Speaker 1 (00:01):
This is the mads Own Mom Squad podcast, a production
of iHeartRadio. Hard working real mamas having real conversations. Now
sit back, relax, and get ready to talk mom life
with Christa and her squad.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Well, my beautiful girl, it is absolutely amazing that you
brought in one of the cutest little ones that I
have ever set my eyes on, and that is your son. Yes,
well he's cute from the outside, but when he complains, no,
we had a you.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Know, caretaker mail per usual.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
You know how it goes.

Speaker 3 (00:30):
Sure when you're a mom, absolutely and it's bring your
child to work day.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
You didn't know that, no, But I love it. I
love anytime I see your kiddos because they're so stinking
adorable and they're sorry, they're good kids.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
It's just, you know, as hard as a mom man,
I'm trying to do it all.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
Yeah, you know, and you win a few and you
lose a few. Well, you know, multitasking, you know, like
what us moms do. You would you love what I did.
We had a station event on Assisters station four Star
Country and it was at the very More and I
took our station truck. Little did I not realize is
that I accidentally left my car on for the entire

(01:06):
duration of our event. In my sales rep said, you
know why, Chris, I came back late at night and
your car was still running. So yesterday I dealt with
four hours of trying to get my car taken care
of because I ran out of gas. I got to
jump for cables. It was a bit right, but I
but I blame that on multitasking. I mean, that's the
thing though it happened. We have too much going on,

(01:26):
absolutely too much, too much, you know. And then the
other thing about month or.

Speaker 3 (01:30):
Too that I like, I said, we have to do
like all these different things and we only have two arms,
and I think that's fair.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
No, that's not fair. For every child.

Speaker 3 (01:36):
We should get an addition the arm, an additional and
an additional assistant. Now this is something I expressed, but
it's never been done.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
Well, we can work on it. We can work on it.
That's a twenty twenty five goal, right. Well, you know what,
you've been working yourself once again, has always putting yourself
out there and networking. And you brought in another fabulous woman.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
I did you know, and not only just a fabulous woman,
but a CEO business leader and mom of too Yes, yes, right, yes, okay,
so she should also have additional arms.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
So I met this guest, M Jay Reiners.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
We met at a networking event for businesses, and I
think you were the first person that we that I
talked to that my husband and I were there for.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
So thank you so much for being here.

Speaker 4 (02:22):
Thank you Corona for inviting me. Thank you Christa.

Speaker 5 (02:25):
So it's so great to be here. Exactly.

Speaker 4 (02:27):
I was telling Christa that you and I met at
the coffee.

Speaker 6 (02:30):
Yeah, meet and greet, meet and greedy in five minutes
and it was just instantaneously we started talking and I
didn't know anything about you, you didn't know anything about me,
but we just connected, Solincilan, So thank you so much
for inviting me to hear today.

Speaker 4 (02:41):
I'm really really excited that.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
I think it was actually one of the first things
I said to you when I started hearing you talkic.

Speaker 4 (02:45):
Do you want to be honored?

Speaker 5 (02:47):
Yeah, show, I'm in.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
But I think what's really cool about you too, is
you really listen. I remember networking with you and you
were really asking me about me and what I was doing,
and I felt really valued. And that's what I think
those networking events do is you meet the people you
need to meet. Sure, and then now we're here round
two talking about what you do, and I really want
you to share kind of your work and what you're

(03:10):
doing because it's fabulous, is everything, and all the titles
that you have.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
Well, thank you so much. So I started my business.

Speaker 7 (03:17):
It's called summer Land Education, and I've been working in
information technology for well over twenty years, and I was
leading really really large scale business change projects, so business transformation,
and I somewhat became known as the turnaround person and
the person who could help really sticky projects that were
kind of going off the rails. But it all comes

(03:38):
down to how people adjust to change and how they
adapt to change. So I kind of developed a specialty
in that area. And at the same time, when I'm
doing all of this externally with a business world and
working with many, many, many clients, I'm a mom, I
have two kids. And right around the same time in
two thousand and one, I started studying energy healing with

(03:58):
my teacher who was the founder of Pranic healing, the
modern founder of proanic healing Pronic pr a n i
cronic Okay, So Prana is the Sanskrit word for life force.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
Okay, So have you heard of reiki?

Speaker 5 (04:14):
Maybe?

Speaker 4 (04:15):
Okay?

Speaker 7 (04:15):
So reiki is the word key is a Japanese word
for life force, and prana is the Sanskrit So there
are many many energy healing modalities. And my specialty is
through pronic healing through through the teacher that I learned from,
and we get prana into our physical bodies through the
sun and through the air and through the earth. And

(04:38):
what he taught was that healing ourselves was not a
divinely ordained gift or a mysterious thing. He taught that
anyone could learn how to heal. And I went to
this class. I literally fell into it. My friend said, Hey,
do you want to go to this class this teacher,

(04:58):
And I'm like, well, I don't know a thing about that. Literally,
I knew nothing about it. But I'm a sponge.

Speaker 4 (05:03):
I love, love, love to learn. So I went.

Speaker 7 (05:06):
I got to meet this fabulous teacher, and I just
been on this journey ever ever since.

Speaker 4 (05:10):
I just immersed myself in it.

Speaker 7 (05:12):
Because when you figure out the principles of energy, it
impacts everything in your life. It makes everything so much easier.
But back to the business side of it all, I
was still really really afraid.

Speaker 4 (05:22):
To tell anybody in business that I was doing this.

Speaker 7 (05:25):
Well.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
See, this is what's interesting, is so you I mean,
within like five minutes. This is this was my experience
when I met you, MJ. Is just the two very
different topics that we were talking about. Because we're here
at this business you know conference, and it's a lot
of men, let's be honest, right, And I did gravitate
towards you because I'm like, oh, Ran, nice to speak

(05:45):
to a female in this world. And then you start
talking about healing and business and together. I was just like, okay, all.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
Right, we need to stop here.

Speaker 3 (05:53):
Now you need to you need to tell me a
little bit about how do these energy principles which you
you really described so eloquently. And I appreciate that, how
do they align with business success because they are so different, right,
or maybe they're not.

Speaker 7 (06:09):
Well, they they are completely aligned with our success. It's
just these are principles in education we haven't been taught.
It's not mainstream now outside of the United States. It's
more common in Asian communities, in Asian countries, in the
Eastern philosophies, et cetera. But here in the United States,
it's slower to come into the mainstream, but it is

(06:31):
very very common in clinical settings and very very common
in different healing realities. You know with the body, you know,
emotional healing, mental healing.

Speaker 4 (06:42):
But it's also a big part of financial success.

Speaker 7 (06:45):
And so that is my main area of focus, is
to help organizations and CEOs understand how energy principles can
really impact their success. And those same principles apply to
everything else what we do in our life. It's clearing
out the old, old, negative stuff that does not suit us.
And you can learn how to do a lot of
those techniques yourself, or you could learn it really advanced techniques,

(07:08):
which was what I was taught.

Speaker 4 (07:09):
So I love to help.

Speaker 7 (07:10):
Organizations in that regard. And then you start energizing what
you do want, and there's multiple different techniques and practices
around energizing. And then the third step that I put
into each one of my programs and workshops, and I
wrote a book and it's all included in the There
is energy is something we cannot see. We can feel sometimes,

(07:32):
but not everybody can feel either.

Speaker 4 (07:34):
But how do you validate you know?

Speaker 7 (07:36):
How do you know if your energy is sufficient to
make your outcome? That you really want come true, you know,
and so I teach different methods to validate. How do
you know if you've got enough mental energy moving into
that direction? How do you know if you've got enough
emotional energy and then physical persistence and taking that next
step and confidence and you know, follow up all of

(07:57):
those kind of things.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
Christ do you already feel the energy just from hearing it?
That's what I got, like immediately when I talked to you,
you like, feel her energy?

Speaker 2 (08:06):
Oh yeah, you know the connection? The connection well, you know,
And I was going to say, on a side note,
I'm a huge fan of this, and you know I've
talked about it on the radio.

Speaker 7 (08:15):
You know.

Speaker 2 (08:15):
Over over two years ago, I underwent extensive trauma therapy
and this was part of my regimen of healing, is
that I went and had DMR and then I also
would have the energy work. I cannot express enough how
important this is for your mind and body to connect.
It really was a time for me to finally focus on,

(08:36):
like you said, the inside, because you don't really realize
how much that your mind can affect your body, and
you might not be ready to, you know, go out
there and just run the world. So it was an
opportunity for me to be intact with not only my mind,
but you know, my body, to feel where am I

(08:58):
being affected in my body based off of what I've
been going through? So I think that's super important that
you do that, you know, altogether, I just I love energy.

Speaker 7 (09:06):
Work absolutely, and like what you were talking about is,
you know, we as we go through life, we think
and we feel right and in doing that, those are
energetic forms that are in our energy field. Thought forms
is what they're called. And a thought form is a
little bit more than a thought or an idea. It's
it's thought substance plus energy. Yes, it's that emotional energy

(09:27):
that gets tied to it. So, especially when things happen
to us in younger years, you know, those are deeply
formative beliefs and experiences that can get really sticky if
they're negative, if they're not so flourishing or nourishing, right,
or we have positive ones in there as well, you know,
but energy attracts similar energies. So if we have negative,

(09:52):
sticky thought forms that are not even in part of
our conscious awareness, they tend to attract other negative sticky
situation and thought forms. We don't want those and we
don't want those, but there's energy techniques that can help
us to clear those out and let those beautiful thought
forms that we do have and our wishes and our dreams,
you know, so that they do nourish and become part

(10:13):
of our physical existence. And when you know certain energy practices,
you can move in that direction to create the realities
that you do.

Speaker 4 (10:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
How great is this because it you know, it really
helps your nervous system absolutely all.

Speaker 4 (10:26):
It's very connected.

Speaker 7 (10:27):
Your energy system is very connected to your nervous body.

Speaker 2 (10:30):
So whether you're going out on stage for your first time,
you know, putting on a big seminar, whether you're about
to get married, whether you have a huge date that
you're going on like this, this is a great way
to like ease yourself. Like you said, so this is
used for many different.

Speaker 7 (10:45):
Reasons, many different reasons, Okay, everything your physical, emotional, your
mental health, as well as your your bank account and
your business. How you attract money versus are you chasing money?
And that's where it comes into business perspective.

Speaker 2 (10:58):
Oh I could see that. Yeah, that's a very scary
thing for many people.

Speaker 3 (11:02):
Yeah, when I love how she bridges it. Yeah, because
I think that so many people think these are separate things, right, right,
So what's so interesting about what you're doing?

Speaker 7 (11:09):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (11:09):
Yeah, you know that bridge. So let's get into this
energy work. How did you get into it? And especially
being a mom, how does this all correlate into your
life on a daily basis.

Speaker 7 (11:20):
Well, my children are up and out of the house now,
but when I first started doing this work.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
They were giddy pigs. I would be.

Speaker 7 (11:29):
Educated during class and I would practice on my.

Speaker 5 (11:32):
Cam right, Yeah, and.

Speaker 7 (11:35):
You know, you at the beginning, I mean, some of
what you learn, it just seems so intangible, and so
you know, there's you know, you have to overcome some
disbelief or at least hold on to new space for
something new to happen, and try to not let that
disbelief get too much in your way. But I would
follow the technique that I was taught, and you know,

(11:58):
I would relax. And you know, the thing that's funny
with little kids is if you close your eyes, you know,
open your eyes up because you're using your hands to
sense energy. You're using hands to clear some darker energy
out and then I shouldn't say dark, but sticky, heavier,
stickier energy out. And then you energize, you know, and
if I would really get into it and I closed

(12:18):
my eyes, I'd open my eyes and the kid was gone,
you know. So you know they're not gonna stick around
too long to let you practice, you know. But I remember,
you know, my daughter was going to summer camp and
she came down with H one N one and the
doctor was like this, this girl's not going to camp.

Speaker 4 (12:34):
And she was devastated, just devastated. She was around eight
or nine.

Speaker 7 (12:39):
And I'm like, okay, look, I can't make any guarantees,
but let me let me practice. And I did, and
I practiced on her twice a day for a week.
And a week later we went back to the doctor
and she's like, hey, she's freeing, curious she can go
her second week. She he thought it was going to
take two weeks, but it was. It took one week.
So she was up and out house and you know,

(13:01):
went to camp. And that was the very first one.
That's about sixteen seventeen years ago that you know. So
I'd been practicing for about four years, so I'm like, hey,
there really really is something something to this.

Speaker 4 (13:13):
So I started doing more and more on.

Speaker 7 (13:14):
Myself, working also with my husband, continuing to go to classes,
continuing to practice my craft, and I now am in
the advanced certification program. That this is a very disciplined modality.
Not all are disciplined as this one is. But I
like the rigger behind it. I like the science behind it,
so that someonet attracts me as a business person.

Speaker 4 (13:36):
But it's a lot of work, but also it's extremely
rewarding because you can help people.

Speaker 7 (13:41):
And so now I am doing pridiculing for individuals, especially
in business, who who want to improve their own personal
life but also want to be a better professional in
their business career.

Speaker 2 (13:51):
How wonderful if you're a local business here in Madison
and surrounding areas like to hire her to like speak
to their staff.

Speaker 4 (13:58):
So remote work, you remote work if it's individual. But
I do workshops.

Speaker 7 (14:03):
I come into companies absolutely. I love to do group work,
and we can do workshops. We can do a lot
of education around energy because it's really empowering when you
know what these principles are and how you can benefit
from them. Yeah, it's really you know, just lots and
lots of aha moments go off. It's super fun.

Speaker 3 (14:22):
I want to have you come in. I have this
women's entrepreneur group. I want you to come and clear
us all.

Speaker 2 (14:29):
Yeah, okay, we're all struggling.

Speaker 5 (14:32):
We can all do that.

Speaker 2 (14:34):
Clear my mind and anxiety. Every time I look at
my closet and I'm like, I need to clean this out.
I need to clean this out. I don't know where
to begin, and I'm like, I've attempted three damn times
your closet. Yeah, it's sunny. I actually just cleaned my notelets.
Oh well, can you want me to do yes? Because
I can't.

Speaker 7 (14:51):
Well, it's funny, christ because okay, take that as an example.

Speaker 5 (14:54):
The short answer is yes.

Speaker 7 (14:56):
However, that example that you gave applies to so many
of our things, and so sometimes that very very first
energy clearing is enough.

Speaker 4 (15:05):
To give us that yeah boost. Right, they're like I
can do this whatever that whatever that might.

Speaker 7 (15:11):
Be cleaning out your closet, you know, or taking that
first step to be on a podcast on iHeartRadio, you.

Speaker 3 (15:22):
Know.

Speaker 7 (15:23):
So you know, energy clearing, that's that first. But in
addition to our own thoughts and feelings, we create our
thought forms that exist in our energy field. Also, as
we move throughout life and we interact with other people
and we go into a stressful environment. That could be work,
it could be a different environment, or news, you know,

(15:44):
if we turn into a news program. Those thought forms
also come into our energy field, and so they can
affect the way that we think and we feel, and
we may not even be conscious of that. So energetic
hygiene is also super important because we can't go through
life and turn things off permanently.

Speaker 4 (16:04):
No, but it is.

Speaker 7 (16:05):
What I help people understand is you take a physical
shower every single day. You may not need to take
an energetic shower every single day, but like once a
week is really really beneficial, and that gives you greater
energy and capacity to do some of those things that
you might be a little bit resistant to.

Speaker 2 (16:23):
This conversation. I bet there's a lot of people listening
to you right now and they're probably like, but what
isn't like, how do you do this to someone you know?

Speaker 7 (16:31):
Well, there are three steps, And we first scan the
energy field for and we've been taught how to sense
with our hands, and that's one of the big first steps.

Speaker 4 (16:44):
And then the practice is to learning how to feel and.

Speaker 2 (16:47):
Not a sense, and you do this the practitioner.

Speaker 7 (16:50):
The practitioner does. There is however, many, many things that
the individual can learn on their own. So I don't
want it to feel like it's not a personal empowering practice.
It absolutely can't books on this. You know, we can
talk more about those type of specific things. But as
a practitioner, if you would go and say, hey, I'd
like a session which MG, what would I do? So
I would first scan and sense where there may be

(17:12):
abnormalities in your system. So you have an energy field,
and then you have energy wheels that are run down
the central line of our bodies, which are called chakras.
So if you've been to yoga, talk about our energy wheels.

Speaker 4 (17:24):
All the time. And so.

Speaker 7 (17:27):
The energy that we use, it's used up. It's really
important to not think of it as good or bad.
Sometimes it's like metabolized, right, So like with our food,
we eat food and then what we our bodies do
not need it expels. So energy is really really similar.
So energy can be like dirty, like something we really

(17:48):
don't want. You know, that might be a negative thought,
or it could just be used up energy that gets
clogged in our system that we don't need anymore. We've
got to move that out or over time when it
emphasize over time, if we repress our emotions that can
formulate into diseased type of energy in the body, and
so that's when certain physical conditions get a lot stickier

(18:11):
and it takes a little bit more effort on the
practitioners part to move that out because it's deeper into
the energy system and can actually once it's further into
the energy system, it moves into the physical body, and
so it takes longer to clean those things out, but
it can over time be.

Speaker 4 (18:29):
You know, we don't use the word he cured, but you.

Speaker 7 (18:32):
Can get tremendous relief and you can get benefit from
it and be able to have a full and you know,
prosperous life, you know, even if there is something that
continues to be in our physical body.

Speaker 2 (18:43):
And you know, I know for both myself and Karna,
have you know experienced this if for someone this is
almost like walking and right and you're it's almost like
a massage type atmosphere. But this is again on a
different level, yes, for people that may not have experienced
right right.

Speaker 7 (19:00):
A healing not all modalities. Proanic healing is specifically no touch,
so we're working only with the energy field. That's why
it can be down on a remote, you know, over
a zoom. I do a lot of my sessions over zoom.
And it also never ever supersedes any conventional medicine. So
you continue to work with your health therapist or your
chiropractor or your physician. But when you do combine energy

(19:21):
work with physical work, whether that is your business or
it's a personal physical healing, that's where real breakthroughs come
through wonderful well.

Speaker 3 (19:31):
And you know, I feel hesitant to even tell you
the story, but I did proanic healing for my daughter.

Speaker 4 (19:35):
Now I told you about this.

Speaker 3 (19:37):
Chris was actually one of the very first people to
know that.

Speaker 4 (19:39):
When my daughter was born.

Speaker 3 (19:40):
She was born with a hearing loss and it was
a mild to moderate and they went in and when
she was very little, I mean, they just really told
us basically nothing, not in a negative way. They're just like,
this is what it is. We don't know why, We've
done all the testing.

Speaker 2 (19:55):
And I had.

Speaker 3 (19:56):
Heard about proanic healing, and I actually drove down to Nashville,
Tennessee to see someone that my sister would live there
at the time, really trusted, and so we went down
there and he actually taught us some certain things to do,
and you know, a year later, we went back to
the doctor and she's like, this is very strange, but
your daughter is hearing really well. And we kind of

(20:17):
kept it at this mild almost nothing, and she didn't
even wear you know, in the course. I'm not a
doctor and you know who knows, and I'm not giving
any medical advice at all, but I'm saying that, you know,
I'm I'm actually recipient in the fact that I've seen
this energy be so positive and for my daughter, who
is now advanced in language and reading and nobody, you know,

(20:40):
she does wear hearing. It it's you know, on occasion
for school, because there's a lot of small sounds that
she still is missing. But the diagnosis initially was you know,
more severe than.

Speaker 2 (20:49):
It was, and that was that was really difficult to
you know, you know, to watch Karina. You know, as
all moms, as all dads, we want our child to
be like protected from.

Speaker 5 (21:00):
Anything that would give anything ourselves.

Speaker 2 (21:02):
Change them and their health. And this was something she
had to overcome and to like, yeah, I know, and
you know, and it's another tool.

Speaker 3 (21:10):
It is exactly looking at the heeling or like you know,
you listed all the other things therapists and you know constantly.
It's not this or that, it's and.

Speaker 2 (21:21):
And yeah, correct, yeah, it's tools, tools that you can use.

Speaker 3 (21:26):
MJ. You had talked about a success story.

Speaker 2 (21:29):
And I think that's really like powerful too. Let me
tell you the absolutely adorable uh you know fashion that
your daughter would a sport coming in She had the
most adorable hearing aids, right because Monty attached with that gearings.
Yeah yeah, so we get charms.

Speaker 3 (21:44):
For them yet and then when she's got like sparkle pink, yeah,
hearing aids, I love.

Speaker 2 (21:49):
Her like I want one. Yeah, she's so adorable. And
I I lost my eye when from a broken hockey six,
so this sucker is glass. There's nothing I can do.
Although my mom would always be so funny. She's like, Krista,
why don't you have the doctor like paint a flower
on your class? I'm like, no, Mom, I don't want
people to be like, what's what? What's going on? But
maybe today I would, I mean, I mean, why not

(22:10):
accessorise it?

Speaker 6 (22:12):
And I know.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
I would do it with her. Actually, so this is
great because you can, like you said, you can offer
this on children.

Speaker 7 (22:21):
Absolutely absolutely, it works very very effectively. You know, children
have very in general, very clean energy fields, so it
doesn't take a lot a lot of times. They can
clean out really really quick, I bet.

Speaker 3 (22:34):
And I think what's interesting too, is it is something
that you can you know, learn from you and then
and you can take some of the techniques and just
learn to do it.

Speaker 2 (22:42):
On your absolutely too.

Speaker 4 (22:43):
Absolutely.

Speaker 3 (22:45):
I you know, I'm thinking about as a you know,
business owner, you know, and thinking about all the narratives
and all my past issues I've had with just not
feeling good enough or feeling you know, where all those
thoughts coming is. You know, Chris and I talked a
lot about this of you know, what's that idea of

(23:06):
success right and where do we have that?

Speaker 2 (23:09):
But when you.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
Start looking at it energetically like you were talking, and
they're stuck energy, it's just such a it's such a
far out concept, but it's so not at the same time,
because think about, you know, somebody had said, had talked
about this analogy to me about bagel making. Now just
hang tight with me, lady, scare bagels.

Speaker 6 (23:32):
Go ahead.

Speaker 2 (23:34):
Chris is like, oh, actually, go on, Like I'm just kidding.

Speaker 3 (23:39):
So someone was telling me this story about how when
they make bagels, you know, you put all the ingredients
and this like spinner, right, and then it turns into
this dough and then you pull the dough out, right,
and then you make the doughnuts. Well, what's left in
there is just like sticky gluten stuff and you actually
have to remove that after a certain amount of time.
Now correct me if I'm wrong, bagel makers. But this

(24:01):
is something someone.

Speaker 2 (24:02):
Told me, and they were making.

Speaker 3 (24:04):
The analogy that that's kind of stucked energy that then continues.
So if we don't clean it out, oh yeah, you
know the dough form right like you were saying, like
we shower, you know, So then as business owners, people
who want to lead or create or manage, you know,
how do we do that with the stuck energy? So
when you really look at it like that, you know,

(24:25):
gom on a sidewalk, we have to clean this stuff out.

Speaker 2 (24:27):
Well when it like you said, and then if you
don't do anything about it just builds up. It's like
decay that you can't get and you can get rid
of it with as a business owner. And I think
that's what's so nice about what you offer.

Speaker 3 (24:38):
And then you know this book, So if someone were
to purchase this book, where we can get on Amazon
they would read this and this would give them tools,
the history behind it maybe or just kind of why
it's so important, and they can read this as a resource.

Speaker 2 (24:53):
Is that Crasty?

Speaker 7 (24:53):
Absolutely, And that's what I wrote for businesses specifically.

Speaker 2 (24:57):
We're fighting over your book. We're fighting over the book.

Speaker 5 (24:59):
But it does include those three steps that I talked.

Speaker 7 (25:01):
About that can be in any application. Clear first, and
then energize then and then validate. And this includes in
that energy portion a energy model that I created that
I have seven different forces, and so when you apply
each of these forces in your business, it can help
you move through transformation change a lot easier, drive those

(25:25):
outcomes that you want in a better, more concrete way, better,
if restor cheaper, all those things. And it's not that
each force has to be in a perfect or pristine state,
because you're never going to have that right, but they
will be something that you can pay attention to and
maintain a balance with. And one thing that I emphasize
over and over again is in our business world and

(25:47):
corporate world, we often diminish the role of emotions.

Speaker 4 (25:52):
Entrepreneurs do a great job with that.

Speaker 7 (25:53):
Entrepreneurs are super passionate about their thing and that emotion
just is what drives them forward, right, And corporate organizations
all too often is emotions are seen as part of
weakness or or not part of the business.

Speaker 4 (26:08):
You know, it's not personal those kinds of things.

Speaker 7 (26:10):
But when we bring in intentional emotions, we can get
to those outcomes quicker because guess what emotions are there.

Speaker 4 (26:18):
It's the negative ones, and it's the ones that nobody
talks about.

Speaker 7 (26:21):
It's the ones that create toxic environments, that get super
super super sticky, and people can't flourish and can't bring
their entire being into work. And so many people want
to be able to use their full set of skills
in their business environment. Sure, and not don't it, but
to express themselves fully, you know, and to bring their

(26:41):
art and their talents and their intelligence and their work effort.
And when we clear out, you know, these negative thought
forms which over time create a toxic environment, people are
freer and more allowed to express all of their talents
and gifts in an organization.

Speaker 2 (26:57):
I think this is good too, you know. And again,
if you're like, if you're someone that goes to work
every day and there's someone that you know, you know,
a coworker or someone that just makes you feel on
edge all the time. You don't know how to you know,
deal with it. And I'm speaking about someone that I
know that has to see someone every single day and
just the tension and the vocabulary that it's exchanged. You know,

(27:18):
maybe doing something like this before you go to work
every day. It's gonna like, you know, you can't change
you can you can't, I mean you can.

Speaker 5 (27:24):
You can't change them, but you can change change.

Speaker 3 (27:26):
Change yourself in the reaction, absolute change situations.

Speaker 2 (27:31):
Change change it for yourself.

Speaker 7 (27:33):
Yeah, And to bring it back to your audience, all
of these tools and techniques work with educating our kids.

Speaker 4 (27:40):
I love, love, love when I hear.

Speaker 7 (27:43):
People talking about I'm doing visualization and athletes are driven
visualization and it's become part of their way of ensuring
they get better performance.

Speaker 2 (27:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (27:54):
I love to take that one even a step further.
Is not just.

Speaker 7 (27:57):
Visualized, but like literally act it out and involve your voice,
involve your your your emotions, you know, put on a
little skit about what your dream might be, especially like
if you're a little kid and you want to be
you know whatever doctor you know and energy and they're

(28:17):
so good at that teaching them to act that out,
act before it's real, practice before it's real. I encourage organizations.
I thought that one all the time. But for moms,
encourage your kids to do that because they are building
healthy thought forms of themselves that will build courage in
them and in their energy bodies, so that when opportunities
come along their way, they instantly move into that with

(28:41):
much greater ease and grace because the body and the
nervous system, the subconscious mind is already primed for it, sure,
and so it's super fluid that way, whereas so often
our subconscious mind when we introduce something new, it's like
what you know, puts up the you know, the wall
right right exactly.

Speaker 2 (29:02):
So I was I was going to ask, because I'm
sure our listeners are wondering if they were to set
up a free personal or free if they were to
set up a you know, a personal experience with you.
What are we looking at as far as an investment.

Speaker 4 (29:15):
I try to keep it around the cost of a massage.

Speaker 7 (29:18):
Okay, and you know it really really, you know, depends
on how many they might need. I'm willing to you know,
set up some group package designment yet done that, but
you know, sometimes people want to experience it.

Speaker 4 (29:33):
What does it feel like?

Speaker 7 (29:34):
And I want them to have a good, positive experience,
but willing to work with people. They may need more
than one depending on what that that thing is. Is
it just an energetic shower and they're like, wow, feel great,
you know, or I have this issue I'm working on.
And what I try to tell them is that those
thought forms that are in our energy body are like
sticky notes and they can be stacked on each other.

(29:55):
And so each session, you know, we're going to peel
a layer off, pill another layer off, you know, until
still you know, it's removed from the energetic system. And
uh and that's where people start to see you know,
Shift Well, I love Shift.

Speaker 2 (30:10):
Yeah, well, I love when we sign up that Karna
and I come out. We'll have a couple of sessions together. Now,
it would be so great.

Speaker 3 (30:19):
