Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's Talking the Town on news Radio with thirteen hundred
and one oh six nine FM, Steve Kelly and Brett Bakita.
We are joined by Terse Henry, who is the founder
of and I'm going to read the whole thing before
I get to ddlclink Deliberate Directions Life Coaching Link and
ddlclink Life Deliberate Directions Limitless Creations Link inspired by life. Terse,

(00:21):
how do I do you did?

Speaker 2 (00:22):
All? Right?

Speaker 1 (00:22):
Okay, there's a lot of letters in there. We're going
to be a great website for all of what you do,
and that's ddlclink dot com. The letter c DDLC link
dot com. So Terse, tell us a little bit about
the company and the products and services that you provide.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Well. Our company ultimately is a life coaching business in
offering life coaching services online services dedicated to empowering individuals, couples, families,
veterans and their families and caregivers. We are personalized, results
driven coaching plans tailored to each individual client's needs, focusing

(01:00):
and fostering personal growth and well being, and some online
courses designed to enhance your personal development, emotional resilience, and
overall well being. In addition to the coaching services, DDLC
link Life is our online store. In the store, we
offer custom print on demand services and exclusive merchandise. So

(01:23):
we create a tremendous number of designs ourselves that you're
able to pick from. If you don't want to pick
from your own, you are welcome to customize yourself and
send them to us. We'll take a look and work
with you to create your end result that you're looking for.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
So terories. You guys started this. Your husband, I think
is involved too at the end of last year. Give
us a little bit of your background and his background
and what made you come to decide to do this
as far as you know life.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
Coach well, ultimately him and I have both been involved
in service industries our entire lives. We've both done a
lot as far as veterans services and give back to
the community, and it just it brought us to a
point in life where we kind of looked at everything
as a whole and really wanted to make a go
at making a difference ourselves beyond what we're able to

(02:13):
do with a little bit of time here and there.
For you know, for other entities.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
Cherise Henry is the founder of DDL Sealink. The website
is ddlselink dot com. Talk to us about this a
big word out there sometimes I think people think life
is just happening, and then there's a word empowering. Talk
to us a little bit about your business in reference
to how you help individuals and groups with that word specifically.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
Well, ultimately, I think that everybody needs somebody in their corner,
regardless of the circumstances, regardless of where they're at in life.
They need somebody in their corner that's going to help them,
that's going to empower them to have the confidence and
the ability to make decisions and you know, support them
through what whatever decisions that they make in order to

(03:03):
create the life that they actually are looking for.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
So, what type of person if they're listening out there,
would seek your services or that you guys specialize in.
Is it married situations and maybe you're going through a
rocky time. Is it someone just personally and their mental
health and they're going through a tough time, maybe lost individuals.
You talked about veteran services in your background. There speaks
for itself, but this kind of sounds like it's for everybody.

(03:28):
If you're in that situation.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
No, you're absolutely right. It truly is for anyone and everyone,
anyone who is looking for that little bit of extra support.
I mean, let's face it, we can go to our
friends and family all day long and oftentimes you get
one of two things. Either they're very positive and they
push for what they think is best for you, or

(03:54):
they'd blatantly shut you down and say they don't they
don't agree with situation, or they don't agree with something
you want. Where a life coach is really going to
navigate everything with you, gets you to talk through it
the Prosthe cons what is going to be truly best
for you individually. So in that case, I mean we
offer individual couples, families. We have brought our daughter who

(04:18):
has a degree in mental health and psychology aspect, and
so we have her available. She she's that old teenager
young adult side navigating changes in life herself, and so
that gives us an opportunity to truly cater to just
about anyone and really deal with the dynamics of what

(04:42):
life is, what do you need to do to get
to where you want to be again.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
The website is ddlselink dot com. That's ddlselink dot com.
We're talking to Teres Henry speaking of that May is
Mental Health Awareness Month. Talk to us a little bit
about your mission to promote mental health awareness and those
products that are available that way too.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
Yeah, absolutely, as far as that goes, every month has
a little bit of an acknowledgment for mental health awareness.
So whether it's suicide prevention PTSD, there's an entire list
that you know, we acknowledge these things, but I think
all too often people have no idea about them, and
people have no idea really what encompasses mental health. And

(05:29):
at the end of the day, every single one of us,
whether you realize it or not, struggles with mental health issues.
And mental health issues can be something as simple as
a situation that you're struggling to get through or as
severe as needing medications and therapies, and you know the
extreme side to cater to your situation. And so ultimately

(05:51):
the goal is, let's stop the stigma, let's talk about it.
Everything that seems difficult to talk about has a taboo
around it, and ultimately I'm trying to push this to
get rid of that taboo, make it much more of
a normal topic. And at that point, promote healthy mindset,

(06:14):
promote healthy living and an overall happiness for people so
they can navigate life in a much different light.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
Happy. What a concept happiness? Right?

Speaker 3 (06:24):
She is Teresa Henrichi's joined us here on Talk of
the Town, founder of Deliberate Directions, Life, Coaching Link and
DDLC link Life and I'm going to have you give
more details on that. But where can people find you
on the web and also you have an email direct
too as well.

Speaker 2 (06:39):
I do absolutely they can find me at ddlclink dot
com and they can email me directly at DDLC link
at gmail dot com. And we take any calls, any emails.
We will respond as quickly as possible. They can call

(07:01):
our line directly as well, especially if they're in imminent need,
they can reach out. We can give them a direction
as to how to get immediate help as well. If
if that's the case, and that is six one six
two eight seven zero two one one.

Speaker 1 (07:18):
Again, you can find out more about it on the website,
including those online courses and how to contact someone to
find out more information. As as Cherise mentioned, ddlclink dot
com the place to go. The founder, Charise Henry, it
