Speaker 3 (00:24):
Yours, John Jane Rich.

Speaker 4 (00:27):
Wednesday, December fourth, It's my son's birthday is twenty one?
Oh campus twenty one today?

Speaker 3 (00:34):
Well that wild? I remember it well, I remember.

Speaker 4 (00:38):
And the thing about camp is I don't really talk
about that much. Is that my wife's sister carried him.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
Isn't that wild? Yeah?

Speaker 5 (00:45):
So you have such a crazy like birth story for
each one of your kids, don't Jay so crazy?

Speaker 3 (00:50):
So he's twenty one today.

Speaker 4 (00:52):
I don't know how his basketball team is going to
celebrate his birthday if they are not. But anyway, I
texted him first thing in the morning, which he still
sleep because my dad used to. My dad used to
always make sure he was the first person to text
any of us on a birthday and then he would
go over the whole day, like, here's what happened the
day you were born, and go over every single thing
that happened.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
Awesome.

Speaker 4 (01:08):
I don't remember much when Kemp was born, too long
ago one anyway, Anyway, our phone number is eight seven
seven nine three seven one oh four seven. You can
text us, text JJR and whatever you want to say
to nine six eight nine three and we'll get your
text and we'll read it or we'll call you back.
So I was telling you guys the other day, I
for Black Friday, I bought a bunch of stuff from
the Gap, right, and I love the T shirts from

(01:29):
the Gap. So yesterday I wore a new T shirt
from the Gap, a black T shirt from the Gap.
I bought a bunch of They're like four dollars, and
I don't know that there's there's like if you go
buy the shirts, there's different pictures on the website and
it says like it's a black T shirts, it's the
Gap black T shirt, standard black T shirt, the Gap
the T shirt, the Gap the T shirt. I'm like,
what's the difference. So I just bought a bunch of them.

(01:51):
I think they're the same. So I put on this
is day two. This is a second black shirt I
put on right another pocket has another pocket, and he
felt totally different. And the shirt I was wearing yesterday,
so I took it off and I got the shirt
yesterday and looked at the at the the logo in
the back, and the one I wore yesterday is called
the standard T shirt.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
This T shirt is called the standard.

Speaker 4 (02:11):
And fit T shirt tighter fits tighter, and I was like, dang,
and it's longer, which I like.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
But now I want to go back and buy a
whole bunch of these that one that you right now.
But I don't know. I hope they still have their
Black Friday prices.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
I don't know, but I like the longer look because
when I have to get something off a shelf, my
belly hangs out right. I don't like it to be
a right right, right right. So that's my Christmas shopping
so far. As for me, Kyle, what did you how
did you like life hack some shopping yesterday?

Speaker 5 (02:39):
Okay, if you guys been to Shiels once, yeah, it's amazing,
but it's also ginormous.

Speaker 6 (02:44):
It's overwhelming. Sometimes it's so.

Speaker 5 (02:47):
My hack isn't really a hack, but it's kind of
a hack or just like a reminder. I we do
like little cousins gifts in our in our family, like
each of the kids pick their cousins to get a
gift because there's so many kids that it's like that
would be really expensive, so to save money, we just pick,
you know, cousins.

Speaker 7 (03:05):
So Easton picked his cousin, Griff.

Speaker 5 (03:08):
Griff wanted one of those mini helmets right that are
like I don't know, they're like five inches by five
inches and they're a replica of an actual NFL helmet.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Oh, not to wear, but as a display. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (03:19):
Yeah, the people collect them. It's the cool thing to
do with the first graders. Okay.

Speaker 7 (03:25):
So I knew.

Speaker 5 (03:26):
I had seen that they had it at Shields the
one he wanted online, and I'm like, I could just
go in his Shields is pretty awesome when you go in,
But if I go in, I'm not walking out with
just this only thing that I need, and.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
You're also not walking on five minutes right exactly.

Speaker 5 (03:41):
So I ordered it online, I walked into Sels, I
picked it up.

Speaker 7 (03:46):
I was out of Shels in probably two minutes.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
Unheard of unheard of.

Speaker 4 (03:50):
That's he ordered it like on the way there, like
that quick, or you ordered it and you were like,
I just got to go pick it up.

Speaker 5 (03:55):
No, I ordered it like four days ago. And then
I at my own convenience. Whenever I thought I had time,
I went in. I was out licked.

Speaker 8 (04:04):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
That's like the big time version of the Starbucks app.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
When you call, you get your should walk in there
and get your drink and turn around and walk out.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
So you didn't get sucked into like buying a canoe
while you were in there.

Speaker 5 (04:16):
I've done it might, but you know, customer service is
literally right when you walk in.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Getstrucked about chocolate right, yeah to it. They get all
that chocolate lickty split.

Speaker 7 (04:27):
I was like, this is amazing.

Speaker 4 (04:28):
You know how we've been announcing all these concerts like
post Malones come into the stadium tour right, and then
you yesterday Announcedkendrick Lamar my son last night Dutch. He's
eighteen years old. He goes, he walks in the house yesterday,
he goes, you got a cowboy hat, you got a
cowboy boots. I'm like, no, because did you live in Houston.
Weren't you in country music. You don't have cowboy boots,
And I go, I might have cowboys, but I think

(04:51):
they're in storage because hey, and I now wear the
same size. Oh that's amazing size thirteen shoe. And like,
he goes in my closet, he goes, do you have
anything country. What's the name of the Yellowstone brand?

Speaker 6 (05:03):
Oh?

Speaker 7 (05:03):
Kimesid Times Ranch.

Speaker 4 (05:04):
Yea because member with the comes and then they gave
me all this stuff, and he goes, do you have
anything Kimes? And I look and I have a whole
bunch of Kimes hats that still have the tag on him.
This will do? And he takes like, what are you doing?
He goes, Oh, I'm going to Zach Bryan. Oh, yeah,
he was going to Zach Bryan. Like what do you
mean you're going to Zach? How about hey, Dad, can
I go to Zach Bryant?

Speaker 3 (05:23):
He goes.

Speaker 4 (05:24):
And then so this is at like four point thirty
or something, four o'clock right, No, no, this is at two o'clock.

Speaker 3 (05:30):
So I'm waiting.

Speaker 4 (05:32):
I see all the hats, the Chimes hats on the
counter in the kitchen, and I'm like, so, what's Dutch's planned?
To my wife? And she goes well, he's coming home.
I guess he's going to the concert. I go, okay.
So when he come up, we went to dinner. We
came home from dinner. The hats are still there, Like,
I wonder when he's going because he goes. He said
that Zach Bryan wasn't going on to like ten or something.
Oh a lot of openers. So I'm like, okay, So

(05:52):
the hats are still there. So all of a sudden,
it's like nine, and I'm like, where's Dutch. Dutch has
me picture. He's there in the front row where the hats.
But because I had four hats, but he had them
all set, so he's wearing one of the hats.

Speaker 3 (06:02):
I guess he didn't you know, I didn't see all
the hats in the counter.

Speaker 4 (06:05):
But this morning I wake up and there's all these
videos of Zach Bryan and he's like there at the
front row of Zach Bryant.

Speaker 6 (06:11):
You see the one that was in the drama Chicken Fry.

Speaker 4 (06:14):
Boy, that that drama didn't stop his popularity. That just
goes to show you, like the drama presscells tickets. Ye right,
So I don't know how the show was, but he
didn't get home. Till one o'clock in the morning.

Speaker 9 (06:24):
I know a lot of people were like really really
trying to get tickets out, and they were pretty expensive.
They were running for like five hundred bucksicket.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
Well, the kids got school today, I know that's what school.

Speaker 9 (06:34):
And I'm like, it's a basketball season practice.

Speaker 10 (06:38):
Hey, I just.

Speaker 3 (06:39):
Want to say, Zach Bryan ruined my night last night.

Speaker 4 (06:42):
Well because my wife went to Zach Bryan and I
ended up on midnight.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
I was like, I'm going to bed, I'm not staying
up any longer.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
To wait until I left the note and win laid down,
and then Caitlyn came.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
Home and then proceeded to wake me up and tell
me about the concert and how great it was.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
And I was like, can get the headache? And she's like,
you know, I gotta.

Speaker 4 (07:03):
Get up early too tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
And I was like, okay, well I didn't.

Speaker 3 (07:06):
Choose to go see Zach Bryant.

Speaker 4 (07:11):
Zach Bryant calling issue everywhere. Anyway, Apparently it was a
great show. Kyle's coming up Three Things you Need to Know.

Speaker 5 (07:18):
I'll tell you how to protect yourself from porch pirates
this holiday season.

Speaker 7 (07:21):
Next with John Jay and Rich.

Speaker 3 (07:23):
We go You Wake Up with that, get John Jane Rich,
John Jay and Rich.

Speaker 4 (07:27):
I'm just gonna throw this out there. I'm looking for
an expert in the TV show The Bachelor or even
The Bachelorette. Call eight seven seven ninety three seven one
oh four seven or text JJR and The Bachelor to
ninety six eight nine three.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
I'll tell you why later. Kyle, what do you got?
Three things we need to know?

Speaker 5 (07:45):
Nobody won the Mega Millions a jackpot last night, so
if you forgot to get your tickets, you're in left
because now the jackpot is five hundred and seventy nine million.
With your one time cash payout of two hundred and
seventy six points six million, this will be the tenth
largest jackpot in Mega Million's history. Next drawing will be Friday,

(08:07):
so you got a few days to go get your
tickets so you can win that Jackpop experts have some
tips for you to protect yourself from porch pirates this
holiday season. They say, do not leave your package is unattended.
That's just the first and most obvious thing. Like if
you leave them out there, you're kind of enticing them to.

Speaker 7 (08:23):
Come take them.

Speaker 5 (08:24):
So they say, listen, take advantage of any tracking tool
that your retailer or delivery company offers you, so you
know when your package is going to show up, so
you can either be around or have some like maybe
you're at work, have a friend.

Speaker 7 (08:34):
Go pick it up for you.

Speaker 5 (08:36):
They also say one of the biggest deturns for porch
pirates is a camera. Get yourself a ring camera, get
yourself a fake camera, get yourself something that looks like
a camera, because porch pirates do actually see.

Speaker 7 (08:47):
Those and it is a big deterrence.

Speaker 5 (08:49):
So those are the two biggest things that you can
do to protect yourself this holiday season.

Speaker 7 (08:53):
Now, a study just found.

Speaker 5 (08:54):
That people with one specific personality type are more susceptible
to work stress.

Speaker 7 (09:00):
It happens to.

Speaker 5 (09:01):
Be HSPs highly sensitive people.

Speaker 9 (09:05):
Oh.

Speaker 5 (09:06):
Now, highly sensitive people are known for their heightened sensitivities.
They experience higher levels of stress and display increased empathy. Now,
although they are more susceptible to stress, highly sensitive individuals
also have higher levels of empathy, which is actually really
beneficial in.

Speaker 7 (09:23):
The workplace, a very valuable.

Speaker 5 (09:25):
Asset to organizations, particularly in roles that require strong interpersonal skills.

Speaker 6 (09:30):
And so while these people.

Speaker 5 (09:32):
Are extremely stressed out, big bosses and higher ups actually
rely on these people for the interpersonal skills.

Speaker 6 (09:38):
Oh my goodness.

Speaker 9 (09:39):
So this explains why I cried this morning when I
realized it was Wednesday and off Thursday an HSP.

Speaker 7 (09:45):
I am a lot, I do pains are HSP. We
love her. And that's three things you need to know.

Speaker 4 (09:53):
It's time for Peyton's predictions. Peyton, what's vibe today?

Speaker 9 (09:56):
I'm going to tell you if you are a girls
girl based on your zodiac.

Speaker 4 (09:58):
Sign eight seven seven nine three seven one o four seven.
Good morning, Laurie. What's your sign?

Speaker 10 (10:05):

Speaker 3 (10:05):
My kid is Aquarius?

Speaker 9 (10:06):
Okay, Aquarius, You guys are not quite the girl's girl.

Speaker 6 (10:09):
Aquarians. You guys are chill.

Speaker 9 (10:11):
You're independent, and you're non judgmental, but your aloofness can
make you seem like you're not really emotionally invested. You're
that quirky friend who marches to.

Speaker 6 (10:19):
Their own beat.

Speaker 11 (10:20):
Okay, thank you so much.

Speaker 12 (10:22):
You guys have a great show.

Speaker 9 (10:23):
Sorry, She's like, yeah, right, just me and me.

Speaker 3 (10:26):
I Mercedes, what's your sign? Good morning?

Speaker 2 (10:29):
Hi?

Speaker 5 (10:29):

Speaker 13 (10:30):
It's the Leo.

Speaker 9 (10:31):
I am a Leo too, Okay, Leo's we are girls girls.
Leo's love being the center of attention, but we're fiercely
protective of our friends, so we're gonna hype you up
on Instagram and we're gonna make sure that you're shining
right alongside us.

Thank you, Loretta, good morning.

Speaker 3 (10:51):
What's your sign? Loretta?

Speaker 14 (10:56):
Oh sorry, I've evergo just like John Jay.

Speaker 9 (10:59):
Okay, Gretta and John Jay, you guys are not quite
a girl's girl. Virgos are incredible friends, but you guys
are more of the fixture life. Then cry with you
over it, so they'll support you and your practical energy
might feel a little too no nonsense for some people.

Speaker 3 (11:16):
Okay, how about for Klin Libs.

Speaker 9 (11:21):
Yeah, I feel like we should all know this. Libras
are definitely girls.

Speaker 7 (11:23):
Girls.

Speaker 9 (11:24):
Libras were made to be girls girls. You guys are
charming and fair and you're always down to mediate drama. Plus,
your love for aesthetics means that you're always gonna have
a partner for matching outfits and cute bunch fits.

Speaker 7 (11:34):
Yes, I love matching outfits.

Speaker 2 (11:36):
Amazing and my girlies.

Speaker 3 (11:39):
How about four pisces.

Speaker 9 (11:40):
Yeah, Pisces, rich you're a girl's girl through and through Pisces.
You guys are dreamy, you're empathetic, and you're always down
to talk about feelings, and they'll probably write you like
a heartfelt poem when you're sad, but don't ask them
to organize anything. You're better with vibes than logistics.

Speaker 2 (11:55):
Amen to that.

Speaker 3 (11:56):
Yeah, all right, it's juntain rich Mory Lindsay.

Speaker 14 (12:03):
Thanks for holding good morning, Thanks for having me.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
What's going on?

Speaker 15 (12:08):
So, my sister got married.

Speaker 14 (12:10):
Last weekend, and for some reason, I think it's kind
of insane, she invited me to DUTA plus one apparently
he I'm that sister, the one who is perfetuonally single
and never gets a lust one invite. Anyway, so she's
been on me like NonStop about getting on dating apps,
and I'm I'm like talking obsessed. She's telling me, oh,

(12:31):
it's super easy.

Speaker 16 (12:33):
And that you know, I can't miss out on love
just because I'm too stubborn to try it, which is
kind of annoying honestly, Like, yeah, thank you for the
love advice. I really don't want to scroll through a
bunch of profiles pretending to care about some guy's favorite pizza.

Speaker 14 (12:47):
Topping or whatever.

Speaker 16 (12:49):
So anyway, draft forward to the wedding. I'm walking in
fully planned to step her throat Sola, I.

Speaker 13 (12:55):
Have my glass of wine. Turns out my sister actually
set me up, but.

Speaker 16 (13:02):
Not with just some random guy in a napp Oh
no no.

Speaker 15 (13:05):
Instead she recruited my ex.

Speaker 14 (13:09):
And this is the X I haven't spoken to in.

Speaker 2 (13:11):
Two years because.

Speaker 14 (13:14):
Well it's too much. I'll just say we had like
a very dramatic breakup. So I was halfway drunk and
I just told of, Okay, you know what, let's just
have a good night. This is about my sister, okay,
And so my ex and I are having the most
awkward but also hilarious time. We were like just pretending

(13:34):
like we didn't just avoid icontact for years.

Speaker 15 (13:37):
But here's the crazy part.

Speaker 13 (13:40):
We ended up laughing so much that by the end
of the night we're actually having an actual honest conversation.
And it turns out maybe the timing was off back then,
But it's.

Speaker 16 (13:54):
Kind of wild how things can come full circle when
you used to expect them to honestly away. We got
back together and we're talking about eloping and getting married
next year.

Speaker 7 (14:06):
WHOA, So your sister was right.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
She saved the day.

Speaker 7 (14:09):
She's got to be here.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
They have honor.

Speaker 16 (14:13):
Right, Yeah, she called it.

Speaker 4 (14:16):
It's almost like a Netflix slash Hallmark ro.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
In fact, that was the movie right where the ex
is back and he happened our little Secret with Lindsay Lohan,
like the X shows up because he's dating like somebody
else in the family, like another step or something. And
then they, you know, they go off to go pick
a Christmas tree together and rekindle the romance. No way,
and they hate each other because he flamed out on

(14:44):
her back in the day when they were dating. Wow,
and she moved away and now it's back on. This
is just your story you were, Lindsay Lohan.

Speaker 7 (14:51):
You should sell your story to Hallmark.

Speaker 3 (14:53):
How does it end with Linda Lohan?

Speaker 2 (14:55):
Well, I mean it is a Christmas rom com, so
I mean there's a happily ever after.

Speaker 3 (14:59):
Oh so that's good Lindsay. Yeah, Lindsay Lohan.

Speaker 7 (15:03):
And our Lindsay that we're talking to right now, I'm.

Speaker 3 (15:05):
Talking about we have Lindsay on the phone.

Speaker 4 (15:07):
In your life is the Netflix Christmas?

Speaker 3 (15:11):
What's your boyfriend's name, Lindsay Thomas. What's the guy's name
on the show? Anyone knows?

Speaker 2 (15:16):
I forgot?

Speaker 3 (15:16):
Oh, come on, Parr, you know everything. What's it called
thirty Little Secret?

Speaker 2 (15:21):
No, it's called Our Little Secret. It's on Netflix. I
think it's number one or number two. It's pretty big,
Our Little Secret. I forgot what his name is.

Speaker 6 (15:28):
Wouldn't that be trippy?

Speaker 9 (15:29):
If his name was Tollmus, I'd be insane.

Speaker 4 (15:31):
Two resentful exes must awkwardly spend Christmas together after learning
their new partners or siblings.

Speaker 3 (15:37):
It's I mean, it's kind of similar that the exes
have to be together.

Speaker 2 (15:40):
Yeah, and then they get forced together and then they
rekindle the romance.

Speaker 9 (15:44):
That's wild though, So lindsay, what did what did Thomas say?
When he gets to the wedding, He's like surprise or
like was he totally game because he wanted to get
back together.

Speaker 14 (15:54):
He was part of it. My sister had reached out
and I don't actually know exactly what that's something along
the lines of, you guys were great together. Do you
want to come to my wedding and just like hang
out with my sister?

Speaker 15 (16:08):
Yeah, he was part of it.

Speaker 13 (16:09):
He was in on it.

Speaker 15 (16:10):
I was the only one that was zooped.

Speaker 3 (16:11):
But it's not going to work out. What his name
is Logan?

Speaker 9 (16:16):
Yeah, Yeah, you need to find your logan kind of
the name.

Speaker 2 (16:21):
Do you know what makes this better is if this
was like a Christmas wedding, like in a foreign country,
then you've got the whole movie. You've got all the
Hallmark traffics.

Speaker 6 (16:28):
That's pretty cool.

Speaker 4 (16:29):
Now, good for you, Lizzie, Thank you for calling in.
Congratulations a fun story. Love hearing fun stories.

Speaker 13 (16:34):
Right, Yeah, thank you so much.

Speaker 4 (16:35):
I have a great day, you too, Yeah, John Jay
and Rich stept for stacks and hacks, I have stax
of information, riches life hacks.

Speaker 3 (16:51):
Let us begin.

Speaker 4 (16:53):

Overall, the top names are Charlie for dogs and Milo
for cats and Luna for both. Cop in Colorado was
chasing a thief on foot through a neighborhood when the
cops stole a kid's bike to catch up to him.
There's even video and afterwards a copy turned the bike
just like in a movie.

Speaker 2 (17:21):
That's really cool.

Speaker 4 (17:23):
Thirty two year old guy in Virginia, you got arrested
after he tried to steal fourteen hundred dollars worth of
stuff from Walmart. He was at the Walmart when they
were doing an event called Shop with the Cop. There
are fifty cops in the Walmart.

Speaker 17 (17:36):
Between the Sheriff's department and police officers, about fifty uniform
personnel at the store. A member of the staff at
Walmart came up to us and informed us that they
had a shoplifting in progress inside the store. We were
able to see on video the suspect as he was
concealing merchandise. As we approached from different directions, he tried
to escape out.

Speaker 2 (17:54):
The back of the store.

Speaker 17 (17:55):
I think he was stunned fifteen officers at that point.

Speaker 2 (17:58):
You know, we had.

Speaker 17 (18:00):
Thirty forty marked patrol cars in the parking lot, and
when we found his vehicle was actually facing where all
of our cars were parked, so he would have had
to have seen them. It just didn't matter to him.
He was gonna take the chance, so stupid.

Speaker 4 (18:12):
Twenty five percent of people say they discovered a more
romantic side of their partner while traveling together, and the
Daily Mail has a rundown of the top fetishes of
twenty twenty four.

Speaker 3 (18:21):
What do you think number one.

Speaker 7 (18:22):
Is eat number two oh years.

Speaker 3 (18:25):
Number one is getting fresh on a balcony.

Speaker 2 (18:27):
What you would have probably not come up with that.

Speaker 4 (18:32):
Frontier Airlines will be adding a new premium section to
their planes. They're calling it first Class Style seats. Ninety
one year old guy with the mention went missing in
Wyoming last week. No one knows where he was for
two days. Then his wife was watching TV and he
popped up on the news and some other in the
background of the news. God's okay, okay. Now this video

(18:53):
or this audio going to play for you is insane.
Cops in Illinois saved a pregnated woman. She's driving her
car twenty weeks pregnant. The brakes go out. She calls
nine to one one and as she's on the freeway,
the cops try to rally to save her. So they
get their car and they pull it in front of
her so that she bangs into the car. Right But

(19:14):
listen to this nine to one call and then listen
to it happen as they save her life. It's insane.

Speaker 7 (19:20):
I need help. My brakes won't stop.

Speaker 15 (19:22):
My car won't stop, my brakes aren't working.

Speaker 3 (19:24):
I'm twenty weeks per you. I cannot die today.

Speaker 7 (19:27):
I'm trying to make the break the stars. I can't.
It won't stop.

Speaker 11 (19:30):
Move to get in front of it, and then conducted
a rolling roadblock, which allowed them to get in front
of the vehicle, gently apply the brakes and slowly make
contact with the front of the vehicle that was out
of control.

Speaker 12 (19:43):
I'm gonna hit and come, I'm gonna win.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
I didn't they know, Hey, ma'am, it's okay. They know, ma'am,
it's okay.

Speaker 3 (19:58):
They know okay.

Speaker 2 (20:00):
And do you know how far away it stopped from
a lake, like like less than some like two hundred yards.
I think she would have been right in the water.
What do you have for life hacks? All right, let's
talk about how to stop the late night snack hack.
It happens. It's midnight, somebody has cookies. You want to
eat the cookies. It happens. So experts say, most of
us like the snack on something sugar late at night.

(20:21):
But that is you know where we gain our most weight.
So here's the trick. You gotta trick your brain. You
get to appeal to your laziness. They say, go brush
your teeth when you're hungry for a snack because most
of us are so lazy that we don't want to
brush our teeth all over again, and that generally will
outweigh our need for a chocolate chip cookie. So try it.
Brush your teeth. They're like, I just brush my teeth.

(20:43):
I will do that again and you're good to go.
Try the hack. Tell us how it works. That's up
at John jayn Rich dot com, John.

Speaker 5 (20:49):
Jayane Rich in your car and on the free iHeartRadio.

Speaker 4 (20:52):
App John Day and Rich Christmas wish less than twenty
minutes away, our first one of the year. Our phone
numbers eight seven, seven, nine three, seven, one oh four
seven Text us about anything you text JJR and whatever's
on your mind to the number nine six eight nine three.

Speaker 3 (21:10):
Okay, Jenna's in the studio.

Speaker 4 (21:12):
Jenna has a lot of our social media stuff, just
kind of behind the scenes but very active life. And
I think this is interesting because of the app. Actually,
because you're going to a wedding, right, Yeah, you weren't
in the wedding. No you weren't getting married.

Speaker 6 (21:26):
No I wasn't. I'll let you guys know before I
do that. You guys were invited. Don't worry.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
We had a long way to go for that his wedding.

Speaker 18 (21:31):
Was it crazy enough? It was, okay, try to follow.
It's my mom's ex boyfriend's daughter, but we're still cool
with the family, which is cool.

Speaker 3 (21:39):
Okay, so like your mom went yeah wow.

Speaker 6 (21:42):
And then his new girlfriend was there. Yeah. It was
like a blend of.

Speaker 3 (21:45):
Everyone, does your mom have a new boyfriend?

Speaker 6 (21:46):
No, I was her plus one. Oh yeah, so I
was her boyfriend.

Speaker 18 (21:49):
But yeah, so I didn't bend to like a wedding
in my like adult life. So I was really excited
because it's wedding season whatever.

Speaker 6 (21:56):
I wanted it to be perfect.

Speaker 18 (21:58):
And I'm usually the one that's like last minute running
out to get addressed the day before.

Speaker 6 (22:02):
That's me. But this time I was like, I'm gonna
be different.

Speaker 18 (22:06):
I'm gonna have it planned out, I'm gonna everything's gonna
be perfect.

Speaker 6 (22:08):
So I had heard about this app called Pickle.

Speaker 18 (22:11):
That apparently you can rent like people's closets and like
dresses whatever.

Speaker 6 (22:16):
Influencers use it. I don't know. I'd heard good things.

Speaker 4 (22:19):
So it's like, so like, if Kyle I was on Pickle,
she's sharing her her closet.

Speaker 5 (22:23):
Yeah, like you could like rent the runway, but for
just like regular people.

Speaker 3 (22:27):
So like Uber, it's like Uber for closed.

Speaker 18 (22:30):
Like you could rent Kyle's cameo jacket if you wanted.

Speaker 2 (22:34):
I killed everything that.

Speaker 4 (22:35):
That's an interesting concept because then you have to be
confident enough in your clothes, like what I want to
rent down my gap shirt and what's the price, right? Yeah,
you got to put it in a bag and mail
it and.

Speaker 18 (22:46):
It varies like different things cost different depends on where
it's coming from.

Speaker 2 (22:50):
And your signe. It's not like you can you can
like alterrade or anything because somebody else's clothes right.

Speaker 18 (22:55):
Exactly, like and you have to have it cleaned. Yeah,
So I've heard good things. A girl that I knew
used it, so I was like, okay, we'll try it out.
Found this really cute dress that was originally like three
hundred dollars and I was gonna rent it for fifty.
It was coming from Chicago, and you have to like
pick your rental period, so I picked. The wedding was
on Saturday. I chose to have it checked out like
a you check it out like it's a book or something.

(23:17):
But I checked it out from Wednesday to Tuesday, so
like yesterday, and it's getting closer there's no tracking updates.
It's coming from Chicago, right, there's no updates nothing. I'm like, okay,
like it should be here tomorrow, nothing. And the girl's like,
oh sorry, I had to clean it last minute, but
it'll be there plenty of time. I'm like, oh, well,
the wedding's in like two days girl, so I don't

(23:39):
know what you're talking about. And it is now Thanksgiving
and the dress is still not here, which means that
I have Black Friday and the day of the wedding.

Speaker 6 (23:47):
To now find a dress. If it doesn't show.

Speaker 18 (23:49):
Up, oh no, and she's like she's still messaging me
like no, it's gonna be there, I swear.

Speaker 6 (23:54):
So I'm like calling usps.

Speaker 18 (23:55):
Turns out she lied, sorry, she never She didn't drop
off the dress till like the day before and obviously
holiday travel, like it's not gonna get no, no way,
it got to liesterday. You have to lasterday okay, And
so yeah, I paid for it, and I'm like arguing
with her and the girl on Pickle and everyone.

Speaker 6 (24:13):
I'm like, I'm give you.

Speaker 18 (24:14):
My money, like yeah, you know, because now I'm out money,
I don't have a dress, and I'm so stressed.

Speaker 6 (24:20):
Because yeah, it was terrible.

Speaker 18 (24:22):
So I had to go to the mall on Black
Friday and on Saturday to try to find a dress.

Speaker 6 (24:25):
Oh my gosh, I found nothing.

Speaker 18 (24:27):
Last minute, like literally thirty minutes before the wedding, I
borrowed a dress from my friend.

Speaker 6 (24:30):
And it was just.

Speaker 9 (24:31):
That's why we procrastinate, ladies and gentlemen ahead it never
works out.

Speaker 18 (24:38):
Yes, because that was exactly what I said. I was like,
this is the one time that I tried to save money.
I tried to do it the right way, and I
tried to spend.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
More I did.

Speaker 3 (24:46):
Okay, so now you have the dress.

Speaker 14 (24:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (24:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 18 (24:49):
And then Pickle yesterday was like, hey, if you could
hurry up and drop it off.

Speaker 6 (24:52):
And send it back so we can send you your money.

Speaker 18 (24:55):
I'm like, yes, but I'm gonna take my time because
you guys took your time, Like, don't tell me.

Speaker 3 (24:59):
What to do, mad, can you what do you send
it back?

Speaker 6 (25:02):
I'm going to send it back probably tomorrow.

Speaker 3 (25:04):
Or do you have pictures of you in it?

Speaker 18 (25:05):
No? I never I never opened it up yet because
now they're like, if you want your refund, you have
to send it back exactly.

Speaker 3 (25:11):
Okay, see what kind of dress it.

Speaker 6 (25:14):
I can show you a picture of it online.

Speaker 4 (25:15):
So if you if you are a person like Kyle
or Payton wants to rent their clothes out, you have
to post a picture of it, say the value of
it and how much you're renting it for and you
pick your price.

Speaker 3 (25:25):
Yeah, and then you've got to seal it.

Speaker 6 (25:27):
Yeah. But it's cool because you can do local ones.

Speaker 18 (25:30):
And that's I think if I ever did that again,
I would do it locally because there's like just go
pick it up. Yeah, and there wasn't any dresses that
I wanted that were local. But my friend did it
locally and she said it was a way better experience, Like.

Speaker 6 (25:41):
You just borrowed it.

Speaker 18 (25:41):
It would be like just bringing it in kind of
trading it thing. So might dude that way in a
parking lot or something like I guess the circle exchange tresses.

Speaker 9 (25:50):
Yeah weird.

Speaker 5 (25:50):
I'd rather have like an Amazon locker or something.

Speaker 7 (25:53):
I don't want to see the person.

Speaker 4 (25:54):
Right, I don't know if I would do the pickle thing.
The rented on the runway seems more official, like least
it isn't that from a company retail dealing with a person.
You don't know what if they have, you know, bed
bugs or something.

Speaker 3 (26:06):
Yeah, are their reviews of the person there was?

Speaker 6 (26:10):
She had like maybe like six good reviews.

Speaker 3 (26:13):
Did you go a bag on her?

Speaker 12 (26:14):
Yeah?

Speaker 18 (26:15):
I'm gonna save them back and then get her money
back first. I'm sorry.

Speaker 3 (26:21):
Is there anything weird you can rent?

Speaker 19 (26:23):
Like?

Speaker 3 (26:23):
Yeah, I like to. I want to. I want to
rent your socks.

Speaker 6 (26:26):
There was there's weird costumes.

Speaker 3 (26:27):
I was like, Oh, can guys do it?

Speaker 10 (26:29):
Guy?

Speaker 6 (26:30):
I don't know.

Speaker 18 (26:30):
Probably because you can follow like influencer closets and then
just rent like certain things.

Speaker 3 (26:35):
That's cool.

Speaker 18 (26:35):
See.

Speaker 9 (26:36):
I think Kim Kardashian should do something like that because
I would totally aware Kim Kardashian's hand me downs in
a heartbeat.

Speaker 3 (26:41):
I bet you everybody would. She probably can't do.

Speaker 5 (26:43):
Pickle, but they have their Kardashian closet where they sell
their old clothes.

Speaker 4 (26:51):
You saw Wicked, right, you know? Peyton and Kyle and
Rich went and saw Wicked. Loved it, But I'm surprised
it's not number one at the box office.

Speaker 3 (26:58):
But what did you think of Wicked?

Speaker 6 (27:00):
It was so good. I saw twice this weekend?

Speaker 3 (27:02):
Did you really?

Speaker 18 (27:02):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (27:02):
I saw it Friday before the dress fiasco. Happened.

Speaker 18 (27:05):
I was in a good mood, and then by Sunday
I needed more Wicked again, so I went and saw
it again.

Speaker 6 (27:10):
Was it better the second time?

Speaker 9 (27:11):
Because I've been like so obsessed with Wicked that everything
on my TikTok is Wicked.

Speaker 6 (27:17):
So it's like they're.

Speaker 9 (27:18):
Saying, like, the second time you see it, you pick
up more and like the Easter eggs and like the
emotional stuff you do versus the first time.

Speaker 6 (27:23):
Oh, you totally do.

Speaker 18 (27:24):
And then I caught myself like singing like they're doing
the dance moves that I see on TikTok.

Speaker 9 (27:28):
I'm like, we have to learn that dance so whe
where they slapped the book, that'll be so fun.

Speaker 3 (27:33):
Yeah, I know, I don't know much about Wicked.

Speaker 4 (27:36):
I don't know anything about Wicked, right, except for maybe
I thought this is the way I was it was
explained to me or it's a prequel to the Wizard
of Oz, right, and then someone sent me a TikTok
that explains the whole thing, and it's pretty interesting, the
whole contant.

Speaker 2 (27:47):
It's clever, but it also.

Speaker 4 (27:48):
Seems to me like no brainer. There's a there's a
lion walking around that's probably gonna be the cowardly Lion.

Speaker 3 (27:54):
I didn't think that out.

Speaker 7 (27:57):
Like, I'm very shocked. You haven't gone to it yet,
John Jay.

Speaker 6 (28:01):
You should.

Speaker 9 (28:02):
I feel like I feel like I need to go
see it again because there's a lot of parts of
the movie that I'm saying online that I'm like, I
do not remember seeing that, and that probably has to
do because of my infused cheesecake that I.

Speaker 3 (28:14):
Well, I told you guys.

Speaker 4 (28:15):
In the original Wizard of Oz, the Witch scared me
to death right as a kid, I couldn't watch it.
Still I still can't watch a Wizard of Oz. And
then I got because the algorithm. There used to be
a TV show called Mister Rogers Neighborhood Right, and an
episode from nineteen seventy five someone sent me where he
has the lady that plays the Wicked Witch, and they
and he dresses her, puts her in the wicked costume

(28:35):
in the Witch, right, but she doesn't have the green
makeup on. But you see her transforming to the Witch
and he goes on what was the voice like, she goes,
I'll get you to my pretty and my body just chills.
In terrifying Vietnam flashbacks like I was like, oh god,
so this is a sweet little miss, sweet little lady,
and she got paid more than Judy Garland. Oh really, yeah,

(28:56):
because she was famous on Broadway Broadway actress.

Speaker 9 (28:59):
And she tells it that Wicked which of the last
was the only one that was nice to Judy Garland
on set? And actually, like, since I've gone on this
Wicked thing, the Glinda, the one that comes down, what's
her name? Oh my gosh, you guys know what I'm talking. No,
not Ariana Grande, the one that plays it in the
Wizard of oz.

Speaker 7 (29:15):
Oh like the original original original movie.

Speaker 9 (29:18):
If you like, watch that beginning scene when she comes
down and Dorothy's like singing or whatever, She's like looking
at her, like, girl, you have no idea what you're
about to get into.

Speaker 6 (29:27):
Have fun.

Speaker 9 (29:28):
It's fun to watch the shade Let's switch gears.

Speaker 4 (29:31):
But it would be cool if you could put up
your the pickle stuff, what you what you ordered, and
what you end up wearing.

Speaker 6 (29:36):
Put it in a bag, all right.

Speaker 4 (29:38):
It's it's have a Christmas wish, all right. So we're
gonna we're gonna give you a mess. Messcara warning, mescort, mescora, mesquora,
mascara warning, Crystal's gonna come in the studio and tell
us a little bit about this person in her life
that's down on her luck. So we're gonna see if
we can make Christmas a little special for her and
her boys. Christmas Wish is after the weekend.

Speaker 3 (30:04):
It's the John Jay and Rich Christmas Wish.

Speaker 4 (30:07):
John Jaye Rich, It's time for the first Christmas Wish
of the season, and we have Crystal in the studio.

Speaker 3 (30:12):
Good morning, Crystal, Good morning. Tell us a little bit
about Brittany. Don't read the letter, but just tell us
about her.

Speaker 10 (30:18):
Okay, So, Brittany is my former daughter in law.

Speaker 6 (30:22):
Earlier in the year she left my oldest son.

Speaker 10 (30:26):
Things weren't working out between them, so she moved to
Mesa to kind of be closer to her family. And
I feel like she was expecting this big family reunion,
but I don't see that she's really gotten the emotional
support that she's needed from her family. A month or
two after moving into her apartment and getting settled in,

(30:47):
she was let go from her job.

Speaker 2 (30:49):
Because it's terrible.

Speaker 10 (30:50):
Yeah, as a single mom, you know, sick kid, she
had to be there and it just really wasn't working
for the employer and for her, so she was let go.
And I've just really seen her struggle over the year.
You know, for Halloween, they were gonna make homemade Halloween
costumes because she couldn't afford them, and then somebody stepped

(31:13):
in and last minute got the kids their Halloween costumes.
But birthdays have been handmade gifts and you know, handmade
birthday cakes and cookies and water balloon fights for their
birthday parties, and the kids love it, and she loves
the kids. But every time she feels like she's getting ahead,

(31:33):
she just feels like she's taking two steps back and share.

Speaker 2 (31:36):
Her relationship with your son is it's it's done.

Speaker 6 (31:39):
It's over.

Speaker 10 (31:41):
He has somebody else living with him, and he has since.

Speaker 6 (31:46):
The week after she moved out.

Speaker 10 (31:48):
He's only seen his kids probably three or four times
throughout the year. And I love him, and if he's listening,
you know, I love you. I'm not angry at you,
but I'm disappointed with you.

Speaker 6 (32:03):
And I hope that one.

Speaker 10 (32:05):
Day you can step up and be the dad that
I know you can be, you know, and that you
and Brittany can come together and show your kids that
you guys can co parents and both be active, supporting,
loving parents even though you're no longer together.

Speaker 3 (32:22):
She also, I mean, I hope I got this right.
Does she just got a job at Target.

Speaker 10 (32:26):
She got a job at Target the week before Thanksgiving?

Speaker 3 (32:29):
Okay, and she walks to Target.

Speaker 2 (32:32):
She walks towards every day.

Speaker 4 (32:33):
Timing is of the essence, right, because we want to
get her at home, I think before she walks to Target. Yes,
and then she walk the kids to school too or something.

Speaker 10 (32:41):
Yes, she walks the boys to school, and then after
she drops them off at school, she goes to work.
She works her eight hour shift, and then the boys
have an after school program, and then they she walks
to pick them up and walks home.

Speaker 4 (32:55):
Okay, let's get your daughter in law on the phone, Okay, Brittany,
and then you'll read her the letter.

Speaker 3 (33:01):
I'll just take your time.

Speaker 2 (33:02):
Look, ok, Hi, is Brittany there?

Speaker 13 (33:14):
Yes, this is her.

Speaker 2 (33:15):
Hey Brittany, it's John, Jay and Rich. We do a
little radio show in town, and we're wondering if you
would talk to us on the radio for just a minute.
I promise you it's good news.

Speaker 3 (33:25):
Sure, we have Crystal in the studio.

Speaker 4 (33:29):
Your mother, Yeah, she wrote us a letter about you
in your situation, and we asked her to come in
the studio and read you the letter.

Speaker 3 (33:37):
Do you have a minute?

Speaker 1 (33:39):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (33:40):
I do.

Speaker 10 (33:42):
Hi Brittany, Hi, Hi, So this is.

Speaker 14 (33:46):
The letter that I wrote for You're gonna make me cry,
so just wait till I'm done with the letter.

Speaker 10 (33:56):
Hello, John, Jay, and Rich. I want to tell you
about my former daughter in law, Britney. Brittany moved to
Mesa from Sierra Vista to be closer to provide a
better life for her two boys, ages five and seven.
Since moving, it hasn't been the happiest of times. Once
getting settled into her apartment, her employer told her they

(34:17):
couldn't accommodate her schedule and she was let go. Over
the past few months, she has received little help from
my son, who I am embarrassed to say has only
seen his boys a handful of times this year. She
still maintains a smile for her boys and is so
willing to help other single moms in her apartment complex.

(34:38):
Can we make their first Christmas alone a little brighter
and not so lonely?

Speaker 6 (34:43):
Thank you, man, I love.

Speaker 19 (34:51):
You, I love you more.

Speaker 3 (34:55):

on the air.

Speaker 8 (42:02):
Hi, good morning money. This is Pascal Humor from Fetis Arizona.
I'm listening to Kissam right now on my way to work.
And the reason why I called it because I you know,
I'm hearing a very touching story. You know, I've never

(42:23):
had such kind of story for the rest for the
whole twenty twenty four years. I think the woman had
the lady who brought up the letter from her forma
or you know, former daughter, daughter in law. I think
that woman is able to be nominated as the Woman

(42:45):
of the Year because I've never seen any woman with
such you know, kindly, kind heart and a very loving
woman woke and brought up a letter. You're like that,
and they tried to help. How Foma your Ooma DoD

(43:06):
and low. That story touched me and the and the
maid cry on my way driving to work, and I
think that's how much it's amazing. I've never I I
don't seen any woman like that so far, and the
Britney stories. I love how you guys helping her, helping her.

(43:29):
You guys are you know are working this year?

Speaker 3 (43:33):
Thank you, Thank you for the kind words that Thank
you so much for listening.

Speaker 4 (43:39):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (43:40):
That was nice.

Speaker 4 (43:42):
We got a text, a couple of text messages. If
you text jj R whatever you want to say the
nine six eight nine three. This is a sixty two
three number. Hey, guys, how can I donate to Brittany
from twelve to four at seven twenty am Christmas wish?

Speaker 3 (43:57):
Best way?

Speaker 4 (43:57):
What if you want to donate, you go to the
Love Upfoundation dot.

Speaker 2 (44:01):
Org yep, because there's a place to donate there and
it all goes to families, just like Brittany. You hear
something like Brittany. We did get a lot of stuff
for the family, but she was just excited about a
Christmas tree, which lets you know how bleak things were.
But now there's hope. Now you've got a Christmas That's
what it's all about.

Speaker 3 (44:18):
John Jay and Rich. Do they rent lingerie on Pickle? Now?

Speaker 4 (44:23):
That would be weird. So emotional, John Jay and Rich.
Kyla gets rope it from Futurama.

Speaker 7 (44:36):
I've never seen future.

Speaker 4 (44:38):
It's so emotional. Christmas Wish, John Jay and Rich. Is
Brittany listening from Idaho? I'm listening to the podcast from yesterday.
Who edited it? It skips three to five seconds of
each phone call? I thought it was my phone, then
my headphones, then realize whoever edited was skipping through the calls.

Speaker 3 (44:57):
Lame Christmas Wish.

Speaker 2 (45:02):
It sounds more emotional when you end it with Christmas Wish,
no matter what it is.

Speaker 3 (45:05):
John Jay and Rich shout out to Richard, it's Pepperoni nipples.

Speaker 7 (45:10):
So emotional Christmas Wish.

Speaker 3 (45:12):
Did you read all that? Anyway?

Speaker 4 (45:17):
Hey, we're gonna do Christmas Wish all season, so donate
or if you want to nominate someone, go to Kiss
FM one O four to seven, kissfm dot com or
John J. Rich dot com and click on Christmas Wish.
I went on social media and on the air and
I said I'm looking for someone.

Speaker 3 (45:33):
Who's a bachelor expert.

Speaker 4 (45:35):
And Jenny called Jenny says she's not a Bachelor expert,
but she's seen every Bacheler episode.

Speaker 3 (45:40):
That's pretty much it, right, Jenny.

Speaker 15 (45:42):
Yeah, I've watched all the recent seasons.

Speaker 3 (45:45):
Okay, So here's why I bring it up.

Speaker 4 (45:47):
I got a DM last week from some guy named Clayton,
and he asked me to be on his podcast. Right,
And I looked at his Instagram and he looks like
he's it's a nice podcast studio, he's got a.

Speaker 3 (45:59):
Lot of follow up or so it seemed like legit.

Speaker 4 (46:01):
And then when I looked at the bio and it
says something about The Bachelor, he was on the Bacher
and I haven't watched The Bacher in years. I don't
know much about the Bacher. So I did my podcast
with the guy. I went to his studio yesterday and
we sat around about an hour and a half and talked.

Speaker 3 (46:15):
And I knew nothing about this guy, right, But.

Speaker 4 (46:18):
At the end of the interview, I started asking him
questions about The Bachelor and all this stuff, right, and
he's telling me that he's the villain in the Bachelor,
And this guy is like the nicest guy and he's
so put together, and I was so impressed with this guy.

Speaker 3 (46:33):
And I'm like, how could he be the villain?

Speaker 4 (46:36):
So I go to Hulu and I go search the Bacher,
And when I go to Hulu search the Bacher, it
pops up him right away. He's the guy. He's the
guy in the commercial that pops up. So I click
on just play most recent episode and it's him. It's like,
I don't know when he was the Bachelor, but he's
the guy they're promoting. So Jenny, tell me what you
know about Clayton.

Speaker 15 (46:56):
So Clayton made a dumb Michie during his Fantasy Suite
weeks which is where they spend the night together, and
then at the Rose Ceremony there was three girls left,
I think, and he announces to all of them at
the same time. I sanged, all of you guys, and
I am in love with all of you guys right

(47:18):
in front of me.

Speaker 3 (47:23):
You know what he told me.

Speaker 4 (47:24):
He told me that he has he was It was
called the Rose Ceremony from Hell, is what he said.

Speaker 15 (47:29):
He was like, Yeah, there was girls crying on the stairs.
It was crazy. It was great TV. But it was
just a dumb, dumb thing of him to do.

Speaker 9 (47:41):
What was dumb of him, like sleeping with all the girls,
or telling them.

Speaker 6 (47:44):
That he slept with all the girls.

Speaker 15 (47:46):
In your opinion, I think it was the way he
told them at the rose ceremony all at the same time,
because I think during that week it's kind of assumed
sometimes that they know they're all gonna be intimate together.
But it was just the way he went about the
whole thing was just not right.

Speaker 3 (48:05):
You know what he told me.

Speaker 4 (48:06):
He said there was controversy with him before because he
was one of the guys on the Bachelorette.

Speaker 3 (48:10):
Okay, and you know how they pick a guy.

Speaker 4 (48:12):
Yeah, so he was one of the guys the bacherette
first and it was the Bacherette season with the black Bachelorette, right, and.

Speaker 3 (48:19):
He was the last white guy, right, So I think nobody.

Speaker 15 (48:23):
Really wanted him to be the bachelor. That also, people
were said that he was chosen as the bachelor.

Speaker 3 (48:29):
That's what he said. But here's what he said. He
told me.

Speaker 4 (48:31):
He told me that they asked him to be the
bachelor way before the Bachelorette ended, So he was before
he was even the top eight guys.

Speaker 3 (48:39):
And so now all these people got upset. You went
with the white guy.

Speaker 4 (48:43):
Of course, you went with the white guy, but that
was already set in motion a long time before the.

Speaker 9 (48:46):
Show dropped, so they didn't even think that he was
gonna win the Bachelor.

Speaker 4 (48:49):
Right, They just really liked him, and I get it.
I like, I was with the guy for an hour.

Speaker 2 (48:53):
And a half and he's.

Speaker 4 (48:54):
Got great personality. He's so kind, he's nice, he's smart.
And then he started doing we left the inn because
he had dance class, Like, what do you mean you
got dance class? Because I'm taking a hip hop dance
class and I go, like, in a class, No, it's
one on one because my hip hopping has really taken off.
And then what did you tell me, Jenny about his dancing?

Speaker 15 (49:11):
Oh, it's like really fringe and weird.

Speaker 2 (49:17):
So he's not loved, but he's loved John Jay.

Speaker 15 (49:21):
Singh I think, yeah, I think he just made a
few mistakes and I like him, but I don't know
a lot of a lot of Bachelor Nation isn't a
fan of him. And he was also in like a
weird scandal with some girl that isn't connected to the
Bachelor at all said he was the father of her

(49:42):
baby or something, and it ended up he ended up
clearing it all up but there was some scandal after.

Speaker 4 (49:48):
My experience with him is he was first class. He
was a really nice guy. So when I went on
to turn on The Bachelor on Hulu, and the first
scene that they play is him coming home to tell
his mom and dad that he's been selected as the
and his parents are so nice and sweet.

Speaker 3 (50:02):
He's got two brothers. Like, it's look at this guy.

Speaker 4 (50:04):
Without knowing anything about there were rose ceremony from Hell,
and I'm like, this guy's like a level. I can
see why they cast him. He seems great. Then during
the podcast I started grilling him. He said, and this
makes sense. We've all learned this before from reality shows.
It was all in the editing, all in the editing.
They paid him to be a mean guy. They knew
that they had the villain with some clever editing.

Speaker 9 (50:23):
Right, So did he defend his actions of like the
rose ceremony from Hell or was he just like it
is made mistakes?

Speaker 6 (50:29):
Ok?

Speaker 3 (50:30):
Yeah, yeah, we we got to get him on here.

Speaker 15 (50:32):
Yeah I take that bad.

Speaker 18 (50:34):
No.

Speaker 4 (50:34):
I like him a lot anyway, I got a lot
about it.

Speaker 3 (50:40):
He played for the Seahawks too.

Speaker 2 (50:41):
What's his podcast called?

Speaker 3 (50:43):
I don't remember, but I'm on it. I don't know it.

Speaker 15 (50:49):
It's called Beyond the Cover.

Speaker 3 (50:50):
Yes, Beyond the Cover. That's it, all right.

Speaker 15 (50:54):
I've been looking forward to this. I've been looking forward
to listening to it. I saw your post good I
was looking oh good.

Speaker 3 (51:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (51:00):
Well, I don't know what he's gonna drop it, but
I'll find out and let you guys know. But I
enjoyed myself, and he's coming over to my house. He
wants to cold plunge. He goes, I'm gonna come over
and cold plunge. He goes to be both fit in
the cold plunch the same time. Yeah, I guess so
it'd be awkward, but we'll go face to face to face.
We'll sort fight. We're sort fight.

Speaker 7 (51:16):
We're gonna sort for yours is a one person.

Speaker 3 (51:20):
I have a great day. Thank you for calling in.

Speaker 15 (51:23):
Thank you you too. Don't drunk.

Speaker 4 (51:25):
Dial your ex Trump dial us call our John Jay
and Rich Trump Dial line six two A A A
nineteen thirty three.

Speaker 3 (51:32):
John J.

Speaker 19 (51:33):
Rich.

Speaker 4 (51:33):
Lots of text messages about our Christmas wish, so thank
you so much for listening, just lots of them. If
you want to donate and help Britan me out, go
to Love Upfoundation dot org and make a donation. All
let's get some entertainment news. What's the the I can
always say her name bad Barbie, bad Bobby.

Speaker 6 (51:51):
Bad baby, bad baby.

Speaker 3 (51:52):
Yeah, what's up with her?

Speaker 9 (51:53):
Well, she recently had a baby, but she's talking about
how her and her boyfriend baby Daddy are gonna have
another one. Apparently she just got diagnosed with cancer, so
she's like going through all types of like chemo and
all types of aviation and what not to be able
to beat this cancer. But apparently she's trying to have
another baby. And I'm like, okay, girlfriend, catch me outside.

Speaker 4 (52:14):
The level of catch me outside. What's going on with
Britney Spears.

Speaker 5 (52:18):
That's the question I think everybody asks themselves.

Speaker 3 (52:21):
So weird.

Speaker 7 (52:22):
Okay, So she posted.

Speaker 5 (52:23):
This video yesterday and I can't even explain she said this.

Speaker 20 (52:31):
Anyways, And it's my birthday. I'm not turning forty two.
I'm turning the five this year. I'm turning five years
old and I have to go to kindergarten tomorrow.

Speaker 5 (52:45):
Then she talked about how she's moving to Mexico and
she's going to kindergarten, and she did show up in Mexico,
I believe yesterday or in the day before, so she's there.
I don't necessarily know if she had moving boxes, but like,
what is going on with Britney Spears is the question
I think all of us have, John Jay.

Speaker 4 (53:01):
It's like it's almost like we don't know. Oh, we
understand now, while your dad was controlling your mind.

Speaker 2 (53:05):
Yeah, I mean if you've ever heard somebody with actual,
you know, mental illness, that is what it sounds like.
Because her voice sounds different her like what she's saying
doesn't really connect to anything.

Speaker 7 (53:14):
She's not convinced it's actually Britney Spears.

Speaker 2 (53:17):
It's really really bizarre, Like.

Speaker 5 (53:19):
Her teeth are so like, her face is so different.
I don't understand what happened to Britney Spears.

Speaker 7 (53:24):
It's not aging.

Speaker 9 (53:25):
But like think about it though, like you have all
this Lindsay lohand stuff, and everyone's like her dad saying
that it's nothing.

Speaker 6 (53:31):
It's just sobriety and getting.

Speaker 9 (53:32):
Her life together, Like, no, you got a facelift, you
did something.

Speaker 3 (53:35):
Oh you think Lindsay Lohan did.

Speaker 9 (53:37):
For sure, she had a really good plastic surgery.

Speaker 4 (53:39):
She I think Bretty Spears just wanted to go viral
on TikTok because I can see people lip sinking that
whole I'm five years old thing.

Speaker 7 (53:47):
It's so bizarre. I just like am sad for her.

Speaker 5 (53:50):
I just want to like, I want to hug her
and help make her better because obviously like she's hurting.

Speaker 9 (53:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (53:55):
One of the.

Speaker 4 (53:55):
Biggest movies in the world was Home Alone, and that
stars Macaulay Culkin. Now younger brother Kiaren Colkin was in
Succession and we love him.

Speaker 7 (54:02):
Kieren Colkin was also in Home Alone.

Speaker 3 (54:04):
Oh that's right, it's one small scene.

Speaker 7 (54:06):
Yeah, he plays the little cousin who piece the bed.

Speaker 2 (54:09):
Oh that's right.

Speaker 7 (54:11):
Yeah. His kids are five and through.

Speaker 5 (54:13):
My kids love Home Alone, Like we watch it a
million times every Christmas. And his kids are five and
three and he says they haven't seen it yet.

Speaker 6 (54:21):
But we think they might be ready for Home Alone,
if not next year. There's still some scary parts for
the three year old. There's the tarantula. There's like the
guy at the end who said, I'm gonna bite off
all your fingers. That's scary for you three year old.

Speaker 12 (54:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (54:31):
I always thought the uncle was kind of scary, the
one that was like, look what you did, your little.

Speaker 4 (54:35):
Sure Tana is one of the funniest scenes ever.

Speaker 3 (54:43):
Okay, how about Eminem's mom.

Speaker 5 (54:45):
Eminem's mom passed away. It is actually really sad because
we know, throughout Eminem's entire career and really his entire life,
he had a really incredibly strained relationship.

Speaker 7 (54:55):
I mean, f you, Debbie was a.

Speaker 5 (54:58):
Regular in the lyrics to his song, so so much
so that she received a lot of hate from his fans.

Speaker 21 (55:03):
When you can't go to the mob for being spent
on and being called, you know, you a disgusting pig
is sad because people are passing judgment by listening to
Marciall songs.

Speaker 5 (55:14):
Now, as Eminem grew a little bit older and they
had kids of his own, he did somewhat I don't
want to say reconcile because I honestly like she was
sixty nine and when she passed away, they hadn't actually
truly reconciled. But he kind of came around a little bit.

Speaker 8 (55:29):
I mean, at the end of the day, she's my mother,
and I love her because she's my mother. I mean,
even though we don't really speak, she is my mother.

Speaker 1 (55:36):
I do love her, and I think I got a
better understanding of what she was.

Speaker 6 (55:39):
Going through or what she may be going through.

Speaker 1 (55:41):
You know what I mean now that when I see
myself and how I actually became, you know what I mean,
I think there's a little compassion factor that goes with that.

Speaker 5 (55:49):
She had sued him for defamation, but all the way up,
I think until she passed away, he supported her financially.
She passed away from complications of lung cancer.

Speaker 7 (55:59):
And from what I hear.

Speaker 5 (56:00):
And from all the articles that I've been reading trying
to like like get to the bottom of it, like
they really they hadn't spoken in years.

Speaker 7 (56:07):
Like I don't even know if he said goodbye.

Speaker 6 (56:09):
I was sad.

Speaker 4 (56:09):
Peyton, You're talking about Lizzie Lohan having a facelift, but
what about Megan Trainer.

Speaker 9 (56:15):
Well, she's warning people against botox cause terribly she had
too much of it and can't smile anymore. Really, She's like,
I regret it. I never will get botox again.

Speaker 3 (56:25):
Well, she must have done it wrong.

Speaker 7 (56:27):
No, I think you did it wrong.

Speaker 3 (56:28):
Yeah, And I'm.

Speaker 9 (56:29):
Kind of like, isn't it like botox wears off right,
It's like you'll be able to smile a little bit.

Speaker 5 (56:33):
Yeah, Yeah, she's crazy.

Speaker 7 (56:35):
Botox is amazing.

Speaker 3 (56:37):
Smile and how much she loves bothtox I love it.
What's who's the Who's the Loki actor?

Speaker 5 (56:43):
So he's actually the actor that played the kid Loki
like he was. I know you guys watched the show,
but he actually played he played the child. Oh yeah,
his name is jack Ville. He's seventeen years old now,
and he said he is homeless after How to Escape
a really really horrible situation at home.

Speaker 19 (57:03):
About delving too much into the details. I was abused
at home. It was physical violence, emotional abuse, and et cetera.
I didn't have a very good upbringing. I struggle with
mental health autism ADHD and being screened for bipolar and psychosis.
I can't stay with my grandparents as my grandad is
Hamley unwell. I have nowhere else to go and I
need help them. Social services refuses to help me despite

(57:23):
what I've told them. I am desperate. I've been sleeping
in the streets. It's difficult.

Speaker 3 (57:29):
Life is hard, dangs, I ned.

Speaker 11 (57:31):
I know.

Speaker 5 (57:32):
I hope someone helps him, like truly helps him, because
that's that's a nobody.

Speaker 6 (57:36):
Should be in that situation, especially not alone.

Speaker 7 (57:38):
Yeah, we want you to be part of the show.

Speaker 2 (57:42):
Call US eight seven, seven, nine three, seven, one oh
four seven get on the air with John Jay and Rich.

Speaker 4 (57:50):
The text line you text JJR whatever you want to
say to ninety six eight ninety three Claudia sent to
text good morning, Claudia, what was your text about?

Speaker 12 (57:58):
Good morning? So I was listening to your elite shutters
and blind commercials and then I hear you say.

Speaker 15 (58:03):
John Hoddy says, I was.

Speaker 12 (58:05):
Having dinners on my friends and in my head, I
said the lies. John Jay does not go to friends houses.

Speaker 3 (58:11):
Pretty sure, she says, I'm reading the text.

Speaker 4 (58:14):
Johnny says he was at a friend's house for dinner
and he saw their blinds in the back, and in
my head, lies.

Speaker 3 (58:19):
Guess what, that's a true story.

Speaker 12 (58:22):
It is this the one time that you went to
the neighborhouse.

Speaker 3 (58:25):
Yes, yes, they have a brand new house. In the back,
they have these blinds. They have what do you call it?

Speaker 4 (58:30):
The blinds come down and separate the backyard from the
inside from the outside. It's really cool. And I was like,
where'd you get those? And they're like elie shutters of
blinds And I was like, oh my god, I can
put that right commercial. I never thought no one would
believe that I was on my Fridays. Yeah, but one
time it's a true story.

Speaker 15 (58:46):
That was funny.

Speaker 12 (58:47):
But yeah, that's the first thing I think about. Johnsy
doesn't go out, he doesn't go to dinner anywhere.

Speaker 7 (58:52):
That's so true, so funny.

Speaker 4 (58:54):
And the one time I do, it's with somebody that
has products from you. Leach shutters of glass in convenient.
Thanks Claudia, thanks for texting and listening. Oh no, good judgment,
John Jay and rich our phone number eight seven seven

(59:15):
nine three seven one oh four seven. The text line
text us text JJR and whatever's on your mind to nine.

Speaker 3 (59:22):
Six eight nine three.

Speaker 4 (59:24):
You ever lose something and you just like stressed about
it because you lose it and something special. Peyton's kind
of going through that. I didn't know you own this
thing that you lost.

Speaker 3 (59:32):
What happened?

Speaker 9 (59:33):
So the other day I decided I was on my
way to the basketball game. I coach high school girls basketball,
and I was like, you know what, I'm going to
start wearing the rings that I have gotten. I got
a ring in high school when I graduated and we
won the state championship. I got like one of those
big rings that you get right and then in college.
My sophomore year, I went to West Texas A and
M and our team was really good. We went to

(59:54):
like sweet sixteen and we won like our conference championship.
So we also got one of those like fancy rings
with the diamonds with our names and our record and
all that kind of stuff. Right, So I'm super excited
that I got to wear this ring. And I went
and I stopped to go get a sandwich at Portas
Subs before I went to my game, and I spilt
like my soda like kind of on my hand as

(01:00:14):
I was getting into the car, and I was like,
dang it, okay, So I had to run back in there.
I had to get a napkin and wipe off my hand.
And as I'm pulling up to the game, I'm like,
oh my gosh, where is my ring. I couldn't find
it anywhere, So I'm assuming I took it off to
wipe my hands down, but I don't remember if I
put it on the top of my car or if
it's in my car just like rolling around and I

(01:00:35):
can't find it. I've looked in my car for like
an hour at this point, can't find it anywhere. So
if you're at the Porta subs off of Dobson Road
and Chandler Boulevard, and you find my ring, please, I
will owe you big da.

Speaker 6 (01:00:48):
No, I didn't call them.

Speaker 9 (01:00:49):
I was actually gonna go swing by there today. I
don't think I took it off in there.

Speaker 2 (01:00:53):
Well, if you were wiping your hand though, like couldn't
have come off while you were, you know, like trying
to dry off your hand with what I was saying
in the store for I didn't wipe my.

Speaker 9 (01:01:02):
Hands off in the store. I grabbed the napkins and
I walked outside to my car parking lot. Yeah, and
then I was like really upset about and really bummed.
And I ended up seeing my mom later that night
to pick up dinner at her house because that's what
she does because she's the best, and.

Speaker 6 (01:01:13):
Makes me dinner.

Speaker 9 (01:01:14):
And I was like, Mom, I lost my w T
ring And She's like, oh, the ring that I didn't
want to give you because I knew you were going
to lose it.

Speaker 7 (01:01:23):
I'm like, yeah, that ring.

Speaker 3 (01:01:27):
Okay, when did this happen?

Speaker 9 (01:01:28):
This happened on Monday, then.

Speaker 4 (01:01:30):
How have you not gone back to that portasops like
frantically looking for it. I mean, I lost a backgammon
piece in a parking lot, and I went back to
that parking lot over and over and over again looking
for this backgammon piece. Like this is a valuable, valuable
thing for you.

Speaker 3 (01:01:45):
It really is, I mean, okay, but not that important.
I guess could be like.

Speaker 9 (01:01:48):
If I would have lost my high school state championship ring.
Different story, because that baby's big.

Speaker 2 (01:01:53):
Okay, that's a big one.

Speaker 9 (01:01:54):
Does have your name on it, my name, It says Whitmore.
It has a number five because that's what number I wore.
It has our record on there, and on the front
it has a big w T for West Texas, and
it's like kind of like a like a silvery charcoal.

Speaker 2 (01:02:10):
That's very specific. You don't normally lose rings with your
name on your ring.

Speaker 3 (01:02:14):
Well that's it's even to me. It still seems valuable
it because.

Speaker 4 (01:02:18):
It's irreplaceable, right, it is, like I'm still blown away
that you haven't gone back.

Speaker 9 (01:02:23):
I'm kind of just like I'm not gonna lie, like
I kind of have PTSD about my time at that school.
So like I care about the ring because it's my ring,
but it's not really like the ring has like a
super substantial, like I wasn't able to play the second
semester school because I was academically enigible, ineligible even though
I had a four point zero because they messed up
my great stuff.

Speaker 6 (01:02:41):
I'm so mad.

Speaker 9 (01:02:42):
So I felt some type of way about it. But anyways, yeah,
if you find.

Speaker 4 (01:02:45):
My ring, let me so if it would have fallen,
like if you're by your car, you would have heard that.

Speaker 9 (01:02:51):
Noise, I would think so, and I feel like I
hear things rattling around. But also like my car is
low key disgusting.

Speaker 3 (01:02:58):
Okay, so there's a good chances in your car chance
it's in there.

Speaker 4 (01:03:00):
I told you my wife lost her car key in
her car and her car is spotless and we couldn't
find it for months.

Speaker 7 (01:03:06):
That's so crazy.

Speaker 3 (01:03:07):
It's really weird.

Speaker 9 (01:03:09):
Really, So I gotta get like my car detailed or
something and hopefully.

Speaker 2 (01:03:14):
See if it reveals itself.

Speaker 4 (01:03:16):
Yeah, and maybe it fell and it was on the
street somewhere and someone brought it in a.

Speaker 9 (01:03:21):
The best Sandwiches bee, like you ran it over.

Speaker 6 (01:03:24):
Oh, I'd be sad. But anyways, yeah, I.

Speaker 9 (01:03:29):
Find it, and I really just want to fight it.

Speaker 5 (01:03:30):
So my mom's not had to be no that any
turns out I didn't lose it.

Speaker 6 (01:03:38):
I would love to be able to do that.

Speaker 3 (01:03:40):
I just saw this headline. You know how we talk
about daylight savings. How there's someone every year the senators
say they're going to end it, and it never ends.

Speaker 4 (01:03:48):
The headline was Elon Musk says he's ending daylight savings time,
and it's like, with it, you kind of go, I
guess I kind of believe it.

Speaker 2 (01:03:56):
Might Actually he gets things done. There's a lot of jobs.

Speaker 4 (01:04:01):
Saving a uh Billy Jean's architeta hid Billy Jean. Hey, okay,
so look, you're gonna pick your pride today. So if
you win, you get a pick either zoo Light Passes,
Santa Palooza, Bar Crawl, or Decade.

Speaker 3 (01:04:16):
It's passes. What would you like? I'm going for the
zoo zoo Light Passes are Payton Loader playing.

Speaker 9 (01:04:22):
We're gonna play a fun game I like to call
so True Joe.

Speaker 8 (01:04:25):
Mike check, Mike check.

Speaker 3 (01:04:26):
Yeah, I heard he got that hot new thing. It's
called skinny going.

Speaker 9 (01:04:31):
Okay, people, Basically, I'm going to give you a song title.
The topic of today or the theme of today is
Billboard Hot one hundred, specifically, really the top twenty songs.
So I'm gonna give you, guys, the opposite of this
song title. You have to tell me what the actual
song title is, and if you get it right, you
get a point.

Speaker 2 (01:04:47):
John did.

Speaker 9 (01:04:47):
We're gonna start with you, okay, I think you'll get this.

Speaker 4 (01:04:51):
Agree down, agree down, agree up, disagree up, hell no disagree.

Speaker 9 (01:05:00):
Billboard Hot one hundred, number one song on the charts
right now, just announced disagree. As artists, they're not like
going on a stadium to.

Speaker 3 (01:05:10):
The negative song down, agree down, number one song something three,
something up, two.

Speaker 9 (01:05:19):
And one, Richie, let's hear.

Speaker 3 (01:05:20):
It about it, you talk about it.

Speaker 6 (01:05:26):
It's okay, no point for you.

Speaker 9 (01:05:28):
John Jay gives everybody else a point or a chance
to get a point up on him.

Speaker 6 (01:05:32):
Rich moving to you. Radio on.

Speaker 9 (01:05:37):
The number two song on the Billboard's Kendrick two.

Speaker 2 (01:05:41):
Right, So obviously it's something off and it's not the
radio records.

Speaker 9 (01:05:47):
Actually, I have a typo my bad radio up radio up,
radio up radio up.

Speaker 2 (01:05:54):
Okay, so records down. It was a muddy that TV down.

Speaker 6 (01:06:07):
Turns TV off, turns T down, turns TV off, turns
TV off.

Speaker 3 (01:06:12):
I love that. It sounds like my dad, my childhood.
There TV down my dad, Oh my.

Speaker 9 (01:06:20):
Gosh, it's all good. Okay, Kyle, we move over to you.
We're kind off our Kendrick train right now, but yours
is live with a frown, die.

Speaker 7 (01:06:30):
With a smile.

Speaker 6 (01:06:35):
Kyle on the one point.

Speaker 9 (01:06:39):
Right now, Kyle for one and John Jay donut holes
all right, Billy Jean moving on to you. Yes, your
song title is game chaos.

Speaker 5 (01:06:51):
Game chaos, lose loser.

Speaker 15 (01:06:59):
You're so you're almost you're almost.

Speaker 9 (01:07:08):
Contract's watch how you break up that word?

Speaker 2 (01:07:24):
Awkward?

Speaker 9 (01:07:25):
My hands are sweating now, thanks, John Jay, I'm sweating now. Okay,
we're going to move on to round two. Okay, John Jay.
These are all Billboard Hot one hundreds, but Christmas songs, Okay,
get your mind in the holly jolly season, John Jay,
your word is walking behind a cactus.

Speaker 4 (01:07:47):
Strolling in the winter wonder walking in the winter wonderland,
running walking behind a cactus was the opposite of a
cactus walking in the snow. Let it snow in three
around one, walking around the Christas street rocking.

Speaker 6 (01:08:05):
Yes, good job.

Speaker 9 (01:08:13):
Jay on the board with one point, tied with Kyle
and Billy Jean.

Speaker 6 (01:08:17):
Rich here's your chance to.

Speaker 9 (01:08:18):
Tie it up a little tricky, but I think you
can get it.

Speaker 6 (01:08:21):
Okay, silent buzzer.

Speaker 2 (01:08:22):
Study, silent buzzer study. Huh, there's gotta be something loud then,
and it's a It's a Christmas song. That's right now?

Speaker 9 (01:08:36):
Ye Billboard out one hundred rache need an answer.

Speaker 2 (01:08:40):
In three is an underneath the tree?

Speaker 6 (01:08:45):
Let's hear it?

Speaker 7 (01:08:46):
Dingle, dingle, silent jingle.

Speaker 3 (01:08:56):
Don't you get it? Jingle is the opposite of jingle.

Speaker 6 (01:09:02):
I thought you would get that, Rich, You're the smart
one in the round. Kyle first n y E New.

Speaker 9 (01:09:09):
Year's Eve, looking for the Chris Smithingo, Kyle, right now?

Speaker 2 (01:09:19):
All right, Billy Jean, this is.

Speaker 9 (01:09:21):
Worth five points. Okay if you get this right? Okay,
your song title is all I don't want for Halloween?

Speaker 13 (01:09:28):
Is me?

Speaker 4 (01:09:37):
You like mass Just hold on the line, all right.

Speaker 3 (01:09:42):
Colet's come out with three things you know.

Speaker 5 (01:09:43):
If you're single and looking, I'm gonna tell you the
best city.

Speaker 7 (01:09:47):
For you to find your future love. Next with John
Jay and Rich Coffee and hands your buds on, John Jay.

Speaker 3 (01:09:57):
And Rich John Jay and Rich. Kyle had three things
we need No.

Speaker 7 (01:10:00):
Yes, thank you, John Jay.

Speaker 5 (01:10:02):
So wallet Hub said, if you are single and looking,
Atlanta Georgia is the best place for you to move.
It's got a large number of things to do. Restaurants,
night life, activities, you can go out and dates, do
all the fun things. Plus over sixty nine percent of
Atlanta residents are single, which are great oughts. If Atlanta

(01:10:23):
doesn't happen to be your thing, I'll give you the
next couple cities on the list of Vegas, Seattle, Pittsburgh, Tampa.

Speaker 7 (01:10:30):
And Portland. We're on there. Great cities for singles.

Speaker 9 (01:10:34):
And of course Atlanta is up there, like there's nothing
but partying in Atlanta, So everybody's gotta be single or
else you're probably doing something real shady on your man exactly.

Speaker 7 (01:10:44):
Guilt tipping could be backfiring.

Speaker 5 (01:10:46):
So a new study actually revealed when customers feel observed
while tipping, yeah, they may leave higher tips, you feel
a little bit more pressure, but they're also less likely
to return to the business or recommend it to others.
So they're saying businesses like, hey, this is good information
for you to know because you may be trading short
term gains in tip revenue for long term customer relationships.

Speaker 2 (01:11:08):
It's weird when they do it at the restaurant. When
they hand you the little thing that you put your
card in it, stand there and watch watch while you're
deciding what the tip is.

Speaker 5 (01:11:16):
It's uncomfortable a little bit. Yeah, And I think that's
what this research is showing. It's like it makes people
uncomfortable and they're like, I don't want to feel that again,
so I'm probably just going.

Speaker 7 (01:11:23):
To choose different.

Speaker 5 (01:11:24):
I mean, when you think about it, there's a lot
of restaurants to choose from. So if you make someone
feel uncomfortable when they come in, they've got a lot
of places to choose.

Speaker 7 (01:11:31):
They don't have to come back to that place.

Speaker 5 (01:11:33):
So definitely something to consider it if you're a business owner.
I think I experienced this yesterday. So they actually found
in research something called neural coupling between dogs and their owners.
Neuro Coupling is when your brain's sort of synchronized, and
this happens between you and your dog when you gaze

(01:11:55):
into each other's eyes while you're petting your dog. And
this little happened to me yesterday with our dog Daisy.
I could tell she wasn't feeling very good. I think
she got the sickness that we all got in our house.
Either that or she ate something bad because she did
throw up last night. So as I was petting Around'm like,
I feel like I can feel your feelings, like I

(01:12:15):
see you, I feel you.

Speaker 7 (01:12:17):
I'm just gonna try to make you feel better.

Speaker 5 (01:12:19):
So if you feel like you want to sort of,
I guess connect more with your pet.

Speaker 7 (01:12:23):
This might happen with cats to paintin, or maybe even turtles.

Speaker 5 (01:12:26):
I know you've got a turtle, but they found different
species can do this when you gaze into the eyes
and are petting them a.

Speaker 9 (01:12:32):
Little gull, Yes, I see he gazed into Little Jesus's
eye pad.

Speaker 7 (01:12:41):
That's her turtle for those ye name. And that's three
things you need to know.
