In honor of the show's 100th episode, special guest Mark Mantovani is in studio to discuss why he is running for the third time for St. Louis County Executive but this time as a Republican. Mark shares his viewpoints on fiscal and social issues, how he would fix regional dysfunction, and what a Mantovani-run government would look like.
