this way, for this long...
Have you ever sat and wondered how much your past affects your current health status???
Well my peeps, if you know me, you know I do this probably more than necessary... and I know it lol! So hear me out when I say that where your health is today could be a side effect of how you chose to either care for yourself way back when, or childhood experiences that changed some core beliefs.
In this weeks episode, I tal...
When you think you're doing all the right things to help yourself "heal" and you realize you have probably missed the mark. I'm sure I'm not the only one, am I right??
In this episode, I'm literally talking through the thoughts and feelings I had as my bloodwork results started to trickle in. I know for sure that I'm not the only one who does this, but it's unfortunately a part of my many traits, and that is the feel...
My Peeps!! 40 days of lent. When you're expectations of yourself leaves a lot to desire. Has that happened to you??
In this final episode, of the Lent Series I shared with you guys, feels very anticlimactic. I felt that I could have been more intentional with the signals my body was giving. Instead, what happened was what always happens, I get in my own way and put others before myself and unfortunately it affected m...
Three weeks into this detox, and it's not just my body that's reacting; it's my emotions, my expectations, and some deep-rooted control patterns I didn't expect to face.
In this episode, I open up about feeling overwhelmed, revisiting therapy, letting go of my kids' schedule, and how childhood trauma has quietly shaped the pressure I put on myself. This is about more than just health--it's about healing
