Speaker 1 (00:00):
Text jj R whatever you want to say to nine
six eight nine three, said John J and Rich. I
need a prayer please. I'm on my fourth and last kid.
I have three girls praying. The last one is a boy.
There you go, done deal, It's a boy, Kyle The
three things we need to know.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Sonic the Hedgehog four now has a release date. It
will hit theaters March nineteenth of twenty twenty seven. That
seems so far away, but I guess it'll be here
before we know it. The Sonic Tadghog three that just
hit theaters actually became the highest grossing entry of the franchise,
so they're hoping the fourth one will be even better.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
Joe carry in all of them, Yeah, well I believe so.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
I don't know if he was in the first.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
One, but yeah.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
Trevor Noah.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
They announced he will host the Grammys again for a
fifth straight year. The Grammys will go down February second,
the sixty seventh Annual Grammy Awards, they announced, will carry
a new renewed sense of purpose, raising additional funds to
help support wildfire reliefs and honoring the bravery and dedication
of our first responders who have risked their lives to
protect those affected by the fires.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
That's been a good show the last couple of years.
Trevor Now has done an awesome job. Oh hey, I
was gonna ask because I feel like Nikki Glacier should
do every award show.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
That one.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
But he's a job. It's pretty good because he's he's
in touch with the music, you know, he listens to it,
and I found those shows to be very entertaining.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
He's a smooth host. I just can't think of Trevor
Noan Now without since I'm watching Selling the City and
one of them, so, oh my gosh, I've gone that far,
Like is he in it or they talk about talk
about it?

Speaker 1 (01:32):
I feel like they do that a lot on shows
like on Selling Sunset. Did one of them date Johnny
Manzel was married Nick Cannon Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Yeah, Michael B. Jordan and Selling the City too? Yeah,
So it was a little too big fun thing to
watch there. They did research to find out if introverts
really do have less fun, and they said yes, not
only do they have less fun, but they're actually kind
of putting their life in danger. That's a little dramatic,

(02:02):
but listen, they say, research suggests that introverts carve less
pleasure out of life's daily joys. So the little things,
if you're introverted, you're probably not going to receive as
much joy out of them. Big stressful life events are
often associated with their daily hassles. So like they think
the things that normally maybe like with an extrovert are
just like, oh, this is like one of those annoying

(02:23):
things that I have to do every day. For an introvert,
it hits them harder, which could actually affect their health
in the long run. So they say, if you were introverted,
there is a huge importance on finding social support, even
if it's not easy for you step outside of your
comfort zone, because people with high introversion actually may benefit
from life's simple pleasures.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Shall I have to m see this event next week?
Should I start off? And I got to say, first
of all, I'm an introvert and I need your social support.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Yes, you can, definitely.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
That's how you win them over, get them on your side.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
I just read a whole thing that Oprah. Would you
think Oprah's an introvert or not an introvert? I'm not sure.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
I mean, if you're in show Baz, you would think
because she like talks to people daily on her job,
that she would be an extrovert. But a lot of
people like that are not.

Speaker 1 (03:07):
She's an introvert. She did a whole thing on being
introvert and the different levels of being an introvert, and
I so related to her oprah Ha the same that
surprises me about her.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
I would not know. I don't know if I would
necessarily claim that, John Day, but that's that's great to
reach their own And that's three things you need to know.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
I consider myself an expert in sleep, and whenever somebody
has a sleep issue, I want to help them.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
Richard, anybody here's sleep with a sleep mask?

Speaker 2 (03:34):
My daughter does.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
She does like one over your eyes. So you know
how you go on TikTok and you look at all
the healthy things, Like today, I've discovered how healthy blueberries are.
I've been researching sleep things in the sleep mask comes
up a lot. When I go to bed, I just
go to sleep, you know, I don't do anything extra
like turn off the TV or you know, watch all
the you know, get rid of all the blue lights.

(03:55):
But I keep on seeing about how sleep masks are great.
So does anybody like does your daughter love it? Yeah,
and why.

Speaker 2 (04:03):
Did you switch it to what wept with a sleep
mask before? When I took her on her like girl
Scout overnight trip thing on the weekend. And I did
it because I remember the first time I went there
were no window coverings, so in the morning it got
really bright, really super early.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
Blot blocks all of it out and you don't feel like, well,
I'm blind. I can't say anything in case there's an emergency.
I know you just whip it off. But just having
something on your it doesn't make you feel claustrophobic or anything.
I don't wear them because they smashed my eyelashes and
that's uncomfortable. Okay, that makes sense.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
My wife wore and she loves it. I have them,
but doesn't sit over my seapap machine. Hey, Renee texted
real quick, Renee, what was your text?

Speaker 2 (04:43):
Hi?

Speaker 1 (04:46):
I have an appointment today. I'm about to see the
sex of my fourth child and my three previous kids
are all girls. Oh so, yeah, we read your text
on the air. You need a prayer, you're looking for
a boy? Yes, there you go. Will you call us
tomorrow let's know what you're having. Yeah, okay, definitely all right,

(05:07):
good luck, Thank you for listening. All right, thank you,
appreciate it. You got it. I can't imagine having three girls.

Speaker 3 (05:16):
Girls are great, Sisters are fun.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
I've got three sisters.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
We are four girls.
