Don‘t Wait Til Pigs Fly

One out of every 2 adult Americans lives with at least 1 chronic illness (often called hidden illnesses or disabilities). The disability community is the largest minority in the world, yet, instead of feeling inclusive and wrapped in camaraderie, most of us feel alone, unvalued, and unworthy. We need doctors who understand us, colleagues and family members who believe us when we tell them something about our health. Just knowing the simple fact that we are not alone and still have much to offer can be life-changing. In this podcast, we share tips and strategies, knowledge and support -- in other words, hope -- for those who are looking for resources to help them maintain a thriving, successful life or business, while managing their own hidden disability.
