Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's time for Donkey of the Day.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
It's a read. But you're so good at yours Charlamage,
you don't even want Charlamagne Lameme.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
Who gonna give it dusky other day soon?

Speaker 3 (00:11):
Now?

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Well, sexy red donkey today for Thursday, the Simmer twelve
goes to a New York woman named Gladys Erano. Gladys
is seventy years old, and she is one of these
humans who I just don't understand. I have a real problem,
a real issue with people who waste time and energy
on foolishness. Okay, we're on the radio, so I can't say,
bs and I would like to. I would like to
sound it out. I have a real problem, a real
issue with people who waste valuable time and energy Bsen,

(00:34):
you know what I want to say, but I can't.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
We only got one.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Life, we do know that, right, so there's absolutely zero
time to waste it on foolishness. But sadly, we just
live in an era where people would rather pretend to
be somebody than actually take the time and hard work
it takes to actually be somebody. Okay, you rather pretend
to be somebody than actually take the time and hard
work it takes to actually be somebody. Okay, See, Gladys
is accused of running a dentist office out of her

(00:57):
one bedroom apartment. She was running a dentists office out
of her kitchen without a license. Of course, first of all,
I don't know who pisses me off more, this woman
pretending to be a dentist or the patients who go
see her. If you're going to, you know, invite just
any old body into your mouth, you might as well
be a point star.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
Let's go a pixeleven for the report. Please.

Speaker 4 (01:16):
Meanwhile, a lot women would arrest for a dentist office
out of her Hampstead apartment without a license. The Nassau
County District Attorney says, seventy year old Gladys Serrano set
up a bogus business in her kitchen with a hanging
curtain as a divider. You can see the patient chair,
their position near the sink next to it. Yours police say,

(01:38):
we're full of medication and used dental instruments. Vesta Gator's
called wind of the operation after she allegedly extracted five
teeth from a victim and churched her fifteen hundred dollars.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
This woman is seventy years old.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
I don't know when she decided she wanted to be
a dentist, but she could have went to school to
be an actual dentist. Now, records show Gladys is not
licensed practice dentistry in New York, but if you ask me,
she's probably not licensed anywhere.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Now.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
I tell y'all all the time, I am not the
highest grade of weed in the dispensary, knowing, am I
the strongest avenger?

Speaker 1 (02:08):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (02:08):
I was a child that got left behind. Okay, I
was before George W. Bush's no child left behind policy. Okay,
I was supposed to graduate from Berkeley High School in
nineteen ninety six. I graduated from Berkeley High School in
nineteen ninety eight. Be a night school, Okay, dropping the
clues bombs to Berkele High School. I'm one in South Carolina,
So I'm saying all that to say I still know
the difference between one and five.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
See, the victim in this story went to Serrano based
on a referral for a single tooth fixed craction. She
went to get one tooth removed and ended up getting
five taken out. Okay, the question is how many teeth
is glad Is Serrano gonna have after she gets punched
in her mouth for playing people's faces literally, And it's
not like she was cheap.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Now, I'm not a dentist, but I did some research,
and by research, I googled how much does the tooth
fixed crashing cost?

Speaker 1 (02:54):
It says it could be anywhere from.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Seventy five to two hundred and fifty dollars for a
simple extraction. Surgical extrastion can range from one eighty to
five hundred and fifty Extract extraction.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
Extraction, you know, extraction education. He wasn't what did I
say wrong?

Speaker 3 (03:09):
Extraction, babe, not extraction?

Speaker 1 (03:11):
I said, extraction. Okay, okay. Surgical excrashing can range from
one eighty to I.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Refuse, I refuse to take this from you, the one
of y'all, okay, all right. Surgical excrashing can range from
one eighty to five hundred and fifty dollars per tooth. Now,
I don't know if she had simple or surgical, but
she paid one thousand, nine hundred and fifty dollars. I
know the news reports said fifteen hundred, but the other
news reports said nineteen one thousand, nine hundred and fifty dollars.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
That's too much for a single tooth extraction.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
So I'm trying to figure out when did she pay her,
because it couldn't have been before.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
She should know better than to pay one.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
Thousand, nine hundred and fifty dollars for a single tooth extraction.
And I'm damn sure not paying you that after you
remove five of my teeth when I just came here
to get one removed. Okay, this is the moral of
the story of the day. We gotta stop playing. We
got to stop playing this whole fake it until you
make it. You turn out to beal what you pretend
to be. People just thinking they can do things because
of a video they say on TI they saw on

(04:04):
TikToker YouTube. No, people have skill sets for a reason.
People go to school, they put in their ten thousand hours.
They have actual experience in the field or industry that
you pretending to be in. Can we please get back
to letting the experts be experts and if you want
to be an expert at something, then take the steps
to be that. Okay, practice, set goals, get feedback, find

(04:26):
a mentor all right, learn continuously, but most of all.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Put in some work some real work.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
You can't just wake up and say, hey, I want
to be a dentist, regardless of how many gullible suckers
there are out there. You have to go and earn
a bachelor's degree, usually in a science related field, take
the dental emissions tests, apply to and attend dental school
to get a Doctor of Dental Surgery our Doctor of
Medicine and Dentistry degree, and then pass licensing exams to

(04:53):
practice dentistry.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
You know where I learned that? At Google?

Speaker 2 (04:56):
Okay, how y'all go online learning how to do everything
but the right thing. You can learn what steps to
take to be a real dentist from a quick Google search.
But that's not what you want to do. What you
want to do is pretend to be something you're not
until you're exposed for the fraud that you are. Please
let me Ma give glad of Serrano the biggest he hull.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Hee ha he ha, You stupid mother? Are you dumb?
Well man?

Speaker 2 (05:22):
I know it takes it might take a little bit longer.
It might take a little bit longer, but you'll eventually
get there.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
See she's seventy, she ain't got time to be going
to school.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
When did she decide she wanted to be a dinnist?
So how long she been playing this game with people?

Speaker 1 (05:35):
Probably it's sixty nine. Dang, she probably just realized it.

Speaker 3 (05:39):
But my thing is you should be giving the people
who win wins her other day, y'all.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
Well, because next to the kitchen.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
Yeah, that's why I said, I don't know who I
get mad at more the person glad of Serrano doing
this or the dumb ass people who go.

Speaker 3 (05:51):
To get it done by her, because this is the
thing I don't Were they asleep like you can feel
somebody removing full extra teeth?

Speaker 1 (05:58):
Yeah? How your mouth? Why did you sit there? And
she had drugs and all of that. She probably was
numbing them up.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
But all the more reasons, I don't know why you
would let somebody play in your mouth like that in
a kitchen in a one betteran apartment in.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
New York City.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
Oh oh, well, the last time somebody been in your
mouth in a one bettering apartment in New York.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
And that's crazy taking it to the nineties, It's never happened.
What's going on? Never happened? What about you? I never
it's a lie.

Speaker 3 (06:27):
Ask them the same question about South Carolina.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
New Jersey, New Jersey. Alright, alright, such victim.
