Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's another double phone frame mornings on the twenties.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Hello.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Hi, this is Trevor calling from Airlines. I was looking
for our customer Mark, who has a flight with us
this afternoon.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Uh yeah, Hi, how are you today? I'm good? How
are you? You know what?

Speaker 1 (00:32):
I'm not too bad. I think I got some pretty
good sleep last night, you know, like I just started
this job. So that's fun and things seem to be
going pretty good so far, you know, so like that's nice.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
Why are you calling me?

Speaker 1 (00:47):
Oh, because it's been canceled. What Yeah, I'm so sorry
to inform you, but it's been canceled. Canceled, yo, Like
it's not gonna you know, it's not gonna be there.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
So why what happened?

Speaker 1 (01:05):
I want to rethink your travel plans or something.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
What what happened? Can you tell me what happened?

Speaker 1 (01:12):
I don't really know why, Like I don't have you know,
like they don't give me all the information, you know,
because like I'm new here and I just make phone
customer service phone calls and book reservations and stuff like that,
and it's actually pretty fun. And like my grandma is
asking me if I enjoyed it, you know, because like
I live downstairs and then she's always like asking if
I'm ever going to move out, you know, And so

(01:34):
I got this job to kind of get some money,
so maybe I could get like apartment or roommate one day.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
And I really don't care. I need more information about
why why this is gotten canceled.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
It's no longer available, so I don't know what you
want to do.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
I've got a fly scheduled for today, no fourlock clock, coon,
and now you're telling me it's canceled.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
Do you know Spanish?

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Do I know Spanish?

Speaker 1 (02:02):
Yeah, because you're going to cancuon. I just didn't know
if you were like bilingual, because that would be super cool.
I tried to learn Spanish one time. We're using the
duel leaving with Trevor.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
I really don't care what's gonna happen with this. He said,
I'm scheduled leave at four o'clock today, and now you're
saying it's canceled.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
Yeah, it's been canceled, and I'm so sorry about that.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
Can you you could tell me about this?

Speaker 1 (02:27):
Well? I have a question real quick, just on the
Spanish thing. Yeah, how do you say in Spanish? Do
you know? Because I think I think it would be funny.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
Just just I can't believe this. I'm leaving today. Yeah, fo'lock,
it's canceled.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
Yeah, it's canceled and not it'd be funny if you
said that in Spanish, because like that, obviously it's like
not good news. But I was also thinking, I don't care.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
I don't care, Trevor, just I need more information on
why this is canceled. And am am I gonna get
money back? You're saying no, so how am I gonna
get the Cancun?

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Well, I guess tell me fly is probably like what
you would do. Here're just saying you don't want to
fly to Cancoon anymore.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
No, I'm all sick to fly to Cancun. That's the
point you're telling me it's canceled. We're supposed to leave today.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Do you want to leave tomorrow?

Speaker 2 (03:33):
No? I don't want to leave tomorrow. Okay, I want
to leave today. Okay, all right, I want you to
tell me why this flight is canceled.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
Well, the flight's not canceled. You can still go at four.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
Wait a minute, okay, you just spent five minutes telling
me that this flight is canceled, and now you're saying
it's not.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
The flight is totally cool. It's gonna leave at four,
but like the food that you order, the meal plate
thingy yea, they discontinued it. So I was just letting
you know that, like it's not going to be available
on your flight.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Wait a minute, that's it. You're telling me the meals canceled.
You put me through five minutes of not thinking my
flight's being canceled. Now they say that's okay, let me
talk to somebody there, Trevor. You know why because I
want to get a new meal and I want to
get you fired at your job.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Okay, then I'll just let you know it's a prank
phone call. What this is actually Jubil from the Jubil
Show doing a phone prank on you and your girlfriend
set you up.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
It's a joke, you kidd it, really?

Speaker 1 (04:42):
Yeah, she wanted to mess let me go in. She said,
you guys are going on vacation later today. I wanted
to mess with you. Man, wake up every morning with
Jubile phone pranks.
