good clipper analysis from our dear friend Don McClain, good stuff,
who joined us in the very last hour, and we
had how was your weekend? And we are off and running.

(02:15):
We talked a little bit about the UCLA quarterback situation,
and we'll have more on that with Wayne Cook in
the very next segment. We haven't talked to Wayne in
quite some time. We will next.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
But right now, Matt, it is time for the Word
of the Day.

Speaker 5 (02:33):
His words.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
The word of the day.

Speaker 4 (02:36):
Today's word of the day is zen Master. Have not
heard from Phil Jackson in a while, but he's back.
Oh yeah, what's he doing back from where? I'll tell
you what he's doing back from where? Well, we don't
know where. Probably Montana very quiet last few years. TPE Montana,

(02:56):
probably very upset about Bill Walton's passing. Of course, a
guy who spent a lot of time in the TP
with Phil Jackson smoking reefers. Yeah, that's alleged. But you know,
the zen Master arguably the greatest coach in NBA history. Yeah,
thirteen time NBA Champ eleven as a head coach, who
as a player, Phil won five championships coaching the Lakers

(03:20):
with Kobe and Jack and Kobe and our friend super
Spaniard Pavesol. I got it. Phil re emerged yesterday on
x posting this again, the NBA test's faith by playing

(03:40):
multiple games on Christmas and.

Speaker 3 (03:42):
Easter sacred days.

Speaker 4 (03:48):
That post was the first post in over a year,
than just the second post from the zen Master in
the last seven years. Interesting, It's not like they haven't
played on every Eastern Christmas in the last seven years. Yeah,
but I know that was a hot button, Matt, even
back when you were covering.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
The Lakers did playing on Christmas.

Speaker 4 (04:07):
He did not light it, and I thought, wow, you know,
powerful message from a coach, you know who cares about
faith and tradition sacred days. But Phil was not done
with that post yesterday. Is that right?

Speaker 6 (04:25):
No?

Speaker 4 (04:26):
No, there is some promotion involved, just like when Katie
Perry pulled out the set list for her tour when
she was floating around in the in the ether. Yeah,
and I was like, oh my god, she's got something
to promote. This isn't just about the divine feminine power.
She's got something to promote.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
It's a journey.

Speaker 4 (04:48):
And sadly, Matt, when it comes to Phil Jackson, oh
it's not just about the divinity of the sacred days
of Christmas. At Easter Sacred Hoops Part two, well, he
tweeted out a link to a new book that he
wrote with Sam Smith called Masters of the Game.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Can't just promote after going silent for years, I got
to do one non promotional tweet.

Speaker 3 (05:16):
But he couldn't promote on Easter Sacred Day.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
Sacred Day, because.

Speaker 4 (05:20):
You couldn't come behind his Easter post and be like Hey,
by the way, I got a new book app he
had to wait.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
Now that.

Speaker 4 (05:30):
Is good pr exactly, great marketing from the zen Master.
The zen Master has been lying dormant in the last
six or seven years. His back to posting on x
and promoting his new book. How much do you think
he enjoys the modern NBA.

Speaker 5 (05:52):
Mine?

Speaker 4 (05:55):
Now?

Speaker 2 (05:55):
Is he going to be on a book tour?

Speaker 4 (05:58):
I don't know. I mean, I'll keep my head on
a swim. I mean, I'm sure we maybe getting.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
Him on right, he's doing the book tour. Let's talk
some patroons.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
Yeah, get him back Patroons, Yeah, he's Uh.

Speaker 4 (06:08):
Phil Jackson is gonna be live at Midnight Special for
two hours and Third Street Promenade. I know it's closed.
Don't text me, leave me alone, let me suffer anyway,
Good luck to this end master. I know he still
consults Genie Buss. I wonder if he still has the

(06:29):
phone number to.

Speaker 2 (06:29):
The house I would have mentioned so, unless they've moved,
you know, the valuation of the Lakers is going to considerable.
She it's a man in her life.

Speaker 4 (06:36):
Now, what a man? What a man?

Speaker 1 (06:40):
What?

Speaker 2 (06:40):
That guy picks up the phone and Phil calls?

Speaker 4 (06:42):
Is that weird.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
I mean they're married, right, didn't they get married?

Speaker 4 (06:46):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (06:46):
They didn't?

Speaker 4 (06:46):
Yeah, So what a man?

Speaker 2 (06:48):
What you would expect? There's a fifty to fifty possibility
that the husband's going to pick up the phone and
out the life.

Speaker 4 (06:52):
What do you want me to do? Phil? You wouldn't
marry me? Right, you wouldn't marry me? Phil?

Speaker 3 (06:57):
I asked for years. I'm mobbied on the radio.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
Shouldn't we have like a meeting of the masters and
masters of the game being promoted on the Masters in
Coaching podcast with Tim Cats? All makes sense, right, I
send the title.

Speaker 4 (07:11):
Of the pod.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
Hey, Phil, we're gonna push on with Petros and money
and then if you could do me a favor, I'm
gonna push you on hold when they're done, and I'd
love to get five minutes with you for our Masters
in Coaching podcast.

Speaker 4 (07:21):
There's a murder, murders man, My Murner.

Speaker 3 (07:27):
It's time for the number of the day.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
Here's my number number of the day. The time it
is be Nowmber. The day is one. Six Hockey Playoffs
Game one, Kings Oilers tonight. I love the NHL Playoffs,
the best postseason out there. Nothing too exciting, yesterday, but tonight,

(07:48):
Tonight is the night I do love the Kings. There's
been a barren waste land of success in the postseason
since they won their second Cup in twenty fourteen. They
have lost in the first round to year since, even
if they made the playoffs, which they didn't in five
of those ten years. But this year more of the same.
Pe last three years they have pulled pain in the

(08:11):
ass opponent Edmonton with the best player on the planet
in the Oilers, Connor McDavid. As much as I want
to hate it, the guy so freaking good that it's
just fun to watch and it's hard not to freak out.
All much better he is than anybody else on the ice.
And yes again they get Edmonton for the fourth consecutive year.
Now this year they are at home to start. They

(08:33):
did post the best home record in franchise history, thirty
one wins at Crypto and more points in a regular
season than any other in franchise history. Well, they tied
the seventy four to seventy five team of one hundred
and five last year. It only took the Oilers five games,
but in games four in games five, one goal contest

(08:54):
twenty three very competitive. Kings go up tow to one,
lose Game four and oh the year before they were
up three to two but lost in seven to Edmonton.
So is this the year they finally get over on
the Oilers and make one Leon dry side? Do they
make him pissy?

Speaker 4 (09:10):
I don't know, man, I mean keeps happening the same.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
Yeah. The difference this year is Darcy Kemper, the Kemperor,
Saskatoon based or Saskatoon born goaltender who has had a
monster season so much like Quickie did on those two
Cup runs. You know what we need that Saskatoons dude
is gonna have to stand on his head. If Kemper

(09:37):
can stand on his head, I believe that the Kings
get out of the first run of the playoffs, they
can win the damn Cup. They gotta get past Edmonton, though,
paint in the ass Edmonton with pissy Leon dry title
and freaking brilliant Connor McDavid. It begins tonight.

Speaker 4 (09:51):
They're one of the best teams in the in the
in the NHL for a few years, right, I mean
they're not the best.

Speaker 2 (09:57):
They made the Cup final last year, of course, and
they have the two best players on the ice and
dry Sidle and the best player in hockey and Nick David.
So yeah, understandable you're gonna lose those, but maybe it's
different this year. You know, the Kemperor, I think they
call him that. I looked it up and it said
that was one.

Speaker 4 (10:15):
Of his things. Okay, yeah, that's super cool.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
The Trice Hoddle, by the way, sat out eleven of
the last fourteen games just to rest up, just to
rest up for the postseason.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
I heard he was churning butter in his leader hose
and then serving Stein's.

Speaker 2 (10:28):
Get didn't pissed man, so he was doing good luck thankings.

Speaker 3 (10:38):
This is the song of the day.

Speaker 5 (10:42):
The Stone Roses or a group of ads from Manchester,
England with our song of the day called Fool's Gold,
a funky tune with some cool break beats for an
I'm a Horse modello. Meet you a lot on Monday
right here on the Petros and Money Show, We're three
hours of great eight sports talk takes us to Clippers
playoff basketball looking to prove that they're not just fools

(11:03):
gold by tying this series in Game two with the
Denver Nuggets at Ball Arena and our friend Adam Oslin.

Speaker 2 (11:09):
Will be here.

Speaker 5 (11:09):
As a matter of fact, I think I just saw
him wandering around the halls here and he'll be down
in the Clippers studio ready for that Clippers countdown show
that's coming up at six o'clock.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
Hey, you Ron, what's cooking? Wena my shingles? You you
have shingles.

Speaker 4 (11:28):
It's not funny.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
I know it's not funny. I don't like I don't
like the tax.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
It's crazy that you have shingles. You're sold right.

Speaker 4 (11:37):
It's like, yeah, I'm sorry, I have shingles. It's terrible.
I should have got the shot, but I'm too young
for them to.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
Offer exactly what I mean. I'm gonna go in and
what are you doing here?

Speaker 4 (11:53):
It clears up what I'm done with my yeast infection medicine.
I'm going to get this shot, all right, we'll be back.

Speaker 2 (12:07):
That's your some money. No Dodgers today, they'll pick it
up tomorrow against the Cubs, early one. Two Dodgers on
deck at three thirty, first pitch at four forty tonight,
though we do have play by play. Clippers Nuggets Game
two tips off at seven, so we're off in about
that less than an hour and.

Speaker 4 (12:20):
A half big UCLA off season football dudes in late April.
Who would ever know that that would be when you
get a quarterback. But Ucla gets a quarterback and the
other guy angular is going to Tennessee, so a switcher route.

(12:41):
Wayne Cook sideline reporter for UCLA for twenty plus years,
legendary UCLA quarterback. Before Cam Rising, before Smigel, before Keith Smith,
there was Wayne Cook at Newbury Park, Go Pam, joining
us on your Southern California Toyota Dealer, celebrity hotline. Dear
friend of the show and one of the nicest guys around,

(13:03):
the Great Wayne Cook reacting to this UCLA news a windfall,
no doubt about it. What's up, Wayne, gentlemen?

Speaker 6 (13:11):
How are you? And it is a wind fall? I mean,
let's be honest, when you can get a quarterback of
this caliber, a guy that has a freshman led us
team to a playoff game through of over twenty six
hundred yards, had good touchdown interception ratio. No, he's not perfect,
but look around the college football at what freshmen tend

(13:32):
to struggle. I just think UCLA is getting a young
and upcoming player with tons of talent, and let's be honest,
it's great buzz for UCLA football.

Speaker 4 (13:42):
There's no doubt now, I mean, if you look at
it from this guy's perspective, this is interesting. I mean,
Tennessee had just played in the College Football Playoff. You
know what they are. They do one hundred and twenty
thousand fans per game. They have a pretty expected play caller.
With Hypel doing his thing over there, Ucla a little

(14:04):
bit more of an uncertain situation for Nico.

Speaker 3 (14:09):
How do you I mean, it's it's got to feel
like a step down. How did this happen?

Speaker 6 (14:13):
Well, for one, he's coming home, and two, I think
we're underestimating the coach and Serry Hire. Look at what
happened with Kurdish work at Indiana last year and I
know he was a co offensive coordinator, but that system worked.
And if you take the talent that Nico has, and
you guys have spent a lot of time watching film

(14:35):
that I mean, I'd already seen him play a ton,
but like just looking at his feet, his size, the
way he moves, He's got an absolute cannon. He can
he can be a little bit inaccurate at times, but
for the most part, you see every skill you'd want
to see in a quarterback. I know people want to
talk about the off the field stuff a lot more
and want to, you know, act like they know exactly
what this is in this young man's head. But if

(14:56):
the coaching can convince him that. I was out a
actually the other day with with with Aguilar, and I
actually thought the team looked solid. I thought the pickups
they made they looked pretty good. And the coaches that
they've brought in, you know, Deshaun Foster has been able
to put together a staff that he didn't have to
rush to put together. We got to be honest that
the enemy hire last year was a disaster. It didn't

(15:18):
work at all. The offense was absolutely atrocious and it
just didn't work, and they didn't have enough time to
really this is more of a college offense. It's going
to be great for a quarterback. So I've heard everybody
talk about the move and how it's a drop down,
but you know, u CLA football still has the ability
to be really good and really exciting. There's too many
there's been too many years. It hasn't even been that

(15:39):
long ago when Joran Thompson Robinson was a couple of
plays away from getting UCLA to something special and and
it just didn't happen. But it's not like they've been
that far off. So and I think just to answer
your question, if you see LA starts winning and you've
got a quarterback that everybody knows that person's name, they
know he was a five star guy, they know he
plays at a high line, that's when you sell more seats,

(16:02):
and that's when the Rose Bowl looks more full, which
is the way I think most Southern California people want
to see it.

Speaker 2 (16:07):
Yeah, just kind of going to to who he's kind
of coming here with, or who he's going to be
throwing to in the backfield. Offensive line. You look at
that Tennessee team and you know they were as you
watch the film, a lot of weapons on that team
with Thornton and Samson in the backfield, Like, what's what's
he got around him to help him succeed?

Speaker 6 (16:26):
Well, they went out and got they revamped the old line.
You know, we still have a center and right guard,
but they brought in for example, I won't name them all,
but like Courtland Ford from USC who I met the
other day at practice. He's very excited. So they've they've
brought in coach Kwan to coach these guys up, and
I think the offensive line looks a lot better. But again,
I got to go back to the offensive play calling.

(16:46):
It when you run certain types of offense and things
take a wild to development. It's very NFL type stuff,
and you don't have the guys to do it, you're
gonna look terrible and that and that's what happened. We
just we just didn't have the time to let a
lot of these plays develop. I think this system is
going to be much more offensive line friendly. Then you
may throw into to make some really good receivers that

(17:07):
they brought in a kid from cal is Electric. He's fast.
I've saw him make some really really good plays. So, like,
you know, it's just been it's you know, every year,
you guys know me, You've had me on this long enough.
I always get excited. I mean, the offseason is the
time to get excited. But when you bring in a
five star quarterback with all the skills that he's got,
and again I watched Tennessee film too, he had a

(17:28):
ton of receivers dropping balls for him. If this UCLA
receiving corps, we're a little bit thin at tied end
right now. I'm a little worried about that position. I
feel like we're fine at outside receiver. We've got some
so we've got some good speed. I think if we
protect him and the play calling, I'm going to keep
coming back to that. If the play calling is good
and he can get the ball out of his hands,

(17:49):
they've got a chance to be really successful.

Speaker 3 (17:52):
No doubt about it.

Speaker 4 (17:53):
Wayne Cook given some hope to UCLA fans that were
frustrated last year with the offense eco Ea Madayava bringing
national attention to UCLA at the time of the year
that that normally does not happen, or at least it's
been a while since that happened. And now Aguilar's going
to Tennessee. I mean, you know, Wayne, we all want

(18:16):
to promote the product, and we all still love college football.
But how hard is it for you now? I mean
it's not easy for me with a lot of the
changes that have happened. How difficult is it to sort
of to sort of compartmentalize all of these different things.

Speaker 6 (18:33):
Well, it's truly frustrating. It's it's not the game that
we grew up with. It's not the game that we
love and I don't know if the people that are
running college football realize that there are a lot of people,
especially in the in their forties and fifties and sixties
and seventies that are kind of like, really, this is
what we're the older generations like, this is what's happening,

(18:54):
and we're constantly being asked for money to pay for
players and all that stuff, and it's it's kind of
like of those people that believes that they should they
I don't mind players getting paid, but let's let's take
the money out of the TV contract and make it
kind of fair across the boards, have some sort of
a salary cap. Everybody gets a certain amount of money.
Maybe some stuff's incentive based, but the way they're doing

(19:14):
it now, you guys, in a couple of years, there's
gonna be kids come out of high school that are
gonna make five six million dollars before they take a snap.
That's I don't think that's sustainable. And then throw in
to the mix, and you know this very well, Pedros.
If you don't allow players to get coached hard the
way they're supposed to, and you're always worried about what

(19:36):
whether they're gonna leave or not. That's not good for
the players. We're we're gonna actually stymy the growth of
a lot of these athletes because they're already doing it
in high school. Every time some oftimes go their way,
they transfer, and so there's gonna be a lot of
kids that probably don't live up to their potential because
they've already got their money. I mean, they're actually showing
videos of players right now driving to practice and like

(19:59):
Lamborghini's stuff like that, and I'm like, first of all,
has anybody told them that cars are terrible investments and
they're normal way to spend their money, But they're literally
bragging about it, like look at this. I'm like, you, guys,
it's asinine some of the stuff that's happening. But at
the same time, I still love college football. We still
get to talk to you in this business. We still

(20:20):
get to talk to a lot of these young men.
And let's be honest, a lot of them are just
like we were when we played. They're hard working there,
they're doing what they're supposed to do, so we can't
lose sight of that. And most of the money is
going to a small percentage of the guys.

Speaker 2 (20:34):
Good news is well they may not understand the economics
of purchasing a Lamborghini. At least they're parking it in
a garage at a home they're renting for fifteen grand
a month, which is an exceptional investment plan.

Speaker 3 (20:46):
It sets everybody up really well for the future.

Speaker 2 (20:48):
Absolutely. You mentioned watching a lot of Nico. How would
you describe the way he plays? Is he an exciting quarterback?
Is he a guy that makes you know the best
of what's around him? Like, what kind of player is he?

Speaker 6 (21:03):
So for years, Matt, I've loved the six foot one
quarterback because I like the way they move their feet
in the pocket. I like the way they seem like
they're always set when they throw. I'm not a big
fan of everybody trying to beat Patrick Mahomes and throwing
sidearm and off their back foot. And a lot of
players now, even if you watch them practice in high school,
they throw off their back foot and it's all hips

(21:25):
and I hate it. I want them to get through
their throwing on their front foot. Niko does that. He
has kind of an old school way of doing things.
He's like six five sixty six, but he moves his
feet in the pocket like a smaller quarterback. I watched
two allur for Penn State, and if you remember back
to the interception against Notre Dame that he threw, his
feet were the problem. He didn't get his feet around
to come to the backside and make that throw. He

(21:47):
was lazy. And sometimes those big six foot five plus
quarterbacks don't have the greatest feet. So when I watch
his skill set, you can tell he's been coached. He's
got a natural throwing motion. I would like him to
throw with touch a little bit more. You know, some
of the quarterbacks like this, they told the ball hard
every time. He doesn't always put enough air. I watched
the Alabama game earlier today against Tennessee, which they won

(22:09):
by the way. But he had a couple of deep
balls that if you had just put air under it,
he would have completed him because his receivers were wide open.
So this is what's awesome. Though. If you look at
like Dylan Ryola, if you look at even Dante Moore
a couple of years ago, if you look at some
of these young quarterbacks when they play as freshmen, they
tend to struggle. He went to the playoffs and they know,
I mean, he did really good as a young quarterback

(22:29):
and his first time really in action. And so now
I think those other two quarterbacks I mentioned are also
going to get better because it's hard to be young.
I play at this level when high school's a lot
easier than colleges. So I look at the natural skills
that he has, and then the question is are you
willing to be coached, are you willing to better yourself
or are you gonna work hard to get better and

(22:50):
work on those things you can get better at? And
if he can just in this offense, if he can
just take the layups, and then he has the ability
to extend plays with his legs, which is exciting he has.
It's the lines not that good. You have a quarterback
that can move around a little bit. That's always exciting
to have. But he's also a big play guy. He
can he can really rip it downfield, and he's got
an NFL arm. Plus he's got a stronger arm right

(23:12):
now than a lot of NFL quarterbacks do.

Speaker 4 (23:14):
Right now, Wayne, before we let you go, where do
you come out on the retired number? They got him
a number eight? Uh did Troy talk? Do you know
anything about this? Is that gonna happen. What does it mean?

Speaker 6 (23:29):
You know, I didn't mean to cutch you. I didn't
mean to cut you off their petros. I think I
would imagine that Troy is fine with it. I mean, choys,
you know, he doesn't need he doesn't need his name's
still the one that it was retired for. I mean
we I was talking to Timmy Kates off the air.
We were talking about what's happened in Colorado and it's
like and I was like, yeah, you mean I I
remember guys like Cordell Stewart or Eric the Enemy are

(23:51):
all these amazing players, and now we've got guys that
barely won over half their games getting their their their
jersey's retired. But you know this, We've we've changed a
lot of things, let's be honest. But I have a
feeling that this was done with the blessing of Twigman.
I do not know that for a fact, but trust me, Troy,
and if someone else wears his number, it doesn't change

(24:12):
anything about how great that guy was. And so I
don't think it's that big of a deal. I wouldn't
lose any sleep over it. But I expect him if
that's the number he wants to wants to wear that's fine.
I mean, trust me, if you're a UCLA fan, it'd
be nice to see a quarterback out there wear number eight.
It brings back good memories.

Speaker 4 (24:30):
Wayne Cook, there's nobody better. Always concise, always Cook, great
perspective about one quarterback from another and a Newberry Park legend.
I don't know if you're consulting with Smigel ten percent
consulting fee, Wayne, you should roll up in every.

Speaker 6 (24:48):
I talk to him all the time. And you guys,
don't forget another panther. Shane Rosenthal, one of the best
the States ever had, is going to be a bruin
next year. So we got Pam. There's all over the place.
They're not just quarterbacks, that's.

Speaker 2 (25:04):
Right, the best.

Speaker 4 (25:05):
There's wild cats all every side, Wayne Cook, everybody, Thank you, Wayne,
and we'll be back with more great sports talk in
the very next segment. We'll have some text does so
some reaction.

Speaker 2 (25:18):
I have a feeling should be one topic that's ahead
of all.

Speaker 4 (25:20):
I'm not deleted a lot of techs. I don't want
to hear it. Well, what am I supposed to say? Man?

Speaker 3 (25:28):
If I'm not around for two weeks, you know I
got to tell the truth.

Speaker 4 (25:33):
What do you want me to do? People sending me
like roof shingle things. It's not funny.

Speaker 2 (25:40):
It's a nice composite shore. I've been pained, shingle. Look
at this cedar.

Speaker 3 (25:46):
I was supposed to go to the desert, you know,
with my family.

Speaker 2 (25:49):
I hear the desert's good for shingles.

Speaker 4 (25:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (25:50):
Great, Thanks Matt Textoso's neck.

Speaker 2 (26:03):
Big thank you to Wayne Cook Petro saying money in
five seventy LA Sports Live everywhere on the iHeartRadio app
making our way to six o'clock. We got Clippers basketball tonight.
Dodgers are off. They're playing the Cubs in a short
two game set because of the games in Japan earlier
in the season, So they'll get back out of tomorrow
and those will be flex alerts. We'll start both those
days at one o'clock tomorrow and Wednesday.

Speaker 4 (26:26):
All right, Matt, we have a few textosos, some reaction,
good reactions.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
Fine, brought to you by your so Cal Toyota dealers.
We make it easy.

Speaker 4 (26:37):
Big thank you to Wayne Cook for joining us in
the last hour, our last segment. That was very enlightening.
Hope you and Matt had a happy Easter ten bucks.
Matt's still crying that he can't afford to go to
space tomorrow. Tomorrow. No, I don't think is that. Are
we not worried about space anymore? We guys, nobody wants.

Speaker 2 (26:56):
To talk about there's new audio. We'll we'll take the
new audio. Y'all been to space?

Speaker 4 (27:01):
Well we have that, but.

Speaker 3 (27:04):
We played that last week.

Speaker 4 (27:06):
You know, we also had our Lebron song that HaVeset
a lot of people, but it also inspired a lot
of people. And the word yeah, well, the word on
the street was Colin Yee was singing it all weekend long,
well doing the Dodgers board while the Dodgers were able
to win that series against the Texas Rangers.

Speaker 1 (27:23):
There it is.

Speaker 2 (27:29):
Five hours of this are calling humming it, singing it.
That's interesting with Colin Yee.

Speaker 3 (27:43):
Gonna have to wait till tomorrow to see Lebron.

Speaker 2 (27:45):
Ball out because of his Christian faith. You know, maybe
he doesn't want to sing the lyrics to the originals.
So what we get drunk? So what we smoke weed?

Speaker 1 (27:53):
Like?

Speaker 2 (27:53):
Maybe that's not comfortable for him, but.

Speaker 4 (27:55):
He I didn't even know there was an original. What
are you even talking about? I don't see, I don't
think that's nice you laughing. I was having Easter brunch
with Pat Harvey and Mookie Bets and they both brought
up your Lebron bit and how lame it was. And
Pat Harvey said, you lost your fastball, and Mookie said

(28:16):
that you're at a position, and we all three wish
you a happy Catholic Easter. Hey, if you, buddy, Lebron
can ball out and that's not lame at all, and
he can shoot threes, that's.

Speaker 2 (28:29):
On you if you don't want to admit glad he
can still dunk. At the rickety old age of forty,
Lebron can still dump. He can still dunk.

Speaker 4 (28:40):
But a revelation when the Menandez brothers go after Tim
Conway Junior, now we're talking, can they shoot up whatever
machine houses all the Blue Origin clips as well?

Speaker 3 (28:50):
No, they cannot. They're in the cloud.

Speaker 2 (28:55):
It's a journey.

Speaker 4 (28:58):
Time to queue up. Nothing else mattered because retired numbers
don't matter anymore.

Speaker 2 (29:06):
Yeah, that's wrong seeing that in the last five years.

Speaker 4 (29:09):
It's terrible.

Speaker 2 (29:10):
Kids don't know who the players are. They have no interest.
They're going to be at the school for one year
and part of the deal is they get to wear
their favorite number.

Speaker 4 (29:21):
Hold up Matt talking King's hockey. You poll smugglers haven't
talked Kings in months. And then they got a segment
Man that shingles infection hits hard for old man Smith.

Speaker 2 (29:37):
It's on the deuce. You can listen to the Clipper
game on the radio, and you can put your eyes
on the TV and watch that they're uh King's oilers game.
That's how we do it here.

Speaker 4 (29:53):
Well, we have one more hour, Matt, one more hour
with a top story, quick hits fun fact.

Speaker 3 (30:00):
I had a live guy birth the other day.

Speaker 4 (30:03):
We hope you're having a wonderful I'm a horse Monday
and I well, that'll meet you a lot of Monday.
Some people are having a better time than others, and.

Speaker 2 (30:10):
Maybe ease up on the shingles text though, So how people,
thanks Matt.

Speaker 4 (30:15):
That will help.

Speaker 2 (30:16):
That's gonna really help.

Speaker 3 (30:18):
Yeah, you did it, Matt, leave my friend alone.

Speaker 2 (30:21):
Put it into it. I saw that PMS either I
think it was dead and Alive is claiming that I
brought this on you, that I that somehow we had
a conversation where I said I'm not getting a shingles shot.
Two weeks ago, but I don't remember that.

Speaker 4 (30:37):
I'm too young.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
Too young, I'm getting a shingles shot for time to
hit up the CBS.
