Speaker 1 (00:00):
What are two point seven Kiss FM? Do we have
some debut world premiere music or fanfare here?
Speaker 2 (00:08):
It's a big moment.
Speaker 1 (00:14):
Somebody near and dear to all of us. Here Aubrey
is on the phone. Now, Aubrey Piccowski is on the line.
Speaker 3 (00:21):
What morning, morning, what's up? Guys?
Speaker 2 (00:25):
That's what I wake up to right there? I love it. Please.
Speaker 3 (00:29):
I wake up to your on air voice, and it
scares the crap out. I feel like I'm on live television.
I'm like, at six am, good morning, how are you doing.
Speaker 1 (00:40):
That's a Saturday night. Now, I'm like, hey, you're gonna
get up and have coffee. It's ready, coffee, It's ready.
Speaker 3 (00:45):
To make it even worse, this is my weekend, my
weekend mornings.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
What time, guys? Tell me what time I've been waking
up on the weekends lately?
Speaker 3 (00:54):
Dare I say? Four am? It's actually traumatizing.
Speaker 2 (00:57):
Why I want to get the party start? Let's go
all right?
Speaker 1 (01:02):
So this is exciting news, and I'm just so happy
for you. She and her friend that she's now made
her a business partner. Tim they met on a plane,
they started talking about their love for wine. She'll tell
you a story a second but they created this a
beautiful game called Sipping on Something and it is now
(01:23):
available on its website going live right this moment. But
it's basically a wine card game designed to enrich your
wine vocabulary, impairing skills while fostering genuine connections as you
answer questions. But really it's funny and a lot of
fun to play with people that you love and people
that you know, right, I mean, isn't that it?
Speaker 3 (01:42):
Yeah? Absolutely, I mean the goal is to get you
to learn about yourself and your friends and your family
as your wine. So basically we've brought the world of
wine to life by combining people personalities with wine personalities
and getting you to talk about wine descriptors as if
you and your friends were the wine yourself. So that's
kind of just to get you familiar with what's acceptable
in the world of wine and teach you that you
(02:02):
actually know more than you think you do.
Speaker 2 (02:04):
And how do you win? How do you win like
it did if we're all playing.
Speaker 3 (02:08):
Yeah, So it's a simple like player judge format, as
you could probably recognize from previous games like Apples to Apples,
Cards Against Humanity. So everyone there's a judge, player judge
you will have a still in the blank style question card,
and then every player will have eight answer cards in
their hands. So the judge will read a question it
will say something like, if you were a wine, you
would describe yourself as blank, and then everyone not including
(02:31):
the judge, would play one of their answers that they
think best completes the sentence. So the answers could be
highly dynamic, rough around the edges, robust, you know, any
kind of wine descriptor to complete that sentence, and then
the judge just picks their favorite that they think is funny.
Speaker 2 (02:46):
You see that. We're going to play it here in
a second, but if you want to see it.
Speaker 1 (02:49):
Aubrey and Tim wrote every single I remember every night
she was on a zoom writing every single one of
these cards, and then they have to play in all
different versions and scenarios billion times to see how it
all works out right.
Speaker 3 (03:02):
I mean, we had them like written out on just
little papers that looked so not official in the beginning,
but it was fun because we'd be sipping wine and
we're like, this is work, okay, like we're doing real
work here. But yeah, it's a lot of fun and
it's just meant to, you know, kind of have fun
and get comfortable with talking about wine and realize that
it's really not as intimidating as it looks.
Speaker 2 (03:24):
So it's called sipping on something. Sipping on something.
Speaker 1 (03:27):
Dot com go there to see this game. I pulled
the spill into blank cards. So and I'll hold the
hand of eight cards that I have.
Speaker 3 (03:36):
In your hand.
Speaker 2 (03:36):
Thank you.
Speaker 3 (03:45):
I can't confirm it gets regular manicures, So men take note.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
I'm free to ask all your questions right now.
Speaker 1 (03:52):
Backgrounds answers all right, here we go. So if I
pulled the card, if you were a wine you would
describe yourself as and then I would go to my
hand eat cards, and I'm looking like you wouldn't say
binge worthy, red flags, a category five meltdown. The juice
is great, light bodied, with a heavy poor or a
(04:13):
wine snob. I want to So I'm gonna play it
as if it were me. Okay, I would be if
one myself as was gonna say is great, yes you
put that down? And then so what happens after we
like play that card?
Speaker 3 (04:31):
So everyone would then obviously play different cards and then
say Tanya or you were the judge. She would then
read everyone's answers out loud as they complete the sentence,
and then she would pick what she thinks is the best,
and then she would give you. Whoever wins, she would
give you the question card and you would keep that
as a point, and then it's the first player to
five points wins.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
That's excited. And of course you're having wine along the way.
It's all fun. Okay, here's here's the here's the one
for you, sity. Okay, by the third glass, my personality
is and I'm looking at the cars. Either your you
would have these only in your head. You need to
be light body with a heavy poor binge worthy red
flag or category five meltdown or a wine snob.
Speaker 2 (05:09):
I think binge worthy wine snop. I was going to say, oh,
mine would.
Speaker 3 (05:18):
Be a category five meltown, but keep up between us.
Speaker 1 (05:25):
Yes, okay, blank got you through your last heartbreak? Hell mine.
Speaker 3 (05:33):
There will also be that there's actual wines as answers
as well, which we gave human personalities to instead of
like the Google version of whatever they say the wine is.
So you know, it could be Champagne got you.
Speaker 1 (05:44):
Through your last heart break, or but it'd be based
on the cards. You'd drawn, right, So I just drew
some cars could be so your yours are. Let's see,
a not so civilized drinker got you through it, A
unique boutique, a unique bouquet got uk. All right, that's
a boutique. It's okay, you're right, morning after wine, puffy
(06:04):
face got you through it. Bordeaux with a whole package on.
Speaker 2 (06:11):
The first one.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
Tell me the first one again, first one was a
not so civilized drinker.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
Yeah that was me. That was me, Oh my gosh.
And yeah, it just.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
Goes around like that. And then from there we elevated
it to have two other categories or components called the
sidesip or a psalm school. The psalm school is a
trivia bonus round, so you kind of while we're having
fun in the social setting, you also get your like
real fundamental wine facts there. And then the sideesip kind
of comes randomly throughout the social part and it's just
open ended social prompt so you're not limited to your
(06:45):
hands at school.
Speaker 2 (06:45):
I just pulled some school. Here we go.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
Okay, where did rose originate? A California, b Greece, Sea,
France or d Italy?
Speaker 2 (06:55):
Oh no idea, I say France and Italy, Greece.
Speaker 1 (07:03):
What is the most widely planted grape in the world. Cabernet, chardonnay,
prosecco or rose cab correct some school learn.
Speaker 3 (07:15):
Stuff okay, yeah, yeah, so then you would get that
card as an extra point.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
Nice you get so you get the fun person, get
the learning stuff and learning stuff too. And what we
do is you put a.
Speaker 1 (07:27):
Bottle of wine in the middle, and whoever wins that
game takes that bottle of wine.
Speaker 2 (07:32):
Wine super fun.
Speaker 3 (07:34):
So also keep in mind drinking is not required, but
obviously we like to be sipping on something. So whatever
you want, your leisure.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
But I'm so happy for you, congratulations.
Speaker 1 (07:45):
I saw how you worked everything every single day and
night on this project, Aubrey, and it's beautiful and it's amazing.
And she sold it to a big store in Canada,
a chain store called Indigo up there, and it's available
now for the first moment here on the website live
right yep.
Speaker 3 (08:05):
Brand new product of the market. And thank you guys.
I'm so excited to be introducing it to the world
and have this be you know, it's first debut. So
thanks again for all your support.

sipping on something dot Com.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
Okay, back room, you get one question to Aubrey. Oh
that has to be now pg PG. They're so panicked.
Speaker 3 (08:37):
I don't give them a side tip card, so they
have a problem.
Speaker 2 (08:40):
What's the biggest pet peeve that you have on Ryan
Ships eats.
Speaker 3 (08:51):
M. That's that's a jerky one. You're kind of backing
into a corner here. You couldn't ask about wine. Pet
team is probably the way it's like something you love
about him, but also a pet peeve. The way she
like meticulously plans everything, like can we actually just cancel
the plan? Like I just wanted to chill.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
There's always a schedule.
Speaker 3 (09:19):
It too, but you know it's a blessing.
Speaker 2 (09:22):
You see how many times I confirmed her scheduling for
this call. You made her like run through it too.
Speaker 3 (09:29):
No, literally called me at six in the morning, and
now I've just been pacing all day.
Speaker 1 (09:35):
She's in She's in Nashville right now, where their company is,
where they're launching. All right, Aubrey pet Cowski, congratulations to
you and Tim Tim Capria.
Speaker 3 (09:44):

Speaker 1 (09:49):
We wanted to sell out because they weren't sure how
many to order to be printed, to be made that
came from where they came from to be made.
