It feels good to be back home, especially because I got a chance
to bring this, uh with Canyou show off the trophy to everybody at

It's a little it's a little dirty, but you know, it's nice to
have this and be the first Dodgersto win it. Yeah, no doubt.
And this is something that you toldme you wanted to do going back
a month. How rewarding is itto not only be invited, but to
win it, you know, tohave the opportunity. Uh, I already

tend thanks everybody that has UH todo anything with my participation in the derby
this year for the chance and morespecial because it's the first time. This

enjoy the best. It was anincredible moment. How did you feel after
everybody talks about how exhausting the Homerun Derby is? Did you feel exhausted
after not really I was you know, I was good, a little sore,
but nothing big. It just itwas a really, really good moment.
I wasn't thinking about anything else andthe excitement that I get in the

competition. How big of a roledid Dino Ebel play and you winning this?
I mean, I think there's nota chance if you don't have anybody
throwing good pitches to here. AndDina was amazing. It was thanks to
him that I got this today.This had to be an amazing All Star

experience for you, not only winningthe home run derby but also starting in
center field. Was it as greatas it seemed to be for you?
It was amazing experience. It wasgreat. I enjoy my family, enjoy
my brother's got a chance to bethere for the first time. I was
there with my whole family, parents, friends, Coustin's, my wife,

my kids. This is my firsttime that the kids we're there in twenty
one. I only have two.Julian wasn't here, but you know,
it was a great moment for mycareer and for my family. Hey,
it's great. The kids haven't brokenthe trophy yet. I don't think they're
gonna broke baseline because it's really heavy, it's metal. So you know,

happy, happy to win this andjust to be the first one to bring
it here. Tay Oscar, wesaw your old friend Vladimir Guerrero Junior wearing
your Blue Jays jersey. Did yousend him home with a Dodger jersey?
No, not not yet, notyet, but he said that he won
one of my jerseys. Obviously,I'm gonna give one to him. You

know, his special He's spared myfamily now and he was there supporting me
the same way that I was therewhen he competed in those It was in
Cleveland in nineteen and then Seattle lastyear. I was not in the LSAR
game, but I was in Seattle, so I was watching. I call

him and just you know, justcheering for him. Now, back to
work. First half begins tonight againstthe Red Sox. Do you feel like
the All Star break came at theperfect time to wash away that last road
trip? Yeah, it was.It was not great for us, you
know, especially because we had alot of injuries at the end, but

that's war a baseball. We justhave to keep fighting, be better and
just trying to win. To comeback to Dodger Stadium tonight. I'm sure
it's going to be electric with theBoston Red Sox here, But more importantly,
you and the rest of the teamback here in action. Are you
anticipating a huge ovation when you takethe field, when you step in the

batter's box, because you know they'regoing to show highlights of the home run
derby. I wasn't thinking about it, you know, but it's definitely feel
great to be back home, especiallyto hear them from the fence, and
like you say, facing that organization, the Boston Rexas, they've been playing
a really good baseball, which isthings gonna be a good show tonight.
