The situation is, obviously we're moving downtown as a radio station,
and I live closer to where this station is, which

is going to be a very uncomfortable and difficult experience
having to travel so far and show up to work

I want to move closer to the station. So I'm
looking at places that are closer to the station. Saw

and then there you go. That night, literally within a
twenty four hour period, I go to the website, fill

out the application, upload the proof of income, upload everything
that you needed to upload. I send an email because
I do some online research. I want to see what
other people say, and there are some consistent flaws in
the living situation, so I want to give her.

So I send her about seven or eight questions just
as a follow up. Two days go by, I didn't
hear from her. I do get an email, though from
a different address. That's is thank you for your application.
Reach out to this person for next steps. I reach
out to that person for next steps. Within the hour,
the original person I was communicating with sends me an
email says, oh, somebody else put their money down. The

place is no longer there, but I may have another
one coming up. This was two weeks ago. I've said
four emails. I called Friday and left the voicemail. None
of my emails have been returned and the voicemail and
my phone call I haven't been returned.

Maybe I could pull it up there, but I feel
like that's like a huge decision. Moving is a big deal.

I don't think it was your questions that did it,
because it's somebody who has hopped on from apartments a
lot in the past five years.

This is very normal.

It's infuriating and normal, like the lack of follow up.

Yes, well, not only the lack of follow up, I think,
but also this other person whomever probably was like, yep,
I'm ready right now, and instead of them doing the
right thing and saying, actually, somebody else like is interested
in this apartment, let us check with them first if
they want it or not.

They're just so money hungry. They just want the money.

When I moved into my current apartment, when I toured it,
the person who toured it with me said, I'm showing
this tomorrow if you don't decide now, And they say
they want it at the end of their tour tomorrow. Yeah,
that's it's it is first come, first serve on apartments.
So if somebody comes in and says I'll put the
money down right.

Now, they wink. And that's not my problem.

No, I know, I know, there's so many problems with
apartment hunting.

The when I lived in Toledo, I lived at the
Commodore Perry and that is Uh. I'll say, this not
my first choice of building down there, but I could
not get the other buildings to return my call.

I've had quite a few people who toured places with
me be like, and I know what you do for
a living. So if you're thinking about throwing parties or
quiet hours are and my brother toured with Who Wants
and he was like, you think she doesn't.

I truly, apart from the hours that I leave my apartment,
