Speaker 1 (00:00):
The ZIM Podcast Network. Hey, everybody, welcome to the after
party with Brie, Clint, Claudia and Ella. Brie is scrolling
TikTok at the moment.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Just watching some stuff from the v m as and
Eminem's performance, and he's got a wig on.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
Oh can I see?

Speaker 3 (00:23):
Is it?

Speaker 4 (00:24):
It's meant to be? It's it's meant to be?

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Like, yeah, it is. Yeah, it just takes like Zaye
from one direction.

Speaker 4 (00:34):
You a little bit.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
Why is he performing? Because he's back, I guess he
has he won. You know, Katy Perry won the Video
Vanguard Award today. Surely Eminem has won it. Surely he's
won it by now sorry full name the Michael Jackson
Video Vanguard Award at the MTV vm AS.

Speaker 4 (00:52):
What is that award for?

Speaker 1 (00:53):
It's like the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Speaker 4 (00:56):
Oh, surely they get because he's that.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
He hasn't already won it, That's what I'm asking. Has
he won it before? Do we know Pink's won it?
Vanguard means like yeah, I guess yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
We would have seen their paintings.

Speaker 5 (01:12):
That's vn GO, that's.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
The people that look after the paintings.

Speaker 4 (01:16):
The guard I was trying to.

Speaker 6 (01:22):
Joke.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
Okay, wait, tricky, are you guys in here?

Speaker 3 (01:26):
It's nooisy out there?

Speaker 6 (01:27):
Do you want us there?

Speaker 1 (01:29):
It's just it's suspicious when you come into our space.

Speaker 4 (01:32):
Who's having a party out there?

Speaker 3 (01:33):
I don't know they're making cocktails though.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
It's the thing that we got asked.

Speaker 6 (01:37):
To do and they said no. No, you didn't say no.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
All asked us to do it. And last year we
did it and someone, okay, we can talk about this.
Last year we seed this thing. Were host We judged
a cocktail competition for work.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
Fun.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
Yeah, fun for some fun people, except for one lady
who took it real serious and got real personal to
us when we didn't pack her cocktail as the winner.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
Yeah, and then made us feel real bad and then
like kind of bullied us.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
So we said we're not doing it this year. I
think she had too many of her own She had
a few too many dreams.

Speaker 6 (02:10):
She was trying to joke but couldn't.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
She got higher for her supply.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
You know those people, though, let's never do be real.
I used to be one of these people, and then
I feel like I've chilled out a lot. But you
know those people as adults, where are you doing.

Speaker 5 (02:24):
A fluffy tummy's been sweat all day.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
You know those you know those people as adults that
get super super competitive and then they make it weird.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
Yeah, like Clint.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
Nah, I mean, we all have our moments. Let's be real,
we all have a moment moment. You know, there's people
like especially.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
In friend groups, where you're like, you just have to
be the best in everything, just careful of blah blah blah,
or you have to tiptoe around them that they lose
because they get right real angry about.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
I don't know if I am that person will have
been that person in the past, but you definitely have
chilled out.

Speaker 4 (03:00):
Chilled our day, oh so much, so much. I'm so
much happier now.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
Yeah, and then in exactly that way, and where like.

Speaker 4 (03:09):
I just don't care as much like fun and I
want to be competitive.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
But that's important, right, It's important.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
Like it's still a part of my personality.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
But I just doesn't it make everything more fun?

Speaker 4 (03:19):
Yeah? Like the world will still go on.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
These days if I don't win, exactly, you know, and
I can actually have some fun.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Now I hasn't yet, No, she hasn't. I must come
with age because Ella, look at that scal you're super.

Speaker 6 (03:35):
Okay, here's the situation. I grew up.

Speaker 5 (03:38):
My sister was a crazy competitive shut up my sister.
My sister was a competitive one should lowkey cheat Monopoly,
and so that the attention was on there, I didn't
really care.

Speaker 6 (03:51):
And then coming into this show kind of found like, oh,
it's quite fun being competitive and winning. That's it winning.

Speaker 4 (03:57):
It's fun to win, fun to I would say Ella
is the most competitive person on the show.

Speaker 6 (04:02):
I'll take that. It's just a phase. I'll grow out
of it.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
But this last about two years now, well, yeah, I
think it's only getting worse. It's getting louder to put
her at skates though.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
We should put her in more competitive environments. Please, do
I really want to running race? We should find Ella's
perfect match and get her to race.

Speaker 4 (04:23):
Them, competitor.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
I remember speaking that race brought out the worst in people.
I feel like we all had a million mental breakdown
of that. A friend of mine I remember, like, I
recall this moment. We all went away like a group
of us like friends, and we were all playing Monopoly

(04:47):
deal and something happened in the game, and this one
friend of ours, like this is recently this is like
recent through a complete tent or no about something that's
someone did and it just you know when it makes.

Speaker 6 (05:02):
It awkward in the room just changes.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
Yeah, I'm kind of and then everyone just wants to
let them win so that it's not.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
Have you ever been in trouble with your partner? Because
I was playing Settlers of Katan once and I kept
like not targeting my partner, but.

Speaker 4 (05:16):
Not like it. That is definitely a thing.

Speaker 3 (05:19):
I got the cold shoulder like that night. It was like,
I can't believe you did that? So are you a
couple that has to help each other in those Now?

Speaker 2 (05:28):
My partner and I just run at each other like
each other down.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
I just said, my dear, And it's back to the
running race thing. I think dig down, don't make me
do it? Well, I think down. I'm gutted that I
didn't get to race.

Speaker 6 (05:45):
We all knew that you could race Ross.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
I don't want to race Ross. What if we challenged
other radio stations to a running race and we said
to them, we said to them, put your fastest person up,
and we have one hundred meters dash, and there's eight
and we have eight representatives from eight different radio stations
and we find out who's the fastest radio station.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
Do you want one from each station?

Speaker 2 (06:08):
Well, that's that's not you're not finding out who the
fastest radio station is. Then we're just finding out who's
the fastest person from each station. If you want to
find out who the fastest show is, you do a relay.
I love that idea. That's what it is. Yeah, Yeah,
the teams.

Speaker 1 (06:27):
Are getting smaller.

Speaker 4 (06:29):
Two people.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
Idea.

Speaker 3 (06:32):
Yeah, or you'd have to do prelims like within your
stations to figure out who is.

Speaker 2 (06:36):
The Let's think about our rivalries across the road, right
the So they'd be Sharon, Sean and Stiff, Stiff and
who and including producers, Yeah, and their producer.

Speaker 4 (06:51):
They would probably win. I can't imagine. I can't imagine,
no offense Sharon.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
Sharon is just as competitive as you.

Speaker 2 (06:59):
But I can't agine she'd be faster than me. I'd
smoke that bitch. Bring it, Sharon.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
Sharon's got some timor mongrel and know though, she wouldn't
go down without a fire.

Speaker 4 (07:09):
I have stand thought mongrel.

Speaker 2 (07:10):
Yeah, that's pretty good, and I've got Actually, this is
probably what it'll come down to.

Speaker 4 (07:15):
How tall is she?

Speaker 1 (07:16):
You reckon about your height.

Speaker 3 (07:20):
She's more like my heights, like claud is.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
The same height, absolutely taller than me. Claud women are
the same height. Oh my goodness, all women who are
shorter than me are the same height.

Speaker 4 (07:34):
I see, so you mean nothing. You can't even see different.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
The same race and j we would win.

Speaker 4 (07:43):
We'd smoke them.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
They are runners. Would we would lose to them long
long distance?

Speaker 6 (07:49):
That's I think a long distance run.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
We would beat the flitch one and Haley show.

Speaker 3 (07:55):
You reckon, Yeah, I think.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
I reckon we would take them. We should do That's
what we should do. I reckon we challenge breakfast.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
Yeah, we can do that. Yeah, I reckon that.

Speaker 4 (08:06):
There'd be quite a show. And I reckon it'd be
great to finally beat.

Speaker 1 (08:09):
Them them until the end of the year. We'll get
them till the end of the year. To prepare.

Speaker 4 (08:13):
We should put we.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
Should lay out the challenge. Yeah, this is the challenge.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
I know. I know what we do. I know what
we do. Well, we're about to do that. We're about
to do that partnership with new Balance. We give them
meet your race, cat, and we say here's everything you need.
Meet us at this place on this day time.

Speaker 3 (08:34):
Do some stretches.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
Yeah, it's going down.

Speaker 3 (08:36):
Yeah, bring some tissue timber.

Speaker 4 (08:38):
You're gonna go home crying babies.

Speaker 1 (08:41):
You beg bitch.

Speaker 4 (08:45):
So let's just do the math on this. So Fletchborne
and Hayley.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
Fletcher's by far the fastest on the show, would be pretty.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
Quick, I reckon. And he's quite fit, like he goes
to the gym a lot.

Speaker 4 (08:55):
I reckon. He'd be our biggest competition.

Speaker 1 (08:58):
Yeah. Vaorn Form's got very thin chicken legs.

Speaker 4 (09:02):
But I think he'd be deceivingly quite fast.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
Okay, Hailey or yeah?

Speaker 4 (09:09):
She quite athletic?

Speaker 1 (09:11):
Is she?

Speaker 4 (09:11):
I reckon? She would be?

Speaker 3 (09:14):
Ah ask plan, do you think you could be in
a race and a foot race?

Speaker 1 (09:21):
Well, I wasn't given I don't know. I wasn't given
the opportunity.

Speaker 4 (09:24):
I reckon, you could run.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
I don't know if I can sprint anymore. I don't.

Speaker 3 (09:28):
It's quite it's quite confronting, very confronting, because I had
not sprinted like that.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
In Yeah, I would need some time to build up.

Speaker 4 (09:38):
I reckon.

Speaker 2 (09:41):
Okay, if you and I both let's say we both
had six months to train.

Speaker 1 (09:46):
Then I believe I could beat you on stride alone
at the end of the year, he does walk fast.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
See stride doesn't all that matters because I had the
longest legs and La beat me and she's titty tiny.

Speaker 4 (09:55):
That's true, You're really true.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
You're competitive again, guys.

Speaker 6 (10:00):
Can we do another race?

Speaker 4 (10:02):
I want to challenge? Oh see not. I only want
to challenge Breakfast if we think we can win.

Speaker 3 (10:06):
I need a different outfit.

Speaker 4 (10:08):
The tracks.

Speaker 7 (10:08):
Even though it was a I could hear exactly where
you were and I was like, Claudia is way behind.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
Well, if you listen to both of our shows and
you have an opinion on who you think would win
and who do you think the fastest on each show is,
can you tell us on the Facebook? We need to
figure it out. This is a good idea because I
agree we only challenge them if we think we can win.

Speaker 2 (10:30):
You don't want to go in there. Imagine we're like,
we challenge you and then we get spanked.

Speaker 1 (10:36):
But then, but then would they accept the race if
they didn't think they could win.

Speaker 2 (10:40):
But it's okay because they're not challenging, you know, So
it means you're the underdog. Then you know there's not
as much pressure on it if.

Speaker 1 (10:49):
You're not the one race them for the time slot.
It's like on the episode of Friends where they change
when it gets to decide whether they do the breakfast
show or the afternoon. We're going to throw the.

Speaker 2 (10:59):
Match, so they would have to put one of their
producers up to run as well because there's four v four.

Speaker 6 (11:06):
Yeah, wait, we're doing it.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
Or we could put one of our producers of three
one of us runs twice.

Speaker 2 (11:14):
On a relay na shocker, not going twice.

Speaker 1 (11:20):
Alright, it's a work in progress. It out.

Speaker 7 (11:22):
It's got legs on instance, Facebook, TikTok and live weekdays
for three on
