Speaker 1 (00:09):
Welcome back to the nerdy news you need to know
throughout the week on Iheartrady.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Went badodcast services around the world.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Because my name's Hoddy.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
That's Teddy, and you're officially listening to this Thursday so.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
Episode of What.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
Teddy Crisis on Infinite Podcast.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
Good Boy, good boy, you did good, You.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
Did good, You did good. More things we should film Teddy.
I don't know if it's a howl, it's a screech,
or it's a jubilee whatever he does the crisis yelp.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
I don't know what it is. Film that post on
social I don't know because I feel like I think
it's a good thing.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
I mean, you guys, let me know. Is it actually
a good thing that Teddy is doing that? Let me know,
and then we'll stop having Teddy be in the room, I.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
Guess, unless we absolutely don't have to. But it is
a solo doll episode.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
Like I just said, Kevin is unfortunately out his daughter,
his now one year old daughter, Kira, is unfortunately sick.
That's what happens when you get a birthday party at
that age, someone's bound to get sick, and it was Kira.
So Kevin had to go work a little bit later
today because you know how to hang out with kids
and do you know that parent swap as one does
when you have multiple kids and you both.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
Work chops, which is totally okay.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
But you know, luckily he missed out on the one day.
Unfortunately for him, but luckily for me. It's a jam
pack show today because we are talking about the Fantastic
four First Steps trailer and the Jurassic World rebirth trailer
which came out today, and we'll see which one was better.
Should one have done something else? Should one have done that? Well,
we'll see and talk about that. Plus we're talking about

(01:44):
the next three episodes of Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider Man,
which off the rip is delivering the goods. So even
if you don't make it that part which will be
that end of this episode door so you can avoid spoilers,
watch it. I know there's ten episodes total. We get
three next week and two in two weeks.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
It's been real good.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
It's it is a joy, and I'm excited to see
where that journey goes with the Spider Man series on
Disney Plus. Right now, but you can see everything we're
talking about today and so much more. By going to
Hot ninety nine to five dot com slash Christis Crew,
or it could stay up to date with that nerdy
news you need to know at Infinite.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
Underscore Pods on the Instagram ordi x go and give
it to you. And the fun thing is, you know.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
Maybe you're listening to the audio version of this podcast
and you hear Teddy's yowls and yelps and.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
Like, hmm, what does Teddy look like or what does
Hoodie look like?

Speaker 2 (02:31):
Well you can do that by going to twitch dot
tv or YouTube dot com slash Infinite Underscore Pods. You
can currently see, uh, is that Lamb.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Chop right, Teddy? Is that Lamb Chop behind us? That's
Lamb Chop Lamb Chop toy dog right?

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Uh yeah, the Lamb Chop toy is Teddy said he
wants Lamb Chop and not himself, but his Lamb Chop
toy can be in the background in front of BDS
one and all that good stuff and so much more.
Plus the cool thing is with the video version of
the pot you can go back and just see, like,
what's Kevin pre Kira, Here's a Leah appearance, Here's a
more appearance, and see what all the fun characters in

(03:08):
our lives look like as they make an appearances. We'll
get Alicia on here in one of these days. In
the video version of the podcast, just you wait. Yeah,
Jamie Perry in the chat. Thank you appreciate it. We
love it when you guys are in the chat, even
if you aren't. If you can't be on the Twitch
when we record the podcast live, leave a comment. We'd
really love just interact with you guys, just see you
know how long you guys have been listening, Maybe you've

(03:29):
been watching, have been with us since we've done the
Flash and Arrow days, Did you join when we did Marvel,
or maybe you just joined this year.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
We'd love to know that and just kind of it's
a good little gut check for us as well.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
But normally we usually start the podcast with what You're doing,
where we talk about the shows and games, shows and movies.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
We've been watching, games, we've been playing, lives, we've been living.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
Kevin isn't here, so threw me off. But because he
isn't here, yeah boy gets to go first and.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Solo because Teddy pretty much watches and interacts with them.
I do.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
But yeah, it's been a fun week in Costa Day,
Hoodie and more. Our water heater was off for like
a day and a half for some wild reason because
apparently the apartment above us their water heater was leaking
onto the first floor but wasn't leaking onto our floor.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
We're on the second floor. Doesn't make sense at all,
but because it was happening, they had to come look
at our water heater turn it off, I guess the
other day, and they forgot to turn it back on.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
So we had cold shower yesterday, which, let me tell you,
cold shower at four in the morning before going on
to the morning show. That is not a good time,
not a good time at all. But luckily it's fixed,
so we get to enjoy warm water and all that
good stuff.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
But on top of that, just kind of watching Wise.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
More and I we caught up on Ghosts. We've talked
about that. Seven obviously got a new episode this week.
Beast Games.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
I didn't talk about that on Monday's episode, but let
me just text more real quick.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
But Beast Game has kind of been like a little
bit of a bus towards the end of the episode,
end of the season, I guess you can say, or whatever,
because all the people you kind of want to make
it to the final they eliminated, just because most of the
Mister Beast Games are kind of kind of random eliminations
more than anything, because they kind of have to be
to be a little equal and fair to having people

(05:23):
from being like eighteen to eighty seven or something like that.
I don't think there's any eighty seven year olds on
there now, but it makes sense to that degree. But
also now it's like there's no one fun, no launch,
and they're like, oh, I knew this guy the entire time,
So maybe that's something they'll learn for Beast Game season two.
I don't know if it's been renewed yet, but if
it does happen, that'll be interesting to tell. I think

(05:46):
the other thing is get rid of kind of the
YouTube cuts you know, we don't need, we don't need,
oh go here subscribe kind of add inside an episode.
I think if you did something different, it could work,
But who knows. Maybe let's say it was prime.

Speaker 1 (06:00):
Likes, but overall I think it was good. I think
now it's just at the point of like, all right,
I see where we're going here.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
I bet if you don't have prime video, which most
likely do. Yeah, Solo Dolo today Nintendo, Mike. But if
you don't have Prime Video, you could probably watch most
of the Beast games on YouTube, probably like in a
month when he's like, I got no contently post videos
up there, so I could go film videos elsewhere. It
is interesting too with the Mister Beast games that he

(06:27):
actually uses the eliminated contestants he used them for like
another game for that he shoots he shot on the offhand,
which is good to recycle that and good.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
For people to win money.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
But but a while time, nonetheless, And then on top
of that, your boy has been watching Dragon Ball z Kai.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
I'm almost done.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
I think I have like seventeen episodes left. I'm full
in Super Boo right now where he the lookout will
never be the same. I'll say that Gohan just popped
back up, and I'm excited because I know bits and
pieces of the boost. I think because I never played
like you see Goku three or whatever was called. I

(07:04):
think it was something different after like se Goku two
back in the day on GBA. But the boosaga, I'm like, oh,
I know bits and pieces of so it's been cool
to like pick it up and know everything.

Speaker 1 (07:15):
We're gonna get to kid boo. We'll get to that
in a hot second.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
And then I'm excited to just start super because I
know the thing is with the dragon Ball franchise to
a degree.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
I know there's varying thoughts on this.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
Most of the movies aren't like Cannon, so like Broley
technically isn't Cannon. I know, I haven't watched Dragon Ball Super.
I know you pop up in there, so we'll get there.
We'll get there, but we just cool to finally like
hear all this talk of dragon Ball Super and now
finally get to watch it, see who Jering is and
all that good stuff, and just catch up, you know,
have a good time. And I think it'd be cool

(07:46):
because then I can really play Dragon Ball Sparking Zero,
which mister ic V still hasn't hasn't given me back
because it's son Max wanted to play it, and I
can really learn I know all the characters, like I know,
I think.

Speaker 1 (07:57):
It's Deborah, right, Debora dragon Ball dB Yeah, Debor. I
don't know who the hell I was. I was like,
that's a demon man, but no, no, you know, it's
a fun time. So I'm excited for that.

Speaker 2 (08:09):
If you are tempted, I think maybe just watch a
recap video for the original dragon Ball and then go
into Kai. There it is a lot of episodes, but
you know, when you're in that little like, you know,
that last mile of a marathon, at least for Dragon
Balls Ze Kai, you're like, all right, we're almost there.
Then we got Super which is a whole different beast,
you know, saying, and then that's really it. More and

(08:33):
I have started The Mole season two, which has been interesting.

Speaker 3 (08:37):
More.

Speaker 1 (08:37):
Do you want to talk about the Mole real quick?

Speaker 4 (08:40):
No?

Speaker 1 (08:41):
You want to talk about the Male?

Speaker 4 (08:43):
No?

Speaker 2 (08:43):
Okay, that's okay. Do you like it or you don't
like it? You can yell it. It's yell it. They
can't hear you. Oh it's interesting as you can get
right here, and you still won't be on camera if
that's what you're trying to avoid, really want to be.

Speaker 1 (08:58):
On camera because they still hear me. Yeah they can
hear you, okay, sort of. I don't think it's as
good as the first season. It's still something to watch.
I mean, you and I love those competition shows. Yep,
but yeah, there you go. All right, that's your Mold.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
Review from one from one at gimme mora on all
social medias. She only has Instagram, All right, Teddy the
good pup that is the creator of that account across
many a social media right there as well, I.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
Get out of here. We're done with you, all right?
I love you? Got married you all right? Cool? Yeah?
I got married last year. I'll remember that. That was fun.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
Yeah, Traders too. We're also watching Traders and Jimmy Perry
and the Chap with that too. Traders I think has
been pretty good this season. It is a thing of
once you get into multiple seasons of a reality show,
of like, how are they going to change the formula?

Speaker 1 (09:49):
Right now, there's three Traders. I'm not gonna say who
because I want to spoil it in case you want
to get into the episodes right now. But it is
interesting when you're.

Speaker 2 (09:57):
Like, oh, they could start a season with no Traders
and and everyone thinks there is a Trader, and see
how that goes at least at that show.

Speaker 1 (10:04):
Where I think the shows like The.

Speaker 2 (10:06):
Challenge can kind of last, you know, forty plus seasons
because they reinvent themselves with sort of the themes of
rivals or you know, new Blood, you know fresh meat,
all that good stuff. I think it's kind of what
keeps those reality shows alive versus doing the same thing
every time doesn't really work. But you know, we're always
into those reality competition shows.

Speaker 1 (10:24):
I try to get her into Survivor or Amazing Race
or something.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
But that is an interesting thing because I think the
challenge you can kind of you kind of have to
start with like those earlier seasons you don't have to,
but there are like the fresh meats in the new
Blood like seasons that kind of like hook you if
you want to start something fresh or I feel like,
at least from my perspective, Survivor and Amazing Race is
like you just got pick season and then that's where

(10:48):
your cannon starts for the show, you know I'm saying.
Jamie Perry says they straight up have too many traders
to start, and you can tell it's because they dominated
the first part of last season. Yeah, this season, it's
just too many traders, you know. I think, like I said,
it'd be really cool to have a stealth trader or
something like that. I think last season they did that,

(11:09):
they like brought on a trader because they eliminated them
too quickly.

Speaker 1 (11:11):
But teach their round. But let's get on into it.

Speaker 2 (11:15):
That's what your boy has been doing, obviously, let me
know what you've been doing at infinite underscore pods on
all the social media's.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
But it's time for the new button work news. It's time.
Even when Kevin isn't here, he's still here in spirit.
And first things first, we have to head on over
to React Theater where let's see if I can pop

(11:43):
that up over here. We're gonna.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
We're gonna go, okay, hold on, we've reached some impacts.
We're gonna pop up that all right, that's there. We're
gonna go to Reaction Theater, gonna turn that off, all right, perfect, great,
you won't see me for right now that that's okay.

Speaker 1 (12:00):
We'll get there. When we get there, we're gonna watch
the Jurassic World rebirth trailer. Actually, let me do this.
This will be better. Don know that one? This one,
this one, this one a real hello again, and I'm
just gonna zoop me over here there we go, put
me over there and they'll put me right here. That
sounds good. That's in nance basil actually right here, perfect,
you love it.

Speaker 2 (12:21):
We're gonna watch the trailer for Jassic World Rebirth first,
because we did get two trailers. Obviously we're not talking
about them in chronologically, but jessic World Rebirth the.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
Trailer came out today. We knew that Scarlett Johansson, I
think Maherscha Ali and I think who was the other
two guys.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
Jonathan Bailey from Bridgerton and obviously Wicking now and then
ed screen and Rupert Free and Rupert Freed played the
Grand Inquisitor and Obi Wan Kenobi.

Speaker 1 (12:53):
They'll be the main cast on this show.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
We do know it takes place five years after the
events of your Assic World Dominion, So if you watch Dominion,
it takes place out of that. If not, you really
don't have to. It's kind of its own thing.

Speaker 1 (13:07):
I think. Really the Jurassic World movies, you only need
to watch the first one. Really, you don't think you
can watch the other two.

Speaker 2 (13:13):
Well, it makes sense to watch the other two, but
the first one's only good one.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
But we got this today.

Speaker 2 (13:19):
We got the fantastic four First Steps trailer, which we'll
watch it a little bit. We're gonna watch that obviously,
just the TA up sort of the Marvel takeover, which
we're currently in.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
But your boy did see it.

Speaker 2 (13:28):
This will be my second time seeing the trailer. It's interesting,
so let's watch it together. Then we'll talk about it, baby.
And the cool thing is audio version the podcast. You
get to hear the audio of it. So in case
you're like I don't watch a trailer, you can hear
what it sounds like and them If I like that,
maybe you could see the visuals as well.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
But here go. When Dona's holes walked to Earth.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
Mission specialist, sorry, what mission?

Speaker 1 (13:54):
This would be a medical pla very reminiscent of Jassic Park.
Two dinosaurs on the planet, Oh my god, which is interesting.

Speaker 4 (14:03):
Fortunately for us, all these species exist in one isolated.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
Place in an island. Can you be ready tomorrow? I
can guarantee your safety, I mean more or less, more
or less, he's your guy. We're the best, not moving
things and people and an out of places they shouldn't be.

Speaker 4 (14:26):
Loop up towards Barbados avoid government patrol.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
But there aren't that many anymore. See the fairy vibes
of heisty movie. They're obviously looking for no one's kill
enough to go where we're going because there's a dinosaurs.
There's the research facility for the original. We need DNA
from the three biggest dinosaurs. Do we have to get
a sample from a nag? Yes, suppuse we could try

(14:52):
and get it from the parent.

Speaker 4 (14:53):
But they're flying carnival the size of an F sixteen.

Speaker 1 (14:57):
Maybe we should make it quick. Dinosaurs.

Speaker 4 (15:09):
This these dinosaurs that is so dangerous for the original
park crease.

Speaker 1 (15:14):
Those are their rafters, like the worst of the worst.

Speaker 2 (15:21):
We're left here?

Speaker 1 (15:23):
Yeah, how's that good? Oh? They all bulkhead over there.
We put ourselves into this fitten dinosaur. The king Ka
survival is a long shot. What the hell are those?

(15:46):
They're helping the roses defend territory stock hunt. None of
what you just said is good?

Speaker 2 (15:54):
Oh, missasor all right, July, which we now know, go
to mute that real quick. I believe Jurassic World Rebirth
will officially come out July second. So July is gonna

(16:16):
be the busiest ass month for movie theaters.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
So right now movie movie release dates July. Right now,
we have July studuitay, here you go. June.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
All right, June, you have twenty eight years later on
June twentieth f one, which is a Brad Pitt movie.
On June twenty seventh, as well as Megan two point
zero June twenty seventh, July second, you got Jurassic World
Rebirth July eleventh, you got Superman I know what you
did last summer, the reboot movie July eighteenth, and then
Fantastic for July twenty fifth, followed by a naked gun

(17:00):
movie August first, freak Er Friday August eighth. Then we're
kind of we can relax it a little bit, but
you know this July is gonna be a busy month
this year for movies, and yeah, I mean dress where
we're birth, it's more Jurassic Park World.

Speaker 1 (17:17):
I think, out of the latest two, I think the coolest.

Speaker 2 (17:21):
Thing is always being on the island. I think any
time I think that's any Jurassic Park movie actually is
any time they're off the island. It's not as cool
as when they're on the island because we don't want
to see dinosaurs, you know, well, we do want to
see dinosaurs, you know, like interact with human things, which
is like there's a dinosaur in Central Park, which was
a whole movie, anime movie and all that good stuff.
But I think the coolest thing is always like the

(17:43):
lore of the islands and how did this all start?
And how how many generations can we tarnish? John Hammond,
you know this does, like I said, give vibes of
you know, the Lost World, which is Jurassic Park two
where you know they're going to the research island that
was the one that inspired what was on the actual
island for e isla new bar which is the main

(18:04):
one not confirmed If this is you know, easeless order
the same island and they're going back, which would kind.

Speaker 1 (18:10):
Of be cool, just to get some some shade, some
cool little touches of.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
Like, oh, same island, all this stuff already happened, doesn't
look like it does, look like this might be a
separate island where even more advanced research happened. Probably Jurassic
World stuff happened, which probably explains that, but obviously we'll
find out when that when that time comes.

Speaker 1 (18:32):
Yeah, I think.

Speaker 2 (18:36):
A Jurassic Park movie will always do okay in theaters.
But I think ever since the first Drastic World that
reboot Chris Pratt is kind of but I mean, Scargo's
in it. It's gotta have something in it, and it'll
be cool to see, you know, what a mutant dinosaur
is I think so long the Jassic Park franchise, which
is I appreciate it's you know, it's been rexy. The

(18:58):
same t rex has been in every damn movie since
the first Jurassic Park, as long as they go to
easily new blar. But I think it is cool to
learn more about other dinosaurs. You know that spitter dinosaurs
just as iconic as the t rex and the raptor.

Speaker 1 (19:14):
So it's cool to see that. It might get a
little bit more of it.

Speaker 2 (19:16):
SHINE very interested to see no dinosaurs with feathers, so
we're still sticking with the lizard dinosaurs in the Jurassic
Park lore. I guess will there be mentioned of Chris Pratt,
Bryce Dallis Howard and the Clone Girl probably probably just like,
oh they were here, or you know, they rescue island,

(19:37):
but they don't want to go back.

Speaker 1 (19:38):
They're they're not going back.

Speaker 2 (19:40):
But yeah, if you if you like the movies, you
get more. And if not, well you can give it
because you've got Superman Er after that, and then after
that you got Fantastic four First Steps, which we're going
to talk.

Speaker 1 (19:51):
About right now. Some let me switch on over to
that one bloop.

Speaker 2 (19:54):
So this trailer also came out No No Hate towards
Jurassic Park or Jurassic World Rebirth.

Speaker 1 (20:00):
I just think this was probably the more hype trailer
than that.

Speaker 2 (20:03):
I mean that one has as to today five million
views and this one has twenty million news, which you
know it's been out for a day longer.

Speaker 1 (20:10):
That's okay.

Speaker 2 (20:12):
I just think for that busy July month, I think
we might get a little bit of movie theater fatigue,
especially May to July this year, because there's a lot
there's just a lot of stacked movies. You know, in May,
you got Thunderbolts, uh, Final Destination if you want to
see that and just be worried about everything. You got
Leelo and Stitch movie, the Karate Kid movie if you
want to see that in the Last Mission Possible or

(20:35):
it's called Final Reckoning, and then June then July.

Speaker 1 (20:37):
So it's a lot of movie. How to Train Your
Dragon comes out to.

Speaker 2 (20:42):
A lot of movies that if you get movie passed
if it exists, definitely get movie passed now. But I
think you might have a little fatigue and you kind
of got to pick and choose what movies you want
to see. So like the movies I said, are probably
the ones I would probably see over. You know, I
probably want see Megan two point all week for that
for Halloween.

Speaker 1 (21:02):
But you know in L E.

Speaker 2 (21:03):
L Weight till that's on Peacock. But you know, guys,
pick the movies you want to choose. I think this
is the movie you need to see, just like, hey, is.

Speaker 1 (21:10):
Marvel going to get it together? Let's do it. Whereas
Jurassic Park Jurassic World, Reworth.

Speaker 2 (21:15):
Is kind of maybe I'm okay, like I don't need
to see it, but if it is that Tuesday, you know,
college night, discount night, I'll go see that. But let's
talk about fantastic four first Steps, you know, Petro, Pascal, Joe, Quinn,
Vanessa Kirby, Ebon, Moss Backrock aka Cousin from the Bear,
which I love, the memes of just having the thing

(21:35):
being in the kitchen with Herbie, which is the robot
you'll see in a hot second. Case you didn't see
the trailer, this is I think how you do a trailers.
Miss Eric Ves kind of talked to me about really
how I kind of told him about this is that
nowadays we really have two big trailers. We used to
have a lot of trailers before something came out, but
now it really is. Here is the teaser trailer, which

(21:58):
really is more of a conception. I've kind of like
it kind of been more of a mainstay with Disney
at least. It's like, this is just a concept. We're
not gonna give you every detail and like who's who.
That's when you'll get the second trailer, which will probably
come out, like you know, two months before the movie
comes out. This is definitely a teaser concept trailer. But
I think a lot of cool Easter eggs in it.

(22:19):
So let's watch it. We'll talk about it. Baby, So
three two one, let's go hang out with a fantastic
four oh elevators.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
Love it. Welcome to the Baxter Building.

Speaker 3 (22:30):
We make a point to do family dinner every week Sunday.
It's seven on the dott no matter what, We're all here, hearbe.

Speaker 1 (22:41):
How's that sauce coming? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (22:43):
I'll be the judge of.

Speaker 1 (22:44):
That cousin always in the kitchen? Oh good good? Or what?
I went had a couple of clothses of garlic. I
love it. I love the look. It is opposite of
this look that is.

Speaker 4 (23:05):
Before we went up the first time you couldn't turn invisible.
Ben wasn't a rock pilot in the world right here. Yeah,
that's looking he needs and Johnny never caught fire.

Speaker 1 (23:20):
Hell yeah, I play mom baby. Ben has always been
a rock. Johnny is Johnny, and I am right here,
I'm invisible.

Speaker 3 (23:32):
Whatever life throws.

Speaker 2 (23:34):
At us, face it together. Yeah, they past the car,
which is cool.

Speaker 1 (23:45):
Mm oh as a family.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
Hell yeah, that's that's a trailer that gets your height,
that gets intrigue. What's gonna happen presented in fantastic vision.
I think this trailer really did it right. You know,
Michael Chaaliss thing is the thing of the past, So
throw that away and get you at Eban maspotrock thing.
That's what we're gonna do whenever that gets announced for
a Marvel Legends, probably in like September after the movie

(24:16):
comes out, probably, But I think for this being our
first real official look at the Fantastic four of minus
you know leak stuff that happened from D twenty three's
and comic cons, this is legit. I really think they
nailed Marvel, at least for the trailer, nailed it out
of the park of like, hey, we're doing a different thing.

(24:38):
It is set in a different universe, but trust us,
this is you know, us kind of going back and
kind of retooling things. Get you ready for you know,
Avenger's Secret Wars and then Avengers Avengers Doomsday than Secret Wars.
Obviously we've kind of known this already, you know, with
even Boss Macracks the Thing, Joe Quinn's human Torch, Vanessa

(24:58):
kirbyan visible woman, Petro Rascal, mister Fantastic, we see everyone
do their powers except mister Fantastic read Richards, which is interesting.
I think that's more of a let's get some polish
on that, whereas the other things that kind of can
present themselves as they are, because I think stretching powers
is the thing you got to get right. It either
looks too cartoony or it doesn't make sense at all.

(25:22):
I think you've got to find the right balance for
it to be believable, with you know, a human cgi
Rock and a human flame Man. Essentially the trailer this
is only like a minute long, so not really too much,
but it is. You know, we're setting this retro futuristic
vibes of New York. It is supposedly supposed to be
the sixties no word on like a time frame, timeframe,

(25:46):
but it is a retrofuturistic earth, you know. The backs
Are building kind of takes the place we kind of
saw in concept.

Speaker 1 (25:53):
Art of the Avengers Tower. It hasn't existed yet. I
think Marvel.

Speaker 2 (25:58):
Really tapping into let's flesh out these multiversal world especially
with you know, the Spider Man show where we're gonna
talk about in a little bit this, I think going
along right with that is really dope, funny enough, like
it loved the hell they kind of trolled everyone with
like we're gonna launch the trailer at seven am, and
it's like here, we're at the Space Camp foundations, like no, here,
don't worry, it's fifteen minutes later. You'll get the trailer,

(26:18):
which is fine. Yeah, I think the vibes are cool.
I love the blue kind of that powder you blue
that when you look at it, you kind of think them,
you know, tomorrow and at Disney World. If you're a
Disney fanatic like me, you are, you.

Speaker 1 (26:32):
Know, we are gonna have the World's Fair and have
the Car of the Future that'll have I even that
will be nowhere our cloth stot those kind of vibes,
which is really do. I mean, even Pedro Pascal kind
of does have that little dorky little twang to it.
He's not down locked this baby girl like from the
Last of Us, which will be funny to go baby girl,
it's gonna be all which and then all of a

(26:54):
sudden like well we need to talk about the World's Fair.
We are the Fantastic four.

Speaker 2 (27:00):
Just Pat Pascal was very talented. I do like the
look of this of this version of the thing. I
know it is back to that you and a brow
looking thing kind of based in you know, the sixty
versions of the comics.

Speaker 1 (27:13):
It's nice that he has his shirt.

Speaker 2 (27:15):
I know a couple of people had a problem that,
you know, even Moss Backrock doesn't do a voice for
the thing, kind of Michael Chickliss did uh like.

Speaker 1 (27:24):
A gravelly voice. Hey Johnny, you need to do it
like that. He had rocks in his throat. I I
don't know.

Speaker 2 (27:32):
I mean, I'm kind of ify on that to give it,
give it, take it, or leave it, because I think, yeah,
maybe put a little grave on his voice just to
sound so it's a little more real than just some
guy who was in a studio and did ad R
over everything, but you know, with Tig Gutiti doing Corg,
you know, all rock creatures don't have to sound.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
I can't talk with our rocks in my mouth.

Speaker 2 (27:54):
Like that, and sotly enough Herbie, which is a deeper
cut fantastic four little side characters.

Speaker 1 (27:59):
You know, there's side robot, Butler didn't get a voice.

Speaker 2 (28:03):
A lot of people thinking, oh, maybe the rumors are
Natasha Leola might voice Herbie or who knows, but the
rumor villains for this obviously we see Galactus.

Speaker 1 (28:12):
Which is dope as hell. We'll talk about that in
a second. It is Paul Walter Hauser. Yeah, you kind
of know.

Speaker 2 (28:21):
He's sting Ray from Cobra Kai he is in this movie.
I think he is Moleman, which you're like, what the
hell is Mouleman? Think the Underminer from The Incredibles, and
that is essentially Moulman. But he just has a cape,
and that's what makes.

Speaker 1 (28:37):
A moleman more than anything.

Speaker 2 (28:39):
I think, yeah, why not, that's kind of I think
that's gonna be like the team's first, like Villain, they
fight and then lock up and it's like, eh, nothing.
But we do see John Malcovic in this looking like
a Santa to a degree.

Speaker 1 (28:52):
A lot of people pointing out that he most likely
is going to play.

Speaker 2 (28:54):
The character Red Mist, who is an early days Fantastic
four character or villain who kind of being jealous of,
you know, the US Soviet space race. Kind of what
the vibes this is going for too. He sets himself
in a bunch of monkeys into space and.

Speaker 1 (29:13):
They all have powers.

Speaker 2 (29:15):
I don't know the monkeys will be in this because
they're gonna put the CGI budget towards the thing, but
I could see John Malcovic being a version of that
character that kind of vibes. Has those vibes in the comics,
Red Miss can turn into Mist, a red ghost star
can turn into Mist.

Speaker 1 (29:33):
Which is a cool power. I'm sure to get.

Speaker 2 (29:35):
In and out of things for a little bit, but
I think that's another cool villain that like, all right,
we're doing things. Everything's seen and right, and then you
get to the halfway point of this movie and things
take a turn. No, I don't know if they're gonna
do like what every Fantastic Four movie does, which is
kind of like the same sin a Batman movie does,
is let's show you how they got their powers. I

(29:55):
think the greatest thing in this Spider Man with the
scorer off Tom Holland show how we got bit, you
know what it is.

Speaker 1 (30:02):
We need to show you this. I think this you
don't need that to degree.

Speaker 2 (30:05):
Maybe it is going up and then next framing is
they landed or they landed or they crash and they
all wake up.

Speaker 1 (30:10):
You don't need them in space. We don't care about base. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (30:13):
I think the vibes for this trailer look really dope.
Obviously Joe Quinn didn't say flame on. I think you
guys save that that. We kind of heard it recently
with dead Pool Wolverine, so save it to see what
his version sounds like.

Speaker 1 (30:24):
Vanessa Kirby looks dope.

Speaker 2 (30:25):
I think this this wild really be a good, bigger
breakout role for I know she's been obviously been a
Mission Impossible movies and Hogs and Shaws, but I think
this will be like nah, dude, like she's the new
leading woman of mar leading female of Marvel right now,
especially because you know, unfortunately Black Widow's gone. But we
do have you know, Florence pew Elena, we do have

(30:48):
Scarlett Witch is sort of, we have Kate Bishop and
Captain Marvel, but we don't really like have the lead
point person like Black Widow was to a degree, so
it'd be really cool to have an invisible woman saying
read Richards, just so cool to have bigger point people.

Speaker 1 (31:03):
They're like, all right, cool, they're a leader on their team.

Speaker 2 (31:06):
They got to be a leader of the Avengers when
they hook when they obviously reconvene. Now let's talk about
the big Galactus in the room Galactus. If you saw
that concept trail that leaked last year, we know he
pops up and looks in abuilding and see his big
old eyes voiced by Ralph Inoson, who's been in a
bunch of things.

Speaker 1 (31:22):
Yeah, a big gravelery voice like this, sir, But it's
better than that. In this we see concept of Galactus landing.
He is a little tinier than he thought he was
gonna be.

Speaker 2 (31:34):
But I think you can't have here is big ass
body thing because look at Arisham and we didn't like
that from the Eternals. At least he can me big,
but let him be on Earth to a degree. But
it'll be cool just to see how Glactus shows up.
We know that also Julia Gardner is going to play
a silver surfer named Shalla Ball.

Speaker 1 (31:56):
There are two silver surfers. That's really cool, so to.

Speaker 2 (32:00):
See how she gets introduced in this because she's not
even this trailer either. But yeah, I mean really this
trailer is, Hey, here's a four Galactus is coming is
the main thing really, so it'll be interest to see
everything else fits in there. But it does feel like
this is gonna be a whimsical fun time, which I
think is what we all kind of need, especially have
this to go inside with Superman literally within a week

(32:21):
of each other. I think it's gonna be a good
vibes time in July for superhero movies.

Speaker 1 (32:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (32:26):
Then we know after this they will show up at
Avengers Doomsday and then Secret Wars, so you assume they
get transported out of this universe into Earth six one
six or whatever you call the MCU nowadays.

Speaker 1 (32:38):
People did do a blink and he miss it thing.

Speaker 2 (32:39):
When Reid is writing on the chalkboard, it looks like
he's making plans for a multiversal bridge, so we'll see
where we are there as well. Maybe it is a
theory that instead of you know, going up in space
and then coming back down, maybe they landed in a
different multiverse and they're trying to recreate that and all
that good stuff, and they don't know where they are,
but they see all this archive footage.

Speaker 1 (33:01):
Just a thought, just a thought, But I'm excited overall.

Speaker 2 (33:04):
I think the thing's gonna look even better when we
get that second trailer and that comes out July twenty first,
twenty fifth, Yes, oddly enough. You know, we got a
Marvel movie coming out next week, which is Captain America
Braved the World.

Speaker 1 (33:18):
We're excited to go see that. Kevin and I.

Speaker 2 (33:20):
Will be seeing it a little bit earlier, which is
really dope. We'll be talking about that review on next Thursday,
which was really cool as well. Maybe some cool little
surprises with that if we can. And then after that
we got Thunderbolts, which is really I don't think we have.

Speaker 1 (33:35):
A Marvel show twenty five.

Speaker 2 (33:40):
Oh we have, oh sorry, we have Daredevil two in March,
so that kind of bridges the gap of our Marvel
content up until this, and then we'll see really where
we're going. That's kind of the you know, the road
to Avengers Doomsday. We'll Robert Downey's junior show up in this.
I don't know, maybe an end credit thing of like, oh,
it's Victor and then it's him who knows. Maybe they're

(34:01):
saving that for Tom Allin. I mean, we know it's
Ryabay down to Jr. But we haven't seen the characters,
haven't reacted to it, you know. But that does it
for reaction theater there. So I'm gonna pop me back up.
So just bear with me here. You got a boom
boom boo, do make me bigger and boom love it,
love to see it, and we are back.

Speaker 1 (34:24):
These are the breaks.

Speaker 2 (34:27):
Uh So, let's get into continuing this marvel train of content.
Uh let's talk about Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider Man. So
flip flip, let's talk about it and break it down.
Uh So, we got three new episodes of Your Friendly
Neighborhood Spider Man. And once again, like I.

Speaker 1 (34:50):
Said, this show cooks.

Speaker 2 (34:52):
It is doing really well at making you a love
this version of Spider Man. I think it is just Also,
we need more Spider Man in our lives. It's just
so good to have Spider content went a little bit
of a drought because across the Spider Verse is nowhere
to be in close as far as we know, and
Tom Holland Spider Man movie.

Speaker 1 (35:11):
Well, we might get that next year. I don't really know.

Speaker 2 (35:15):
We're kind of still up in the air to what's
happening with that as well, but I think it's Hudson
things is killing it right now as Pete and Spider,
and these three episodes really kind of get the ball
rolling on where we're going, at least for this season,
if we're setting foundations of things to come. Episode three
was called Secret Identity Crisis. I'll just throw up a
quick spoiler warning in case you want to dodge it.

Speaker 1 (35:37):
Don't worry.

Speaker 2 (35:38):
We had a good time, and thanks for hanging out
with me for thirty five minutes to talk about the
fantastic for trailer. I'll catch you next time. But if
your states like one Andy drogone, here are all the spoilers.
But I do want to shout out, you know, jab
Perry said, I can't wait to watch Spider Man with
his five year old. We watched the first two and
it was so mad when there wasn't more to watch.
This is definitely the answer to that. With three episodes

(35:58):
this week, three, next week, and later. Episode three was
called Secret Identity Crisis. This theme song slaps It Slaps,
real hard, and it is a theme song that you
don't skip at all, and your boy listen to it
every time.

Speaker 1 (36:14):
And I was like, you know what am I with it?

Speaker 2 (36:16):
I think it is a cool little connecty piece of
between episodes, like you skip the recap because you watch
the you just watch the episodes, but it's like, oh, no,
big twist, big reveal at the end like that last
episode usually happens, and then play the theme song and
keep me going, baby, I'm ready to read the next
issue essentially, but you know.

Speaker 1 (36:36):
I do also want to mention this is cool.

Speaker 2 (36:38):
I kind of realized it during the fourth episode at
the end of the theme song, So don't skip it.
You get a cool little like this is would be
what the cover would be for this comic book if
this was a comic book of an episode. I really
like that, you know, just to kind of switch up
the little opening animation, and it's just kind of like, oh,
this would be a cool cover. They should release this

(36:58):
as a comic but we'll find out if they do
or not. But this episode is the immediate kickoff of
last week's episode. Norman Osborne knows Pete's secret. He says
the secret is safe but we do. As soon as
Pete leaves his house, he's freaking out.

Speaker 1 (37:12):
He goes Nico.

Speaker 2 (37:13):
We find out Nico does live in a foster home,
which does line up with her being in the Runaways
and all her powers and all that good stuff. But
Norman does ask Pete to meet him in a reserved
restaurant where they can talk about what's going on with
Spider Man.

Speaker 1 (37:27):
Pete does try.

Speaker 2 (37:27):
To convince Norman at one point that he didn't turn
at Spider Man. It was magic and people were pranking him,
but Norman owns the cameras, so Norman knows that they're.

Speaker 1 (37:35):
Fake or not.

Speaker 2 (37:37):
Norman says he's the only one who knows Pete's secret,
and I did like this line. Even when someone knows
your secret, your concern is the well being of someone else,
which was Norman to Pete. Norman tells Pete that you
know he saved Harry in the first episode, which is
why I want to help you. He started the internship
to actually look to see who was Spider Man, or
at least supplying him with his web fluid. It's always

(37:58):
a web fluid that gives it a way. He wants
to upgrade Pete suits. He says, you know, Pete, take
the day, figure it out. If if you won't mean
to help, If not, totally okay, your secret's safe with me.
But as Pete goes away, we see this couple, which
we later find out are Maria Tarantela Vazquez and James
Speed Demon Sanders aka some lower villains from Spider Man Comics,

(38:21):
meet with his robot Dumpster with that little Infinity logo.

Speaker 1 (38:24):
We'll get to what that logo is in a second.
But they get new tech which I thought was oz Corp,
but it isn't. We'll see what it is instead.

Speaker 2 (38:34):
But Pete does go home, sees May's clean up the
department because they have past due bills. In doing so,
Pete realized, you know, maybe I should stay at the internship,
stay with Norman, because you know, I can get paid
for the internship. Which is an interesting thing that, now
that Norman knows Pete is Spider Man, does that kind
of go against the code of Spidey to a degree

(38:54):
that he's getting paid do a degree of being Spider Man.
But you gotta make money somehow. Can't be peteza time
every day, you know? But I think one of the
kind of best things about this series so far is
sure we have a focus on Pete becoming Spider Man,
but we you know, this being the third or fourth episode,
I've been following Lonnie in just sort of his dissent

(39:18):
unfortunately into being you later become known as Tombstone.

Speaker 1 (39:21):
But we'll get there in a hot second as well.

Speaker 2 (39:23):
But Lonnie does buy Pete lunch at school the next
day for helping him ace their project. We find out
that Pearl, Lonnie's girlfriend, is good at swimming, which is
funny because she's wave play marble STAPs. We get that
Lonnie's card does get decline when buying lunch, he has
to eat an apple instead, and you're like, okay, we'll
learn about that later, but no, we keep going with
the Lonnie storyline. Lonnie gets a call find out that

(39:46):
Lonnie's brother Dre was arrested for vandalism with one hundred
and tenth Street gang. Drey left the house, so just
kind of wrap up that Lonnie does follow Dre to
the one hundred and tenth Street gangs hideout to get
Dre out of there.

Speaker 1 (40:00):
Find out the leader is Big Donovan.

Speaker 2 (40:01):
There's also I guess a lieutenant named Bulldozer who's actually
Big E, which is real fun from WWE in the
New Day, so New Day rocks for him.

Speaker 1 (40:09):
That's awesome.

Speaker 2 (40:10):
Lonnie says, you know, I'll trade myself for my brother,
and that's where, you know, Lonnie slowly starts.

Speaker 1 (40:16):
That descent into Villainy does saying.

Speaker 2 (40:20):
But we do see also that the robber couple Tarantula
and Speed Demon there robin a bank.

Speaker 1 (40:26):
Spidey catches up to them.

Speaker 2 (40:29):
Spidy does get his ass kicked to him at first,
but Norman does hack into Pete's comms and doesn't know
what's going on with the tech that the couple have,
but does help Pete and stopping them. Pete comes back
to Oscarb he scares Norman with that superhero drop in,
and all of a sudden they're there, and all of
a sudden they're gone, and the episode ends with Pete saying,
you know, welcome to Team Spider Man.

Speaker 1 (40:51):
And I thought this was really cool is that Lonnie
shakes Big Don's hand as Pete shakes Norman, as we're
seeing them greet and shake what their destiny will be
for the immediate future.

Speaker 2 (41:01):
And that was really episode three. I think you know,
secret identity crisis, kind of going the same thing with Lannie, like, yeah,
you're the star football player, but also your brother and
you're voting for your brother, and that's gonna go down
a slippery slope for him. Episode four, we get to
his episode episode four, Yeah sorry, we're episode four now
hitting the big time. We see that Pete is presenting

(41:24):
in front of the interns of Oscorp. Doctor Whitman, who's
the old douchey intern leader, is dogging on Pete still,
but we find out Norman has continually asked for special
meetings with Pete, and everyone in the intern classes get
a little suspicion of like what the hell is going
on with that? And doing so, Pete walks up to
Norman's office. He runs into Harry, who slaps him.

Speaker 1 (41:46):
At the door.

Speaker 2 (41:48):
They have a good little talk talk with each other,
like oh, okay, when will they become friends? We'll get
there in a second. But in the background, we see
that Norman has a portrait of him meeting Ta Chaka,
which is T'Challa's dead, which it does look like John Canny,
which is real fun.

Speaker 1 (42:03):
I just love like it. We're gonna get more and
more portraits of Norman meeting famous heroes and stuff like that.

Speaker 2 (42:09):
Norman, as Pete's coming in, does say, you know, do
not disturb mode puts the whole room in a little
of the silence of the Cone of Silence. Norman has
been watching the news on the Sokovia courts. We do
get that connection to Civil War. Pete isn't there, and
that's the confirmation of you know, Pete didn't do that,
so Tony wasn't there. He's not there at all. We
do see, you know, the giant ant Man, which is

(42:30):
was a big funko pop back in the day, but
it is you know, team Cap versus Team iron Man
in this universe. Uh, you know, Pete is Team Cap,
Ride or Die, which is just interesting because you know
he was Team iron Man in that universe, so had
that not played out, Man.

Speaker 1 (42:45):
He still would have been Team Cap. In the MCU.

Speaker 2 (42:48):
We see that Norman has has had a secret division
of OSCRP work on suits for Pete. We show Pete's
trying to show off, well, I have this classic this
dooodle I thought was gonna be the suit. It's a
dudal of like the classic Spider Man suit. But at
first we see.

Speaker 1 (43:05):
Oh that is okay, Well, we don't hit that.

Speaker 2 (43:10):
We see that Pete's first suit is kind of like
a thor looking suit that did well with demographics. But
Pete gets beat up because Cape gets cut on things,
a classic Incredibles line. Then we do see a hornet
suit that Pete runs into a bus and then the
bus driver uses wipers to wipe Pete away as if he.

Speaker 1 (43:28):
Were a real bug.

Speaker 2 (43:30):
And then we kind of cut to Lonnie, which you
know every new suit. We get a cut to Lonnie
at the same time where Lonnie surprises Pearl at school
for Rose and Pearl lets in Lonnie. Now you know
he could talk to her, but Big Don calls him says,
you know you're on the clock.

Speaker 1 (43:46):
You're working for me right now.

Speaker 2 (43:48):
We find out that the Scorpions are moving on too
one hundred and tenth Street gang territory, which sounds familiar. Yeah,
their leader Mac Gargan. That's that's gonna become Scorpi in
a hot second. It's also in like a title intro,
which is really cool. Then we do see Pete Don
kind of a Batman black panther mix of a suit
that kind of did have that iconic that Black panther

(44:11):
rude and run into a tree and then use the
claus to kind of like fall down the tree, which
was cool. But Lannie was sent to pick up an
order in Scorpion Territory at a restaurant filled with the Scorpions.

Speaker 1 (44:21):
He's followed by a guy but escapes on the metro.
We find out that second in charge for the Scorpions
is that a lady is a named Carmela Black, who
also becomes Scorpion at one point two. But yeah, and
the Lonnie comes back and realize.

Speaker 2 (44:37):
It was kind of like, you know, an initiation really
to indoctrinate Lonnie into the one hundred and tenth Street gang.

Speaker 1 (44:43):
More.

Speaker 2 (44:44):
But Norman Uh and Pete do kind of talk to
each other and figure out, you know, we got to
figure out what suit we want to do. Norman says,
you know, I'm just want you to have a better suit,
to become a better hero. We give references to the
Hulk and.

Speaker 1 (44:55):
Uldtron from Age of Ultron, which is cool as we
got both Avengers or Avengers and a The Captain American movie. There.

Speaker 2 (45:02):
Pete calls a new suit amazing. It's white and blue
and it is essentially a Future Foundation suit hybrid, so
it is very reminiscent of that suit that's I introduced
with the Fantastic four Future Foundation, which is kind of
connecting everything here too. Just familiarize with the words, but
it is in Oscorp versions.

Speaker 1 (45:19):
It's kind of cool. It's got some red in there,
which is dope too, you know.

Speaker 2 (45:24):
We do see that a gang is robbing a bank
to get tech for the inventor who he knows. The
guy's applying everyone with all this tech. We do get
a mentioned of the track Suit Mafia, and this is
who Pete decides to follow. In his first first test
outing win the new suit, Pete as helps civilian instead
of chasing the bad guys, which I really appreciated because
if you like, in every movie, Pete always to chase

(45:45):
the bad guys.

Speaker 1 (45:46):
But Pete's, you know, he's a street level hero. Baby,
let him help the people.

Speaker 2 (45:51):
One of the gang members does leave the van before
they get the van gets trapped. We see that Pete
does save someone for a fire and he decides to
walk into Ozcorp. As Norman is talking and someone find
out yep, it's Harry.

Speaker 1 (46:05):
And he learns that Pete is Spidey. But at the
same time we learned that Mila Maseric meets the inventor
and it's Auto Octavius. Yeah, this episode just have good
mic drops. I just say.

Speaker 2 (46:16):
Then we good to episode five, the Unicorn unleashed Mela
Massaik does meet Auto. It's immediate continuation of that to
buy the web enhancement for her. She's given a helmet
from Octavius Tech, which I thought was cool because she
puts it on and she had her hair was kind
of like a mohawk, makes it look like a horse mane,
which was cool. We find out Auto does have an
assistant named Vincent, and he's kind of doing all this

(46:38):
stuff to kind of just be in the same sort
of thought pattern and recognition as you know Stark a
Banner and Osbourne. But you know that's a tease to come.
He doesn't have you know, the metal arms, but we'll
get there. We find out that, you know, this also
the immediate payoff of Harry and Pete that they're awkally
waiting for Norman. Turns out Norman wants Hair to joined

(47:00):
Team Spider Man to fill in for him as the
guy in the chair. And as I was typing Guy
in the chair. They claim that their guy in the
chair is actually called Dude at the desk. I thought
that was fun, just because guy in the chair I
think has kind of become standard of like what we
all claim was the tech guy or someone that's there monitoring,
which is really cool to see the vernacular kind of
change like that. But in doing so, being Pete's dude

(47:23):
at the desk, Harry gives Peter right to school. We
find out everyone's obsessed over Harry because he's an influencer.
He's friends with Luna Snow we see on his Instagram,
which she's a cool character on Marvel Snap too, a
lot of Marble Snap love, Like if you know those
heroes you don't know but you've learned because of Marble Snap,
they're probably on the show. Find out Nico's a little jelly,
you know, she's losing her friend to other people and

(47:46):
other influences. And we find out the same time, Lonnie
hasn't been having a good time at school. He skips
football practice in school for a week to work with
the one hundred and tenth Street gang. Pearl does walk
into Lannie to try to catch out with them, trying
to know, get him on the right track, get him
going again, and really in this episode, it is real
like Hellanie is a good character. We're gonna see this

(48:07):
man full go down into villainy. We do get a
reference Nico referencing the Great and Powerful Oz Boy uh
referring to Harry and when Pete and her are walking
back from school. I thought it was funny because you know,
James Frinkle was Oz in that movie, so it was
a cool little easter egged there too. But as Lonnie
is getting suited up for football practice, he gets called

(48:29):
from Big Don to come to the hangout. Find out
that Bulldozer Biggie is there to collect him and take
him to the hangout because there's apparently a turf war
happening between them and the Scorpions. Yes, Nintendo, Mike, there
is a bott in the chat and I do not
know how to get rid of it.

Speaker 1 (48:45):
If you can figure out rid of it, you can
do it. Oh, here we go, we are gonna, there
we go. I'm learning things. These are what Kevin. This
is what Kevin Kevin does. There we go.

Speaker 2 (48:57):
All right, we're learning it, but we find out that
in doing so, you know, he has to meet Miss
School Misspractice again, but he does get into go to
the battle where Mark uh what is his name? Mar
Mark mcgargan.

Speaker 1 (49:19):
There you go.

Speaker 2 (49:20):
When they do fight, Lonnie does tackle Gargan before he
stabs Big Dons who does kind of have the respect
of the gang, which is Dope. At the same time,
Pete is trying to stop a prison breakout. Mela is
breaking out a gang which is Dimitri, who will later
become Chameleon.

Speaker 1 (49:35):
We got Mila, who's.

Speaker 2 (49:37):
Obviously the Unicorn in Roxanne Volkov and find out the
big lovable brute Mikhail Sistovich is actually gonna be the
rhinos father, so we'll get the Rhino later down the road,
or it might be that's his that's this version the
universe's version of the Rhino as well.

Speaker 1 (49:51):
Eventually, Mila does break out everyone in the gang.

Speaker 2 (49:54):
Half the gang a Ka Chameleon in Roxanna leave Mikhale
waits for Mela, but in doing so we find out
Mila doesn't really care and uses Mikail as bait to
hurt Pete.

Speaker 1 (50:05):
Nick Kol's like what the hell?

Speaker 2 (50:08):
He takes Mila's helmet off for a second, giving Pete
an opening to get the helmet away from her and
they both get arrested as well. And then this is
where Pete later shows up. You know, everything's done days
Saved shows up late to the movies with Nico, but
she he invites Harry with her as well, and Niko's
kind of bombing, like, yeah, she wouldn't be more in friends,

(50:30):
but Pete isn't ready for that, just he's not focused
on his Marria Jane, which as right now is Nico.

Speaker 1 (50:35):
Because we are kind of following the suits. If you
look at Spider Man Homecoming.

Speaker 2 (50:38):
Where he had the crush on Vulture's daughter, I forget
her name on the top my head. But as MJ
there and the weight waiting in the wings, I think
we're kind of getting the same little track path there
as well as Pete, you know, and all of them
going to the movie theater. We cut back to the
one hundred and tenth Street Gang Lonnie's praised by everybody
and instead of being called Superstar, his new nickname his Tombstone. Yeah, bro,

(51:02):
Like this show's killing it right now. I think I'm excited,
you know, this show already being renewed for season three.
I'm excited to see where these characters go by the
time they get to season three, are our character.

Speaker 1 (51:13):
Is all gonna look like how they look like normally?
Like will Lonnie be looking like how Tombstone did in
Spider Man two the video game? We'll see you know, the.

Speaker 2 (51:24):
Animation style of the show, it still takes some time
to getting used to, but you know, it is very
appreciative when it is. You know, Auto Octavius looks straight
out of what he looks like in the nineteen sixties,
like that meme of the villains Gang of Him, Electro,
h Rhino and Green Goblin, Like, hell yeah, like I
know who that is. So I'm excited. Obviously we'll get
those villains at some point.

Speaker 1 (51:44):
We're supposed to get a Daredevil episode two this season,
so you know, we're kind of starting off year one.

Speaker 2 (51:50):
I think compare this to my adventures with Superman. They're
kind of on the same pass of like, let's kind
of remix the villains a little bit, start I'm off younger,
and then as with this show goes on, people are
all love it and they're gonna fall in love with
everything instead of having to me be like, oh, they've
been in the Rhino the whole time.

Speaker 1 (52:05):
No, you learn how to become the Rhino. You don't
learn how Tucstom becomes Tombstone and all that good stuff.
But yeah, I really appreciate it. I think it's dope time.
If you have watched it, definitely started because you've got
a lot of episodes to watch and then five more
to go.

Speaker 2 (52:20):
But that does it for my time talking here am

Speaker 2 (53:06):
Valentine's Day is next weekend, So if you got a
boo with AG or a special someone, or you want
to make a move on special someone, plan accordingly. See
if that reservation is still available. You don't have to
go on actual Valentine's Day. Go on Saturday. It'll probably
be the deals the whole time, or the prices the
whole time. But it is nice just to think of
your special someone in that way on a certain days
and it helps that you know, it's my dating anniversary

(53:28):
of warrants. That's very easy as well. But Kevin will

Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
