Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello Tree, beautiful booty bouncer. I know it's been forever,
but we are finally back another episode of Crystal's Nightcap.
I'm Crystal Rolsas and we celebrate.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
My birthday week.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
I go with the whole family to Disneyland back in California.
I get to join the JV show again, my old family.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
I missed you.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
I play a housewife for a week with my man
Zaddie and our son.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
You know I'm a stepmom, right.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
Plus, we go to Mexico, my prima is getting married.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
How to my birthday we go. We're getting into it, right.

Meow, Sit back, relax, It's Crystal's Nightcap.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
Do not hate me, Do not hate me.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
I know it's been months now that I've checked in
with you, but things are going great. Things are settling
in with my new show and our new producer, Alyssa,
who by the way, is just flipping sent from heaven herself.
Like I cannot tell you how my life and aura
here at the station has improved because of Alissa, Like

(01:07):
just swapping in a person can't just change your whole
work vibe. And I'm just so thankful for my bosses
for helping me make it happen, And for Alyssa for
being so brave to take on this position because it's
a new thing that she's been doing, and you know,
she deserves a lot more than what we're getting for her.

(01:28):
But there is good to come. So I'm really geeked
about that. But life has been good. I'm all set
with things I have going on. I've been hesitant to
post and hang out with you guys because, just to
be honest, there.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
Are some.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
There are some familiar spirits that need to be bind
and banished from my life, and they are. They're getting
more and more binded and banished by Jesus of Nather's rhythmself.
So I'm feeling a lot more better and a lot
more confident about just being honest and being myself and
continuing with our adventures here in Crystal's Cave and with

(02:05):
our crevices now a new fun thing we've been doing
as well as we've been hanging out on TikTok Live
every single day. We're actually on TikTok Live right now,
So if you don't have your notifications on on my TikTok,
you should definitely do that because we're on TikTok live
every single day Eastern Time, from usually like twelve thirty
one pm all the way until the end of my
afternoon shift five US six pm. So if you want

(02:29):
to see what it looks like to be behind the
scenes of the number one afternoon radio show in the world,
then come hack out with us and it'll be so
much fun. We have Gunslinger hanging out right now, Drew's here,
m Wongs, we got Teresa that's always tapped in Kim somewhere,
but she'll be back in.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Care Bear, be Breezy, all.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
These and Halka, all these amazing people that always hang
out self love here in the TikTok lives, so make
sure you have that on. So I'm actually live on
the radio right now. I have some time and commercials.
I'll be coming in and out during the pod, but
I just want to say thank you for being patient.
We will be back consistently with the pod. The week's
coming forward, and I'm trying to actually do more with

(03:12):
that too. Me and Melissa are prepping to do more
when it comes to pop culture. So of course we're
going to have us here in Crystal's Cave and talking
about me, my Lafe, my crevices, but we're also going
to try to go back to and give you more
of the original Crystals night cap. Remember I was breaking
down like pop culture stories and what's trending, So we'll
try to do all that at the same time. So

(03:34):
for now, I want to give you guys an update
on my birthday weekend. What happened and what went down.
So we're getting into all that and more. Right, Yeah, hello,
who's in here? It's so dark? Ew, what's dripping.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
To step on something? You're now inside Crystals Cave.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
Super exciting weekend because not only for the rest of
my life are we going to celebrate my birthday, which
is very important, We're also gonna be celebrating.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
Our son's birthday. You guys know.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
That when I first met Zaddi, I.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
I for real manifested becoming a step mom.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
The first podcast I ever dropped where we met zad Zaddi.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
The title of it was.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
Like, I'm gonna be a stepmom, and I really manifested
that because now me and Zaddy are engaged, we're hoping
to get married soon, and Zaddy and I always wanted
a big family, Like I always wanted like four kids
and grassazadios. That Zaddy got a head start for our family,
for us, and he has well now a thirteen year

(04:41):
old that I am now like the step mom for
bonus mom, I have a bonus kid. And it's such
a blessing because I also, as you know, helped raise
my Sobrino, the little Duck, my brother's son, Zaddi and
my brother accidentally got pregnant the same years. So my
Sobino is only a year younger than my stepson. So

(05:02):
it's really amazing that they get along so well. They
have so much fun together, like if one's with their
mom and the other ones with like not there, like
they they miss each other so much when they're not together,
Like whenever we're hanging out as a family, if we're
going to my mom's house or the duck he's coming around.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
He's like, wait, where is he?

Speaker 1 (05:20):
We're calling him. We're calling our step son the Rizzler.
We'll call him, we'll call him the rizzler. Right, we
have my soul, but you and all the duck, and
we'll have my step son. We'll call him the Rizzler.
So yeah, he's like, where is he?

Speaker 2 (05:30):
Where's the Rizzler?

Speaker 1 (05:31):
And always his mom this weekend all or if the
Rizzle's over, he's like, oh, where's Alex? Always is with
his mom, But uh, it's really easy to Like, with
the Rizzler, our schedule is very very easy. It's just
every other week, so we always know when we're going
to get him. But with the Duck, it's almost even
easier because it's not structured like that. Like, whenever we

(05:52):
want the Duck for something happening, we'll just like, he's
usually at my parents' house. But then we'll we'll ask
his mom like, oh, you know, is there anything on
this weekend? I'm gonna be in town and I want
to you know, I want to have the Duck to
come around. She'd be like, yeah, no problem, or like
actually has camp that day, maybe you want to pick
him up or whatever. So it's very easy for us
to have the Duck on ever, like whenever we want him.
So a few weeks ago, I called up the Duck's

(06:16):
mom and I was just like my so being's mom
and I was like, ay, sis, Like I'm gonna be
in town for my birthday. We're also celebrating the Rizzler's birthday.
We want to surprise them and take them to Disney,
Like is that cool? And she's like, oh, my gosh, yes,
it's gonna be amazing. So I didn't really originally plan
on going home for my birthday weekend, but I did
have a boda. My prima was getting married the weekend

(06:36):
after my birthday, so Zaddie was like, why don't you
just come the weekend of your birthday and then spend
the week with us home, and then that next weekend
we'll fly together to Mexico for your Patima's birthday.

Speaker 2 (06:46):
I was like, oh, that's gonna be perfect. So I
flew in Thursday after my show.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
So I flew in Thursday to California after my show. Friday,
after school, we picked up the Rizzler and he's so
smart that he is always so intuitive. He was like,
oh oh, me and Zaddy were like pretending that something happened.
We're like, we have to go to my mom's house
the Rizzler because you know, we have to say something
in front of you and Alex that happened, and he's

(07:17):
just like, is it bad? We're like, it's not bad,
but and then the Rizzer's like, where are we going where?
It's like what are you talking about. He's like, I
see the luggage in the back, where are we going?
And I'm just like not saying nothing. So then we
go to my mom's house and we pick up the
duck and my mom's driving me Zaddy the Rizzler, the

(07:38):
little duck, and obviously Zaddi, my fiance, driving us to
the airport so we can rush to Anaheim to go
to Disneyland. Now we were thinking like of driving down there,
but by the time we get there, driving and with
the kids and then waking up early to go to Disney,
you know, we only helped, really had all of Saturday

(07:59):
and Sunday to go, We're like, it's just gonna be
easier if we fly. So we flew to Anaheim after
a delayed fly. Oh my gosh, the forces. But luckily
we got there and I had told them that I
had ordered a special car service for us, like I
had a surprise. I told them that I had ordered
a special car service for us, and they're like, what's
pulling up? Like what's gonna happen? Like they're all making

(08:21):
is it a limo, is it a bus?

Speaker 2 (08:22):
What's going on?

Speaker 1 (08:24):
The truth was that my older brother, Junior, he brother Bear.
He was working in San Diego, So so I convinced
him to drive from San Diego to pick us up
an Anaheim at the airport to spend the Disney weekend
with us. And the little Doug didn't know obviously it's
his dad, So he didn't know that his dad was
gonna be with us for the Disney weekend. And so

(08:46):
I'm like on the phone, like, Hi, yes, are you
gonna be here soon? Sir? Okay, five minutes perfect. We'll
be waiting outside on the curb. Tell me why my
brother Junior pulls up in the rental a scraper. He
pulls up in a scraper, has a freaking birthday hat,
has the entire car filled with balloons, and has Krispy
kream box that he like waxed candles on top, and

(09:10):
celebrating the Rizzler's thirteenth birthday. Because even though it was like,
technically and that was like my birthday, Like who cares girl,
Like you're thirty one, Like nobody cares about you. Our
freaking son is turning thirteen. He's a teenager now, and
so we're just like, oh my gosh, thirteen and like
thirteen candles and the little Duck was so happy that
his dad is joining us on this Disney weekend, and
the Rizzlor was just so shocked that Junior pulled up

(09:34):
because he loves Junior. We all love Junior. Junior is
just a vibe pulled up and had candles ready for him,
and the whole car decorated with balloons. And then like
even Zaddy didn't know that my brother was pulling up,
so it was just such a fun surprise for my
brother to pull up to. So it's just me and

(09:55):
five stinky boys in a cramped little scraper driving to
from the airport to the hotel. So I, oh, my gosh,
I need to talk about this because I have never
booked a hotel before in my life. Like, I've just
never been in that situation where I need to. If
it's work stuff, they book it. If I've ever been

(10:16):
somewhere with a man, They've booked it. My family or
whatever the case may be. That he's been really busy
with work. I've shared that he's starting his new business
and he's doing really well, but he's very very busy.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
So I was like, hey, babe, what about the hotel,
What about the hotel?

Speaker 1 (10:31):
What about the hotel, and I was just like, you
know what, don't worry, like, I'll book the hotel now.
I just got to think my family and thank the
Lord above that I've never had to stay at motels
before I was looking at prices. I was looking at
hotels closer to walking distance to Disneyland, and I found like,

(10:54):
first of all, I did not know that Best Westerns
were motels. I thought there were hotels, like I was
looking online and the photos looked great, and we pull
up to the Best Western, which is like, okay, you know,
like I don't see anything suspicious other than the fact
that the tiny little lobby smells pretty crusty. But we
pull up from the lobby out to the parking lot

(11:16):
where our room is right in front of our car.
And actually, I've stayed at a motel like in high school.
Like I've stayed in the with motel one time, like
in high school on like a couple's trip when we're broke,
but you know, you're with friends, so it really doesn't matter.
But since then, I feel like my lifestyle has kind
of just like not been motel vibes and times are tough,

(11:38):
like I'm not trying to flex, like I'm not trying
to be rude, Like I know times are tough right now,
the economy is in the dumps, Like I completely get it.
But the price that I was charged and paid for
this room was not giving motel like at all, Like
it was like expensive. It was like damn like almost
like one hundred and eighty dollars for a Best Western
a night with two beds, and and we.

Speaker 2 (12:04):
Pulled up to the Best West. We pulled up to
our room.

Speaker 1 (12:08):
Girl, it smelled like some aos had evaporated into the carpets,
Like it smelled so bad in our room, and I
was just like shaking like a little chihuahua.

Speaker 2 (12:19):
I just like curled up on the bed.

Speaker 1 (12:21):
And we were tired, like we were tired because we
had already such a long day. And I was freaking
shivering like a little chihuahua, curled up on the bed,
clothes on, shoes on. I was like, you know what,
I'm just gonna wear a mask. I'll just go wear
a face mask going to sleep because these smells were
like so intense, smelled so bad. So then we're all

(12:43):
kind of like trying to figure out how we're gonna
get settled.

Speaker 2 (12:45):
In this room, but all like not really happy there.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
And then Zaddy's like, you know what, I'm gonna go
to the front house and ask for a different room.
It must be something else. So then he goes and
asks for a different room. We go into a different room,
and the room smells like a little bit like it does.
It doesn't smell like that bad, like definitely someone died
in here, but like it didn't smell that that bad
as bad as the first room. But then as we're
trying to sit down, we there must have been some

(13:10):
Irish tap dancing lessons upstairs. Mind you, it's eleven thirty.
But when I see though Zady, like he's a very
light sleeper, like he he needs an I'm asked, when
he sleeps, he needs Cortina's completely closed, like he needs
like silence, like he the stompage upstairs was unbearable. So
Zaddy was just like, you know what, I'm done with this.

(13:31):
I'm booking a different room for us, like let's.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
Get out of here.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
And I was just like, oh my goodness, thank the Lord,
thank you so so freaking much for saying that, Like
I did not want to stay here at all, Like
even though it was close walking distance to the park,
Like I really just did not want to stand here
like it would have been.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
It's still smelled bad, Like it's still smelled bad, So
did I.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
I said those at Zaddy's like, Crystal, don't worry, princess,
you were never gonna have to book a hotel room
ever again in your life, Like I got a say.
He had us pull up to a much more decent
hotel and wow, it was such a blessing. So we
had our beautiful, relaxing sleep. The next morning, we wake
up and jet to California Adventure. Now, the thing about

(14:09):
Disney is like you have to reserve your dates now,
and we're nervous because Saturday we couldn't go to Disneyland,
but we were able to go to California Adventures. And
then our son tells us that he doesn't have school
on Monday. So we're like, oh, perfect, we'll do Disneyland
Sunday and then and then we'll just like leave, We'll
change our flight and leave Monday instead. So it all
ended up working out perfectly. We get to California Adventure

(14:33):
and we were wondering if we should splurge and get
those lightning passes lightning lane passes, so you pay extra
per ticket to be able to cut most of the
lines once, but then some of the lions you still
have to you can't use the lightning lane, so you
have to page just to cut those lines. And it
was five of us, right, and it was just like

(14:54):
already a lot with the flights in the hotel.

Speaker 2 (14:58):
Mind you.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
Every year through Weldanny for nine I was able to
get Disneyland tickets, and this year, for some reason, it
was the first year. I think, like girl, this recession
has really been hidden. This recession has really been hidden.
Disney is not giving extra tickets anymore for like radio talent,
which I was kind of shook about, and so that
I had already prepared for a possibility of this. So

(15:22):
I had gone a Disneyland credit card a long time ago,
and so I just connected to like my Amazon and
to some bills that I have, so I get Disney points,
which is like, so's it sounds so stupid, but I'm
really happy that I did it, because how much money
you'd be spent on Amazon per month exactly all that
money was adding up points for me to get Disneyland

(15:43):
tickets or like Disney.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Cash or whatever.

Speaker 1 (15:45):
So I actually didn't spend any money on the Disneyland
tickets for all five of us two days, so I
was very happy about that that that was already paid for.
So I also didn't and I was just like, I'm
not gonna buy these lightning lanes, like I'm not gonna
buy it, like it's another Gastancio, Like it's just so
much money right now that I was just like, we're

(16:07):
gonna wait in line. Sorry about it, but we're just
gonna wait in lines. So we get to the park,
we're freaking starving, and we get to Pizza Pala Pizza Palace,
the little pizza cafeteria place, and we're kind of like,
we want to do Space Mountain first, a Space Mountain
is closed, and in my head, I was like, why
don't we just loiter around Space mount and see if
maybe we're gonna be here by the time that it opens.

(16:27):
And sure enough, by the time we finish our breakfast burritos,
which were nasty, the spaghetti and meatballs at the Pizza
Palace was great, so I would I would invest in that.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
So we got some of those things. By the time
that we were.

Speaker 1 (16:40):
Done eating, they had just taken the rope down for
Space mount to be fixed. Now, so we are literally
so geeked right now. I mean we are the first ones.
We are just leading the way of the pack because
as soon as it's like the rope thing drops, a
whole swarm of people start following us, and we are

(17:00):
leading the way all the way down. We are the
first flipping car. And there is no feeling at Disneyland.
Oh I'm talking about Disneyland. Huh oh, this is the
day two well whatever, you know what I mean, there's
no better feeling than walking into Space Mountain. So actually,
my bad that was that was that was Sunday, but
Saturday at California Adventure. Oh my gosh, Zaddy loves the

(17:21):
sore in California one where you're just in the swing chair.
I think that's the most boring ride, but Zaddy loves.

Speaker 2 (17:27):
That ride for some reason. He loves that ride.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
He likes feeling like he's a bird flying in the sky.
So we do that one.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
We do you know what, even.

Speaker 1 (17:38):
Without the lightning lane. We got on like all the rides,
and we start hovering around.

Speaker 2 (17:42):
That's the thing.

Speaker 1 (17:43):
We started hovering around. We hovered around the Splash Mountain one,
and like at the exit of Splash Mountain there's like
a whole bunch of garbage cans, and so I was like, everyone,
just grab a poncho, Grab a poncho from like the
garbage cans.

Speaker 2 (17:55):
Or the areas. And then the kids were like, oh,
this is gross.

Speaker 1 (17:58):
I was like, I don't care when I was spending
fifteen dollars a poncho and you guys are going to
be complaining all day that you're wet. So we're kind
of like waiting around Splash mount to get on because
it closes again. So now we're loading around. One of
us is getting a pretzel, one of us is getting
a turkey le like we're kind of just like hanging
around and within an hour, boom, all opens up. So

(18:19):
that was kind of our tactic this time, was loitering
around the rides that say like temporarily closed, because there
are some rides that are closed for renovations and so
that's different like Guardians of the Galaxy was closed, and
like some other ones were closed.

Speaker 2 (18:34):
Like like Little was It.

Speaker 1 (18:37):
It's a small world, but a lot of the times
at Disney and California adventurely like the rides like closed
down for the moment because something malfunction on the ride
at that moment, And when we just kind of started
hanging around those rides, boom, within the hour they would
open back up. It happened to so like we actually

(18:57):
did a lot of rides like that. So we had
a great time at California Adventure. We're walking around. There
was at one point we went to like Russ's little
trail walk. I don't know if you've been on that one.
Russell from up he has his own trail experience, which
is really fun if you have little kids just taking
their run around. It's like a play It's like a
play place at California Adventure for kids. So we had

(19:19):
been done with that, and the Rizzler, a thirteen year old,
was like, you guys can can meet Alex just like
kind of explore for a little bit. They wanted to
have a little alone teen time at California Adventure.

Speaker 2 (19:33):
And Zaddy was like on the fence and.

Speaker 1 (19:35):
I was like, babe, like when I was like when
I was twelve thirteen, like my parents would let us
run around, like you know, let's give them a little freedom.
We have their locations, we have them on the cell phone.
Disney is very safe, and let's let's let him run
around for a little bit. So then Zaddi was, okay, guys,
have one hour. After one hour, we're gonna meet you
at Goofy's Flight School, and don't do anything bad, be safe,

(19:58):
have fun.

Speaker 2 (19:59):
Here's some money if you need it.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
They ran around and had their little time, and me
and them we hit up the food festival, the Food
and Wine Festival, because of course God made it so
that I'm there the exact weekend of the Disney California
Adventure Food and Wine Festival. So we are just eating
our way through California Adventure. There's a little a little
gone Junto playing. There's a little like Selena girls singing

(20:22):
Selena songs.

Speaker 2 (20:23):
It is a vibe.

Speaker 1 (20:25):
I get my little drinks on, my margarita's on. I'm
loving California Adventure. I have the best time ever. And
then the kids they check in perfectly right on time.
We're running around. We have the best time at California Adventure.
Ate all of the cream cheese filled pretzels again, drink
all the margaritas we want, California Scream. And I did
a TikTok on there that Lady Gaga herself reposted. Lady

(20:46):
Augusts album dropped that same weekend, and so I did.
I like used one of her popin songs on the
roller coaster and she ended up reposting it, which was crazy.
And then you know, days going nights getting darker and
it's approaching like eight o'clock and it says that there
is no line for California Grizzly like the water ride.

Speaker 2 (21:09):
So we are like, oh, should we go again?

Speaker 1 (21:11):
Should we go again? I'm like, yeah, I'm a go again,
but I'm gonna wear the poncho. And Zaddie's like, no,
it's not funn if you don't get wet, don't wear
the poncho. I'm like, honey, it is sixty five degrees,
Like I do not want to be soaking wet for
the last two hours, last hour and a half, two
hours of Disney, Like, I'm going to wear a poncho.

(21:33):
And he's like, boo boo, don't wear a pancho. Don't
wear a poncho. They're like, boom boo, We're not gonna
wear ponchos. You're gonna be the only one to puncho.
I'm like, I don't care. I'm not gonna be soaking wet,
So I dig a poncho out of the trash can.
We just literally walk on to the Grizzly ride, and
it's so much fun seeing everybody get wet and soaked,
and just like you know, I'm in the poncho, dry
as heck, and I'm pointing at everyone, laughing so hard

(21:55):
that everyone's getting wet. And we get off the ride
and they're like, y'all want to go again, y'all want
to go again? Yeah, let's go again, and Zad is like,
take off the poncho, take off the poncho. I'm like,
you guys are all soaking wet like gots Wonna's wet,
guys atienas wet head to toe, dripping wet. I'm like,
I am not gonna get wet because I want to
enjoy the rest of California Adventure. I don't want to
be squishing, squashing in my shoes and socks wet. Like fine,

(22:18):
So we get on and some people are a little
but hurt that they're soaking wet and did listen to
me and get a pancho? But I'm living my best life.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
We get on the grizzly. I'm in my poncho.

Speaker 1 (22:30):
We're going up the first like incline right about a hip,
the first dip, and Zaddy makes a joke like I'm
gonna rip the poncho off of you. He makes a joke,
my brother Junior, all I see. He grabs his arm,
comes across the entire little donut thing that we're on,

(22:53):
cause you know we're all facing each other. We're in
a donut. We're in a raft, a raft donut. He
reaches over to me with his hand open, tries to
rip my poncho off me, and.

Speaker 2 (23:09):
He's using his full force.

Speaker 1 (23:11):
As soon as he gets it out, here comes our son,
the little rizzler to my left, follows in Junior's and
goes rip it off her and they all then here
comes Zaddie's long arm from across rip it.

Speaker 2 (23:28):
I swaar. This is happening in slow motion.

Speaker 1 (23:31):
And then to my right, my godson, my soul, but
you know himself, the little piece is left.

Speaker 2 (23:37):
I am like now just holding on to one.

Speaker 1 (23:42):
Last little piece of plastic that I have before we
go on this dip, and my brother chunder Hey aches
it away from me. Now, I have no poncho. I
have no poncho. And it's eight forty five at night.
It is sixty five degrees. We're about to go down
the first incline, the first decline, the first little drop

(24:04):
on the Grizzly end. Yep, sure enough, boom, I get soaked.

Speaker 2 (24:10):
Everyone's pointing laughing at me.

Speaker 1 (24:12):
You know what I felt like, you guys, I felt
like Lord of the Flies, Piggy, Piggy die like. That's
how I felt. That's how it was scary. It was
a scary feeling. It was a scary feeling. Again, I
was the only woman on this trip. It was my birthday, Sat.
Saturday was my actual birthday. Our son's birthday was a
few days before that, but my actual birthday was that Saturday. Okay,

(24:38):
we finished the ride and they're all laughing, hootering and
hollering that they left me like a soaking, wet, dripping shihuahua,
and I am fuming. I jet away from them and
I vlined to that first big store at California Adventure
from Grizzly.

Speaker 2 (24:57):
Now, I'm walking pretty fast.

Speaker 1 (24:58):
I'm trying to like, I'm trying to get I'm trying
to lose them, Like I'm walking fast. I'm walking fast,
so I'm walking around the first door, and I'm kind
of like looking around.

Speaker 2 (25:08):
It's cold. I'm dripping wet and it's cold.

Speaker 1 (25:11):
I need new socks, I need pants, I need a shirt,
I need a jacket, like if I'm gonna be here
until it closes at ten pm, like I need a
whole new fit. And I'm wondering because I pretty much ran,
I pretty much sprinted away from them. I'm wondering if
they are like following where I'm going, and I see
that they are, they are following me, and so I'm like, Okay,

(25:33):
I could play this one of two ways. I could
be really mad at them and just completely ignore them
and go to the hotel all by myself and just
like ignore them. Or I could just be like, you
know what, it was kind of funny, even though it's
my birthday today, even though they literally ruined my birthday,
I was having them pay for my new outfit and

(25:53):
my new Disney outfit. Y'all, y'all know these crusty Disney
outfits are so expensive. You know, a shirt at Disneyland
is gonna run you sixty five dollars a sweatsuit forget it,
two hundred fifty. So I'm like, I can either buy
myself a new fit, be mad, let this room my birthday,
or I can have them pull up, buy me a

(26:13):
whole new Disney fit, and I'll be warm and have
a rest of a great night at Disney Californ Adventure.
So the squad pulls up and the first thing Zaddy
says is, Babe, get whatever you want. Whatever you want, obviously,
you know, to dry off. And I just look at
him and I just start laughing, like I cannot be mad.
I cannot stay mad at this guy. I can't stay
mad at this crowd. I am just like, I just

(26:35):
start laughing. And they're like, oh my god. He's like,
you're not mad. I'm like, I'm not mad. It's okay,
it's okay.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
It was a joke. It's fine.

Speaker 1 (26:42):
Well I'm freezing cold and I do need a new fit,
so okay, yeah, whatever you want, whatever you want. And
my sob Mady know, Alex he needed a new clothes.
Everybody was dripping wet. My our son, he needed new clothes.
He was dripping wet. I was like, all right, you guy,
Daddy's gonna buy new outfits, and all of us like no, no, nah,
And then I'm just like, wait, do we actually want
to cause we did all the rides we wanted to do,
we ate all the food you want to do. It

(27:03):
was already like nine something. Oh after we got on
soaking wet. I think we got on a get no no, no,
no no. We had gone on two times where I
was wearing the poncho. Okay, that's the thing. We had
already gone on the Grizzly two times to me wearing
the pon show. The third time was when they ripped
it off of me. So I already had two times
like making fun of them that they were all wet.
So it was already like nine something by this point,

(27:25):
and I was like, you guys, should we literally drop
like five hundred dollars right now and all these clothes
just to be here for another hour or are we
okay with the day that we had and just get
home everybody shower to the hotel and get up early
to go to Disney tomorrow, like and everyone's like, we
really don't care, Like we really don't care either way,
And then they're just like, it's your birthday?

Speaker 2 (27:44):
What do you want to do?

Speaker 1 (27:44):
You?

Speaker 2 (27:44):
What do you want to do?

Speaker 1 (27:46):
I was like, I would have liked not to be
wet right now, but also I know tomorrow's gonna be
a long day to why don't we just all call
it quit so we'll just walk home. They're okay, So I.

Speaker 2 (27:56):
I didn't buy anything. I just soaked.

Speaker 1 (27:57):
We all soaked and squeaked all the way back, walking,
walking a mile all the way back to the hotel. Actually,
we ran to the shuttle, and as soon as we
got to the shuttle, we didn't even walk to the hotel.
As soon as we got to the line of the shuttle,
the shuttle had pulled up, so it was perfect timing.
So it really didn't even take us long and we
weren't even white that long back to the hotel. So yeah,

(28:17):
I'm happy that I didn't throw a diva fit. I
was okay. I didn't die, I didn't melt. I would
have been annoyed if we I was wet the whole
rest of the time and didn't have extra clothes, But
it was okay.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
It was silly. I was still.

Speaker 1 (28:30):
I was like, dang, babe, bike, I thought, out of
all the people you he was like, I'm so sorry.

Speaker 2 (28:33):
It just it.

Speaker 1 (28:34):
I think the male brains all just ended up, you know, jumbling,
and you would just look so peaceful there, dry when
all of us were shivering, wet, and we just couldn't
allow y'a.

Speaker 2 (28:44):
I was like, y'all couldn't allow me to have a
peaceful birthday, could you?

Speaker 1 (28:47):
And Zaddy said when he was walking, when they were
all walking following me that Zaddy was just like, you guys,
we were so close, we were so close to giving
her a flawless birthday, and.

Speaker 2 (28:56):
We just had to ruin it. We had to ruin it.

Speaker 1 (28:58):
And my brother Juna was like, right, my bad, my bad,
because he's the one that started it.

Speaker 2 (29:02):
He's the one.

Speaker 1 (29:02):
And I was like, Rizzler, as soon as Junior went over,
you were the first one, instinctive leader.

Speaker 2 (29:07):
What was that about?

Speaker 1 (29:09):
Like, we're here for our birthday weekends? Why would you
do that to me, little ma'am? And he's like, I
don't know, I don't know why I did that. They
were all we were all just laughing. Like at the
end of the day, it was kind of funny. It
hurt my feelings a little bit, but they're men, They're animals, like,
what do you expect? You know, would you expect? So
then the next day we wake up go to Disneyland.
That's when we had the whole Space Mountain thing, when
like literally the first ride, we get on a Space

(29:30):
mount and then we're started loitering around all the rides
and it's really great. The rest of Disney is just
so amazing. We get on all the rides that were open,
possibly we got on them.

Speaker 2 (29:41):
I was really shook.

Speaker 1 (29:42):
I was really proud that we didn't have to buy
no extra lightning lanes or lightning passes for anything. We're
standing in line. We're having a really good time standing
in line. We're playing games. We're playing I Spy, We're
playing the Heads Up game on the phone, the app.

Speaker 2 (29:54):
We're getting really good at that.

Speaker 1 (29:57):
Weird we're waiting in line and someone will run and
get snacks for us and come back and find us
in the line.

Speaker 2 (30:03):
So it was really fun, like find us in the line.

Speaker 1 (30:05):
It was really fun. It was cool, and it was
okay waiting in line. So then yeah, we're there. We're
there pretty late until I think Zaddy crashes out. Let's
see probably ten thirty eleven. My brother Junior had to
leave early. Oh my gosh, myt he had to drive
all the way back to San Diego for work. So

(30:27):
he's like, okay, you guys will see you, like at
eight pm. At eight thirty, he's like, hey, I thought
I left the key in the hotel. Do you guys
have the key to my car? Bro? He left the
key in the backpack that we had. He went all
the way to the hotel, thought the key was there.

Speaker 2 (30:40):
It wasn't.

Speaker 1 (30:41):
It was all the way here in Disneyland. And we're like,
I'm like, I'm not stopping my time because he didn't
know where his key was, Like I'm not stopping my time.

Speaker 2 (30:50):
And then but Junior was hell cool. He was like
he was like, it's okay, you guys have fun.

Speaker 1 (30:54):
Whenever you get back, you'll get back and I'll just
drive the San Diego after. We're like, yeah, bro, that
sucks to suck. That is your probably my brother Junior.
He is like the king of those problems, like he
like will do a problem that will inconvenice it inconvenience everyone,
and usually my mom or dad.

Speaker 2 (31:07):
Are like, okay, me, you don't no worry, I'll walk
it to you to the gate.

Speaker 1 (31:09):
Of Disneyland when we're all the way Star Wars then
and I'm like, no, I'm just I'm not gonna inconvenience
myself cause it your mustake, Like no, sir. So I
mean he's chill. Though he's chill, He's like I do
launder anyways, and he likes alone time. So Juner's in
the hotel chill. And before we get home, me and
the kids want to do old Autotopia over the boys.
You know, they like to do a little driving themselves things.

(31:32):
So we do that and then we head back to
the hotel and we relax, and then the next day
we have like a I think our flight was at
three pm, so we got to have a pool day.

Speaker 2 (31:42):
Which is really nice.

Speaker 1 (31:43):
We relax at the pool and just swam. Well, Zaddi
was working, but I was relaxing at the pool and
drinking some margeritas while the boys were swimming and playing
volleyball or whatever. And then we hopped on the flight
and went back home, and so then that was a Monday.
So then the rest of the week I got to
just play house wife and live Zaddie's housewife fantasy. He
really wants me to be a housewife so bad. I'm

(32:05):
just like, bro, I'm gonna be bored. So Daddy would
wake up take our kid to school. I would either
pick him up or he'd go by riding with his friends,
or I'll take him a tutoring for his homework.

Speaker 2 (32:19):
And he's been getting he's been so smart.

Speaker 1 (32:21):
And he was like, I don't think I need to
go to tutoring this week because I don't have homework.
I'm like, you're gonna go to tutoring. You're gonna like
learn some math practice stuff. And then after tutoring, he
was like, I got a hundred of the math problems
right except for only two. And I was like that
is beautiful, Like see, you're doing good. He's like no,
like I don't need to go. I'm like, no, no,
you need to go because you're doing more practice. So

(32:42):
then when you take the test next week, then you're
gonna get a hundred percent.

Speaker 2 (32:45):
And he's like, yeah, you're right. He's such a good
and smart little kid.

Speaker 1 (32:49):
So then we end up taking we go to my
mom's school, Madre House because we need to do some
dance lessons. We do some dance practice.

Speaker 2 (33:00):
Zaddy. He's I'm so lucky.

Speaker 1 (33:03):
For him, like he I'm so blessed every time I
go to bothas and stuff like that. You know, Bay
that music comes on, Kumbia music comes on, and he
didn't grow up listening to that stuff. So it's not
easy to try to learn those dances. Some people can
get it really easily and some it's just not natural.
So Zaddi puts a lot of effort into us dancing.

(33:25):
But you know something, he's you know, he's like it's
all skinny, like white boy. So sometimes like he might
look a little awkward in like the way that he's dancing,
and I don't really know how to fix that. So
my mom's cool, Madre shout out to you, shaut to you,
missus Roeblud's she was open to having us take dance
classes at our house and just kind of practice a
little bit of Kumbia, a little bit of a Ranchetta's,

(33:47):
a little bit of Maria she's dancing because they're all,
you know, different. So we start off a little bit
and she's trying to understand too, like how to help
him improve, and with some time he's getting it. He's
get into it. And mind you, we brought our son
with us the Rizzler. Sometimes at some of our family parties,

(34:07):
the Wrizzler has danced with me and he's actually really good.
But again, these school, yes, they're different. So we were
assuming that the Wrizzler was not at all going to
get up and started dancing with us.

Speaker 2 (34:19):
But Dad was like, hey, get up, why don't you
try it? Why don't you try doing with us?

Speaker 1 (34:24):
A girl with his cute little socks, and he wears
pajama pants.

Speaker 2 (34:28):
Do your kids? Do your teachers wear pajamas to school?

Speaker 1 (34:31):
It's like the trend now to wear pajamas in public,
like you know the hot tcheetle girl that walked the
mile with like the cookie monster pajamas. The pajamas are
coming back for the kids. And oh my gosh, I
think it's so ugly and gross, but I suppose it
is the style. And I tell him, I'm like me, oh,

(34:53):
you have so many clothes here, like why do you
want to wear pajamas? And he's like it's comfortable and
everybody else wears them. And I can't even say anything
to him because other kids wear pajamas to school. But
I'm just like, broh, it looks like you're it looks sloppy. Me,
it looks sloppy and it looks kind of gross. And
he's like, I don't care. I'm like, oh right, whatever,
you know, I kidd I, whatever, do do what you
want to do, you know. So he's out here with

(35:15):
his oversized pajamas and his little big soggies and he's
trying to do some kumbya in the in the with us,
and it's so cute and.

Speaker 2 (35:24):
He's trying to get it. He's trying to get and
he's so tall and he has skinny, little cute little legs.
He's so adorable. And him and I are just right
there in the sun. I'm doing some koom yas bro.
I was shook.

Speaker 1 (35:39):
Me and Zaddy were shook because he's shy sometimes, like
he can be shy boy. But because it was just us,
I think, you know Fianza, so he was just like
going with it, and we were cracking up on how
adorable and cute he looked DiscId and attempting to dance
a little kombya. So he's gonna get it too. He's
gonna get it too. So we were just cracking up. So, yes,

(35:59):
we had earned some dance move because obviously we are
getting ready to go to my primas Boda in Mexico.
So then Friday morning, me and Zaddy take off for
the wedding. My whole family's already there. We pull up
a little later, but we get to make it to
the rehearsal dinner and I get to see my theos,
who like live in Mexico and I haven't seen them forever,

(36:20):
and they're so much fun. And we go to the
rehearsal dinner and we're just like, Zaddi's like, are we
drinking tonight? I'm like, yes, we don't have to wake up
early tomorrow, we don't have to get on the bus
for the wedding tomorrow until four.

Speaker 2 (36:30):
We are going to be drinking. So we're taking shots
with my.

Speaker 1 (36:32):
Primals and we're eating dinner, and then the brand and
groom come in and she just looks like a freakin
movie star. I mean, it was just such a blessing
that we were invited to go and that we got
to go and spend it with our whole family. And
then the next day we wake up and we sleep in.
We're like mad tired. We sleep in, and then I think,

(36:55):
what do we do? Oh, we just kind of like
she's mad with my family for a little bit, have
like a late breakfast and then get ready for the wedding.
So then they pick us up in a big old
bus and we all drive together like three buses to
the wedding venue. And there's like a twenty piece of
madiachi there. It's right on the water at this beautiful
estate and infinity pool, palm trees, flower arches, real flowers

(37:20):
because you know right now, like fake flowers are trending
for weddings because flowers are so expensive, Like they had budget,
they pulled out the real flowers, shot glasses with our
names on it for all of us, beautiful seashell little
things on the with our personalized names on the tables.

Speaker 2 (37:36):
Shout out to my p my vet for doing those.

Speaker 1 (37:39):
And oh my gosh, it was just like it looked
like a movie set, Like the wedding looked like a
freaking movie set. And then here she comes walking down
the aisle and I'm like holding in my loggty mask
because I'm just like, there's no way that we're freaking
getting married, dude, Like this is my prima that is
the same age as me on my dad's side like
one of my closer premas, and I just like I
couldn't believe. I could not believe it. And her Man's

(38:00):
is just so amazing. They have such a beautiful story.
He always has such a big smile. He always is
just like so nice. And they always come to like
all of my events that I have for everything, Like
they always come to like my going away parties, my
Dirty thirties, anything that I invite them to. They always
pull up and it's just so sweet and seeing all

(38:21):
my cousins and my theos and stuff. And then they're
doing their first dance and then during their first dance,
like go g with this go off, So it's like
the biggest fireworks ever.

Speaker 2 (38:30):
And then they invite everyone.

Speaker 1 (38:31):
On the dance floor and then me and Zaddi are like,
are we gonna drink tonight? And we're like absolutely so
then here comes my Binga, Marivel and Tony and they're
literally like throwing the bottle in our faces. So it's
taking shots down the throat and it is just beautiful
and all the whole family's just getting turned and having
so much fun, and the.

Speaker 2 (38:48):
DJ's going and going and go.

Speaker 1 (38:50):
The DJ is so crazy hit after hit, all types
of music. Zaddi's excited to practice his school and yeah
that he just learned. So Zaddy's looking a lot better.
But then he's getting even more drunks and he's averting
back to his little like you know, fruitcake dancing. But
it doesn't matter because we're having so much fun and
we're like just killing it. We are killing it, like
I we just had the best time with our whole family,

(39:10):
and I'm so so blessed and thankful that I got
to go, and I'm so thankful and blessed that Might
invited us and we had beautiful memories with our family.
And the next day we wake up, we decide to
go downtown bush Yes we're invited. No, we're like, we're
staying in like Vayata Nayati like area. So then we
end up going to Bushiyas and go have like little
Maadi schools on the side over there. And then after

(39:31):
the Madri schools, we go to the pool. We go
back to the resorto you have, Me and Zaddy have
a pool day. The whole day we go into the ocean.
I have no problem going to the ocean because I
was able to get like my my shafing locean. You know,
my thighs be rubbing up. I had my shafing locean
and I had my goggles. And if I have those
two things, and I'm totally fine to go into the ocean.

Speaker 2 (39:50):
Oce is kind of.

Speaker 1 (39:50):
Scary, though, you know, because sometimes it's not too clear
and you're afraid of a big old the don't pulling up.
But me and Zaddie are having so much fun in
the ocean. And then we go hop into the hot
tubs and then we hop into the regular pool and
it means that he play.

Speaker 2 (40:08):
Oh my gosh, we play this game called.

Speaker 1 (40:13):
Drowning Baby where he pretends he pretends to be a
drowning baby, and I'm saving him, but he's so heavy
and big that like even though I'm quote saving him,
I'm like worsening the drowns for him instead of actually
saving him. And he ends up just sinking to the
bottom and I have to save him. And we are
like playing this stupid game with each other for like

(40:33):
probably three hours.

Speaker 2 (40:35):
I'm running his face.

Speaker 1 (40:37):
Through the waterfall and the resort, like it is so hilarious,
Like we I told you before, Like we just have
these funny role plays and when we go on vacations,
like when we went to when we went to Greece
and we were pretending that we were a caveman on
the rocks, on the caves and just like pretending like
we're a caveman. We're pretending that we were royals, and

(40:59):
we were like looking over, who is gonna, you know,
take over our castle. We love to play little role
play games when we're swimming or in the ocean or
in the pool. So this one was drowning baby, and
I know that could be triggering for some people, but
luckily no babies were actually drowned during this reenactment. So yeah,
it was a really good time. The goggles are a

(41:21):
ten out of ten. I always pat goggles for me
and him. It was funny because when we were in
Disneyland and the boys were swimming, the boys were playing
with our goggles, but it was adults turn to have
fun during this wedding.

Speaker 2 (41:32):
So I had the goggles. We had the goggles, and
we had the best time ever.

Speaker 1 (41:37):
And then yeah, Saturday, Sunday and then Monday morning, first
fight out, six am, pull out and head back home
to New York City. So then we're in New York
and the first night we just relax. Tuesday morning I
go to work. Wednesday, he has a work trip in Boston.

(41:58):
So the whole day he was gone right. And it
was his mom's heavenly birthday, shout out to the queen
up in heaven, his mommy. So he was like, I
was like, oh, babe, Like what are you trying to
get when we when you come back from the airport,
what do you want to have to eat? I could
order his food and he's like, oh, I thought you
were gonna make chicken breaded chicken palm. And I was like,
absolutely not, but surprised to him, I was so girl.

(42:20):
I went to the grocery store. I got all the
stuff I needed to make breaded chicken parm. I've never
made breaded chicken palm before. I've made like breaded fried
chicken tenders, but never like chicken palm. So I looked
up a recipe online. I got all the ingredients. I
sprinted home. I was making chicken parm. I was making that.

(42:42):
I was making parmesan Brussels sprouts. I was making no bruccoli.
I was making a freakin cake. I made a cake
for his mom's birthday and I decorated everything and he
pulls up like seven o'clock. He had been gone from
like six in the morning all the way until seven pm.
He pulled up and I told him I was ordering

(43:03):
ty food, but I had a whole dinner maid for him.
I did overcook the broccoli. I'm not gonna lie. It
was charcoal like, but you know, you went sendy loose some.
He said that that was the best palm breaded chicken
he's ever had. And I know he's probably just trying
to condition me and be nice and just say that.

Speaker 2 (43:20):
But it was bomb. It was bomb.

Speaker 1 (43:22):
And he just couldn't stop talking about how he loved
the chicken and how thankful he was, and he couldn't
believe that I made a cake for his mommy's birthday
and it was just so beautiful.

Speaker 2 (43:30):
It was so amazing.

Speaker 1 (43:31):
And we had a really beautiful evening in and then
Thursday we went to david Busters because I had a
work of it. At david Busters, we saw like Eli
Manning and some of the Real Housewives people, which is
really funny, and then we just kind of hung out
at Brent Park a little bit, watch people play Botchy ball.
Very competitive game and these were professionals. And then Friday

(43:53):
morning he dipped back home to California. So that was
my beautiful birthday week. I think one of my highlights
was being able to go back on the JV Show,
which was so fun. I hit up Selena Graham and
our boss Dan and I was like, Hey, you guys,
I'm going to be in the Bay for a week
for my birthday. Is it cool if I go back home?
Is it cool if I go back on the show?

(44:14):
Just to say hi? And they always are welcoming back
with open arms. So I woke up really early one
of the days I was back home and I got
to hang out with Selena Graham and Jess, who is
their newest member. She's already been there for two years,
and it's just like old times. I'm giving them updates
about me and my engaged life, Sonora life, step mother life,

(44:36):
which is amazing. I was able to sing a song
with Graham. If you haven't heard of the episode, go
listen to the episode. It's called Crystal from the Number
one Market and it's a really really funny episode. I
give my takes on Megan Markle, who's a very controversial
person on their show, but I will always defend her.
She is my princess. And yeah, and then me and
Graham we revive our duet career and I end up

(44:58):
singing with him the by Angela Guila and Cristan Loodal,
So we do that duet. I will admit that I
was a little better than him. He's He's not gonna
ever admit that, but we know the truth. My vocals
definitely shined in that one. So yeah, go listen to
that episode again the JV Show podcast on demand of
Frehart Radio app wherever listen to podcast, just look up
Crystal from the Number one market and young Girl. That

(45:23):
was my extraordinary birthday week. I came back to New
York City and everyone was like, oh.

Speaker 2 (45:31):
My gosh, where were you for your birthday? And look,
you had so much fun. I was like a girl
I did.

Speaker 1 (45:36):
I got to share it with our son, I got
to go to Disneyland, I got to go back on
the JV Show, I got to play housewife.

Speaker 2 (45:43):
For a week.

Speaker 1 (45:44):
I got to go to Maiko for probably one of
the best weddings I've been to my entire life. Again,
thank you so much being most for inviting us and
just making lifelong memories, helping make lifelong memories for us
in the family. There was just nothing like it. And yeah,
and even before I left for my birthday, freakin' Alyssa

(46:04):
and David decorated. Producer Lissa and producer David decorated the
studio here at work like we love Crystal, and they
got me presents and it was just so nice. They're
so flipping nice, like I'm so blessed for them. And
I even got a present today. Yesterday at MISA, I
got a present from my church sister, Love you, Brenda.
It's just it's been so so so amazing. I mean,

(46:26):
thirty one girl, I'm winning. I am winning at life.
I'm so happy where I am in life, Like I
have this amazing job that I've prayed, I've prayed for
the situation here at work to get better, and it
finally has. I have Alyssa, my producer, who just makes
me smile and laugh every day like her and I

(46:47):
working together are so fun. I get to grow with
you guys on the lives every day on TikTok Live
every single day Eastern time, eleven am, I don't know
twelve twelve am Eastern time twelve Girl Breathe around twelve
thirty pm Eastern Time till six pm. We're on TikTok
Live having so much fun. And I have my amazing fiance,

(47:10):
I have my amazing step son, I have my amazing family.
I'm super as closer to God than ever. I'm just
so thankful and I feel so blessed. I feel too
blessed to stress, And even though it's always not one
hundred percent perfect, Like there are some things like not
even worth talking about, but anyone that you know doesn't

(47:32):
spread love into my life, like if there's people around
that are spreading hate to me one way or another,
like I know God is going to protect me and
has continued to protect me.

Speaker 2 (47:41):
And I'm just praying for them.

Speaker 1 (47:43):
That they get close to God and that they can
eventually one day find love in their hearts instead of
hate around them. Because hurt people hurt people, and it's
just it's so rough that there's some people who have
been through such tough things that they have to project
their own, you know, hearts onto other people. So we're
praying for them because life is not easy, I know

(48:04):
for a lot of us, and I know a lot
of us are going through things, so we're praying for
everyone that's going through things that is generating hate instead
of love.

Speaker 2 (48:12):
And I just feel like.

Speaker 1 (48:14):
I'm in such a great place and I'm really excited
to continue taking you on this journey with me. In
Crystal's my cap So we're going to continue the pods.
I'm going to hold myself accountable, you hold me accountable
because this really is my happy place, and I'm so
thankful that we get to spend.

Speaker 2 (48:31):
Our lives and journeys together. So thank you for being patient.

Speaker 1 (48:33):
I know I've been mia, but I am going to
be getting back into this because I definitely need to.
So that's where we're at right now. We obviously like
to close the pod with our affirmation, so I'm going
to pull that up right now. Our daily motivators for today, Monday,
March Thurday. First, this one is called highest Hopes. Are
you ready for this? All? Right? Give yourself hope by

(48:57):
doing something hopeful. Put the best part of yourself into action,
and immediately experience the improvement in your outlook. Rather than
defaulting to a tired, old empty habit, call upon your creativity,
dwell on what you love, then seek to express that
love through time, effort, and commitment. Dwell on what you love,

(49:18):
then seek to express that love through time, effort, and commitment.
Every day is filled with the opportune moments. Be ready
and willing to seize upon the next one that surely
will soon arrive. Immediately in front of you is the
possibility of encountering genuine beauty, wonder, and awe. Be open
to the possibility, be available to give yourself over to it.

(49:38):
Dreary expectations make for dreary experiences.

Speaker 2 (49:41):
That's so true.

Speaker 1 (49:43):
Dreary expectations make for dreary experiences. Raise those expectations, inject
hope and goodness into them. How much time and work,
commitment and persistence would you put forth if you knew
it would all make a difference. It will, as you
well know from looking back on your past. So act
upon your highest hopes right now. Ah, that really set

(50:04):
out to me. Dreary expectations make for dreary experiences. Like
if you're always saying that things are gonna be good,
They're gonna be good one way or another, Like just
say that, like, just just say that. This says Dwell
on what you love, then seek to express that love
through time, effort, and commitment. Yeah, spend time doing things
that you love. Spend your time and energy on things
that you love and like to do. Every day's little

(50:28):
opportunity that's beautiful. Does that help you a little bit?
I hope it helped you. I hope you loved it.
Now we're gonna do our prayer of the day together.
I know not all of us are Catholic or Christian,
So if this does not call to you right now,
it's okay, Like I will see you in next week's
episode of Crystals Night Cap.

Speaker 2 (50:47):
Do not worry. I love you.

Speaker 1 (50:48):
I never try to push anything on you. Love is love,
good energy and vibes to you and your family and
your loved ones. Now we're gonna move into the prayer.
It's called Jesus Calling by Sarah Jung. I always tell
you can look it up on Amazon, and it's an
amazing calendar prayer book. It helps me so much through
my day. It helps me look at the positivity of
things instead of the nectivity of things. It helps me

(51:08):
be thankful and grateful and try to stay as present
as I can. I think that's the hardest thing for us,
is to stay present. So if it calls for you
right now to join us in our prayer. Hang out
with me for a little longer. Oh my gosh, I
just opened up my prayer calendar book, The Jesus Calling
by Sarah Young, and these two index cards flew out.
And I've told you about this in my last episode,

(51:29):
the engagement episode that as a date here too.

Speaker 2 (51:33):
June six, twenty twenty four.

Speaker 1 (51:36):
I sketched my dream engagement rings, great engagement ring and
the wedding band, and I put it on my birthday
in the prayer book last June, because by my birthday
this year, I wanted to be engaged. And it's just
so funny that it all happened and worked out. And

(51:57):
that's on manifestation, so you better put it out into
the world. Well, all right, here's a prayer for March Sturtter. First, ready,
taste and see that I am good. The more intimately
you experience me, the more convinced you become of my goodness.
I am the living one who sees you and longs
to participate in your life. I am training you to
find me in each moment. Sometimes my blessings come to

(52:18):
you in mysterious ways, through pain and trouble. At such times,
you can know my goodness only through your trust in me.
Understanding will fail you, but trust will keep you close
to me. Thank me for the gift of my peace,
a gift of such immense proportions that you cannot fathom
its stepth and breath. When I appeared to my disciples
after the Resurrection, it was peace that I communicated. First

(52:41):
of all, I knew this was their deepest need to
calm their fears and clear their minds. I also speak
peace to you, for I know your anxious thoughts. Listen
to me. Tune out other voices so that you can
hear me more clearly. I designed you to dwell in
peace all day. Every day, draw near to me, receive
my peace. Psalm thirty four eight, Genesis sixteen thirteen through fourteen,

(53:05):
John twenty nineteen, and Colossians three fifteen. The more intimately
you experienced me, the more convinced you become of my goodness.
The more intimately you experienced me. It's true, though, It's true,
though my blessings come to you mysterious ways through pain
and troubles. Sometimes, at such times, you can know my

(53:26):
goodness only through your trust in me. Man, I have
to tell you, I have to tell you it's been
helping so much being close to God like I would
let and I've shared this so many times before on
like why my journey getting close to God has helped
me with my day to day because for years living
here in New York City, there was just a situation

(53:47):
that was just so rough on me, and I would
allow my peace to get ruined, I would allow my
joy to get stolen. And it makes me that much
more thankful and grateful that I had God during that
to be able to like be the bigger person, because
if I was petty, if I was like spewing that
negativity towards me with more negativity, like I would have
been deemed like unprofessional, like I would have been deemed

(54:07):
hard to work with, Like I wouldn't have the position
I have now if I was acting the petty ways
that the people around me were acting. And there's always something,
there is always something. Now I'm so blessed. I have
my own show, I have amazing people around me that
support me, but there's still gonna be things like there

(54:28):
are still things behind the scenes that are just driven
with hate. Like I'm talking like messages. I'm talking like
fake email accounts with just like hate paragraphs. And if
I didn't have God at the center of my life,
like I would be so petty, I would respond, I'd
be so petty and like throw hate with hate. But

(54:52):
I feel like all of the training that I've had
of like working through that and like because I've been
keeping God close to me do that does not bother me.
And there's been so much growth, Like even for me
and my family, there's this nagging gnat that is always
trying to jump and ruin good times that we have

(55:14):
in our lives. And when I first started involving myself
with Zaddy, it used to affect us a lot. It
used to ruin our whole day, our whole weekend. But
him and I had both gotten so much closer to
God that now to the point that we are we
honestly it doesn't even bother us. Like we've been able

(55:36):
to like block out as much as we can about it,
but that now will still find ways to try to
get in contact with us. And we just kind of
scoff now and roll our eyes on, giggle, and we
just say God, like we're going to continue to pray
for this person, and we're going to pray for the situation,
and we just honestly leave it to the authorities at
this point, because ain't nothing gonna nothing gonna be fixed,

(55:56):
Like if you you can't reason with unreasonable people. And
I feel like and just like this said, like just
like this verse said, understanding will fail you, but trust
will keep you close to me. If you try to
understand situations that are negative and people that are hateful,

(56:18):
if you try to understand them and reason with them,
like you're gonna get nowhere, it's not gonna work. All
you gotta do is just trust in God and be like, God,
I don't want to deal with this person, you got it,
and just ignore and it's it will be fine, Like
it will be fine if you trust in God and
you try to be your best person. But I've been
in those situations where I like, throw petty with petty

(56:39):
and now you're just a petty party and it's just
so negative and it ruins your day and you're night.
And like I said, now we just leave it to
the authorities, and there's it's been so much better, Like
our life has been so much better since we stopped
feeding into negative people and just throwing it in a
backpack and tossing it up to God. And it helps

(57:01):
so so much. And I hope that whatever you have
going on, we all got things going on. We all
have that nat around us one way or another. I
hope that you can work on getting closer to your
light and your energy and your good vibes and your
love and your God if that's what you believe in,

(57:21):
whatever you believe, and I hope that you can keep
working on getting close to that so that you can
find peace, because there are, seriously, there are people with
like knives and shields trying to come at you to
disturb your peace every second of the day. But ain't
nothing going to get through the armor of God. I'll
tell you that right now. And that's how I feel.

(57:43):
And I mean me and our family is to the
Testament to that, like especially the growth about through me
and my Man. And so I feel like, ain't nothing
can and nothing can stop you when you have God.
So yeah, draw near to me, receive my peace. I
designed you to dwell in peace all day every day.

Speaker 2 (58:03):
Girl.

Speaker 1 (58:03):
That's how I feel. That's how I feel. So it's
definitely a practice. It's not something like Okay, I've got
I'm done. It's like no, no, no, no, no no, Like
you got to practice, like you gotta keep reading, you
gotta keep getting closer. You gotta keep exploring your spirituality,
your faith, whatever that is. And you know, to those
people that don't have that, pray.

Speaker 2 (58:23):
For it for them.

Speaker 1 (58:24):
Like if you're like this person is always in a
bad mood, this person's always talking trash about something, this
person is always like spewing hate for one way or another,
Pray for them, don't complain, Pray, pray, pray, Pray that
they find peace, that they find love. Hurt people, hurt people,

(58:46):
So pray, pray, pray, and I promise it will get better.
And like it has been. If they don't get better,
at least you can get better. If all you're doing
in your heart is like giving out love and trying
to just pray for peace and love, enjoy, then that
will come to you. Because that's what you're saying out loud.

Speaker 2 (59:04):
It will help you. It will help you, Sis, it'll
help you. King.

Speaker 1 (59:07):
I hope that's helped you whatever you have going on.
It's definitely me talking out loud helping me with things
that I have going on, but we got this shield
and the armor of God. Ew. I just opened up
my snapchats wondering if oh my god, no girl, no please, no,
you know, I just opened up my snapchats like wondering
if there's any like questions or advice you guys needed,

(59:28):
And then like someone crusty for my past is hitting
me with the how you do, and.

Speaker 2 (59:32):
Like please, I'm going to block them.

Speaker 1 (59:34):
I'm going to block them like they're a nice person,
but I don't need them in my messages. Okay, Oh
my gosh, I missed you.

Speaker 2 (59:45):
I love you.

Speaker 1 (59:45):
I can't wait to hang out with you again next
weekend till or next week until then. You know what
the drill is on everything. I'm at lat Crystal Little Sauce.
We're on TikTok Live Monday through Friday one pm Eastern
to six pm Eastern, and.

Speaker 2 (01:00:02):
I'll see you on the next one. I love, love, love you.
