Speaker 1 (00:01):
The morning, He's Dirty on the thirty, Shannon with the
Dirty on thirty. What's going on? Shannon?
Speaker 2 (00:05):
Are we taking our special guests at the beginning of
the dirty.
Speaker 1 (00:07):
Or the end of day?
Speaker 3 (00:08):
Let's stay at the end of the dirty because it's
such a cool story and the only person that probably
got more attention at yesterday's game than Jared Gough. Jared
Gough is on the phone with us. Yes, huge celebrity now.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
Yes, Yes, what's going on?
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Okay, So I want to start off with some sad dirty,
especially if you are a fan of Dawson's Creet. James
Vanderbeek has been diagnosed with colorectal cancer. He shared that
news yesterday on social media, saying despite the diagnosis, there's
reason for optimism. He's feeling good.
Speaker 4 (00:41):
He said.
Speaker 2 (00:42):
He'll say more and Sarah Moore when he's ready, but
he has privately been dealing with the diagnosis, has been
taking steps to battle it. It's just really sad.
Speaker 1 (00:52):
Yeah, very sad.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
Definitely an important reminder to get your colon osk be.
Speaker 3 (00:56):
Yeah, it's in it and honestly that when you get it,
it's a tough one to beat. But we're praying for
him because there are you know, those that have beaten it.
So yeah, we got to be able to do all
the preventive stuff ahead of time.
Speaker 2 (01:10):
Big congratulations to Barbie star Margot Robbie. She gave birth
to her first child with her husband Tom Ackerley. They
welcomed a baby boy together. No details on a name
just yet. Martha Stewart speaking about having Ryan Reynolds as
her neighbor, which actually I did not know that they
were neighbors, but she says the Deadpool star is really
(01:31):
not that funny in real life, despite all of his
comedic roles.
Speaker 5 (01:35):
Try he's probably on the list just because he covers
himself up in his movies and you don't see his face.
Something he's not so funny in reel to see one
of those, any one of those. Something's not so funny
in real wildy, No, he's not so funny.
Speaker 1 (01:47):
He's very serious. Really.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
He clapt back on social media, by the way, with
a joke like he obviously took this in stride. He wrote,
I would disagree with her, but I tried that once.
The woman is unexpectedly scry. She really chose the gap
after a mile or so, and then Hugh Jackman chimed
in regarding Martha's comments, writing, finally, somebody that's great.
Speaker 4 (02:08):
Hi at LEAs Stewart and listening Shi Mojo in the
morning is a very good thing.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
I can kind of see it though, Like if you're
just living your day to day life, you're probably get out.
Speaker 3 (02:18):
My buddy's friends with Will Ferrell, and he says that
Will Ferrell is the nicest guy in the world, but
it is not the funny guy that you've.
Speaker 1 (02:25):
Seen in all the movies. Yeah, actually like really reserved
and like day to day life.
Speaker 3 (02:29):
Very mellow, very yeah, calm, good Golfer Drake.
Speaker 2 (02:33):
And Future of Squash squashed their beef. Apparently, excuse me,
Young Thugs recent asked that the two I think he
threw metro Booman in there too, asked that they buried
the hatchet was a significant factor in them ending this thing,
Thug wrote on social media. He added, Drake added Future
added metro boomin ain't the same without us Collabin and
(02:54):
apparently it was a phone thing that got on the
phone with each other and just hashed up the differences.
And this is a pretty incredible story. A dog that
was rescued by a Pennsylvania family following Hurricane Colleen saved
that family's lives. Just two weeks later, the family rescued Rusty,
who was one of the hundreds thousands of lost animals
(03:16):
following the hurricane, and earlier this week, Rusty alerted the
family to a growing fire in their home's kitchen. Wow
started to jump and tug on the wife shirt and
wouldn't stop, and when she opened the door, the room
was filled with smoke. She had enough time to get
all of her kids, all of the pets out of
the home before going back in to put the flames
out with the help of the fire department, and the
(03:36):
family said the damage could have been a lot worse
and people could have lost their lives had they not
adopted Rusty after Hurricane Helene. It's an incredible story.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
By the way. Let's grab the guys.
Speaker 3 (03:49):
What a game yesterday. It was awesome to be able
to see the Lions beat the Green Bay Packers. And
I'll tell you that opening drive by the Lions Dan Gamble,
look at him, he is like unbelievable going forward on
fourth down like he did, the way that he was
able to get Green Bay to go off sides. I
(04:10):
mean that was just genius. But there was somebody that
was more exciting to watch than even the game, and
that was if you were watching the game, they kept
showing the guy that was sitting in the stands that
was wearing Alliance jersey with a cheese grater on his head.
His name is David Bodine, and David is on the
(04:31):
Mojo in the Morning show this morning. Are you still
in Green Bay?
Speaker 4 (04:33):
David, Yeah, I I'm outside of down the street from
Lambeau giving him the Brian Branch double bird right now.
Speaker 1 (04:42):
That's awesome. By the way, you were superstar yesterday.
Speaker 3 (04:46):
Nice tickets, great seats, and you waited out you had
to deal with that rain. Was that brutal to be
there in the rain?
Speaker 4 (04:53):
Yeah, it was pretty rough. I've been coming here a lot,
so I've been here for a lot of cold games,
a lot of snowy games, but this was the first
rain game.
Speaker 2 (05:00):
What is that thing made out of? By the way,
was it soft or harder?
Speaker 4 (05:04):
It's like home. It's basically the same thing as the
cheese said. Okay, it was an old Bears fan made it.
I bought it like ten years ago.
Speaker 3 (05:10):
Okay, that was spectacular. What did the fans the green
Bay fans think of your Cheese Greater.
Speaker 4 (05:16):
Oh, they all love it, you know. I come to
green Bay games in Detroit and green Bay and Packer
fans are always like, oh my god, can I take
your picture? So they all think it's hilarious.
Speaker 3 (05:25):
Somebody was telling me that green Bay Packer fans might
be the nicest fans of all the NFL fans. Is
is there truth to that?
Speaker 4 (05:32):
Yeah, they're pretty nice. I heard. I heard. I've had
their chance, so they're humble. They're taking it humbly.
Speaker 3 (05:38):
A friend of mine was at the game too, and
he said, he goes, I've never in my life had
more respectable people like He says, we'll go like to
Philly and he said, they're total a holes in Philly,
Like they would have probably shoved that Cheese Greater right
up your arse if you were at f Yeah, that's
pretty awesome. So David got to go to the game.
What an exciting game. Where you you at any point
(06:01):
scared when green Bay started mounting a little bit of
a comeback or did you realize there was no chance,
no time left on the.
Speaker 4 (06:07):
Not at all. I knew if our run game, we'd
be able to run out the clock.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
What was it like hearing a Jared Golf chant in?
Speaker 4 (06:16):
Oh, that's awesome. You know, it's funny. They like turn
up the music to try and drown out all the
Jared Golf chants. Or I have to rescore a touchdown,
we'd sing four down the field and they turned on
the music and try and drown it out a little bit.
Speaker 3 (06:27):
Oh okay, buddy, you are awesome. Thanks for going on
the air with us. Safe travels back. Are you flying
back or driving back?
Speaker 4 (06:34):
Driving back?
Speaker 1 (06:34):
I live in the up so oh cool? So do
you I've always wondered this, Do you take the faery?
Speaker 4 (06:41):
No? No, because somebody I live in Hoden, So it's
actually Detroit's the furthest NFC North team for me to.
Speaker 3 (06:47):
Get to Oh okay, somebody told me that the ferry
is the best way to go, Like they actually have
done that numerous times going and it's actually a lot
of fun.
Speaker 4 (06:56):
It sort of depends.
Speaker 2 (06:57):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (06:57):
Yeah, I lived in Madison for a bit. But if
you're like in Milwaukee going to the west side of
the state, it's easier. But if you are in Detroit
trying to go pretty much anywhere, it's easier to just
go through Chicago.
Speaker 3 (07:06):
David Bodine, you'll be at more games. Will you be
coming to Thanksgiving wearing turkey legs on your head?
Speaker 4 (07:12):
No, I'll be at my in laws for Thanksgiving, but
I'll make sure to wear the cheese greater head for them.
The packer fin shout out.
Speaker 1 (07:20):
To the in laws. We appreciate you, David.
Speaker 4 (07:22):
Go Lions, Yeah, Go Lions. FPP.
