Speaker 1 (00:03):
To Day Ryan in the morning Time with Jennie Bailey
in Vunce you guys. I went to WWE last night.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
I'm so jealous.
Speaker 1 (00:11):
It was an experience, let me tell you.
Speaker 3 (00:15):
Everything.
Speaker 1 (00:16):
Yeah, I mean, there's not a whole.
Speaker 4 (00:17):
Lot to tell if you've watched ww on TV or
anything before, it's exactly what it is.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
But it was just so funny.
Speaker 4 (00:24):
There's so many signs in the crowd, Like one sign
said wrestling is.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
Real, people are fake.
Speaker 4 (00:30):
There were a lot of yeat signs, which I found
out was like in relation to one of the wrestlers.
Speaker 1 (00:36):
I don't even know.
Speaker 4 (00:37):
At one point, the entire crowd was like standing up,
putting their high hands up and down, and I did
not know what was going on. It was because one
of the wrestlers was like coming through the crowd and
that was the thing. But it was it was very entertaining.
The one thing though, I will say, it smelt like
Target Center burned their popcorn and like multiple different locations
because I'm walking through like the lower level walk area,
(00:59):
and it's just like so aggressively smells like popcorn but
like a little bit burnt and so whatever. But then
it started smell better and I'm sitting next to someone
and I look over and midway through they got a
huge bucket of popcorn.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
Oh, and I'm hungry at this point.
Speaker 4 (01:15):
And like the intrusive thought came in my head of
like what if I just what if I just reached
what if I grab an entire handfuf I.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
I really thought about it.
Speaker 4 (01:25):
How they like, and it was I think it was
a couple sitting next to me, and I think the
guy was next to me, so that probably would have
been like not as good of a situation versus if
it was like the girl, maybe that I would have.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
Felt a little more comfortable.
Speaker 4 (01:38):
But yeah, I really thought about doing it for a second,
just to see what happens. Yeah, obviously I know that's
like completely inappropriate and so disrespectful.
Speaker 2 (01:46):
How late did it go? Because this was like a
Netflix live event, right.
Speaker 4 (01:49):
Yeah, they do it every Monday now. I think they
go to different cities. So yeah, it was live on
Netflix and I think a couple other I don't know,
maybe regular cable channels too, I'm not entirely sure.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
But we left at like nine a little bit before.
Speaker 4 (02:05):
Now, Okay, I was told it was only like two
hours and it started at six thirty and it was
still going strong when we left.
Speaker 1 (02:10):
So I have no idea.
Speaker 5 (02:11):
I say, when you say it smelled like burnt popcorn,
I would assume that that's either like the mats the
people that kind of are smelling. I don't know, maybe
muscle and testosterum smells a certain way.
Speaker 4 (02:23):
I will say it's starting to smell a little like
a gym way through, I can imagine. I just smeelt
like we were pretty close, like we were in the
lower level, and so I feel like I just was
starting to smell.
Speaker 1 (02:38):
Like the sweat and like the slime and.
Speaker 4 (02:40):
Stuff, and I was like, I don't know if that's
coming from the wrestling ring or if it's people surrounding me.
But it definitely started to get a little stinky in
there a little bit later. But anyways, it was a
good time. It's something I experienced once. I don't know
that I never I ever need to experience it again.
But you know, the people.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
There were fun, and that's the key doing everything. Don't
shoot anything down at least one time. Yeah, I think
I have no interest in wrestling or sports whatsoever. My
dad grew up watching Raw and smack Down and all
those things. So I feel like I would go watch
it one time just for the vibes, but like the
little niche things you were saying, like when people come
out and they have like a oh, that would just
(03:23):
throw me.
Speaker 4 (03:24):
The The entire show was a production. It wasn't just
like people come into the ring and they fight. It
was literally like full on scripts. Yeah, Like the most
hype thing was literally just like two people. One guy
yelling and telling this backstory of his brother was dying
in the hospital, and you came and you fought me, and.
Speaker 1 (03:43):
Then they didn't even fight.
Speaker 4 (03:44):
Like it literally was like him coming in whole script.
The other guy just stood there.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (03:51):
It was like a deep lore for every single person.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
I'm serious it was. And then it was like back
and forth like bay like it was just anyways, that's enough,
ww E raw amazing.
Speaker 4 (04:05):
You could probably so watch it on Netflix with the
show that was last night.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
You're in Minneapolis if I can find you. Uh you know.
Speaker 4 (04:13):
I did see the cameraman pointing the camera at me
well at one point, but I was definitely not meant
to be on screen because I was just like kind
of staring in like shock. Most of the time, so
I don't know that they were like, yeah, let's get.
Speaker 1 (04:24):
Her in there.
Speaker 3 (04:24):
You know this gaping woman, let's get in there.
Speaker 4 (04:28):
Yeah, all right, we'll coming up later on the Later
this morning on the show, we do have Jonah Murray
tickets once again, first chance to win those, happening at
six fifty.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
We'll play lyric Shuffle group therapy.
Speaker 4 (04:40):
Later. We've got a mom who needs a little help
with her almost teenage son. I think he's approaching those
years and so she's just struggling with a few things
with him.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
So we'll get to that in a by Coming up next.
Speaker 4 (04:53):
We had someone emailing about painting your nails in public
and whether or not that is a appropriate So I'll
get into that coming up next on Katie w B.
All right, a third of us are getting dumber, and
there's a reason for it.
Speaker 2 (05:07):
Which of us? There's three of us here, so fun
go ahead to say it.
Speaker 4 (05:13):
It's yeah, I think honestly, it might. No, I want
to find out. Yeah, I'll tell you why. I'll tell
you why. It's because a third of people are trusting
something more than something else that they should be trusting.
Speaker 1 (05:25):
So we'll get into that next one. You can't make
this step up.
Speaker 4 (05:31):
Okay, so a third of us are getting dumber in
my opinion, because the third of us already trust chat
GPT more than experts.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
Oh oh gosh, okay wait, I kind of see where
you're going with it.
Speaker 4 (05:43):
Yeah, so it says that apparently, you know, people think
that chat GPT knows more than experts, at least in
like certain fields. So the things that a lot of
people trust are career advice and product recommendations. Sixty percent
tend to believe what it says about that kind of stuff.
Some things we don't trust, though. Only thirty five percent
(06:05):
would trust medical advice from chat GPT, and twenty eight
percent said the same about legal advice. But half the
users say they do lean in on certain specific things
like financial stuff product recommendations, like I said in career advice,
but then only fifteen percent turned to it.
Speaker 1 (06:22):
For relationship advice.
Speaker 4 (06:23):
What I do feel like there is a lot of
opportunity with chat GPT. Don't get me wrong, but I
don't think that you should fully trust it for everything.
For instance, back in like December or something, I had
to have biopsies done of lymph nodes in my neck
and what happens is like you get the report back
from the lab before your doctor even gets to call
(06:45):
you on like your online portal. So I'm reading this
and I'm like, I have no idea what this means.
So I did copy and paste it and put it
in the chat GPT.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
To have it like.
Speaker 4 (06:56):
Yeah, and I read it and it made a lot
of sense at that point. It was exactly pretty much
what my doctor did tell me once she spoke to me.
So I get using it as like a two tool, yes,
but to just like go to it to immediately trust
everything that it says, Like if you're working on a
project in school or something and not checking sources or
(07:16):
any kind of backups, I just think that that's not
the way.
Speaker 1 (07:19):
To be going.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
I see what it's saying, though. I see what the internet.
When you get sick or you get your lyph noes
or something, what's the first thing you do. You don't
go to your patient portal, You go to Google or
TikTok University. Yeah, so CHATCHEPT in the sense I get
people doing that same thing with like recipes. I don't know,
people are more inclined to go to like a TikTok
to learn how to build a the heater that you
(07:43):
did in your van. Oh yeah, you're more inclined to
do that, So I understand kind of where it's going.
Speaker 5 (07:48):
The think with chat GPT, though, is that it's not
pulling from like anything that's credible necessarily. I mean, it's
pulling from like the entire Internet, and so like anything
can be on the Internet. So I get going to
Google if you have a question. But what I hate
about Google now is that it has like the AI
portion right at the top, So when you ask a
(08:08):
question to Google, it'll answer it with AI. But then
I'll be like, Okay, cool, where did they get this information?
And it's not clear where it got the information. It
just got it from the Internet as a whole and
threw it in. And that's where, like I've seen, like
at least high schoolers are like relying on that little
Google AI thing to do all of the work for them,
(08:31):
Like you just have to scroll down, just keep scrolling
past it and click on a link and read that instead.
For sure, But I do appreciate it as a tool
because I do also use chatchipt occasionally to take all
of my notes and put it into a paragraph form.
Speaker 3 (08:46):
If I write notes and I'm like, make this make sense,
thank you?
Speaker 4 (08:49):
Right, it definitely has this purposes. Obviously it's blown up
in the last few years, so it has the purposes.
But I did share a meme recently and that was like,
make sure you're eating healthy because your future doctor is
using chatchept to pass med school.
Speaker 1 (09:03):
Right, sure?
Speaker 5 (09:06):
No really though, like sometimes I do think about that sometimes, like, wow,
I did all of college without chat GPT, Like am
I smart? Right?
Speaker 1 (09:16):
A lot? You kind of missed the mark on that,
you just missed it.
Speaker 2 (09:19):
I think chat GPT was a thing like my senior year,
but it was still like in its beta stages, so
I was like, I don't trust this.
Speaker 4 (09:25):
One thing I did see recently on social media is
that you can go to chat GPT as like.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
A therapist almost.
Speaker 4 (09:32):
Oh and you can like there's some version where you
can almost get like a therapist to talk to you
pretty nice.
Speaker 3 (09:37):
Maybe I write that down, yeah, like and talk back
and forth.
Speaker 1 (09:40):
So maybe there's a little option there.
Speaker 4 (09:41):
But also just remember you're talking to a robot pretty much,
so you know, I'll take it with a grain of salt. Also,
probably just go see it actually therapist.
Speaker 2 (09:49):
If I think you need therapy, right, I want everybody
to grab their phones real quick. Your phone, Yeah, I
want you to look at how many emails like you
have the little red bubble, how many unread emails you have,
and then how many unread text messages you have? Okay,
I'll go first. I have eight thousand, six hundred and
five unread emails. That's insane, terrible, and then one hundred
and eighteen text messages Jenny, one.
Speaker 3 (10:10):
Hundred and eighteen text messages.
Speaker 1 (10:12):
Yeah, one of those people.
Speaker 2 (10:14):
No, but yes, but no, it's group chats that I
just don't respond to.
Speaker 1 (10:18):
Oh okay, Jenny, I get pathetic. Now I only have
three unread emails. Whoa even like?
Speaker 4 (10:27):
Because I recently had to change my personal emails for
any one because I was using my U of M
one still member, and so I like opted out of
everything then basically of all the junk and spam and whatever.
So I don't really have anything in my personal and
my work email. I only have three, and then I
only have one unread text message.
Speaker 1 (10:45):
Right now, look at you.
Speaker 2 (10:46):
You're better than me, Bailey.
Speaker 5 (10:48):
I have one hundred and sixty unread emails and two
unread text messages.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
Well, the average person has one thousand and forty four
unread emails and twelve unopen text messages.
Speaker 3 (10:57):
Wow, and I live better than I feel better.
Speaker 2 (11:00):
I'm glad that I'm I guess, part of the average person.
They say that sixty three percent of people say they
currently have zero unread text I just think one. When
I was younger, for the purpose of saying I have friends,
I used to get in the habit of not opening
text messages. But now there are some people that can't
stand seeing that little red bubble there.
Speaker 4 (11:16):
Mine is more so the fact I don't like to
see the red bubble, But mine is the fact that
I will probably forget to respond to them if I
don't open it. And oftentimes if you text me during
the morning show, I will totally forget to respond to
you because I do not respond to almost any text
during So I do try to keep the red bubble there.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
But for the most part now I like will open
things right away.
Speaker 2 (11:38):
Maybe that's why it's a bad habit for me, because
I see so many red bubbles all the time. So
maybe I should start reading the emails. You should that way,
I know. Oh, if there's a red bubble, somebody probably
did text me that I have to get back to
I think eight.
Speaker 3 (11:48):
Hundred or whatever you just said is that's boding.
Speaker 4 (11:51):
There's a lot oh my gosh. All right, well that'll
do it for you can't make this stuff up. So
a lot of U Salabs are squashing their beef with
other celebrities right now.
Speaker 1 (12:00):
If you did not know, Madonna.
Speaker 4 (12:02):
Has beef with someone pretty big and they squashed it
at SNL this past weekend. We'll tell you about that
next coming up on Dave's Dirt. And don't forget, we've
got Jonah Murray tickets to give away, so we're gonna
be doing that as well. Coming up next, it's Today
Ryan in the Morning Show. Come o, my earring just
fell off hit me and that and I was.
Speaker 1 (12:24):
Like, what is that? Hello? Okay, I need a new
earring back thing for this aering.
Speaker 4 (12:28):
It's too heavy. It can't be held up with that.
All right, enough of my earring talk. Gosh, let's get
the tickets to go see Jonah Moray. Jonah's going to
be performing at the Green Room in Uptown Friday, April eighteenth.
This is kind of his kickoff to his big tour
he's going on. So you get to see it first,
so you could live streaming on TikTok and be the
first person to show what Jonah Maray's tour is going
(12:50):
to be like. Because remember, I feel like Taylor Swift
was the first one that kind of did that where
she like her tour started and people started live streaming
it and so you know, you watch it and you'd
already know what the entire tour looks like before you
even attend, because you'd watch it every single Friday and Saturday.
Speaker 5 (13:06):
I was on TikTok the other day and it was
like the morning time and just scrolling by, and then
I saw Sabrina Carpenter live yeah, and she was.
Speaker 3 (13:13):
In like Sweden.
Speaker 1 (13:14):
Yeah, oh exactly there she is.
Speaker 4 (13:16):
Well, you could be that person doing that on TikTok
if you win these tickets right now, give us a
call six' five one nine eight nine KATIEW b and

Speaker 6 (14:13):

Speaker 2 (14:18):

Speaker 6 (14:20):

Speaker 4 (14:27):
Exactly the non Specific, Wow Adam levine is never not
has he done a solo career?
Speaker 3 (14:34):
BEFORE i don't think so.
Speaker 4 (14:36):
EITHER i feel like he's always been part Of maroon,
five WHICH.
Speaker 5 (14:39):
I, GUESS i mean it's his, voice like, regardless so
LIKE i feel like if he went on, tour people
would be, like, oh It's maroon.
Speaker 4 (14:46):
FIVE i could Never, besides maybe the long haired guy
In maroon.
Speaker 1 (14:50):
Five pick out anyone?
Speaker 4 (14:51):
Else, ABSOLUTELY i, couldn't AND i feel bad saying that
because it's a whole.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
Band but.
Speaker 4 (14:57):
Okay So madonna has buried the hatchet With Elton. John
oh you know that they've had a decade long.
Speaker 1 (15:04):
FEUD i can see that.
Speaker 2 (15:05):
HAPPENING i could.
Speaker 5 (15:06):
Too.
Speaker 4 (15:06):
Yeah so apparently she met him backstage At Saturday Night
live last, weekend and she intended to confront him about,
it But elton immediately, said forgive.
Speaker 1 (15:14):
Me he has a little, accent, right.
Speaker 2 (15:17):
YEAH i think He's. British, yeah forgive, me give me all.
Speaker 4 (15:20):
Right the conflict apparently began in two thousand and two
When elton Criticized Madonna's Die Another day for being quote
the Worst James bond tune, ever and he once Compared
madonna to a fair ground. Stripper so you also complained
an award show that she won For Best Live, act
And elton, said, quote since one has lip syncing been,
(15:42):
LIVE i THINK i who lip sings on stage should be.
Shots thanks you very, Much Elton. Savage, Wow oh my,
gosh why is he so?
Speaker 2 (15:52):
SALTY i don't.
Speaker 5 (15:53):
KNOW i live for it, THOUGH i love fair ground
stripper that's hilarious.
Speaker 1 (15:58):
That he's a sassy.
Speaker 3 (15:59):
Boy what kind of fair are you going?
Speaker 4 (16:01):
To, Well i'm happy that he said forgive me right
away To madonna if it's like saying.
Speaker 5 (16:05):
No, offense but you look like a fairground, stripper right.
Speaker 4 (16:10):
Okay Taylor swift also has recently accepted an apology herself
From Blake, lively So blake apologized To taylor for dragging
her into the big legal mess With Justin. Baldoni taylor
felt Like blake's apology was, sincere and an insider, Said
taylor has no hard feelings and is ready to move.
Speaker 2 (16:29):
FORWARD i saw that. COMING i didn't think that that
beef was gonna last because they seemed like they were really.
Close oh.
Speaker 4 (16:34):
Yeah but also Like taylor's pretty. NO i, mean you
could say no drama kind of, person but then you
could say maybe not because she writes songs about her
exes all the. Time but that's like great, music so, yeah,
Different BUT i Mean i'm all for it right about
those access, man you guys do what you gotta. Do but,
Yeah taylor stopped had stopped talking To, blake and they
(16:55):
used to have a very warm, friendship but she believed
That taylor secretly cored it for her to cross paths
With justin on the night the co stars Discussed it
ends with us script, changes and Then justin Accused, Blake,
taylor And Ryan reynolds of bullying him into accepting their.
Rewrites But taylor has been had been oblivious To blake's.
Speaker 1 (17:14):
Scheme, so, man that whole thing is just like.
Speaker 4 (17:16):
The most, Ridiculous LIKE i want them to sit down
with like a high school counselor like you might do
with a bunch of teenage girls and be, like, hey,
hey get it together, problem you, know move? On. Okay
the staff At billboard magazine ranked the twenty five best female.
