Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, we have on the line Kelly, Rippa and
Mark and Suelo's Hello, you got Mark? Hi, It's it's
Ryan Seacrest and Cistany and Tanya.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
Why, oh my gosh, what a nice surprise, what a treat.
Speaker 1 (00:15):
It's everybody. It was great to see you this week.
Thank you for having me back.
Speaker 3 (00:19):
Always so much fun to Hey, I forget that it's
it is one of those things where you do forget
you're on TV every once in a while.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
I know it's dangerous, it's actually mean. I had a
whole we had a whole down, you know, Connie Seacrest
and I had a download after the after the show
you did. We always were so fun.
Speaker 4 (00:35):
It's so fun, so fun to have you. Man.
Speaker 3 (00:38):
So I just curiously like you guys are you're you're
together all the time you're together on TV. Do you
ever talk about what you talked about in the morning,
because I know how it goes. We couldn't, Kelly and
I couldn't remember what we talked about. But you guys
ever talk about the show?
Speaker 4 (00:53):
We never we we talk about the show less now
that I'm on the show, right, we never. We never
discuss it. But I do find that now, I totally
understand when when I wasn't on the show and we
would be at dinner and I asked Kelly, who was
on the show today, she couldn't remember. I'm having the
same affliction.
Speaker 3 (01:14):
But you're having your I mean, it's going great and
you are having fun. You told me when I was
there how much you're enjoying it.
Speaker 4 (01:21):
Mark, Oh, yeah, we're having a blast. It really really is.
I mean, listen, you know, having Kelly tore right is
this is one of the best storytellers. Never lets the
ball drop, keeps it going, So it's it's it. You know,
Oftentimes when you think something looks really really easy, it's
the exact opposite. But I gotta say that working with Kelly,
(01:42):
she's the closest thing to you know, making it pretty easy.
Speaker 2 (01:46):
Guys, guys, this is going exactly as we rehearsed it.
I appreciate it.
Speaker 3 (01:52):
Valentine's Day, So do you do you do a romantic celebration?
Speaker 1 (01:57):
How do you celebrate Valentine's Day? Kelly?
Speaker 2 (01:58):
What do you?
Speaker 1 (01:59):
Guys? Don't really do?
Speaker 2 (02:00):
I mean, we really do. I mean, as you know,
we really don't celebrate Valentine's Day. I think we went
out to dinner two years ago for Valentine's Day, Mark,
am I right.
Speaker 4 (02:10):
I don't give me.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
It felt very strange. We felt very strange. It's always
something we celebrated when the kids were little, We really
you know, showered them with Valentine's treats and that sort
of stuff. But it's really not a holiday we celebrate.
We feel like every day. I hate this is going
to sound so cliche and gross, so I apologize, but
(02:33):
we feel like every day of our lives is really
loving and special, and so we don't need like a
special day. We do try to give each other the
most ridiculous cards we can find, Like it's a contest
to see who can find the most either disgusting card
or pointless card. Or Mark will send me a you know,
(02:56):
a weird Mother's Day card or something strange from other's day.
But that's what we that's the extent of it.
Speaker 1 (03:03):
Cards we cannot read. On the air is the theme
for Hey, so Kelly.
Speaker 3 (03:08):
We didn't get to this when I saw you guys,
but you know, Tany is getting engaged here.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
Wait, she's engaged Mary. You know, I get confused with
all of those.
Speaker 2 (03:17):
Steps, but so okay, So Ryan, you're performing this ceremony.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
I'm performing at the wedding. It's not a show.
Speaker 3 (03:23):
Yeah, it is a show. I'm a performer, Kelly. I
appreciate you respecting my talent.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
Does this? Does this mean this is how it's done
in our house? Whoever performs the wedding ceremony also pays
the bill for the wedding. Is that a confirmer, deny
Ryan is paying the bill for this wedding?
Speaker 5 (03:43):
Yes, yes, of course that is that's our that's our
protocol too.
Speaker 3 (03:47):
Smart uh, Kelly rip, But marcincill is with us. Now, Mark,
you are ordained as am I, and you performed before
at weddings or a wedding. Do you have any guidances
for me and with the tone in which I should deliver?
Speaker 4 (04:02):
Yeah, I think, I think get straight to the point.
I think that usually if you're performing it, the people
that are in the wedding usually have something important to
say to each other, so you don't necessarily have to
say anything that important. You're kind of like directing traffic
and getting people from the wedding to hopefully the best
(04:23):
celebration and party afterwards. I did ask, I did ask
the last one I performed how they would like it
to go, and and and they said, yeah, that sounds great,
just kind of let's let's keep it really really simple.
Speaker 2 (04:35):
And but are you kidding? It was so funny. The
last wedding you performed was a show stopper. It was
very funny.
Speaker 1 (04:42):
Wasn't to be a little funny, right?
Speaker 4 (04:47):
Confer I did confer with with the people getting burried
and asked how they wanted to go and if I
wanted to bring something up or this or that, and
just just you'll be great. You do this for I mean,
you're you're going to be amazing.
Speaker 1 (04:59):
I appreciate the votacom.
Speaker 3 (05:00):
I mean, how do you feel about an envelope and
you know, a revealed lights?
Speaker 1 (05:04):
Yeah, the winner is both of you kind of thing.
The winner is y'all. Winner is y'all.
Speaker 5 (05:12):
I think he's going to be so perfect. I think
he's just going to be like a lot of pressure. No,
very funny, but to the point, you're just like the
perfect person to do it. And I've known you for
so long, You've seen me through my entire single season
of life and now in this relationship, so it just
means a lot.
Speaker 2 (05:28):
But Ryan, do me a favorite. Try not to cry.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
Oh, come on, that's asking you.
Speaker 2 (05:33):
He is going to be I know, but try just
to keep the together while you're up there. For heaven's sake,
they say, like it is soap opera scene, you can
never have more than one person crying, So if your
seammate starts to cry, you can't try. So if bride
and groom removed tears and you start crying, then it's
(05:56):
a disaster. So just remember that.
Speaker 5 (05:58):
Give me a disaster.
Speaker 1 (06:01):
Rehearse. I think of the soap opera rule.
Speaker 3 (06:04):

I say, we're going back to Vegas.
