In this 3rd and final episode of "Vince McMahon's Ownership of Janel Grant, Jim dives deep aftermath of the shocking allegations against Vince McMahon, the owner of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), made by Janelle Grant.

Grant, who had a meeting with McMahon in March of 2019, claims to have experienced sexual assault and trafficking during a three-year nightmare. She filed a lawsuit against McMahon, leading to a stir within the WWE and McMahon's personal camp. Both sides release statements while Grant's lawyer holds the WWE executives accountable for the abuse.

Jim explores McMahon's family history in WWE, including Shane McMahon's departure from the company and the tension between Vince and Shane. It is speculated that Shane's departure may be related to his disapproval of his father's behavior, shedding a new light on the situation.

Jim covers the rise in the organization of Vince McMahon's other daughter, Stephanie McMahon, who eventually became a member of the board in the company. Rumors suggest that Stephanie and her husband, Triple H (A wrestling superstar), were aware of the allegations against Vince and tried to prevent them from tearing apart the company.

Allegedly, Stephanie eventually concluded that her father engaged in the actions mentioned in the current lawsuit, causing a rift between them. McMahon denies the allegations but resigns from his executive chairmanship and TKO board.

We then delve into prior allegations against Vince, including the case of Nancy Argentino who is believed to have been murdered by wwe superstar Jimmy "superfly" Snuka, as well as the scandals surrounding Mel Phillips and his involvement with underage ring boys.

Jim gives a deep overview of many allegations and controversies involving McMahon and the WWE, including other incidents of assault, harassment, and misconduct within the wrestling industry. Former wrestlers share their thoughts, with some defending McMahon and others remaining silent.

This final episode in the McMahon saga will leave you wondering why and how this took so long to get out into the public eye. Exposed: Scandalous Files of the Elite drops every Monday at midnight, and is available wherever you listen to podcasts.

Y yo nunca he lo entuevido. "¿Sí?" he dicho.

o no teniendo condenado, ¿eh?

(19:48):

(22:44):
Vince McMahon el 1st day in his office
they are familiar face animations with the TV
Vince McMahon vince as goes, thats the way it is
nice simple, I was offered half a million dollar a year contract
I was told that I was going to be so big, my name would be a household item

(23:04):
everyone would know who I was
his exact words were how will you going to feel the first time you walked past a news stand and
see your face on the cover of Time magazine
I mean he just blew it up to be so unbelievable you know
but I knew it was possible because I was a novelty I was the only female
there came a time when you and Vince McMahon were allegedly I stress allegedly

(23:29):
because he denies that you were allegedly in a limousine tell us what happened
after a period of time Vince in all his promises
I was getting less and less work I tried to call the federation try calling Vince to find out why and I could never get through to him
I knew the only way that I could really get to Vince was to go to Pekipsi

(23:50):
which at the time is where they filmed all the television matches
Pekipsi in upstate New York
I went to Pekipsi, I seen Vince in the hall I asked him if I could speak with him
he told me at that point that he was really busy
but after the match is to follow him to a restaurant there's a Greek diner a few miles up the road

(24:12):
and I did I got to the diner Vince was there his limo driver
four or five camera men, other people and myself were sitting at a big round table
they were talking what they were going to put on the show that week
what they were going to cut a lot of technical things that I really didn't know anything about
when it seemed as though they were done talking I brought up my career with Vince and asked you what was going to happen here

(24:40):
and Vince just kind of looked at me put his finger up to his mouth and kind of did a hush hush
so of course I did I mean Vince is he's it he makes you a break you
a few minutes later I went into the ladies room when I came out into the corridor
the ladies room Vince was standing there told me that he definitely wanted to talk to me about my career

(25:05):
said that he definitely neglected doing something with me at this point
and that he wanted me to follow him because he didn't want to talk there at the diner
there were quite a few people from the federation there it made sense I can understand that
we left there I followed Vince over to a denys in a parking lot
I got out of my car walk to the front of the car

(25:28):
Vince's driver got out and opened the door and I thought Vince was going to get out
but instead Vince said to me no way to come in here he says we just sat in a diner for a couple hours
I really don't want coffee so we'll just sit and talk here
we're sitting in a parking lot I mean I didn't think much of it I got an limo with him
we got into the limo Vince started talking about magazines, t-shirts, wrestling dolls

(25:51):
we don't have a referee doll at this point a female would be great
on and on and on again starts talking about half a million dollar your contract
next thing I know Vince McMahon is on zipping his pants
I was pretty shocked at that point I you know I mean we're talking profession here
and suddenly he wants more than just profession

(26:14):
Vince continued to you know if you want a half a million dollar contract
you're going to have to satisfy me and this is the way things have to go
Vince grabbed my hand, trying to put my hand on him
I was scared my wrist at the end my wrist was all purple black and blue
things just didn't he just he just didn't stop this man just didn't stop

(26:41):
you know I was forced into oral sex with Vince McMahon
when I couldn't complete his desires he got really angry
started ripping off my jeans
pulled me on top of him and told me again if I wanted to have a million dollar your contract

(27:06):
I had to satisfy him he couldn't make me or break me
and if I didn't satisfy him I was black bald that was it I was done
when Vince was all said and done Vince just sat back and said
at one point when I first met Vince let me back up here just a little bit
the very first time I met Vince I was told that if I had any sexual relationships

(27:30):
with anyone in the federation I was done my career was done
I was engaged I had no problem with that
when Vince was said and done Vince looked at me and said
do you remember what I told you about having sexual relationships with anyone
well you just did and he just sat back and had this big smile and this big grin

(27:54):
and just started laughing at me
Rita of course the woman who has claimed that Vince McMahon forced her
number one to perform oral sex and then raped her in the backseat of his limousine
Rita when did it happen?
this happened July 15th 1986
so here you have a situation where six years has passed since the alleged encounter

(28:18):
that of course is Mr. McMahon's strongest defense Rita if it really happened why did you wait?
well you know I can't answer her question as far as the meds and what happened there
but as far as me what happened with me is at that time you people don't understand wrestling
nobody talks for one no one talks it's a complete hush hush world

(28:42):
I did go to see an attorney I was told at that time that basically this was going to come down to my word against his
because I had no proof I had to weigh that at the time my mother was on oxygen 24 hours a day my dad had a bad heart
and I didn't think either one of my parents could have been put through it
especially at that time where no one was opening up everything was so quiet

(29:05):
one of the things that we found Rita and Mrs. To You and Murray is that the world wrestling federation
like any big business when confronted with an allegation or a scandal
does have the capacity to to put it maybe harshly buy off potential complainants
were you ever offered a cash settlement?
I was an offer to cash settlement now

(29:28):
so the sexual abuse didn't only exist with respect to Vince McMahon
people that worked for what was the wwf at that time and in 1992 a wrestler named Terry Garvin
in a former wrestler turned high ranking executive for the ww by the name of Pat Patterson

(29:51):
were accused of sexual abuse many witnesses came forward and said they were fired shortly after they
refused the sexual advances of Garvin and of Patterson
however it gets worse shot Garvin had made sexual advances to ring boys
what was known as ring boys and Vince McMahon seemed intent on defending both Garvin and Patterson

(30:16):
and honestly he had a reason to Patterson was a huge contributor to the wwf at that time's success
he was the first ever intercontinental champion and he was actually the brainchild of the royal rumble
which was hugely successful and a major part of the wwe all the way up to this day

(30:41):
now gets even worse than that ring announcer Mel Phillips was also in charge of overseeing the ring boys
and these were mostly just local kids and they would volunteer for what was a single event
and Phillips would entice them with the opportunity to see the wrestlers for free
now during his career y'all he was accused of molesting countless kids

(31:08):
the philips scandal is actually what caused Linda McMahon, Vince's wife to fire Phillips in 1988
but she eventually rehired him on the promise that he would stop molesting kids
true story

(31:29):
then the public scandal about a sexual molestation within the ww broke in 1992
and it put Garvin, Patterson and philips kind of back in the spotlight
Vince reacted by releasing all three just prior to showing up for one hour interview with Phil Donahue

(31:51):
and Phil Donahue actually brought multiple wwe employees who were let go after telling Vince that Garvin and or Patterson
have made sexual advances towards them
so I will talk to you for a second about a guy by the name of Murray Hodgson

(32:12):
and in the early 1990s Vince McMahon in the War Wrestling Federation
they held a nationwide search for a new announcer for their program in through Billboard magazine
the winner of that search was a radio DJ from Detroit, Michigan named Murray Hodgson

(32:33):
and Hodgson would sign a two-year deal with the wwf as it was done at that time
but he would only work for the company a few weeks
he was fired by Vince McMahon for reasons that he wasn't very good on television
and six months later Hodgson files a sexual harassment lawsuit against Vince McMahon and the wwf

(32:58):
he cited that wf employee Pat Patterson, the guy I just told you about, made sexual advances towards Hodgson
and when he were fused he was fired
so during this Phil Donahue taping he got the chance to confront McMahon about these allegations regarding Pat Patterson

(33:21):
and McMahon's attempt to sweep those allegations under the rug
so here's that clip from 1990 on the Phil Donahue talk show
Do you believe that sexual harassment exists in your workplace?
I believe there is a possibility of sexual harassment existing everywhere
I asked directly if it was an idol wrestling federation

(33:43):
I don't want it, I don't want it, I'd like to reiterate the question
do you believe there is sexual harassment amongst the wrestlers or employees
the World Wrestling Federation today?
There is a possibility of that
that's why I have these independent investigators to come in
and who are independent investigators? Fairfax group limited and I would like to hear what you have to say

(34:04):
and everyone has to say I wouldn't get to the bottom of it
would you therefore believe that because of all these allegations coming forward
and more and more cooperating evidence proving that there is no doubt sexual harassment is running rampant in the World Wrestling Federation
that you are definitely going to come public and do something about it?
Why wouldn't I?
If in fact that is the case why wouldn't I do something about it?

(34:25):
Why would I risk what we have? Because you haven't done anything about it until it became public
because you thought it was a whole new knowledge of it
I made knowledge of it to you when I was fired and you just blew it off and let me go
I retained it because you were not very good, you were not a very good announcer
you could not see the other reason why you were fired
you could not make the transition from radio to television

(34:46):
that is the only reason why you were fired
I would like to remind you sir that I have a two-year contract
two years of have a clause in your contract that states and as you know you were hired on a trial basis
I was not hired on a trial basis
You do not have a contract?
Man I have a two-year deal with your contract
You will note in a clause that states very clearly
and I have it outlined for all to see here today that you can be fired almost at will

(35:10):
if in fact you are not doing a good job you did a horrible job
that is the only reason why you were fired
That is it maybe I should point out first and foremost that might be your inability to pick good talent
You had a national talent searchman
You advertised in Billboard magazine and across many different media sources searching for one man
that could be the new face and voice of the world wrestling federation

(35:32):
You flew me in back and forth four and five different times from Detroit
and you chose over the course of one year of negotiations
that I would be the man for that job
I didn't sleep with your vice president two weeks later I'm fired
I also want to point out one very important fact
From your office came a letter to my landlord to verify my employment
From that matter I must bring this point up

(35:54):
It says Murray Hodson has a very secure job with Titan Sports
and is a positive and productive employee from your office
Just because I don't sleep with your vice president
that qualifies to blow me out of a two-year deal
I don't buy it

(36:16):
Well
Said very well but I believe untrue
If in fact these allegations against Pat Patterson whom you won't name
are true why not pursue the legal course, the legal recourse? Why not pursue?
We are doing that right now you are

(36:38):
And you are aware that you waited six months after you were let go
to bring these homosexual charges against Pat Patterson in the six months you waited
Why?
September 4th in fact you were fired on the spot if you were fired for incompetence
Why didn't you say right then? Why didn't you say hey look Vince

(36:59):
your vice president made a pass at me
You never told me that no one had any knowledge of human resources had no knowledge of that
Renee DuBose was waiting to hear your story
Why did you wait six months? You asked me for $160,000 today
otherwise you were coming on this program
I'm happy you are on this program
Mr. McMahon do not try to deflect the truth here

(37:20):
First what do you ask for? How much money have you asked for?
I have never asked for any amount of money from you
You have tried to buy me off to shut up so I wouldn't come forward
and tell of these allegations that running from the World Wrestling Federation
Your attorney should be constructed
My attorney on September of 1991 came forward to you with a letter to rest to you

(37:42):
telling you exactly what happened and that I was discharged wrongfully
I had a two-year contract and that you two were well aware of the fact that there was a homosexual advance made against me
Don't tell me I waited six months, three weeks later
I was on your rear end three weeks later
The only reason we waited a little longer was because you continued to try to negotiate to buy me out

(38:05):
and I wouldn't know it
The fact of the matter is if you look into this man's past
The fact of the matter if you will look into your employer
I don't think we should breaking up the past
I think if you would have Mr. McMahon is one thing and one thing only
You addressed on lyrical life Friday
Body on CNN
You and on and you said that I never worked for the World Bodybuilding Federation
I am on a video that is sold around worldwide through your boys

(38:28):
So you told the country that I didn't work for the World Wrestling Federation
You were a freelance and you were hired
Well of course not
You said you fired me
You didn't fire me
John Philip Kelly not only gave me the letter but he also fired me
John felt so bad that I was being released that he allowed me to stay at his house if I wanted to
and be with his family until I could find further place to land

(38:50):
And that's my friend speaks to all of the good deeds and good people
throughout the World Wrestling Federation
We're talking about three people here
We're talking about three people and only three people
that have these brothy allegations against
We're not talking about the 300
We're not talking about all of our wrestlers and things of that nature
Let's keep some balance here
Now to be fair in this case as it turned out

(39:14):
Hodgson's own lawyer decided to drop him as a client
after McMahon and his team of lawyers and some independent private investigators
discovered that this wasn't Hodgson's first sexual harassment lawsuit
Apparently Murray Hodgson made a career out of suing ex-employers for the same allegations

(39:36):
The jury in his case not only dismissed the lawsuit but allegedly called Murray Hodgson
a habitual liar and a come-and
Murray Hodgson would soon disappear from the spotlight
and it is believed that Hodgson now lives and works as a nightclub owner in the Michigan area

(39:57):
It's also worth mentioning that after that public scandal calmed
McMahon did rehire Patterson
The male Phillips side of that scandal resurfaced in 2021
when it was reported in detail that one of the kids who Phillips and molested was a kid by the name of Tom Cole

(40:19):
Shortly after the story was made popular again after gained traction on you know
social medium what?
Sadly
Cole commits suicide
and his brother very upset about this took to Twitter to blame the McMahon's for covering up for child molesters

(40:43):
and that Twitter post said my brother Tom committed suicide a couple of hours ago
Vince McMahon and his wife Linda let child molesters into their companies years ago
and did everything possible to cover up what they did to my brother
I hope you can sleep good at night Vince our family suffers

(41:04):
Thank you
and that from Lee call the third the brother of Tom Cole
Sad stuff
and now we're going to talk a little bit about the fabulous mula
and the fabulous mula one of the iconic wrestlers female wrestlers of all time

(41:26):
she was a woman's wrestling champion for 28 years
she trained female wrestlers independently
but it's also reported that she abused many of them
and she would even leave them with powerful men in the business
some of whom would allegedly even abuse them further

(41:48):
she managed to also take advantage of those whom she sent to Vince to wrestle by making sure
that her wrestlers only receive payments through her taking as much as 50% before paying them
now all of this was made possible because Vince made certain to always pay mula for the matches that her wrestlers were involved in

(42:11):
regardless of whether mula was wrestling or not
and in the years following her death many have come forward to share their story of abuse
forcing the WWE to change certain honors they gave mula and bringing the organization itself as well as Vince McMahon into question for enabling her for decades

(42:37):
so it wasn't even just limited you know if you thought that this was just limited to the male gender you're wrong
even some females in the WWE were certainly privy to and even participated in some of this disgustingness sickness
and if you think the allegations would stop there with McMahon you would be wrong

(43:01):
in February of 2006 the Palm Beach Post reported that McMahon had shown new pictures of himself
to a tanning booth attendant at Tansibar in Bucca Raton, Florida and subsequently made unwelcome advances
and finally cornered her in a tanning booth and groped her

(43:22):
and in 2011 a former spa manager at a California Resort accused McMahon of assault
it's just on and on and on with this guy
so as this has come out even wrestlers former wrestling stars have come out some in defense of some which I don't see how any anybody could be in defense of this

(43:49):
most of them are not commenting at all I'm sure that's a company you know policy practically
Shawn Michaels a former WWE star if you're familiar even slightly with wrestling you've heard of the heartbreak kid Shawn Michaels
he came out issued a statement it wasn't necessarily he kind of evaded the question but he did compare his ability and the ability of wrestling stars in the WWE

(44:23):
as it relates to I guess finding sex from women that would attend events and it was kind of interesting and I'm going to play that clip for you right here
look I will say this as I've never you know shy away from the stupid stuff I did in the past I can say this I've had a lot of struggles in my life

(44:44):
I don't know how to say this without sounding I don't know shameful but being with a lady was not something Shawn Michaels had a difficult time doing I've never been in a situation where
I was not consensual or any way shape for my never taking advantage of someone in that respect those things are done for two reasons that I've had a lot of counseling in my lifetime

(45:09):
and the reason you do that stuff is because you dislike women where you have power issues Shawn Michaels did not have those he had insecurity issues
and he had problems feeling like he wasn't enough that's why you go to drugs and doubters the other stuff is built on power and disrespect for women which is something I've never had

(45:32):
so that was Shawn Michaels and another former wrestler and former MMA star Ken Shamrock who was a very successful wrestler in the WWE he came out about the Vince McMahon allegations when he was asked about them
and he let it be known that this was kind of no secret you know the antics with Vince McMahon in the WWE when it came out in April of 2022 the Vince McMahon had paid over $3 million in hush money

(46:10):
and incidentally y'all now it's at over $14 million in hush money but he was asked that question and here was his response
Vince McMahon was always such a huge figure in WWE and WTF before then but then in April of 2022 an investigation started where they found that there's $3 million in hush money that he paid over affairs with former employees of the company

(46:39):
there was also other agreements that he paid off various people that totaled like $12 million initially McMahon said he stepped out as a CEO but overseed content development but then on July he said he was officially retired from the WWE

(47:00):
from your point of view what did you think of all that?

(47:27):
You know hush money so this is no shock I mean like we live in this world and it happens all the time and that was Ken Shamrock responding to the hush money question and even Joe Rogan had a few comments to say on this issue on the Joe Rogan experience which he described as the crazy situation going on in the WWE

(47:56):
with Vince McMahon and here's that that Vince McMahon is why that boys out there I it I read this I couldn't get through the text messages I started trying to read them and I was like I don't want to read this is like poison
you put the thing is when I see that dude with his shirt off he's eight years old got a chain around his neck what are you shocking me with this information don't you think it takes a lot to get that guy going you say he needed to send all those text messages to get aroused at that I think he probably needs a lot just for stimulation listen he's a billionaire he's been running pro wrestling for fucking decades he's world famous CEO of this giant fucking multinational company

(48:41):
pro wrestling company he's also in pro wrestling right gets out there in competes he does it yeah I guess you know performs let's just say at a certain point I guess if you're that through the looking glass of reality like you become a heel in in life life is he all and and everything is a match
yeah if you're going to be really successful at putting together pro wrestling probably be pro wrestling all day long you got to stick with it yeah like stay in it all fucking day long don't go read Nietzsche at the end of the day don't be reading

(49:10):
call young thoughts on flying saucers get the fuck out of here drink beer and go fuck yeah that's what you should be doing you're on the road I want you to
rick flare it until the fucking wheels come off they do come off to yeah I'm almost all in that's Joe Rogan on the situation

(49:45):
the investigations full finding jaw still have not been released I'm sure there's going to be much more to come the WWE has said that they personally have found
man to have made at least at least 14.6 million dollars in payments to women who have accused him of misconduct and that is just from 2006 to 2022

(50:14):
and that those payments have been recorded as business expenses
so I'm sure the Vince McMahon saga will continue thanks for joining me in this three-part series of exposed the scandalous files of the elite

(50:44):
Vince McMahon's ownership of Janelle grand a new series will be coming up next Monday keep listening and much love
