Speaker 1 (00:00):
So over the weekend I went and I mc this
event Maybro I'll tell ya. It was in Mexico, was
in Cabo. It was a biohacking event, right, which is
all people that try to do stuff to make you
live longer and healthier, you know, all kinds of stuff.
Like there was doctors and people that spoke on stage,
and I had to host it, and it was very stressful,
and I would say I was below mid as far
as my performance goes. Blow mid No, no, no. But

(00:23):
I got to tell you. There was a guy there
and I'm going to have him. I'm going to do
a podcast with him. But he drinks his own urine.
He's a doctor and he drinks his own urine.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
What.

Speaker 3 (00:31):
Yeah, there's so much more that I have to get
into with that.

Speaker 4 (00:33):
I mean, no, there's a headline right there that I
think is bizarre.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
He travels with his own toilet paper, like he doesn't
use the hotel's toilet paper and stuff like that.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
I wonder why not.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
He's got a whole thing onto the chemicals and the
toilet paper. But there was a point there where So
Gary Breca is this biohacker guy. He's pretty well known
now He's the guy that helped Dana White get in shape.
He's helped Jelly Roll loose on hundred twenty pounds. He's
helping all kinds of people.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
Right.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
He was supposed to be there, but he got offered
a lot of money to do something in Dubai, so
he was in Dubai. So he they brought him in
on FaceTime kind of whatever you call it, satellite whatever.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
But he was live.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
So him and I were talking back and forth, and
him and I have texted before, right, and he kind
of ghosted me, like three tech It's almost like, can
you do a second update with Gary Brickett, because he
did three text messages where I gave him and he
ghosted me. So I'm talking to him live on this thing.
And I texted him during his speech. He had an

(01:32):
hour speech and I texted him and said hey because
I said something on the during the interview that went
really well that he liked. Right, It was about the
pants that he uses. And I texted him, Hey, this
is the MC from this event in Cabo. I said,
I really want to have you on a radio show.
And I was waiting to hit send to him, right,

(01:53):
and I thought, when's the right time. He hits in
because he's live talking on the thing, and he holds
up his phone to the monitor and there's big screen.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
All over this whole hotel complex.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
He goes up to the phone and I thought, I'm
gonna do it now, right, so then you'll see the
drop down. And then I thought, oh my god, what
the drop That was like annoying radio, right right. So yeah, yeah, guys,
because he's ignored me three times. So then I was like,
I just couldn't. I couldn't do it. So after he
was done speaking, I sent the text, and then I

(02:22):
kept the audience engaged, saying, hey, by the way, I
sent him a text. He hasn't responded yet. I'll keep
you posted over the weekend. So when there was a
break at lunch, this guy comes up to me and goes,
he goes, I know Gary, and he goes, I've had
several sessions with him.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
He's a friend of mine.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Because there was a lot of doctors and people there,
and he goes, I called Gary and told me to
return your text. I go, you did, and I look
at my phone and he returned my text.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Oh right.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Then later the next day there was a they brought
up Mark Wahlberg and cold plunges and stuff like that,
and the guy comes up, he goes, yeah, he goes,
you know, we're talking about cold plunging. It was Mark
Wahlberger's a friend of mine. I called Mark and uh,
He's gonna come here and stem cells now. And I
was like what. It was just so weird. This guy knew.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
Everybody called.

Speaker 5 (03:05):
A flex.

Speaker 4 (03:06):
Okay, such a flex. That's pretty cool. Well, how was
your experience? First of all, I love Gary brekas stuff.
He's very smart.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
Right.

Speaker 4 (03:13):
He will tell you how to live a little bit,
a little bit longer and it doesn't cost anybody. Just
get out there.

Speaker 3 (03:18):
What did he text you back? He said, yeah, he
wants to come on the show. He texted.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
It was the whole thing. Yeah, of course I'm want
to come on the show. When I'm in Phoenix, I'll
be whatever. Whatever, We'll connect them.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
If you hear that guy talk, he will change your life.
You will get rid of all the all the seed
oil in your house and you will never drink tap
water again.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
One of the others is gott to stop drinking out
of plastic.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
Oh, the microplastic.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
It's like all this plastic in our brains now and
all this stuff. I got to get to this.

Speaker 3 (03:41):
You only drink out of glass bottles or the stuff
like what Kyle has? What's that Stanley? Because it's like
metal inside, they.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Say, like this thingless steel though, can get a little
tricky with the lead. You gotta be careful.

Speaker 3 (03:51):
That didn't come up at the seminar.

Speaker 6 (03:53):
But anyway, you know what, and then we're going to
find something wrong with.

Speaker 3 (03:56):
Glass away no matter what you do.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Yeah, yeah, it was interesting. My son Dutch was there
because he got stem cells too, because he towards ACL
did when I have surgery. And one of the things
they said is that you need to eat. They said, Dutch,
you can eat a lot. So we went to dinner
one night, right, a bunch of food at dinner.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
Get to the room.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
I tried to go to sleep and there's a big
pound on the door. What hell is that? And this
like they brought into our room. Dutch had ordered like
all you can eat spaghetti in room room shirts. He
just kept bringing. I was like, what the hell he told.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
Me to eat? We just eat funny.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
So how does like what is Dutch like when he's
in Cabo? He's eighteen which it's the legal drinking age
in Mexico. Is he able to like go and hang out?
Does he just leave like he leaves you here.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
When you have stem cells, they tell you to stay
out of the sun for a while because then if
you get sunburned, the stem cells go repair the sunburn
and that's not what you want. So he just stayed
in bed and watched TV. Oh really, that's what he
did for the three days. That's it's kind of amazing.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
That's some self control because if I was eighteen in Cabo,
I would be run wild.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
A bunch of his friends are going there for spring
break and he wants to go, and his mom will
let him go.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
Why she doesn't doesn't think it's safe or something like that.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
I get it.

Speaker 3 (05:10):
I don't know. We speaking of healthy, Kyle, was going
on your household?

Speaker 6 (05:14):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (05:14):
Not healthy?

Speaker 6 (05:15):
The opposite of healthy things is happening. I know a lot.
Last week My kids, both of them were just sick
all week long, and it got to the point where
it's like, Okay, it's time to take him in. Let's
see what's going on.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
Because I got an email from.

Speaker 6 (05:27):
Their school that basically said, your kids have been exposed
to whooping coffe, like, oh great.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
The whooping clos sounds like that's like from the fifty
sound something that would.

Speaker 6 (05:38):
Be going around I know, and apparently it's the thing
at my kids' school. So I decided to take them in.
And doctor was like, okay, for Addie, I'm not going
to say she has asked me yet, but we're kind
of going there. Gave her a breathing treatment for Easton,
We're gonna need to give him a chest X ray
and I was like, that sounds serious, okay, So we
went in the next morning, got him a chest x ray,
and it was kind of funny because when they called

(05:59):
us back, they called my name, and I thought that
was just because I'm the mom. Right Well, the doctor's
office had said, hey, if you do the chest text
right in the morning, you should hear from us by
the early afternoon, and if it gets like around three
o'clock you haven't heard from us, give us a call.
Hadn't heard from them, so I give him a call
and they're like, we just haven't gotten it, like they
didn't send it or whatever. And I was like, ding a,

(06:22):
go actually check under my name because they kept saying
my name and I kept going, Hey, just to be clear,
it's my son Easton that's getting the chest text, right,
Oh yeah, for sure, for sure, Well, sure enough, they
put the chest text right under my name, different test
somewhere in medical records.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
I'm going to show up as a seven year old
boy a chest X right.

Speaker 6 (06:44):
But it was a good thing that we ended up
getting it because Easton has pneumonia. Oh there's so many
things going on right now, and that's what the doctor
is saying. He's like, there's so many things going around
right now that it's like I'm I'm glad we even
got an answer, so now we know how to treat it.
But it was so sad because like senior kids sick,

(07:05):
it's is the most heartbreaking thing. He had a fever
and he was like he's coughing and the coughing sounds
terrible from it, and he looked at me and I
was like holding him because I was given him medicine
and he's like, I don't like mononia. So the good
news is is like we did get an answer and
there is a treatment for it, and he started taking
medicine and he just started like kind of turning the

(07:26):
corner yesterday. So I'm so grateful for that. But it's
just like, yeah, man, there's there's a lot going on
out there.

Speaker 3 (07:33):
You just gotta stay healthy.

Speaker 6 (07:34):
You go get strips, take your vitamins.

Speaker 3 (07:35):
Do all the things for sure. All Right.
