Speaker 1 (00:00):
Moe Joe in the morning.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
Phone number eight four to four Mojoe Live eight four
four six six five sixty five four eight. Lots of
developments on today's show. I would love if we could
talk about a couple of other things and then we'll
get back to the big breaking news.
Speaker 1 (00:18):
Lady.
Speaker 2 (00:18):
I saw that you went away for your parents' anniversary
with them. So your mom and dad, George and Siam
were celebrating their anniversary romantically going to Arizona to only
have the third wheel with.
Speaker 3 (00:38):
Them, and that was me. Yeah, I had so much fun.
Speaker 4 (00:42):
By the way, did they invite you, sorry, or did
you just like tag along?
Speaker 5 (00:46):
Well, my mom mentioned it to me and then I
told her. I was like, oh, I watch Pablo, Like
I'll stay home and watch the dog. And then she
was like, well, why don't why don't you come? And
then she was like, well, if I invite you, then
I have to invite your brother and your sister and whatnot.
So he invited then my dad to tax In, biting
all of us, and I was the only one who
like said I was going to go.
Speaker 2 (01:05):
And so when you when you noticed that the others
were not going, it didn't make you go maybe I'll
stay home and let it be just them.
Speaker 5 (01:13):
Nope, And I wasn't going to get my own hotel room.
There was no way I was going to pull a
dollar out of my pocket.
Speaker 1 (01:18):
Wait.
Speaker 3 (01:19):
Oh yeah, I actually slept next to my mom.
Speaker 4 (01:24):
You didn't even let your parents sleep together and consummate.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
I told my mom.
Speaker 5 (01:32):
I was like, I'll spend the day like going out somewhere.
Speaker 3 (01:34):
Maybe I'll go get my nails done. No, she was like, no,
it's okay, you could. You could hang out with us.
Speaker 2 (01:38):
What a sea block that is? Yeah, I tell them,
it's amazing. Kids do this to you, by the way,
kids always see block you, I know, but at that
age exactly. George, Wait, so what was the room set up?
Was it a two double beds or.
Speaker 1 (01:54):
Something like that?
Speaker 3 (01:54):
Yeah, it was two king beds.
Speaker 1 (01:56):
Where did you guys go? Where were you guys? We
were in Scottsdale, and so you guys went to Scottsdale.
Speaker 2 (02:02):
Did you go and leave, you know, go to the
pool a lot or did they go all go with
you to the pool and stuff?
Speaker 3 (02:07):
Me and my mom went.
Speaker 5 (02:08):
My dad stayed in the hotel room for most of
the time that me and my mom were out doing there.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
Why didn't your dad just have like time at home.
One of the things with your dad is your dad
works a.
Speaker 3 (02:19):
Lot, right, Yeah, he does.
Speaker 2 (02:21):
So this was nice for him to take off and
you know, spend time with his you know, family.
Speaker 1 (02:26):
But did he have to travel all the way to
Arizona to do this thing?
Speaker 2 (02:30):
Could he have done it in his own house and
you guys could have each had rooms and stuff.
Speaker 3 (02:33):
He really could have stayed home. It was like a
girls trip.
Speaker 6 (02:36):
Well no, I'm not saying him not going at all.
I'm like saying that annish yeah.
Speaker 5 (02:41):
But I'm saying like, at that point, the time that
I was spending was just me and my mom, So
it could have just been me and my mom at
that point for like most of it.
Speaker 3 (02:51):
Oh oh God introduced him to a man?
Speaker 1 (02:55):
Oh yeah, Okay, in the heck did this happen?
Speaker 5 (03:00):
So, since we've talked about mister nuts is what I'll
call him for now.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
Let's recap that story real quick. That's not there was
a guy.
Speaker 2 (03:07):
There's a guy that Lydia knew that she went out
to go visit in Arizona a couple of weeks ago.
And before she was going out to visit him. He
asked her what kind of nuts she likes in her mouth,
meaning he was going to get her snacks.
Speaker 6 (03:21):
Supposedly, yeah, okay, well allegedly that was his intention, but
his intention obviously was stupid.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
This guy's an idiot. It's fine, and you still you
still wanted your dad to meet this guy? Did you
tell your dad that nuts story?
Speaker 3 (03:36):
I didn't. No, my dad doesn't know any of that,
and he should it.
Speaker 5 (03:39):
Oh okay, I feel like he's better off, yeah, knowing,
and if he's listening now, well he kind of knows
the hell.
Speaker 4 (03:45):
Okay, So I feel how did it happen then that
you because like the last that we left it, you
had kind of cut off all contact with mister Nuts.
Speaker 5 (03:54):
Yeah, we weren't in contact. And then I him. His
mom and I text a lot, Like she listens to
the show. She loves to talk to me about certain things,
and she's just great. So her and I were texting,
and I let her know that I was coming and
I would love to see her, and so her and
I had made plans and then she brought him into
the mix of it that he would be coming along,
which I was like, oh, that's great, but we both
(04:17):
knew that him and I were in no contact, and
I had texted him prior to that. I just want
to know I texted him like a week week before
I had intentions on even coming because I thought I
was staying home the entire time. I just texted him
wanting to clear the air because I knew he had
been mad at me for certain things, and I had
been mad at him for what he said.
Speaker 7 (04:35):
Okay, So did he apologize, by the way for what
he said?
Speaker 5 (04:38):
He did, okay, And through our discussion, we were just like, Okay,
we'll be better off as friends. Because he ended up
giving me a call after his mom and I made plans,
he gave me a call, We went through everything, both
said our apologies, and we were like, Okay, we're just
going to be friends.
Speaker 3 (04:54):
That's all it's going to be. Was I a little
bit buttered about that?
Speaker 5 (04:57):
I was, but I couldn't feel some type of way
way because we had that falling out and that was
going to be what it was.
Speaker 3 (05:05):
Anybody else confused, But she wasn't.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
Megan wasn't here.
Speaker 8 (05:10):
I know what happened there, but it's like I wanted
to cut him off. But then I talked to him,
and then I forgave him and now we're friends. But
I should cut him off, but I went and I
saw him like gen.
Speaker 1 (05:19):
Z, there megan that.
Speaker 8 (05:24):
Disrespect and you were like, I deserve to be treated better.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
And now we're talking to him again.
Speaker 5 (05:30):
But that was the one time him and I had
a falling out like we've we've never really argued like.
Speaker 7 (05:35):
That, and he realized what he did. It was like
not cool.
Speaker 5 (05:38):
Yeah, and through communication it just sorted itself out and
that's all it needed to be.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (05:43):
So if I know you, you.
Speaker 7 (05:47):
Packed like a hot outfit.
Speaker 3 (05:49):
Oh you know, I look good, of course.
Speaker 4 (05:53):
And you go to dinner and George meets him and
what happened.
Speaker 3 (05:57):
So we went to his house, which I had coffee,
had dessert. It was wonderful. Yeah, I didn't get any
dessert real quick.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
When what was your dad more surprised about the fact
that he's learning this morning that this guy wanted to
know what nuts you like in your mouth, or the
fact that this guy was a white kid from Arizona.
Speaker 3 (06:17):
My dad loved him, really. We walked away from them.
Speaker 5 (06:21):
My dad was like, I think he's like the best
thing ever and he's never talked about any guy that
I've introduced.
Speaker 2 (06:26):
To him that I would have thought your dad wants
you to stay within being a Caldan.
Speaker 3 (06:32):
No, he seemed like he was like so thrilled.
Speaker 5 (06:34):
I mean, he doesn't know that him and I had
romantically talked.
Speaker 7 (06:40):
Your mom ever met him?
Speaker 3 (06:41):
Oh yeah, my mom had met him before and she
thought he was great.
Speaker 2 (06:43):
So your dad likes him because he thinks that this
is a guy friend of.
Speaker 1 (06:48):
Yours could be.
Speaker 3 (06:49):
I don't know what my dad exactly.
Speaker 7 (06:51):
Your dad's not he's your dad.
Speaker 3 (06:52):
He's also very quiet. But also you don't fly across
the country or go dad to.
Speaker 1 (06:57):
Meet this guy.
Speaker 7 (06:58):
Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Well, but but I give
George a little bit of credit here.
Speaker 2 (07:02):
But I don't know, I don't necessarily think that George
sometimes gets things not no offense to George. It's a
very smart guy. I could see George going, oh, this
is one of her guy friends. She has a lot
of friends. When when uh recent I went back to
the birthday party for you a couple three years ago,
whatever it was, we showed up there. She's got a
(07:23):
bajillion friends. Yeah, and there's men, women, you know, all
these people so I could see where he would think that.
Speaker 4 (07:30):
This is just a guy wearing a tight ass dress
in Arizona.
Speaker 3 (07:35):
Went first. I was in a dress and tights, but
I did just come.
Speaker 5 (07:39):
From masks, but did underwear on her?
Speaker 7 (07:44):
Dad hopefully doesn't know that I can't see.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
I'm asking you. I did wear underwear, yes, but.
Speaker 7 (07:49):
Did you have the good ones?
Speaker 8 (07:51):
Because there are the good ones and the bad ones,
and we both know what we're talking about.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
I was wearing good ones.
Speaker 2 (07:57):
But in all fairness, she's not all of a sudden
gonna leave and mom with this guy's mom.
Speaker 8 (08:03):
And then my dad to go through this guy.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
I don't know. I find this to be extremely strange.
Call me crazy, and this is why I find it's strange.
A we went on the air and talked about this
this guy and how immature he was in his comments
about the nuts thing and Lydia. Lydia goes back to
these guys all the time, which to me is crazy
and don't get me started say that, and this time,
(08:28):
and this time she brings back her parents, which is
the ultimate of you should never introduce your family to
questionable characters. And this guy is definitely a questionable game
he's questionable, Okay.
Speaker 4 (08:43):
So I will stick up for Lydia and I will
stick up for Lydia here. And you all know I
was very, very upset when I heard what this guy
said to her, the fact that he came back and
knew that what he said was not cool and extraordinarily
inappropriate and apologized. I say, we can give him a
second chance.
Speaker 6 (09:01):
Why why are you saying why to me?
Speaker 9 (09:04):
Why?
Speaker 4 (09:07):
Because I think that that's important that he recognized what
he was here for.
Speaker 7 (09:12):
What he said was like ko shirk I do. That's
up to Lydia to decide what I do.
Speaker 5 (09:20):
And I forgave him for that, and he forgave me
for some of the things that I've said, and I've
talked about him and whatnot.
Speaker 3 (09:28):
It's over.
Speaker 4 (09:29):
That's it, Ken, they said, in relationships that you've been
in the past, you've done or said things that you're
like you deserve.
Speaker 7 (09:35):
Another chance, for sure. But I think this is another chance.
Speaker 4 (09:40):
But if you think she does something to her again,
we write it down and we're all going to Arizona.
Speaker 8 (09:46):
Don't you also think that if you disrespect somebody, Sorry,
I'm trying to get my thoughts in a row. If
you disrespect somebody that early into a relationship, isn't that
kind of a red flag to be like, this is
where it's happening already.
Speaker 3 (10:01):
I can't see where you're seeing it from that angle,
for sure, you know what I mean?
Speaker 8 (10:04):
Like, how many times had you seen him in person?
A handful of times before you went out there?
Speaker 3 (10:10):
Correct?
Speaker 8 (10:10):
Twice twice before you went out there, and then this
happened as you were going out there.
Speaker 7 (10:15):
But you guys, talked all the time.
Speaker 8 (10:17):
But there this is a new step, right, Like, if
you're traveling across the country to see somebody, that's different
from talking online or via text with somebody too, then
seeing you in person, that's like essentially the third time
seeing each other.
Speaker 7 (10:29):
He disrespects you like that, That's wild.
Speaker 1 (10:32):
It sounds to me like Lydia is afraid of his mother.
Speaker 3 (10:35):
No, I'm not afraid. I like him. And I'm just
gonna come right out and say it.
Speaker 1 (10:38):
You like this guy, guy?
Speaker 9 (10:39):
I do.
Speaker 3 (10:40):
I I met him, I really.
Speaker 5 (10:41):
Liked him, And now it is what it is.
Speaker 1 (10:44):
And people, what is it you able to tolerate more?
Speaker 3 (10:47):
He knows I like you, guys.
Speaker 2 (10:54):
He's going to listen to his podcast and he's going
to be very upset that we're saying all the stuff.
Speaker 1 (10:58):
But he's kind of an immature.
Speaker 2 (10:59):
Goof ball, So I I, uh, people, goofball, he's a goofball.
Well I was going to say, is that he's kind
of a stupid, dumb son of a bitch. But you
have still been done son of a bitch. Isn't that
the drop that I play here?
Speaker 6 (11:16):
Huh?
Speaker 1 (11:18):
One done son of a bitch?
Speaker 7 (11:22):
Right, and you nailed it, stupid Thomas.
Speaker 1 (11:24):
Yeah, that's what he is right there.
Speaker 2 (11:28):
I think that this guy and your dad should go
on a long car ride together in the middle of
the Arizona Desert and he should have to explain the
d's nuts story to your dad before he's allowed to
be I agree because I will tell you this. Your
(11:48):
dad scares me from afar let alone if I was
in a car with him, driving with him.
Speaker 1 (11:54):
You know what I mean?
Speaker 2 (11:55):
Like, do you ever see what her dad looks like?
You know what he looks like? No, he looks like
the guy. First off, he looks like the guy that
will take you out back and beat the crab body
of you if you say something wrong to his daughter.
Speaker 1 (12:08):
Hence these nuts, right, I just need you.
Speaker 3 (12:12):
To say that every day I feel right.
Speaker 1 (12:15):
These nuts he was. He was definitely joking. Is quiet
on us. He took it a little too serious.
Speaker 6 (12:21):
But I think sometimes as guys, sometimes we don't mean
our apologies. He's just trying to get back to yogad graces,
and we know that by acting like you know, we
understand our flaws and our faults and promising that's not
who we are.
Speaker 1 (12:35):
I just had a brief moment.
Speaker 3 (12:37):
He gained nothing by being my friend like we.
Speaker 1 (12:41):
Gave the friend is just a step in the right direction.
Speaker 3 (12:47):
I can't believe I have three of you on me
like that.
Speaker 2 (12:51):
Willing should he have to apologize to us too, because
I think ain't gonna mean nothing.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
By the way, I want to be in the car
with George driving. I just want to sit in the
back seat.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
I'll I'll hold the camera the live Facebook live that
we're going to be doing when we do this thing.
Eight four four Mojo Live eight four four six six
sixty five four eight is the telephone number. Has anybody
ever introduced their dad to somebody that was a little
sketchy and uh and everything turned out okay after Dad
(13:27):
had a conversation like Dad because this is big. The
fact that George actually liked him is interesting. The fact
that Lydia's dad actually was good, because I would have said,
right off the bat, ain't nothing like that happening. Maybe
it was also the fact that your dad was upset
over the fact that his daughter came on his anniversary trip.
He was just trying to get the hell out of there.
He paid a lot of money to necket laid.
Speaker 3 (13:48):
They've rebooked a different trip.
Speaker 1 (13:52):
And when are you going exactly?
Speaker 2 (13:58):
Hold on, let me give you the word out and
and I want to take some calls on this. The
word for our giveaway of one thousand dollars the first
one Mojo.
Speaker 8 (14:07):

(14:33):
under the cash contest Mojo in the Morning Online, Mojo
in the Morning dot Com. Jenny, what did you want
to say about Lyddy and the D's nutsky.
Speaker 10 (14:45):
I thought that everyone on the show can be very immature,
which I love.
Speaker 1 (14:50):
By the way, it's.
Speaker 10 (14:51):
Funny to me, But you guys are calm this guy
out for being a mature Oh.
Speaker 1 (14:57):
The only call she calls back is the one coming
a no.
Speaker 3 (15:01):
One's answering, God off me.
Speaker 10 (15:05):
I'm on Lidia's side because I'm a girl and it
had times. If she likes the guy, he's a little
immature and funny, let it go.
Speaker 8 (15:13):
Yeah, but we also all have that one friend who
just won't let people go that they should let go off. Yes,
that too, you're saying, I'm right, Oh, I take it.
Speaker 7 (15:23):
I agree with you, Megan.
Speaker 4 (15:24):
When there's like a very very repeated pattern, or if
it was something right out of the gate that was
so like horrible, I mean this was Yeah, what he
said was inappropriate, But I do think he deserves another chance.
Speaker 2 (15:38):
I think that that's the case too. But I think
she also needs to explain to her dad what this
guy did.
Speaker 3 (15:43):
I see.
Speaker 7 (15:43):
I actually disagree with you.
Speaker 4 (15:45):
I think there are some things better left and known
for George and the D's nuts convo is one of them.
Speaker 8 (15:50):
I think forgiveness is great if you were meeting up
for coffee. Flying across the country is so different.
Speaker 2 (15:56):
She flew across the country to go meet him twice now,
but one time he did that whole thing if she
was going to be there by herself without her parents,
and he said that. I think that was telling. With
that said, should he get forgiveness, absolutely, I'd give him
a little forgiveness too, But I think the guy also
has to pay for his crime.
Speaker 1 (16:14):
What's going on, Ricky?
Speaker 11 (16:16):
I was going and the crew man, y'all think, I
think you guys been too hard with Kevin and Mojo
kind of because as me and we all make mistakes,
we all say things we shouldn't say. But it's something
to him that she likes. She see we have to
support and give a chance, get a guy a chance
a husband one day.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
And you know what I'm saying, I understand what.
Speaker 6 (16:40):
He didn't he did.
Speaker 11 (16:41):
He didn't cuss the row, he didn't call it this
and that, He said, what kind of nuts? You like?
Agree agreed at the same time, us being me and
we look at the wrong way.
Speaker 6 (16:55):
No, brot me. Let me say this real quick. I
understand completely where you're coming from. Understand the totality of
what you're saying. That was the position I took when
Lydia first brought this to our attention off air, completely.
Speaker 1 (17:07):
Where you were.
Speaker 6 (17:08):
What you're not getting is Lydia's disdain not only for
the comment, but her disdain for him, and said this
is a pattern. It wasn't just the one comment. She
said a bunch of stuff about old boy that she
let go in this comment.
Speaker 1 (17:21):
That I'm telling.
Speaker 7 (17:22):
Okay, so I did not know that.
Speaker 3 (17:24):
I want to hear that. Let's talk about it.
Speaker 11 (17:26):
I didn't know that, Kevin.
Speaker 1 (17:28):
But but she's still because the kind of money.
Speaker 2 (17:35):
I don't think that this guy is a bad guy.
I actually think he's probably a sweet guy. He's probably
dumb like I am, and I think that he just
needs to know his words, and honestly, sometimes I think
that you have to repent a little bit for his words.
I just know Chelsea's dad took me on a car ride,
and I want this guy a car ride.
Speaker 1 (17:55):
And before I.
Speaker 2 (17:55):
Could marry Chelsea's uh take Chelsea's hand, Chelsea's dad made
me go on a our ride in a trip to Denny's.
Speaker 1 (18:02):
We did. We had to go on to Denny's and.
Speaker 2 (18:06):
Oh my god, literally I'll never go to Denny's ever
again for that reason.
Speaker 1 (18:10):
What's up, Asia?
Speaker 9 (18:12):
Okay, So I think y'all are being really hard, specifically Megan.
It's really really She's like, you know, we all got
that one friend who shouldn't be with somebody. They've never
even been together, they're still feeling each other out, and
so now he knows that kind of joke is inappropriate.
But I bet you if Lydia was in a different
headspace and initially heard that once she you know, when
(18:35):
he gave the joke, she probably could have just brushed
it off all right.
Speaker 3 (18:38):
Now, was not going to address what you're addressing.
Speaker 7 (18:42):
But Lydia put the call through, so she's.
Speaker 8 (18:44):
Fine with it. Let's not pretend we don't have a
history and this isn't a pattern with people.
Speaker 11 (18:49):
This is so for me.
Speaker 8 (18:51):
What yeah, yeah, And what this comes from is because
we've seen you go through this before.
Speaker 3 (18:57):
We're being friends for trying to protect you from you
know what I mean, not the bad guy.
Speaker 5 (19:02):
It's just like when I'm in this moment and I'm like,
oh my god, I'm actually kind of happy to like
re explore something.
Speaker 3 (19:07):
And then everyone's like, no, no.
Speaker 1 (19:09):
I agree, and I agree with you, Lydia.
Speaker 2 (19:12):
I think this guy actually is fine, but I think
that you have been with some losers. This this guy
is definitely not as big a loser as the last
guy that you dated. That guy was.
Speaker 1 (19:24):
We don't know.
Speaker 8 (19:24):
We haven't spent enough time with him, but we don't
know that I disrespected her right off the back.
Speaker 1 (19:29):
This guy actually seems more quality and I like that.
Speaker 3 (19:34):
Respect.
Speaker 7 (19:35):
And I don't know how I'm the bad.
Speaker 1 (19:36):
Guy for that.
Speaker 3 (19:37):
You're not a bad.
Speaker 1 (19:39):
Mark. What's up, Joe? Yes, good morning, Good morning, sir,
Good morning.
Speaker 12 (19:45):
No, you and you, you, you and Kevin are partial,
right us us guys we say and do stupid stuff.
But I think you and Kevin are freaky and Lydia
this way because you know that Kevin likes Lydia and
you want and you want.
Speaker 1 (20:05):
That's it is exactly complete and it's correct. I don't
like Lydia. I love Lydia. By the way, the best time,
