Which is never really actually could be the case.

Speaker 4 (00:37):
And that they could get back together, like it's not.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
I don't think it's true. There wasn't like a heartbreak break.

Speaker 4 (00:41):
It doesn't feel like it's like a breakup forever, feels
like the door was left open.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
It's like one of those nice breakups.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
Sure, is there really ever a nice breakup I've had?
Don't you still feel that's a little bit of a heartache?

and the lady wants the hardware.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
Right, But they want to they want to know that
there's a commitment there. Yeah, but they're not down to

Speaker 1 (03:15):
A lobster's just like from friends, because you're my lobster.

Speaker 4 (03:20):
And I thought it was because they mate for life.

Speaker 1 (03:21):

Speaker 3 (05:32):

park them, bring them. No, I don't want to introduce
you to them yet yet.

Speaker 4 (05:42):
Oh shook it.

Speaker 3 (05:44):
Yeah, I haven't figured out my Valentine. I got a
handful of days.

Speaker 4 (05:49):

Speaker 3 (07:25):
Ghaw uh guhaw Okay, and fifteen minute power. Now let's
go back to virgos. That doesn't work for me.

Speaker 4 (07:34):
It works for some people, it does.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
You just have to get up, Yeah, if you go
past twenty minutes.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
Yeah, that's the problem.

Speaker 5 (07:40):
Though.

Speaker 4 (07:41):
I don't even fall asleep until like ten minutes, and
so it's like exacety.

Speaker 3 (07:44):
It's really a power up. Yeah, I like a power capricorns.
Pick your next binge very carefully, but talk about shows
or food shows, I mean all the above. Why should
I be watching?

Speaker 4 (07:55):
Well, you know what I think?

Speaker 3 (07:57):
Yes, Love Island. Yes, I'll start all Stars Love Island.
It's still going to watch the second episode that Jerry
Springer document. That's a one to taste. So she's single,
it appears so.

Speaker 4 (08:11):
Yes to the to the extent of our knowledge.

Speaker 3 (08:14):
To the extent of our knowledge, she's not dating Arry
Kyogian correct from that movie solvisions Sultburn. Huh. Stuff slips
past me.

Speaker 4 (08:26):
I've talked about it so many times.

Speaker 3 (08:28):
But Tanya, I don't remember anything we do here when
I leave.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
Or while it's happening.

Speaker 4 (08:34):
It's concerning Honestly.

Speaker 3 (08:37):
Sometimes I just don't.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
It just doesn't Still I kind of get it.

Speaker 3 (08:40):
It's like Severance over here. So who's she dating?

Speaker 4 (08:48):
We don't know. Nobody had as far as we.

Speaker 3 (08:51):
Know, we's seen her out with anybody.

Speaker 1 (08:53):
We really don't retain any information.

Speaker 3 (08:54):
Do you just trying to drill down for people listening?
If she's not seeing anyone, I haven't seen her with anybody.

Speaker 4 (09:00):
I haven't seen her with anybody.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
Well, maybe be a great training report when you find
out who she's with.

Speaker 4 (09:05):
All right, we'll do keep my eye on the prize.

Speaker 3 (09:08):
So you know this iss Andy Tanya. She's saying, Nope, Nope,
you can't if you want to go you want to
go to the farmer's market with her? Now? No, you
want to go mini golf with Tanya? Nope, I can't
do anything. You want to go to the tanning bed
and get a spray ten?

Speaker 4 (09:23):
No that I might do.

Speaker 3 (09:25):
No, you're not doing anything. She won't do anything anything.
She won't say yes to any commitments until the wedding.

Speaker 4 (09:32):
I have a problem.

Speaker 3 (09:33):
I cannot reduce it to one.

Speaker 4 (09:37):
I cannot say no to anything unless I have already, like,
unless I'm already obligated to something else, Like I can't
just say no, I can't come to your birthday party
because I want to stay in this Friday night, Like
I don't know why I can't do it, but I
just can't. And last week I was every single day
I had one or two things at night that I

(09:58):
was going to and I was like, is enough. I
need to say no to any extracurricular activities because I
just need to just not be going twenty four seven.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
So she's using this word no yes to everything until
the wedding. It's a powerful word.

Speaker 5 (10:15):
No.

Speaker 4 (10:16):
I don't know how to use it.

Speaker 3 (10:19):
I use it all the time. I didn't always use
it because my people please her. You want to ready
to be happy. Like for example, I don't even know
why they thought of me, and I was very sweet
of them, because you know, it's a hard ticket. Buddy
of mine calls me and says, bro, we got to
make some memories. I'm like absolutely, He goes, you want
to go this fear and see whatever that John Mayer banished,

(10:42):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
Yeah, grateful dead and yeah, oh so cool.

Speaker 3 (10:47):
No I said no because it's like, I don't know, April,
I don't want to book anything yet for April. It's
a great thing, it's a beautiful thing. But I just
was like, I'm just not good at saying yes to commitments.
And then actually, then I get to the commitment and
I'm thinking, oh gosh, why did I say yes to this?

Speaker 4 (11:09):
See, I don't I enjoy everything that I do. It's
not like I say yes and I'm like bummed that
I'm there.

Speaker 3 (11:15):
It just takes too long.

Speaker 4 (11:16):
But I think I realized that the show takes too long.

Speaker 3 (11:19):
I'm sure it's long.

Speaker 1 (11:22):
It's not even about that though. It's about the connection
with your friend. Like he said, let's make some memory. Yeah,
what a cute way to love it.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
That's so cute, very sweet about it.

Speaker 4 (11:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (11:33):
So is this policy effective immediately?

Speaker 4 (11:35):
Well, no, it's going to start after this weekend because
my best friend's running the marathon on Sunday, so I'm
going to go cheer her on.

Speaker 6 (11:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (11:44):
Okay, who's your best friend?

Speaker 4 (11:46):
Well, one of my best friends, Paulina. So when you
saw at the.

Speaker 3 (11:50):
Gym Paulina, Yeah, my boxing jem. Yes, yes, she told
me that she's your best friend. Yes she did, But
you've told me other people are your best friends.

Speaker 4 (12:02):
I have a few.

Speaker 3 (12:04):
Yeah, all right, No, can't wait to hear it all
next week. Just just keep inviting tiny to do stuff
and really push her, like fun stuff. I want to
go make ceramics.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
No, I mean i'd be down.

Speaker 3 (12:18):
I'd actually like to make ceramics.

Speaker 4 (12:21):
That was an easy no. Actually was it? Proud of myself?

Speaker 3 (12:24):
You wouldn't want to go to a ceramic place with me?

Speaker 1 (12:26):
Nomm What could she not say no to callor me?

Speaker 3 (12:31):
Mine? It seems like a ride.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
Your ally, No, that's not her alley like lunch passed?

Speaker 3 (12:36):
All right? So you got kids, you got a few
of them. A child psychologist says kids will be more
successful in school if they're allowed to do this. I
was thinking, listen, is it food related? No?

Speaker 1 (12:53):
Mmmmm do their own hair?

Speaker 3 (12:57):
Close?

Speaker 4 (12:59):
Oh, pick out their own office.

Speaker 3 (13:01):
Yeah that's it, Tanya. Yeah. If they pick out their
own clothes, they find it easy to tackle new challenges
when they like what they're wearing. I feel the same.
I feel like, yeah, put on something that I like.
When I put on a suit to get dressed up,
I feel better. Yeah, I feel like I can do
more things.

Speaker 1 (13:20):
My kids pick out their own outfits, then they're.

Speaker 3 (13:23):
Going to be great. In class. We have a quote
today here it is I love a good quote. As
we go through life, we start to understand that it's
not important to have a lot of friends. But truly
matters is that we have real friends. It is not quantity,
it is quality. Matter of fact, when I was twenty

(13:46):
some years old, I thought all my best friends from
high school, which are still dear friends. I thought we'd
always live together, and I thought we'd see each other
all the time. There's like fifteen of us, and I
couldn't see myself ever not talking to them every day happens.

Speaker 4 (14:01):
It does happen.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
Quality. I mean, there are quality guys. You only money kiss.
That's all I gotta say. That was it. That was
the quote.

Speaker 1 (14:12):
Now, but your friend that wants to hang out with
you in April and you're like, no, yeah, I got.

Speaker 3 (14:17):
Kiss FM headlines but sicity well.

Speaker 2 (14:20):
The La City Council voted to hold off on a
rental protection proposal for people affected by the recent wildfires
as refinement of the proposal is sought.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
Now, this is some tragic news. An American Airlines jet
and a black Hawk military helicopter collided over Washington, DC
last night. In the nation's first major commercial airline crashed
since two thousand and nine. Search efforts continue, but no
survivors are expected to be found, and the biggest names

(14:54):
in music are going to come together tonight for the
Fire Aid Benefit concert to support LA's recovery from the wildfires.
It's at into a Dome and Kia Forum and features
live performances from Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, Olivia Rodrigo, Bezel Bluma,
Tate McRae, No Doubt, many many more. You can hear
it right here on Kiss FM and stream it on

(15:16):
nearly every streaming service.

Speaker 3 (15:19):
We'd like a good routine every day. Oh yes, seven
o'clock here we are about to pay a bill routine
and then after eight about eight ten routine, another bill
back room. I don't know who's romantic back there, who's romantic?

Speaker 4 (15:35):
Well, I'm single, so you could still be single and
romantic totally.

Speaker 1 (15:41):
I could be romantic. I'm not like super romantic, but
I can be romantic for sure.

Speaker 3 (15:46):
I think I'm more romantic than Sisney and Tanya.

Speaker 1 (15:48):
Yeah, I think you are.

Speaker 3 (15:51):
Yes. Remember that one time I was with someone and
she told me she liked chocolate, and while we were
out at dinner. I called someone and they went and
they bought four hundred chocolate bars and laid them out
on the bed. Do you want to see a picture? Yes,
I like romance.

Speaker 4 (16:10):
That's I know. I'm actually thinking about how I'm gonna
ask Robbie to be my Valentine.

Speaker 3 (16:14):
Pretty much just like that.

Speaker 4 (16:15):
Oh no, I'm gonna make a cube.

Speaker 3 (16:17):
So she mentioned she likes chocolate, so we came back
to the room.

Speaker 4 (16:22):
You got it on the bed and under the bed.

Speaker 1 (16:24):
That is impressive. What kind of chocolate is that?

Speaker 5 (16:27):
Can?

Speaker 4 (16:27):
I got so much chocolate.

Speaker 3 (16:31):
Cadberry her she's yum, chocolate, almonds and sea salt, gi
a Deli.

Speaker 4 (16:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (16:40):
Romance, romance, romance. I would even do that for no one,
just for me.

Speaker 4 (16:49):
You know you're right, all right?

Speaker 3 (16:51):
But I bring this up romance because this is a
story that starts with devastation but ends up with a
beautiful moment. I've got Brian McShay and Stephanie Rayner on
the phone from Olta Diena, their house burnt down. It
is a story that's just too common. And those devastating wildfires,
this was the Altadena area. They lost everything, and you

(17:14):
didn't lose your pets. You got your pets, right, Brian
and Stephanie.

Speaker 7 (17:18):
We did.

Speaker 5 (17:19):
Stephanie got him out.

Speaker 3 (17:20):
I wasn't there withhe, thank goodness. So where were you, Brian?

Speaker 5 (17:25):
I was in Westchester, Pennsylvania for my grandmother's funeral.

Speaker 3 (17:28):
Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry. Oh yeah, devastations. Well
listen to this Siciny Tanya. The couple lost everything in
the house. But I believe somebody named Brian went back
to the house to try and find something so very

(17:51):
symbolic and important when it comes to love, and he
found it. Brian tell us what happened.

Speaker 5 (17:58):
I had bought an engagement ring about it's almost a
month prior, and it was stuffed in the back of
my office desk. And uh, Stephanie had not had an
opportunity to really get anything out of the house when
she evacuated. She she left just because there.

Speaker 7 (18:14):
Was no power.

Speaker 5 (18:16):
And when we went back, that was the very first
thing that I went for. I knew exactly where you know,
it would be if it was there still, And yeah,
stepf did not I was looking for, but I was.
I was down. It took like half an hour or so,
and I'm pulling out rubble and I'm finding you know,
I'm finding ring shaped things. I'm finding like washers and

(18:37):
whatnot from equipment. And then and I didn't really think
I was going to find the ring. I thought I
was going to hopefully find a stone, but picked up
a ring and there was a there was a diamond on.

Speaker 7 (18:46):
The end of it, and real fast, I mean I
was already.

Speaker 5 (18:51):
On my knee looking with Stephanie and I was like, hey,
are will you marry me?

Speaker 3 (18:59):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (18:59):
And she she cried, crying.

Speaker 1 (19:02):
I'm crying.

Speaker 3 (19:03):
I don't even know you guys, definitely did you not
know he had purchased the ring? Oh?

Speaker 8 (19:09):
I had no idea.

Speaker 4 (19:11):
I had no idea.

Speaker 3 (19:14):
This is a sign that you are meant to be
to go back and everything's gone, but that beautiful ring
symbolic of what's most important, and that is relationship, your love,
the bond you've got and you'll have it forever. It Literally,
when I heard about this story, I couldn't stop feeling
warm inside. I mean, such a a't such a tragic start,

(19:37):
but what a beautiful moment in all of that devastation.

Speaker 5 (19:41):
Really, absolutely absolutely, I mean, obviously it's been a big
couple of weeks for our entire community in Alta. Yes,
and I'm I'm very happy that our story, you know,
is connecting with so many people. And I hope that
you know, our our neighbors and Altadena are able to find,
you know, similar treasures for themselves and things to help

(20:03):
them look forward.

Speaker 3 (20:04):
I mean it's just amazing school burnt down there in
the neighborhood as well. Yeah, uh, just devastation. You have,
you know what you have each other? Yeah? That is
we do? We do? We have each other.

Speaker 5 (20:19):
I'm so glad you said yes. And we're hoping that
you know of Stine that gets the supported needs and
we can spend some married years in Altadena with the rebuilds.

Speaker 3 (20:26):
Yeah, well, I am so. It's wonderful. The ring was there,
you know, it was there where you put it, go anywhere.
It's a sign from above the two of you are
meant to be and I just love it. It sounds
like it might become a movie FYI. I don't know,
because it's like it starts with heartbreak, heartache and life
saving moments, and then it ends with you going back

(20:49):
into that desk finding the ring, and then then the
movie can really take on it. Then you go on
like this honeymoon.

Speaker 1 (20:55):
You see, you're skipping the wedding. They need to have the.

Speaker 3 (20:58):
Wedding, wedding, couple's retreat. I'm picturing that.

Speaker 1 (21:08):
Is like couples are.

Speaker 4 (21:11):
Yeah, not quite, That's.

Speaker 3 (21:14):
Kind of what I'm picturing. Vince Vaughn's great somewhere tropical. Yeah,
Vince Vaughn and Jason are great in it. Well, Brian
and Stephanie. I'm so happy that you guys are safe.
Thank you for sharing your story. Yeah, we love, love love.

Speaker 1 (21:33):
Yeah, so happy for you.

Speaker 3 (21:35):
All right, you take a care. That is weird, how
I just didn't even think of the wedding in the movie, right,
you just skip to the funney wedding. It is fun Yeah,
all right, just another couple getting married. We got four
of them here in fact tubs over here. Mister romance,

(21:57):
you make any progress on your wedding plans? No, have
you given any thought? Not really, That's exactly I was
going to show up Vegas Rowleys rolled in their songs together.
I thought you.

Speaker 4 (22:16):
Were talking about your other friend, Kirk.

Speaker 3 (22:19):
No, that's Kurt oh right, right, right, right, right, right right.
I got Kirk is married to Zorana and Benny Medina
is with Kirk, Benny Medina is Jay Lo.

Speaker 1 (22:32):
I was like, that's okay, I say, Benny.

Speaker 3 (22:35):
Benny, I'm just calling you on the air because I
just played your song we Belonged Together on Kiss FM,
and I thought of you and Kirk and I just
dedicated it to you, and yeah, regretfully, I'm sitting here
at a desk. Oh no, well, I played it for

(22:58):
you guys a minute ago, and I was about to
tell them how many times did I play it for
you at my birthday? Oh yeah, I played it ten
times over and over. That's cute because we with the
three of us sang. It was so good cute.

Speaker 5 (23:13):
It was the best part was that he didn't He
didn't know yet, right.

Speaker 3 (23:17):
I didn't know was their song until all of us
were like singing to each other's eyes and I'm like,
is this your song? Oh? This is your song? So anyway,
love you, love Kirk, I'll talk to you later. That
was really great seeing you, man. That was really nice
and s's a nice time with the both of them.
It was just so chill, you know, Love you. Hi

(23:39):
to Jennifer Lopez for us. I'll make sure I do
give her a big squeeze when you want to grab
dinner with us. How about how about Jen actually reaches
out sometime. Okay, let's start there, all right, let me
know good bye here.

Speaker 1 (23:59):
Yeah yeah, let me know too.

Speaker 4 (24:00):
Okay, but I won't be there because I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (24:04):
No, I'm going kirk.

Speaker 6 (24:12):
All right.

Speaker 3 (24:12):
What is this social media curfew? Okay?

Speaker 1 (24:14):
So Christy Tiagan said something last week that has a
lot of people thinking about this because I was like,
maybe she's onto something. It was right after TikTok died
for like those ten hours, and she made a series
of stories on Instagram and she says, I think the
government or maybe some kind of ethics committee somebody should
shut off social media between the hours of six pm

(24:35):
and six am, like a curfew. She's saying this because
if everyone kind of has a break from it, you know,
think back to when we didn't have any of this.
Life was awesome before platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Yeah,
and so if there was a shut off, like anything
goes during the day six am to six pm, you
can post whatever this that fine, But then there's a

(24:58):
shutdown right at six pm from social medi and you
can't go on it anymore, and you have to find
other ways to entertain yourself.

Speaker 3 (25:04):
Shut down to you finced that all of it?

Speaker 4 (25:06):
I like best scrolling after six pm?

Speaker 1 (25:08):
That hey, but is it your best scrolling or could
you be doing something different with your time that could
be more productive.

Speaker 3 (25:16):
I actually Christy Tigan said this crazy Tigan. Yeah, I
actually am fond of this idea, Chrissy.

Speaker 1 (25:25):
And if it's fond of it, and if it doesn't
completely shut down, they could you know, like how like
the worst TV is on like in the middle of
the night, it's like long infomercials or just like boring
stuff like it could change your algorithm to something more
that doesn't really like You're like, I don't even want
to be on it.

Speaker 3 (25:44):
I'm down Christy Tigan.

Speaker 1 (25:46):
I'm down to I can't call her Tigan.

Speaker 3 (25:48):
That's name.

Speaker 1 (25:49):
I know it's her name, but it's life Christy Tigan.
If you look at it, it does look like Tigan,
like t I ig e n.

Speaker 3 (26:01):
All right, I'm into it. I like the idea.

Speaker 1 (26:04):
I think so too.

Speaker 3 (26:05):
It's time for tops do the honors paying the bill.
Oh my gosh, that was like the biggest whiff tums. No,
I'm playing with you, guys, it's Rian's Roses.

Speaker 9 (26:19):
The joke.

Speaker 3 (26:20):
Okay, all right, I see what you're doing there. He
it's in a comedy podcast, I guess, Natalie, we're gonna
get serious with you for a second. I know a
little bit, but we're gonna try and get some information.
Thank you for coming on for Ryan's Roses. So, I
know you were talking to your husband on the phone
from his car and you heard someone else get in
the car. What did you hear exactly, Natalie?

Speaker 8 (26:42):
Well, so when he when I heard this person getting in,
he kind of made a loud noise to like cover
it up, and then I felt like it's projecting. But
you know when someone's kind of preoccupied because they're trying
to talk to someone else while you're on the.

Speaker 1 (26:56):
Phone with them.

Speaker 3 (26:58):
Yeah, yep.

Speaker 8 (26:59):
It was kind of like that, like almost like he
was motioning to someone to like be quiet, like sort
of thing.

Speaker 3 (27:06):
Oh oh, like.

Speaker 1 (27:08):
Yeah, yeah, I understand, yeah, like yes, honey, uh huh.

Speaker 3 (27:11):
So then do you try his location down?

Speaker 7 (27:16):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (27:17):
So I don't know if he just doesn't know that
we have the song, but we've shared our locations on
our phones with each other, so I was able to
look and see that he was near Sweet Green, which
he said he was picking up a salad. But then
I just like it all felt so suspicious, so I
just kind of kept checking his location. And that's when
he went to some like residential address that wasn't anywhere

(27:40):
near anywhere we've ever been.

Speaker 3 (27:42):
Where was he supposed to go? After Sweet Green?

Speaker 8 (27:45):
He was running a bunch of aarons, like doing a return,
but all like commercial.

Speaker 3 (27:49):
Places didn't sit in the residential area.

Speaker 8 (27:52):
Yes, he was there for a long time.

Speaker 3 (27:55):
And did you ask him where he went when you
saw him next?

Speaker 8 (27:59):
Yes, when he got back from this day of aerons,
I was trying to ask him, but he was being
so vague about it, and I felt like even if
I asked, he wouldn't be honest. And that's why I
kind of felt like, if you guys call him, got
it and catch him off guard.

Speaker 3 (28:15):
Okay, we're here, Natalie. I need you to say Ryan,
you have my permission to call, and then his name
on Kiss FM.

Speaker 8 (28:20):
Go ahead, Ryan, you have my permission to call.

Speaker 3 (28:25):
We're gonna do that now, Okay, hold on one second,
be very quiet. Let's see what we can find out. Okay, okay,
and here we go.

Speaker 4 (28:52):
Hello, Hi is this Todd.

Speaker 1 (28:57):
Hi Todd. My name is Stephanie M. Calling from Westside Bloom.
How you doing this morning?

Speaker 7 (29:03):
I'm good.

Speaker 5 (29:03):
How are you?

Speaker 1 (29:04):
I'm good? Thank you for asking. We're actually on San
Monica Boulevard near the Trey Host Tacos and we're offering
local residents a promotion today of three dozen red roses
that you can send to anybody that you'd like. They're
absolutely free. I don't need any info from you. You
can send them to anybody that you'd like. We're just
trying to promote our delivery service.

Speaker 7 (29:23):
I'm sorry you said you're giving away roses.

Speaker 1 (29:26):
It's a dozen red roses that you can send to
anybody that you'd like today.

Speaker 7 (29:28):
Yes, what's the catch?

Speaker 1 (29:31):
We just hope that if you like our arrangements, then
you come back as a customer. We do this about
once a month for local residents here in the area.

Speaker 7 (29:40):
Okay, And like, I'm actually I'm actually I live right
around there, so I don't know this would actually work
out well for me.

Speaker 1 (29:47):
So is there anybody that you would want to send
these flowers to? We just need we can start.

Speaker 4 (29:53):
With the name.

Speaker 7 (29:56):
Yeah, put brebr.

Speaker 1 (29:59):
Ee Okay, and uh, what would you like to put
on the card.

Speaker 7 (30:05):
Uh, I'm not looking at this.

Speaker 3 (30:08):
Well.

Speaker 1 (30:08):
I also have cards that are I have cards that
are kind of like romantic that have hearts on them already,
or they say I love you.

Speaker 7 (30:16):
Maybe like something not like something with hearts like okay,
in between, I guess.

Speaker 1 (30:22):
And then what would you like to write on the card?

Speaker 7 (30:26):
I don't like, uh, looking forward to the next open house?
And then put like you said, there's hearts on it already, yes, yeah,
and the open house in quotes.

Speaker 1 (30:36):
Okay to the next open house end quotes, Okay, all right,
got that.

Speaker 7 (30:43):
And then so you need you need the address, Todd.

Speaker 3 (30:47):
Your voice is being broadcast on the radio. I need
you to hear that. I have your wife, Natalie on
the phone. Todd. You've just set roses to breathe and
I where did you say you're looking forward to the
next open house? So we have a problem. Can you
explain to your wife, who's going to listen to this? Yeah, whore?

(31:11):
And why you're sending roses?

Speaker 7 (31:14):
And you said my wife, Yeah, Natalie, why.

Speaker 8 (31:24):
Are you sending roses to someone else? What the hell
does open house mean? What are you doing?

Speaker 7 (31:31):
I just was, I just was, I was I was
I was I was looking at an open house, and
so that's what it was. It was, I just, what
do you mean we're.

Speaker 8 (31:44):
Not looking for a new home. What do you mean
you were looking at an open house and now you're
sending a woman flowers like you're seeing Hey, why.

Speaker 7 (31:52):
No, that's listen. No no, no, no, no, no, no, no, listen
please Okay. So it's just this is yes, okay, I's
a girl that I know named bre But like, I
just it, I only saw her one time, and it
doesn't I just I just saw her.

Speaker 8 (32:08):
What you saw her and and had an affair? What
do you mean you saw her one time?

Speaker 1 (32:14):
You saw her naked?

Speaker 7 (32:15):
Affair is such a strong word. I'm just like, you know,
I mean, why don't we have to like put labels
on things like I saw her one time and we
hung out and then that was it. Like it doesn't
wait wait.

Speaker 3 (32:29):
Wait wait, Todd, you saw her and hung out. You're
cheating on your wife, Natalie. You just told us that
how long has it been going on? Todd?

Speaker 7 (32:39):
That once? It's what like, we're not on.

Speaker 1 (32:42):
Because you're looking forward to the next quote unquote open half.

Speaker 3 (32:45):
Right, So this is a series of incidents known as cheating. Todd,
that's what we I'm not making it up. You just
told me.

Speaker 7 (32:54):
It's one time. It's not like a series of incidents.

Speaker 3 (32:56):
I don't care.

Speaker 8 (32:57):
You don't deserve to speak right now, because if it
was one on, you wouldn't be stending your freaking roses
and looking forward to.

Speaker 3 (33:03):
The next time.

Speaker 7 (33:05):
I'm Todd, We listen, we can work through this. We
can work through this. This was not like this. This
was not you're my wife like this is.

Speaker 3 (33:13):
But you just cheated on your wife, So that meaning,
that word, that commitment doesn't have a lot of validity
with you.

Speaker 7 (33:23):
You know, humans make mistakes and it was one time.

Speaker 3 (33:26):
Right all right, Well, I'm just telling you in marrying you, no,
everybody makes mistakes, Todd.

Speaker 4 (33:33):
Facts.

Speaker 7 (33:35):
We can absolutely work through this one time. I'm allowed
to make one mistake, all.

Speaker 3 (33:39):
Right, Natalie. Do you want to work through this?

Speaker 1 (33:42):
You're not allowed to make a cheating mistake.

Speaker 3 (33:46):
Do you want to work through it? Natalie?

Speaker 2 (33:48):
No?

Speaker 8 (33:49):
No, And I want him to play for two year
old daughter.

Speaker 7 (33:51):
No, No, do not say that. Do not say that.
I'm not trying to throw this all away.

Speaker 3 (33:59):
If you have.

Speaker 7 (34:04):
It was it was you can make one mistake.

Speaker 1 (34:07):
You cannot make one mistake. You can't like what world
are you in? Bro right, and you were about to
do it again?

Speaker 3 (34:15):
It was one plus planning two. Natalie. I'm glad you
got This is actually one of the most productive Ryan's
Roses calls we've ever had, because your husband told you
he's cheating on you. A lot of times we don't
really get clarity. You have clarity, Natalie. Why don't wish
you good luck? Okay?

Speaker 1 (34:34):
I thank you, You're so sorry. I'm so sorry, Natalie.

Speaker 3 (34:38):
At least she doesn't have to go guessing. She knows
that Todd is cheating and planning the second cheat. Now
let me get to Larissa. So Ryan's Roses, I don't
even know if I need to give you too much.
Here's the deal. Natalie reached out and said, something's up
with my husband. He's telling me somewhere, and then I

(34:58):
check him out and look for him on his phone
on the thing is it find my Friends? Yeah, location, location,
that's it. On the location, and he's at some house
in a residential era for hours. That's not where he
said he was going. So she knows something's up. Well,
then he gets on the phone. He sends the roses
to another woman named Brie, not his wife Natalie, and

(35:22):
guess what he basically admits, No, basically does. He admits
for cheating and says, I've only only did it once,
by the way, he sends the flowers to Breeze, saying
looking forward to the next open house? Is he cheating?
Is he a broker and he's cheating at the open houses?

Speaker 1 (35:37):
Well, he had me put the open house in quotes,
and we use a card that had hearts on it.

Speaker 3 (35:42):
What's the upside? What's the positive? What's the good news?
He admitted he's cheating. She doesn't have to guess he
has clearly a lot of times. We finished those calls,
and I don't know what to think right now, she knows. Larissa,
thanks for calling in. You are Ryan's roses. What'd you think?

Speaker 8 (35:56):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (35:57):
Okay, So I'm not saying like all realtory are like this,
but I know of I've heard stories that realtors will
like take clients or whoever to these empty houses and
like take advantage of their emptiness, if you know what
I mean, Like they know where they all are.

Speaker 3 (36:14):
Yeah, so they'll use it as a as a pit stop.

Speaker 6 (36:21):
Yeah, they'll like take them there knowing what's going to
happen or whatever.

Speaker 3 (36:26):
I've never heard that any brokers listening when it texts
us any story? No, I guess brokers wouldn't brokers would
text a story.

Speaker 1 (36:32):
I mean you can text, yeah, or let us know.

Speaker 3 (36:33):
You can be anonymous you being honest for one O
two seven? If what Larissa is telling us is true
and you've heard about that? Any any stories for one
O two seven?

Speaker 1 (36:43):
Interesting me kind of like, why wouldn't you as an
empty house?

Speaker 3 (36:46):
It seems easy?

Speaker 4 (36:48):
Smart?

Speaker 3 (36:48):
Yeah, pretty free smart. He's so smart if you want
to keep your job. But it easy, yes, smartness.

Speaker 1 (36:56):
Well, staycation.

Speaker 3 (36:58):
Nice, thank you for calling you. I feel like watch
out for the nest cam Hollywood.

Speaker 4 (37:03):
Hell yeah, nest cams.

Speaker 3 (37:05):
All right, it was a productive Ryan's Roses with bad.
That one hurt though we've been doing it. Mark how
many years? Twenty two now, twenty one, twenty one years,
twenty one in about a month twenty one year. That
was a year ago. We did the twentieth celebration around
wild La. Only in La could you get to only
three places in eighteen hours? Yeah, because of the traf

(37:30):
It's so much fun. No, it's called the traf. I'm
very riz right. Did you eat?

Speaker 5 (37:38):
M oh?

Speaker 4 (37:39):
I was literally I was like, yeah, I just ate
like an hour ago.

Speaker 3 (37:41):
No I ate, bro Yeah, yeah, Hey, come out of
the gym.

Speaker 9 (37:46):
I ate?

Speaker 4 (37:47):
Or you cooked?

Speaker 3 (37:49):
No, no one says you cooked.

Speaker 4 (37:50):
Yes they do.

Speaker 3 (37:51):
Well, they're not cool.

Speaker 1 (37:53):
Yeah, yes they are. Who's saying clearly, Donya?

Speaker 5 (37:59):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (38:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (38:00):
And kids in the fourth grade?

Speaker 1 (38:02):
Okay, yeah, you're not cooling fourth grade.

Speaker 3 (38:05):
I'm pulling an eighteen year old vocabulary here. Okay, okay,
do you guys see.

Speaker 1 (38:13):
Well you can say it fifteen times?

Speaker 3 (38:16):
Did you jiu jitsu last night? Did you I he
ate on the map?

Speaker 4 (38:22):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (38:23):
All right. Mcaulay culkin is not the one that's in
the show that I've been watching, Succession. It's the other
dude from Home Alone, right. I like that other mcculkin too.

Speaker 4 (38:31):
Oh yeah, who's the other mcclulkin.

Speaker 3 (38:34):
That's what I'm trying for, the brother Kieren.

Speaker 1 (38:36):
Yes, dude, I agree.

Speaker 3 (38:38):
His character is the best in Succession.

Speaker 4 (38:40):
I don't watch Succession, but I.

Speaker 3 (38:42):
Should really watch it. Everybody's doing it. They're cooking on it.

Speaker 4 (38:48):
Robbie's really into it and trying to get.

Speaker 1 (38:50):
Me to watch it set it.

Speaker 4 (38:54):
I couldn't get into it.

Speaker 1 (38:55):
Yeah, the first I don't know.

Speaker 4 (38:56):
The first two episodes are one.

Speaker 1 (38:58):
I could try again though.

Speaker 3 (39:00):
Three first episodes a while because it's the pilot.

Speaker 4 (39:02):
No on every first episode.

Speaker 3 (39:05):
Yeah, won't get you gollan anyway. Kieren and mcculkin.

Speaker 1 (39:09):
No, he's only forty two.

Speaker 3 (39:10):
Kiaren Culkin, Kieren mccaulch.

Speaker 1 (39:12):
Kieren Colkin, Karen Coulkin, because you're thinking of mccaullay Colkin.

Speaker 3 (39:15):
Yeah, exactly, Kieren, mccaullay Culkin, Kieren Karen character is amazing
in succession. Okay, I beg of you.

Speaker 4 (39:23):
To one be talking about Kieren Colkin. We're talking about
McCaulay colchin in this story.

Speaker 1 (39:28):
He was a Father of the Bride.

Speaker 3 (39:30):
He was in Home Alone two, he was in hol Alone. Yes,
mcaulay culkin, Mark.

Speaker 4 (39:35):
No, that's what he's famous, famous.

Speaker 3 (39:38):
For hol Alone.

Speaker 1 (39:39):
I know mcaulay colchan is famous for Home Alone. I'm
talking about Kieren Colkin, he's the brother. But it's saying
other movies that he's been in, and it has Home Alone,
has Father of the Bride, and I'm like, really, but
we're talking about mccaullay Colchin here.

Speaker 3 (39:50):
No, you're talking about McCaulay culchin. We're talking about Karen Colchin.

Speaker 4 (39:54):
I'm back on the track with mcaulay coulchin because we
always hear stories about couples meeting and having it beloved site,
but this was not that. So Brenda's song we know
her from the Disney Channel, she was also in the
Social Network and mccullay colchin from Home Alone. Like you said,
they've been engaged since twenty twenty two. They share two
kids together. But back when they met in twenty fourteen,

(40:15):
it was not love at first sight. Brenda said that
he was trying to be funny about our show being
canceled and I was not having it, and McCully said
that she was thoroughly unimpressed by him, is what I
will say. So the two met three years later after
that encounter and then eventually got close because they were
working on a movie. The rest is history, But I
do feel like it gives more credibility to the invisible string,

(40:37):
you know, because they met three years ago, did not
hit it off, but they were meant to be together,
so they were brought right back around.

Speaker 3 (40:44):
I find this happened in my life before too, Before
I could go on a date or a couple of
dates in somebody they're really not interested. And then you
spend a little time and hopefully have a little humor,
and then you chip away at maybe an in trist
and then you ask them out really and then they'll say,
I didn't think I want to go out with you.

Speaker 4 (41:06):
Yeah, that happens all the time.

Speaker 1 (41:07):
I feel mm hmm.

Speaker 4 (41:09):
I feel like you're pretty charming when you first meet someone.

Speaker 3 (41:13):
Well I try.

Speaker 1 (41:16):
Okay, So Kieren Colkin, you guys, wait.

Speaker 3 (41:18):
Kieren Colkin is the one from Succession.

Speaker 1 (41:20):
Yes, and mccaullay colch Colkan's brother. Yeah, he played Fuller
in Home Alone. You know, I don't want to sleep
with Fuller. He what's the bed? And he was also
the little kid and father of the bride the brother.

Speaker 3 (41:33):
So we're talking about mccullay co.

Speaker 1 (41:35):
I wanted to bring it back now, you know that
random fact. And you're welcome.

Speaker 3 (41:42):
Thank you. Love love working here, love listening to and
I'm not here, love listening to all the other DJs
on the air. But Jojo he just that guy. Yeah,
he eats, he eats, and then EJ is my favorite
is ca. Yeah when he says kiss, I love it.

(42:04):
He says kiss like that.

Speaker 1 (42:05):
Yeah, he says y'all a lot too, y'all, y'all, y'all
kiss and you know you know what it is, y'all.

Speaker 3 (42:14):
Does he say that?

Speaker 1 (42:14):
He does? He says y'all, y'all kiss, right.

Speaker 4 (42:20):
I wish I could say y'all.

Speaker 1 (42:22):
I just feel like a posy doesn't say y'all though
he goes. He s he says y'all like it's like
he doesn't even pronounce the L part. I think he's here.

Speaker 3 (42:53):
We're here, all right, next break we're getting Yeah, all right,

Kendrick or Shakespeare.

Speaker 7 (44:58):

Speaker 3 (44:59):
I have to tell I smile every time I'm listening
to J and he's talking up a song and then
right at the end, right in time before the first lyric,
kiss it's kiss.

Speaker 9 (45:07):
It's kiss, y'all, Ryan's spitting your bills, it's kissing.

Speaker 1 (45:10):
And then you go, you know what it is?

Speaker 3 (45:12):
You know what it is this kiss, y'all. What's the
other thing you open with?

Speaker 9 (45:15):
You always say, I'll be like, yo, it's one or
two point seven kiss FM.

Speaker 1 (45:19):
Ya, ya, y'all, it's yo.

Speaker 9 (45:23):
I'll start it off with like yeah, I'll be like, yo,
it's kiss FM. And then I'll into it like y'all

Speaker 3 (45:34):
So exciting. Hi guys, Hey, good morning, Good morning. H
e J e j e j. How life life is great?
How are you You've been busy? Well? Really? Ye? I
saw a glimpse of you a couple of weeks ago,
or is that last week? A glimpse of me? Yeah?
Like the wild out in the wild at the Dream Center. Oh,

(45:55):
that's right, Brian's out there doing the Lord's work. I
was meaning the family down there, so they were you know,
Dream Center just does amazing things. EJ was down there broadcasting.
JoJo's down there broadcasting, and they do stuff all the time,
but they're really digging in detail of those families or
the fires. And so there were eleven or twelve families
that I just spent some time with and asked for

(46:17):
them to tell me their stories. But they all have
and you noticed this too, EJ. They all have lost
the ones I met, everything, but they all have a beautiful,
hopeful spirit and attitude. Right, It's remarkable. It's like billions.

Speaker 9 (46:34):
It's great because I feel like they're going to see
it through, you know what I mean, they have the
hope that they're going to see it through.

Speaker 3 (46:40):
Yeah, and they've got you know, they're clutching their kids,
and that's what it matters, right, They had their kids
and they got there to get out. So thanks for
going down there to broadcast, now, EJ. I don't know
sisany and Tanya brought this up a long time ago.
I guess was making the rounds. It's called questions only
women can answer. Yeah. It took a while to make it, yeah,

(47:08):
and so I found it very educational, like to try
and answer these questions because then I can sound more
knowledgeable about any of my female friends or am I
soon to be fiance or wife whatever it's going to be.

Speaker 4 (47:21):
Yeah all the time. If you say someone.

Speaker 3 (47:26):
Yeah, you know, I just say it like that. Okay,
how many have we got, Sysney, what's the plan?

Speaker 1 (47:31):
Let's do three and and we'll start with this one.
All right? EJ and Ryan you.

Speaker 3 (47:38):
Could call e J and r J because.

Speaker 5 (47:41):
R J.

Speaker 3 (47:42):
That's right, Ryan John.

Speaker 1 (47:44):
Okay, you guys, ready, J and r J.

Speaker 3 (47:46):
Here we go, J and r J.

Speaker 1 (47:49):
What are baby lights?

Speaker 9 (47:51):
Baby lights? Baby lights? Lights that you put in the
baby room?

Speaker 4 (47:58):
Done?

Speaker 3 (47:59):
No, there, lights you use when you're putting on foundation
for your face, and they are a battery powered around
a compact or whatever that thing is called. Is that
a thing baby lights? Is that?

Speaker 1 (48:18):
No, you guys are both wrong. You want to keep going.

Speaker 3 (48:22):
Baby lights has to have to be like a baby flashlight.
What is it?

Speaker 1 (48:29):
Does it have to do with your face or baby lights.

Speaker 3 (48:32):
In the room?

Speaker 1 (48:33):
It is a hair coloring technique that kind of gives
you highlights kind of yes, so it gives you more
of like a natural like highlight.

Speaker 3 (48:42):
Look, well, that threw us off. That makes sense. I
like some kissed effect. Yeah, so Tanya, you baby lights?

Speaker 4 (48:49):
Yeah right, I got full highlights.

Speaker 3 (48:51):
Maybe I feel like like ye?

Speaker 1 (48:54):
Yeah, maybe you know.

Speaker 3 (48:56):
Those are baby roots right in the middle.

Speaker 4 (48:57):
No, those are just roots.

Speaker 3 (49:00):
All right. Next questions only women can answer.

Speaker 4 (49:02):
Go ahead, name three types of liners women can use?

Speaker 3 (49:07):
Liners A little bit more specific underneath your clothes.

Speaker 1 (49:14):
Not like the liners the promotions department like liners.

Speaker 4 (49:18):
Any kind of liners women use?

Speaker 1 (49:20):
Like eyeliner, yes, okay, that one.

Speaker 3 (49:26):
Skims? No, Yes, that's a panty liner.

Speaker 4 (49:34):
Panty liner is like a very thin pad. You wear
it like, it's like a very very thin it's.

Speaker 1 (49:38):
Like your last day of your period, like you wear
it with the tampon in case you like.

Speaker 3 (49:44):
We got that one and one more liner? Okay, okay,
what's that thing on you?

Speaker 1 (49:50):
Guys?

Speaker 3 (49:51):
What's the liner on your foot? In your shoe? A lip?
Liners on it? That good job? Yes, the only women
can answer. Final question here, um.

Speaker 1 (50:08):
Okay, what makeup product do you need to throw away
if it starts clumping?

Speaker 3 (50:16):
A lot of them? Foundation? Cover up? M I would?
I would. I was gonna say foundation.

Speaker 1 (50:23):
No, there wasn't the one on this, but yes, I
guess you're right if it is clumping, let's toss it.

Speaker 4 (50:27):
But this one is more like.

Speaker 1 (50:30):
This one is more. I don't think foundation would.

Speaker 9 (50:32):
Clump up on No, no, no, I was about to
say eyeliner, but no, no, no, it's not foundation.

Speaker 3 (50:40):
No, okay, what are other types of makeup?

Speaker 9 (50:43):
There's contours, no foundation, cover up right, cover up stuff.

Speaker 3 (50:50):
There's rouge and blush. You're so bad and wait wait
wait lipstick.

Speaker 1 (50:56):
No, lipstick already is like hard.

Speaker 3 (50:59):
Okay, okay.

Speaker 1 (50:59):
If it gets clumpy, yes, like it's not safe. You
need to toss it.

Speaker 3 (51:05):
Was it soft before?

Speaker 1 (51:08):
It is not fully liquid, but like a good density
of a liquid.

Speaker 3 (51:13):
It's not lip gloss.

Speaker 1 (51:14):
No, what could that be?

Speaker 3 (51:17):
Really? I don't.

Speaker 9 (51:18):
I mean, I know makeup guys, and I'm new to it.
I love when I get yeah, yeah for the wars
and stuff like that. They my face up right. I
don't know what it is what gets clumpy.

Speaker 1 (51:30):
Mascara, well, it's kind of like.

Speaker 9 (51:33):
Eyeliner, totally different thing.

Speaker 1 (51:37):
Mascara is not eyeliner. Mass Sarah elongates your eyelashes and
if it gets clumpy, you don't want to put that
on your eyelids ugly. For one, it's like right in
your eyeball.

Speaker 4 (51:48):
It's like saying your bicep is the same thing as
your forearm.

Speaker 3 (51:51):
How about fake eyelashes that are too big? I see
on people sometimes that's what they know, like this, yeah,
and they're blinking at me in a weird way.

Speaker 1 (52:00):
That's what they like.

Speaker 3 (52:01):
I don't like that. But there's they're too big sometimes
like one eye opens, one eye closes different times.

Speaker 9 (52:06):
You ever see people with big eyelashes and they end
up looking like a muppet?

Speaker 3 (52:10):
Well, I would, I think you know what I'm talking about.
I think long eyelashes, natural ones are great. Yeah, very pretty.
I wish thank you, Yeah you have long eyelashes. I wish. No.

Speaker 1 (52:23):
I was blessed with long eyelashes, so I'm grateful for that.

Speaker 3 (52:27):
God was giving out blessings. He's like lashes all right,
EJ What are you on the air? I am on
the air seven to ten tonight. Okay, yeah, check him
out on kisses. You know.

Speaker 9 (52:44):
You know every time I do that, I'm like Ryan
is in the car right now in his baby Bronco enjoying.

Speaker 3 (52:50):
This and my broncos. What's a sasquatch? I saw it
at the dreams.

Speaker 9 (52:57):
I was like, Godly, how does he jump into this things.

Speaker 3 (53:04):
I always ask somebody a passer by to look me
up and I listen.

Speaker 9 (53:08):
If I was around, I would have hoisted you up
by your under under your arms and put you in
the uh in the truck.

Speaker 3 (53:14):
You know when in the movies it's people trying like
hoist over a fence. That's the movie. All right, coming
