other reason and to go play golf. And I freaking loved it. So

off job for Minnesota yesterday. Toughone. But I'm gonna tell you they

are all the stuff that we're gonnacomplain about the All Star situation, which
we'll get to. Losing yesterday atthe end of a game. I just
remind you, and I'm not tryingto make light of the fact that,
well, you know, they gotbeat yesterday, but teams are gonna get
beat. You're gonna lose sixty plusof them. We know that it's a

bummer the way they lost it yesterday. But I will tell you, three
weeks ago, not a soul believethey were going to be in this position.
Right We are looking at six moregames before the All Star Game,
and if things go right, hell, who knows where they could be when
the All Star break gets here.They're already within a series of the Seattle

Mariners a series. So it wasa bummer the way it happened. Minnesota
is a good baseball club. Alot of people getting hit yesterday, and
not on purpose. But how fittingis it that Carlos care is the one
that took the the fastball in theright hand, the top hand, not
on purpose. Well, well,we're in Houston. We're allowed to say,

yeah, purpose, but at somepoint in time, you've got you
have to one's got to get awayfrom you for respect for your teammates,

Pluck somebody who is former teammate,well not his teammate, but a former

you saw four or five of yourguys get hit over the weekend, and
enough's enough, even if it wasaccidental. It's hard for me to believe.

are just getting away from people becausethey're ramping up velocity. I believe that
about eighty five percent. There's fifteenpercent of me that thinks that there's still

but I don't get it if youallow that to keep happening to you without

having just said six one strikeouts andonly fifteen saves. Yeah, it's I
mean, he's been just a guy. Yeah, unfortunately, and I'll never

and quite frankly, he and Pressleyboth have had their moments of good
and have had their moments of average, and I've had their moments of just
awful. So we're gonna find it. You're gonna need that back in to

been a hell of a They neededto move in June in early July and

they have. They've had their Saturdaygolf moving day and it was giving them
a chance within striking distance, andit's been pretty impressive. It's just a

game rises and he plays well andhe makes a team good for him,
and that he earns it on BronnieJames, not on Lebron James, because
that's just because of nepotism that hisgame says, because the question is is
his game going to be better thansomebody who else's name's not Lebron doesn't have

make sure his kid makes the team. I contend that no matter what happens,
Bronnie James makes the Los Angeles Lakers, even if he's average, because
you don't want to because can youimagine how that's going to set his dad
off? And we know who makesthe decisions on all teams. So if
Bronnie James earns it because it's him, I've got I couldn't be happier for
agues, especially going through health issues. Good for him. I would imagine

deep down there's got to be apart of him that doesn't want to hang
on his dad's name. I'm sureit's nice to have that, but he

July fourth has been an underrate holidaybecause I like the outdoor cold here.

enough respect to this. For dogs, oh man, listen, my youngest
and and it's not like my bigone hundred pound bullies not afraid of it.

then they're and so they're on edgethe whole time. And people are hiding
under beds. You know, dogsare hiding under bed We should have humans

fireworks show just as loud and IAnd that's right in the backyard right Saturday.

I'm surprised they didn't show up myhouse. I said, if I see
a kid doing a firework of mine, I'm going to shove that firework right
up. And I said, yes, I'm going to walk out my backyard

And them kids, that's what Itold them. I'm thinking eventually there's

July Force has been one of myfavorite holidays, getting up all day
long sports instead and this year,for the first time in my life,

I didn't see one firework pop inthe air. It didn't even didn't even
look out my window. Not onlyit's just like my dogs, and I'm
thinking, so four straight days we'rehaving so well, Sean, that's the
it's nothing to do with me inthe ole me because I'm the guy who
wants to cheat the system. Ibuy fireworks to light him in the cul
de sac for kid, I don'tcare. What are you gonna do?
Take my scholarship and slap my hand, Sean. We got to take you

down. We're arresting you for fifteengood when the kids are around in the
neighborhood. But nowadays you don't evensee kids having that fun in the neighborhood
where adults are sitting out in theirpatio. At least I don't anymore.
And so I've lost I swear toyou, I lost it, lost it.
This is the first time, notIndependence Day and seeing it all.
I love seeing people celebrating on theirboat in Florida and in California and going

down the lake and the river.But in my backyard, and I'm sure

Yeah, I don't. I don'tsee straight days of fireworks every single night.
So your dog's like, I'm gonnagive you a controversial take. For
me, I think Fourth of Julyis one of the most overrated I do
now too. First time didn't grill, no guests over just kind of it

was just another day. It remindedme when when Tripley said, uh,
it's kind of a boring week sports. Yeah, Thursday, this was the
most uneventful. I tell my dogs, it's at midnight and people are cracking
umn till two and three in themorning, and then the next day and
the next day. I'm like,it's a single ranch. You guys decide
to have you and I dude,I got to the point I wanted to
get my truck and drive over thereand just start popping my own fireworks,

meaning let one of you, becauseI've had one in the back. They've
come back in our green belt,you know where the house and kids lighting
fireworks and near people's backyards and runningoff. I said, I'm gonna turn
keylo loose on their ass. Andwhen he's got their grip around their throat

on with it? There you go, so but I love it. It's

dogs suffer. One day. Ican deal with that one night, I
