Speaker 1 (00:00):
Coast twenty three point five were the L and K
Morning Show. Right, let's get this day off to the right.
Start with you.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Thank you for having us on the iHeartRadio app. We're
right there, take us everywhere and coming up fifteen minutes
away from your first four pack of the day to
our private holiday party. We ran around the park yesterday.
We tried the food, we went on the rides, and
the park is more than ready for you. So when
we flipped a Christen's music last Friday, so to Disney,
(00:29):
they flipped to all holidays. We tried I think all
the food, Ryan, I think that between you and our
friend Waco, you guys tried all the drinks.
Speaker 3 (00:39):
Yeah, I will say I was pretty well behaved. Yeah,
but they were delicious.
Speaker 4 (00:45):
It was good.
Speaker 5 (00:45):
What was that frozen blue margarita you got out.
Speaker 4 (00:48):
Called the Glacier Margarita? It was really good.
Speaker 2 (00:50):
Those were ice like they're little marshmallows that looked like
floating ice.
Speaker 3 (00:53):
Can you can find that at the Merry Mashups booth
Okay at DCA right outside the winery.
Speaker 4 (00:58):
Very good and.
Speaker 2 (01:00):
We're Ryan, he's at the Mary Mash.
Speaker 5 (01:02):
I have the Beamale and it was really good.
Speaker 4 (01:07):
Really.
Speaker 1 (01:08):
The creamy mac and cheese was also really good.
Speaker 4 (01:10):
Well, you had a couple of servings of that.
Speaker 1 (01:13):
Sharp and I we downed them.
Speaker 4 (01:15):
Yeah, and the mash ball was incredible too, by the way,
I have the mash bull.
Speaker 6 (01:19):
Yeah, so billing.
Speaker 7 (01:20):
Oh and the gffet Oya iced brewed coffee with the
little cute bread on top.
Speaker 1 (01:26):
Yeah, that looked really good.
Speaker 5 (01:27):
So good.
Speaker 8 (01:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:29):
So yes, we are about fifteen minutes away from your
first four pack and that is coming up. And I
thought of I thought of something. It was so fun
being together yesterday. We don't always get to spend the
day together. I drove I drove some of us down
the Burbank crew, which was Karen Sharp, Sandy Stick, Ryan
and myself, and then we went live on Instagram all
(01:49):
the way down.
Speaker 4 (01:50):
And if you haven't seen it, please watch it.
Speaker 3 (01:52):
It was an ask Coast anything, and it's up on
the Coast Instagram. It really made the drive go fast
and we got a lot of good question studs.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
Yeah yeah, Coast one three five FM on Instagram.
Speaker 7 (02:03):
I think you need to make this a thing because
I watched it later. Okay, I was cracking up your
celebrity crushes and to hear Karen gush about Clooney.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
Yeah, well, I saw this this morning and I thought
we should do something like this. This is Ariana Grande
and Cynthia Arrivo and there the stars are wicked Wick.
Speaker 1 (02:24):
It's going to make one hundred and.
Speaker 2 (02:25):
Fifty million dollars some early showings tonight, but it goes
wide on Friday. And and I thought, they have a
really good idea. Listen to what they did when they
hold hands.
Speaker 9 (02:39):
We have for good on air and they now that's
in like we.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
Got them on the opposite So when we hold hands,
they touch it. It's so crazy.
Speaker 5 (02:47):
It's us.
Speaker 4 (02:47):
We have poppies.
Speaker 9 (02:49):
We love poppies.
Speaker 3 (02:50):
You have your broom under here, broom this one room
here and then hat on there.
Speaker 1 (02:55):
Do a team tattoos.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
So when we hold hands, the tattoos touch and they're
say four good.
Speaker 4 (03:00):
We don't often hold hands, no, but we.
Speaker 2 (03:02):
Could say feel good something like we would make a message.
And then if one of us is missing, it's just
not complete.
Speaker 4 (03:09):
You could do one oh three five.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
Right, Well, then we had to have one for Nick two.
Speaker 3 (03:15):
Oh yeah, well he could be the point.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Anyway.
Speaker 2 (03:21):
I thought, that's a really cool idea that when you know,
the tachies are backwards, so when you.
Speaker 4 (03:25):
Touch, yeah, that is cool.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
It's someone you love and it comes together in the
right way anyway. I don't know, It's just an idea
I had. All Right, coming up, we're going to uh
go inside Entertainment. Share was on live yesterday on The
Today Show and she did something no other guests has
ever done before and it sent a shock around the
(03:48):
world and you'll hear it.
Speaker 9 (03:49):
Next it's the L and K Morning Show.
Speaker 1 (03:52):
Thank you so much for being my Christmas music every year.
You guys rock so much and make the holiday season
brighter for everyone.
Speaker 9 (03:58):
Post one oh three point five Inside Entertainment with Lank so.
Speaker 1 (04:02):
We're just talking about Wicked.
Speaker 2 (04:02):
It's going to make one hundred and fifty million dollars
at the box office, and that's amazing, but what do
we think of it and critics? It gets say ninety
nine on Rotten Tomatoes so far, and Lady Gaga almost
had the role of Alphaba instead of Cynthia Rivo, and
then it was also going to be Shawn Mendez who
was nearly cast as the Prince uh but that role
(04:25):
into Jonathan Bailey. So Wicked getting great reviews and it's
going to make one hundred and fifty million. Now, glad
diicket is what we're calling it, and uh and that's
pretty much everywhere.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
It's being called gladickeed Okay, yeah.
Speaker 4 (04:40):
It just I think when it's written, it just looks
a little different.
Speaker 1 (04:42):
What about glicked?
Speaker 2 (04:44):
Yeah, yeah, instead of glad diiccked, it's easier to yeah,
and glad diicket could sound dirty, but yes, clicked or
glicked clicked like Wicked gladier Okay, clicked, we'll call it clicked.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Just to make you comfortable.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
But a gladiator too is going to make sixty mils
of like, you know, less than half of what Wicked
is going to bring in. But the same thing happened
with Barbenheimer. Oppenheimer didn't win the box office. Barbie did,
but then you know, all the awards came flowing in.
All right, it's on the Today Show. Share flustered Hoda
and the Today producers after quoting seal Ball's explicit advice
(05:20):
for her relationship with Sonny Bono.
Speaker 4 (05:23):
There's never been a situation besides mine except yours.
Speaker 1 (05:27):
So and so she said, you're.
Speaker 6 (05:29):
The one with the.
Speaker 7 (05:33):
Okay, we didn't have the seven seconds but we will
get it the next feed.
Speaker 1 (05:44):
Just let it.
Speaker 5 (05:45):
She let it rip.
Speaker 4 (05:46):
That's kind of the Today Show's fault though, for not
being on delay.
Speaker 1 (05:51):
You know why, Ryan, Yes, right, yeah, way to go share.
You did it.
Speaker 9 (05:56):
It's the Lank Morning Show.
Speaker 7 (05:58):
You guys are great to listen to.
Speaker 9 (06:00):
Great host one oh three point five.
Speaker 1 (06:02):
Hi, good morning, your collar twenty you win?
Speaker 10 (06:06):
No way, yes.
Speaker 2 (06:07):
Way, everyone says no way. We're connected, we're live and
you got them.
Speaker 1 (06:14):
What's your name, Cheryl? Hey, Cheryl? It sounds like you're
in your car. Where are you headed?
Speaker 11 (06:20):
Yes? I am?
Speaker 12 (06:22):
Or actually okay.
Speaker 2 (06:24):
Sometimes people like to shout out where they work. Do
you want to.
Speaker 10 (06:30):
Sure?
Speaker 4 (06:32):
That was a long pause.
Speaker 12 (06:35):
I don't, It doesn't matter.
Speaker 11 (06:36):
I work at Mathison.
Speaker 9 (06:37):
Try guess.
Speaker 4 (06:39):
Okay, what do you guys do there?
Speaker 12 (06:41):
We have industrial gases for the welding industry, medical and restaurants.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
Oh that's very specific.
Speaker 2 (06:50):
Yeah, yeah, well you got to I've got a four
pack to our party.
Speaker 1 (06:56):
It's fourteen days await it's December fourth.
Speaker 10 (06:58):
Awesome.
Speaker 13 (06:59):
That's great.
Speaker 1 (07:00):
You're great, thanks too.
Speaker 2 (07:05):
You're just running around the park yesterday, and Disney California
Venturepark is definitely ready to receive you.
Speaker 1 (07:12):
Twenty after every hour, keep listening to when you're wing.
Speaker 14 (07:15):
In holiday music. I'm Coast one O three point five.
It's the L and K Morning Show.
Speaker 6 (07:21):
The worst toy maker in the world.
Speaker 4 (07:23):
It's a cottonheaded Ninny Muggins.
Speaker 9 (07:25):
Coast one O three point.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
Five and we're the only K Morning show. It's Coast
one of three point five.
Speaker 1 (07:31):
Happiness hecks.
Speaker 4 (07:32):
I'm gonna do kind of too here. I'm gonna tag
in Darlene for when we saw her do yesterday at Disney.
Oh yeah.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
We went on the car's ride and she did something
that I have never seen anyone do, and I thought, wow,
this needs to be shared.
Speaker 4 (07:43):
You want me to say it, please.
Speaker 7 (07:45):
So my dad always taught us when we go to
a theme park and we have a bag or a
backpack and we're getting on a rite that it can
possibly get tossed out of, to put your leg through
the straps.
Speaker 5 (07:57):
We saw you do it.
Speaker 1 (07:58):
We were like, darn, that is so and.
Speaker 7 (08:00):
It's our little hack that we use, you know, to
save your stuff.
Speaker 1 (08:04):
Thank you, Tony.
Speaker 8 (08:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (08:05):
So when you win tickets to our party coming up
at seven twenty, and you have a bag and you
go on the car's ride.
Speaker 4 (08:11):
Just stick your leg through the hole.
Speaker 5 (08:12):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (08:13):
Perfect.
Speaker 1 (08:13):
So you took a video of it, let's post it,
yeah on the post Instagram, just to show how it is.
Speaker 3 (08:18):
Yes, now on to this Ellen. You are notorious for
just drinking your coffee straight black.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
That is right, nothing life.
Speaker 2 (08:25):
I started with coffee mate early on in my coffee days.
Speaker 4 (08:28):
Like the dry the dry coffee mate, or the web no,
the wet one.
Speaker 2 (08:32):
Yeah, And so I would pour that in there. And
then one of my friends said that stuff's really bad
for you. Don't put that in your coffee. So I
just went black.
Speaker 1 (08:42):
No sugar, no sugar.
Speaker 3 (08:44):
Now okay, Well a lot of people do add sugar,
and now science says that's not good.
Speaker 4 (08:49):
And even the artificial sweeteners too. They say maple syrup.
Speaker 3 (08:52):
Oh, maple syrup is the thing to add to your
coffee instead of any other sweetener. Four main benefits all
metabolic related. So you're better blood sugar control, lower blood pressure,
which is a huge thing for a lot of people.
Reduced abdominal fat. It can cut down on your belly fat. Yeah,
and improve gut health. It keeps you, keeps you normal
inside there.
Speaker 2 (09:12):
But then are we drinking maple coffee? Because you know
how we feel about maple. We don't love the Marron
bar donuts, we don't like the maple pop tarts.
Speaker 1 (09:20):
So if it's maple syrup.
Speaker 3 (09:22):
I mean that's a you thing. You're very specific about it.
I don't know you have syrup over there. A friend
of ours just brought it from Santa Barbara, and you
have coffee. Can we get you to try this?
Speaker 1 (09:31):
This is actually honey.
Speaker 2 (09:33):
So oh yeah, I don't have syrup, and no, I
will not try it. No, I will try it. Let's
try it. We can find syrup packets. Okay, nice, I
just want.
Speaker 9 (09:41):
To I'm Coast one, A three point five Coast one, A.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
Three point five Top Stories, Top of the Hour, Good morning,
I'm Ellen k and La has past a sanctuary city ordnance,
and in the wake of Donald Trump's election as president,
the measure means the city law enforcement resources won't be
used to assist federal immigration authority. It does not bar
those federal agents from working in the city. And veterinarians
(10:06):
are sounding the alarm over super toxic Christmas decorations. It
could kill your pets. It's a matter of life and death.
Mistletoe is beloved by so many of us during the
holiday season. But before you deck your halls, consider the
threat that the decoration poses to your dog. Mistletoe berries
are super toxic. They can cause a heart attack and
even death for your pets, so it's paramount that the
(10:27):
plants are placed in areas out.
Speaker 1 (10:29):
Of reach to cats and dogs.
Speaker 2 (10:31):
And Delta is to begin the serving Shake Shack on flights.
They did a big deal so you the traveler will
soon be able to enjoy Shakeshacks Burgers on select Delta
flights beginning next month. Delta announced his new partnership with
the Fast Casual restaurant chain, which will be begin serving
those burgers on long haul or routes. If you got
a long flight coming up on Delta, you could be
(10:51):
having a burger in the sky and we love this.
The thirty fourth Housekeeping Olympics were held in Las Vegas, Excalibur,
luxur Men, La Bay, Bellagio, the Cosmo Park, MGM, MGM
Grand Teams from Resorts World and Sahara also joined the competition.
These are the challenges. A bed making race, a blindfolded
buffer pad tossed, a mop relay, vacuum relay, an executive challenge,
(11:15):
involving a toilet paper toss and an obstacle course on
a floor cleaner. In the end, Resort World took the
crown as the overall winner of the Housekeeping Olympics in Vegas.
They've been doing it for thirty four years. That was
pretty cool. And we do have a beautiful day on tap.
We're going to have some wind a little bit, but
a beautiful day weatherwise. We warm even more tomorrow and
(11:36):
Friday before the rain. This weekend, Glendale and Glendora up

you to Goo Goo Dolls at the Greek Keep it
here to win.
Speaker 9 (11:54):
It's the Lank Morning show.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
You guys give up?
Speaker 5 (11:57):
Oh yeah, thirsty for more?
Speaker 4 (12:00):
Oh marry Christmas?
Speaker 9 (12:02):
Post one oh three point five?
Speaker 4 (12:04):
Right to Ellen for advice because she's seen a thing
or two.
Speaker 7 (12:07):
She is Ellen.
Speaker 1 (12:11):
Ah right, y'all got a letter. This one is from Eve.
Speaker 2 (12:17):
It says, Dear Ellen, my husband manages a security firm
and all of his employees adore him. He's a charismatic guy,
and I love him very much. Eighteen years and I
thought we were going strong. A couple months ago, the
company teamed up with a new legal partner, and one
of the main attorneys is a gorgeous go getter. She's
(12:39):
beautiful and smart and very single. Here's the problem. I
found a Macy's receipt in my husband's wallet for Gucci Guilty,
my favorite perfume. He still hasn't given me the guilt,
the Guilty, the Gucci Guilty. But when I went to
the welcome mixer and met her, I caught a whiff
of my perfume.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
She was wearing Gucci Guilty. That's funny. She's a lawyer
and she's wearing Guilty.
Speaker 3 (13:04):
It's funny on a lot of levels. If this is
going where I think it's going.
Speaker 1 (13:07):
All right.
Speaker 2 (13:08):
At first, I brush it off, thinking maybe it was
a coincidence, or that she had the same taste and sense.
But as the evening went on, I couldn't shake the
feeling that something didn't add up. It's such a personal gift,
and I can't grasp why he choose to give it
to someone else. He lights up around this lady lawyer,
and I wanted to share it with you because I
want to know if I'm overreacting or if this could
(13:29):
be the start of a deeper relationship. I haven't brought
it up to him because I also don't want him
to know I went through his wallet. Maybe I've had
this nagging feeling longer than I thought. Eve hire a PI?
Speaker 1 (13:42):
Really?
Speaker 4 (13:42):
I would?
Speaker 1 (13:43):
Why not ask?
Speaker 4 (13:45):
How do you hire a PI? People say that all
the time. Yeah, are there? Is that just a thing
people do?
Speaker 15 (13:50):
Yes?
Speaker 5 (13:50):
My friend's dad is a PI?
Speaker 1 (13:52):
What really?
Speaker 3 (13:53):
Okay, Well, Ellen, do you know anyone that's ever hired
a private message?
Speaker 1 (13:57):
I do not, but if they exist, I mean they
do in the movies and TV, so I'm sure.
Speaker 7 (14:02):
My aunt asked me to be her PI, and I
just snuck on my uncle and found him.
Speaker 5 (14:08):
That stuff.
Speaker 1 (14:09):
Did she pay you?
Speaker 2 (14:10):
No?
Speaker 7 (14:10):
I was a teenager, and I just I was. I
took the camcorder, the old school camp cord.
Speaker 4 (14:15):
Like the one that goes on your shoulder.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
What was he doing?
Speaker 7 (14:18):
He was meeting up with somebody else that he wasn't
supposed to be meeting up with.
Speaker 5 (14:22):
Oh it was kind of fun.
Speaker 2 (14:26):
Well, okay, you could hire a pi, hire Darlene, or
you could ask him. You could say, look, I know
my scent, and I know she's wearing it, and I
know you bought it, and I know you didn't give
it to me.
Speaker 3 (14:40):
But then that goes back to her not wanting to
say that she saw the receipt.
Speaker 2 (14:44):
In this case, because she had that spidey sense, that intuition,
that female intuition. When she I think when that's sent
Gucci guilty. When she smelled that on the lady lawyer,
I think it sparked a lot of other things.
Speaker 7 (15:00):
How about doing it in front of both of them,
like when the husband and the girl are together.
Speaker 5 (15:06):
Oh, doesn't she smell just like me?
Speaker 8 (15:08):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (15:09):
Right?
Speaker 1 (15:09):
Who guilty that you're wearing?
Speaker 5 (15:11):
That's what I wear?
Speaker 11 (15:12):
You know what?
Speaker 3 (15:12):
It would be interesting if she bought her own bottle
and just set it on the kitchen counter or something
before dinner. Just see how he reacts when he sees it.
Ran Just look at his face when he looks at it.
Speaker 4 (15:21):
Really Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (15:24):
I mean, look, I think this guy. Usually you and
I splinter off on matters of these. Yeah, yeah, I
am with you on this. I think the guy's up
to no good.
Speaker 1 (15:32):
I do too, and I think that he needs to
be confronted.
Speaker 4 (15:34):
At this point.
Speaker 3 (15:35):
It's just the best way to confront him. It's not
if it's when and how.
Speaker 5 (15:38):
One less Christmas gift?
Speaker 1 (15:42):
Oh my god? What should Eve do?
Speaker 2 (15:43):
And have you ever been in this situation where your
radar went off? You were like, okay, this one. It
was the scent that set it off.
Speaker 4 (15:52):
And she saw the receipt and she didn't get the
pre filmed.
Speaker 1 (15:57):
Dumb.
Speaker 2 (16:00):
I wonder if she didn't see the receipt, if she
still would have suspected.
Speaker 3 (16:03):
No, the receipt pushed her. No, that's it. That's a twofer.
You get the one plus one equals truth.
Speaker 9 (16:11):
Cutjie Kuilty, it's the Lank Morning Show.
Speaker 15 (16:14):
You have such wonderful laughter, entertainment positivity. Just want to
say how great everyone is there that makes the ellen

today than any other day of the week. What is
it you're more likely to do this today Wednesday than

Speaker 2 (18:45):
Hi Barbara, Happy Wednesday, Ellen.
Speaker 1 (18:48):
Happy Wednesday to you.
Speaker 2 (18:49):
What is it that you're more likely to do today
than any other day of the week.
Speaker 11 (18:54):
I would say call in sick, ah.
Speaker 2 (18:56):
Calin sick, because Wednesday isn't a suspicious day like a
day or Monday. Yeah, Wednesday is just it's just a
loner day where no one would ever second guess you.
Speaker 4 (19:07):
But I like it as a as a move because
then you split the week.
Speaker 3 (19:10):
You're only working, you know, two days here off two days.

Speaker 1 (21:15):
So we read your letters to Ellen.
Speaker 2 (21:17):
We got one from Eve and Eve said that she
smelled her perfume on another woman that her husband now
works with a new legal partner or a security firm.
It's called Gucci guilty, and she also saw the receipt
in her husband's wallet.
Speaker 1 (21:35):
She wears it.
Speaker 2 (21:36):
He hasn't given it to her. She's smelled it on
another woman at the mixer. So my husband left this
talk back.
Speaker 6 (21:44):
I told Ellen before she left the house that poor
guy probably just bought a Christmas present.
Speaker 1 (21:49):
I mean we you know, yeah, yeah, but for who.
Speaker 4 (21:55):
Roy does raise a good point?
Speaker 1 (21:57):
You give another woman a fragrance, that's pretty intimate.
Speaker 2 (22:03):
Mordred calls coming up. Eight hundred and ninet two nine kost.
Speaker 9 (22:10):
It's the LK Morning Show.

you are being fed, you'll be able to just start again.
It's in a testing phase right now, but the offer
after the first year, or after the first of the year,
it will be available to us all. And the Cleveland
(22:43):
Cavaliers on Beaten Street came to an end last night.
Speaker 1 (22:45):
After fifteen straight wins.
Speaker 2 (22:46):
They fell to the Celtics, still nothing will ever compare
to the lakers thirty three game undefeated run back in
nineteen seventy two. The Lakers won last night by the way,
beating the Jazz at Crypto. They are just a half
game away off the lead in the West. But the
real story is from Dalton Connect. It wasn't Connect four
(23:07):
last night, but Connect nine. Dalton Connect scored a career
high thirty seven points and tied an NBA rookie record
with nine three pointers and the win over the Jazz.
So Connect was the seventeenth round draft pick. Lebron in
the locker room offered his thoughts on how the Lakers
were able to land Connect.
Speaker 10 (23:28):
They didn't find k the other sixteen ten it up?
Did anybody watch them?
Speaker 1 (23:37):
It just didn't up.
Speaker 2 (23:40):
And they're happy to have such a great rookie on
the Lakers beating the Jazz all right.
Speaker 1 (23:44):
And big Cat news.
Speaker 2 (23:45):
First responders here in Socow rescued a cat that got
chased up a tree by a dog, but not just
any cat. It was a mountain lion. They sedated it,
got it down and released it back into the wild.
Speaker 1 (23:55):
And the bomb cyclone is coming.
Speaker 2 (23:57):
It's a term used by weather enthusiasts to describe a
process that meteorologists usually called bombo genesis. It's the rapid
intensification of a cyclone in a short period of time,
just a lot of rain. We're gonna have some experts
coming on to tell you more about it. When we
should expect to get it. Most are saying by Saturday afternoon.
But today a beautiful day. We have sunny and seventy

Energy drinks. It's KOST Los Angeles Coast one oh three
point five more four packs to a party coming up.
Speaker 9 (24:27):

say how great everyone is there that makes the ellen
K Show on coast the beast station in the US.

step into Christmas, Step into the l and K Morning Show.
Speaker 1 (24:47):
Thanks for having us on all night.
Speaker 2 (24:50):
It's a Wednesday, and every Wednesday we read your letters
to Ellen.
Speaker 4 (24:54):
Right to Ellen for advice, because she's seen a thing
or two.
Speaker 14 (24:57):
She is Ellen.
Speaker 1 (25:00):
All right, you guys. We had a letter from Eve.
Speaker 2 (25:02):
Dear Ellen, my husband manages a security firm, and all
of his employees adore him, and he's a charismatic guy.
I love him very much. Eighteen years I thought we
were going strong.
Speaker 1 (25:15):
I thought.
Speaker 2 (25:19):
A couple of months ago, the company teamed up with
a new legal partner and one of the main attorneys
is a gorgeous go getter.
Speaker 1 (25:25):
She's beautiful and smart and very single. Here's the problem.
Speaker 2 (25:28):
I found a Macy's receipt in my husband's wallet for
Gucci Guilty, my favorite perfume. He still hasn't given it
to me, but when I went to the welcome mixer
and met her, I caught a whiff of my perfume.
She was wearing Gucci Guilty, and I think that's when
the alarm bells went off.
Speaker 1 (25:46):
The receipt in the wallet, she's wearing it. Where's my bottle?
Speaker 3 (25:54):
I mean, your husband did just leave us a talk
back saying that this could have just been a gift
for Christmas coming.
Speaker 1 (26:01):
Well, listen to this, Eve says.
Speaker 2 (26:03):
At first, I brush it off, thinking maybe it was
a coincidence or that she had the same taste and sense.
But as the evening went on, I couldn't shake the
feeling that something was off. It's such a personal gift.
I can't grasp why he would give it to her.
He lights up around this lady lawyer, and I want
to share with you because I want to know if
I'm overreacting or if this could be the start of
(26:23):
a deeper relationship. I haven't brought it up to him
because I also don't want him to know I went
through his wallet. Maybe I've had this nagging feeling all along. Ryan,
you had a really good suggestion that a lot of
people are agreeing with.
Speaker 1 (26:36):
Oh.
Speaker 3 (26:37):
I think she should just set a bottle of this
on the table next time they sit down to have dinner.
Speaker 4 (26:41):
Just watch his face when he looks at it. I
don't know.
Speaker 3 (26:46):
There's some clever ways to go about pursuing this avenue.
Speaker 2 (26:49):
So he manages a security firm. They are the new
legal partner. She's this lady lawyer, and I think I
love that. It's Gucci guilty. But I'll thank you for calling.
We've asked you to help Eve. What do you think
you should do?
Speaker 13 (27:05):
The best decision that she can make is going with
her instincts, and whatever decision that may be, it's something
that she can be able to live with. Moving forward,
you know. Yeah, but whatever her heart tells her to do,
that's what she shall ultimately do. Because I can tell
her to do something else, But what if that's not
(27:25):
what he wants to do?
Speaker 2 (27:27):
You know, have you ever been in a suspicious relationship?
Speaker 13 (27:31):
I mean, I've been in a lot of crazy relationships,
so I've always learned go with my instincts. Okay, I'm
gonna tell you every time I've what with my instinct
I might not understand at the moment, but a month
or sometimes three months, or whatever the case may be,
you end up looking back and say I made the
right choice. Yeah, because I listen to my instincts, and
(27:53):
that's the best advice I can give her.
Speaker 1 (27:55):
A feelings yeah because no, yeah, no, because sometimes when
you feel a certain thing, you don't just.
Speaker 13 (28:02):
Feel it for no reason.
Speaker 1 (28:04):
That's true, And we are not in eave skin. We
don't know.
Speaker 2 (28:07):
There could be other subtleties at home, but I think
that a receipt in a wallet is it's pretty much
hard evidence she didn't get the bottle yet.
Speaker 1 (28:20):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (28:21):
I don't know she's getting the bottle, Okay, Gucci guilty.
I think something's up.
Speaker 3 (28:29):
I do too, and I normally don't agree with you
on this. I do think something's up, but I do
think there's another side to consider that it could not.
It could just be a coincidence.
Speaker 2 (28:37):
Female intuition is so strong. Yeah, we get the tinkles.
Speaker 4 (28:42):
Yeah, why don't men have that? Mine is broken? Mine
is just limp.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
Do you have it?
Speaker 8 (28:48):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (28:49):
I think you know.
Speaker 1 (28:50):
You know when something's not right and you get that
that feeling.
Speaker 4 (28:54):
Yeah, give me.
Speaker 3 (28:55):
Some of that, because I've just made one mistake after
the next.
Speaker 4 (28:58):
I got nothing.
Speaker 1 (28:59):
Just maybe you should write a letter down.
Speaker 9 (29:03):
The feel good way to start your days.
Speaker 3 (29:05):
Love listening to them.
Speaker 1 (29:06):
I think it's super funny. Loveday, brighten up my day,

Speaker 1 (29:30):
Where do you work? Do you want to say? Yes?
Speaker 11 (29:32):
I sure do. I worked for the best chiropractic office
in San Marino.
Speaker 1 (29:36):
Well, let's hear the name.
Speaker 11 (29:38):
Geo chiropractice, doctor Mike and doctor Orlowski.
Speaker 1 (29:42):
Nice. Well, good for you.
Speaker 2 (29:44):
I'm glad you love what you do. I did something
really bad with Chris Martin. We stood back to back
and bent over to crack each other's backs, and I
got so many complaints from chiropractors.
Speaker 11 (29:55):
Oh oh, well, we're the best one in the area,
so you're not that far from us.
Speaker 3 (30:00):
So yeah, I.
Speaker 1 (30:01):
Probably should have said Chris Martin after that.
Speaker 11 (30:03):
You should have sentiments.
Speaker 2 (30:05):
Absolutely anyway, when pop pop pop pop pop both of
our spines, and you're probably used to that.
Speaker 11 (30:13):
I'm used to that absolutely. And you're a fellow cub too, like.
Speaker 2 (30:17):
My son, Oh loyala yay.
Speaker 1 (30:22):
What's his name?
Speaker 11 (30:24):
His name is Andrew.
Speaker 1 (30:25):
Oh nice.
Speaker 2 (30:27):
Well, we could talk to you all day. We just
want you to know that you got a four pack

Speaker 11 (30:33):

Speaker 1 (30:37):
Thanks for having us on at work.
Speaker 11 (30:39):
Absolutely, you have a great day, Ellen and your whole team.
I love you all.
Speaker 2 (30:43):
Well, we love you back, and thanks for having us
on at work. And there are more four packs where
that came from twenty after every single hour we give
them to you.
Speaker 14 (30:54):
Chris wicking you up with your favorite holiday music. The
Ellen came show.
Speaker 2 (31:02):
Farm and as we were starting our show this morning
early Harry Styles, Saint Malik Nile Horan, We're showing up
for the funeral of Liam Payne, and.
Speaker 1 (31:16):
It just felt so unreal.
Speaker 2 (31:19):
His casket and a horse drawn buggy in the glass
and lots of flowers and bowling pins like strike in flowers.
Family friends, James Cordon, Simon Cowell, his girlfriend Kate, his
(31:40):
former girlfriends, I mean just all of his friends came
out in England for his funeral to lay him to rest.
So he did a beautiful holiday song, Liam Payne, You're
gone too soon at thirty one. But here's all I
want for Christmas. Liam, rest easy.
Speaker 1 (32:00):
It's coast one of three point five.
Speaker 9 (32:04):
Tell me where did we go wrong?
Speaker 6 (32:07):
We shall be singing Christmas Souls instead of shouting.
Speaker 1 (32:12):
On at all like we do we get fighting in
the street. We shall be home, rept in the sheet,
put in bres and so underneath the tree.
Speaker 9 (32:27):
It's the ellen Ky Morning Show.
Speaker 7 (32:29):
You guys are great to listen to.
Speaker 9 (32:31):
Greet energy Coast one O three point five.
Speaker 1 (32:33):
All right, your letter to Ellen. It came from Eve.
Speaker 2 (32:37):
She bout a receipt in her husband's wallet for Gucci Guilty,
her favorite.
Speaker 1 (32:42):
Perfume, but she still hasn't received the bottle.
Speaker 2 (32:46):
However, there's a new lady lawyer that he seems to
light up around that is affiliated with his company, and
at a mixer recently, she met the lady lawyer and
smelled Gucci Guilty on her.
Speaker 1 (33:01):
So what should she do? Ryan had a great idea.
Speaker 3 (33:05):
I think you just, you know, get your own bottle
of Gucci Guilty, set it on the kitchen table and
call him down and say dinner's ready.
Speaker 4 (33:12):
Babe, and just see what he see how he looks.
Speaker 3 (33:14):
You can tell my someone's eyes real quick when they
when they see something that they don't want to see.
Speaker 2 (33:19):
Yep, and they'd be that awkward silence, and she'd said, where's
my bottle?
Speaker 1 (33:24):
And then they'd have to talk about it. But a
confrontation is needed. I do believe.
Speaker 2 (33:30):
My husband says it could just be a gift for
Eve that he's holding onto for the holidays.
Speaker 4 (33:34):
He's not wrong. It could be.
Speaker 2 (33:36):
It could be, But all of her senses went off
at the same time.
Speaker 1 (33:40):
And I just think a woman knows if.
Speaker 7 (33:42):
Your senses are going off. Every every girl has a
girlfriend that is basically a PI. And I would ask
my friend to help me do some deep digging.
Speaker 1 (33:52):
Darlene, you were asked to be a PI once.
Speaker 5 (33:54):
Mm hmm.
Speaker 7 (33:55):
I basically sneaked up on my uncle, who my aunt
thought was messing around, and I took the camcorder and
I recorded him meeting up with somebody he shouldn't have been.
Speaker 5 (34:08):
Meeting up with.
Speaker 1 (34:09):
And then did that end their marriage? It was over
way before, but like that was the evidence.
Speaker 4 (34:15):
She needed evidence, So you delivered her a VHS tape.
Speaker 7 (34:19):
I had just started driving, and so she was like,
can you help me? And she didn't want my mom to.
Speaker 5 (34:28):
Know, and so you know, I did it. I actually
was kind.
Speaker 7 (34:32):
Of excited to do it and got the proof, sent
it back and nobody knew who.
Speaker 5 (34:40):
Recorded, right, Yeah, yeah, there you go.
Speaker 7 (34:45):
I even Army crawled through the bushes to get a
good shot. I forgot about that until now.
Speaker 1 (34:55):
Well, Patty left us to talk.
Speaker 8 (34:58):
So I would tell that girl about her husband and
the attorney working with him. I would have gone up
turned been sweet as pie and nice and kissed her
you know what, and said, Wow, I wear that same cologne,
don't you love it?
Speaker 1 (35:14):
And I would have made her feel so guilty in.
Speaker 8 (35:17):
Him too, and I would have been nice as pie,
and that would have been the end of it.
Speaker 7 (35:23):
Right.
Speaker 1 (35:24):
It's called gilt.
Speaker 3 (35:25):
Yeah, and they're darling with her night vision goggles on camouflage.
Speaker 9 (35:31):
It's the L and K Morning Shell.
Speaker 11 (35:33):

back to the you know, my seat in the back.
One of the flight attendants asked her, would you like
champagne or orange juice?
Speaker 1 (36:14):
And she says sparkling why and.
Speaker 4 (36:18):
That earthed kid.
Speaker 1 (36:19):
Boys. I was like, wow, her voice sounds.
Speaker 2 (36:22):
Just like when she sings, and it just filled the airplane.
Oh wow, all right, So we're the on K Warning Show.
And our letter from Eve today about Gucci Guilty the scent.
She smelled it on a new affiliate of her husband,
and she got the I don't know, she got the
feeling that something more is going on because she also
(36:43):
found a receipt in his wallet for Gucci Guilty. He
bought it at Macy's but never gave it to what
so who has the bottle?
Speaker 1 (36:54):
Well, Clara, thank you for colling. What do you think?
Speaker 12 (36:57):
Well, I would look at the seat the receipt. Was
it before the mixer or after?
Speaker 2 (37:04):
Well it was before she found the receipt that was
dated before the mixer.
Speaker 12 (37:10):
Well, she should just casually bring up all I noticed,
you know, the new lawyer words the same perfum as
I do. What a cliptid?
Speaker 4 (37:18):
Oh that's good.
Speaker 1 (37:19):
Yeah, she has to say or do something.
Speaker 4 (37:23):
I like that, though, Claire almost a little passive aggressive.
Speaker 5 (37:25):
What a coincidence?
Speaker 12 (37:29):
No, I mean because you know, like everyone else is
saying it could be a Christmas gift and then she
really blew with it, you know, But I would just say, hey,
I noticed, keive it at that.
Speaker 5 (37:41):
What guy shops this early for Christmas gifts?
Speaker 1 (37:44):
Oh? Dark?
Speaker 8 (37:45):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (37:45):
Good point, very true.
Speaker 16 (37:47):
They always wait till the last Detective Detective Dark, great idea,
Thank you for calling.

Christmas Tree will come from a farm hit by Hurricane Helene.
Speaker 2 (38:40):
A North Carolina farm hit by the hurricane is set
to provide the White House with a huge, beautiful Christmas
tree this holiday season. Cartner's Christmas Tree Farm, located in
North Carolina, faced severe challenges after the storm unleashed its
destructive mudslides, taken out thousands of trees and leaving the landscapes.
(39:00):
But this is a huge twenty foot Frasier fur. It
is journeying to Washington right now on a flatbed. It
weighs five hundred pounds it's twenty five years old. That
White House Christmas Tree unveiling will be on CBS. I'll
be your voice.

All right? What about this?
Speaker 2 (39:20):
The now infamous Alec Baldwin movie Russ premier tonight at
a film festival in Poland. Given what happened, will people
want to see it? The answer seems to be a
resounding yes. When tickets went on sale yesterday, the website crashed.
We'll have critic reaction tomorrow after the first folks do
view it. And new emojis out this year, if you
update your iPhone you get them. Still no Nutcracker, but
(39:42):
we do have a ballerina dancer, a yetti, a treasure
chest full of jewels, sliding rocks, and Adam spinning and
it looks like a shamoo oh yeah, plus an Apple Core.
So yeah, we keep getting these. We're going to get
one hundred and thirty five new emojis in total. And
what about this the latest dating trend? Are you being throned?
(40:05):
The new slang term essentially means dating someone who boosts
your social status, and nearly thirty percent of all single
people I've been using it as a leg up the hierarchy.
According to all kinds of dating apps like Plenty of Fish,
they say that it's nothing new. But if you date
someone that can elevate you in life, but that is throning,
doesn't mean you'll stay with them, but you you kind
(40:28):
of take the.
Speaker 1 (40:28):
Throne next to them.
Speaker 2 (40:29):
And a beautiful day weatherwise on tap for the Southland,

Speaker 1 (41:36):
Yeah, yeah, there's nothing like it. Just I don't know.
It just feels so good. You know what else feels good?
Giving you a four pack to our private holiday party.
You win.
Speaker 9 (41:44):
I am very excited about that.
Speaker 13 (41:46):

Speaker 12 (41:49):

Carrie Steele in the two o'clock hour has details on
where you can enter it Smart and final, Chris.
Speaker 9 (42:00):
It's the L and K Morning Show.
Speaker 2 (42:02):

Speaker 11 (42:04):
You make my day, You make my morning and I

Speaker 1 (42:10):
We're the L and K Morning Show.
Speaker 2 (42:11):
Happy birthday to you if you are celebrating today, well
those holiday time birthdays, and we want to say to
your daughter Darlene Bella, turning seventeen today, Happy birthday, Bella.
Speaker 7 (42:27):
I have a good version of PTSD on this day, Yes,
because she's my first child, and I go back in
time seventeen years ago, and I feel like everything that
I felt.
Speaker 1 (42:42):
That day, Oh my God, like it's happening like she was.
Speaker 7 (42:46):
Born at four thirty five in the morning. So at
this time seventeen years ago, I was in the recovery room.
My husband walked over to me. It was probably exactly
at this time. Yeah, and up until this point we
never knew that there would be anything wrong or anything
going on right, because everything was always so great during
(43:07):
my pregnancy.
Speaker 5 (43:08):
But he came and told me that the.
Speaker 7 (43:10):
Doctor observed, he observed that her characteristics showed signs of
down syndrome. So he actually said the technical term, because
that's my husband.
Speaker 5 (43:24):
He said.
Speaker 7 (43:25):
The doctor's saying something about she might have tried me
twenty one and that summer I had taken a biology course,
so I knew exactly what he meant. I knew he
meant down syndrome. And even though I was groggy and
I was drugged up from having a C section, I
like snapped up and my adrenaline kicked in even more,
and I said, do you mean, she has down syndrome, Like,
(43:47):
what do you mean? And we had to wait ten
days for the lab results to come back, but we
were so scared. And Bella's been such a blessing. She
opened our eyes and our hearts to a whole other world.
And so I'm just so proud to be her mom.
(44:09):
And this is what I mean when I say I
get PTSD in the best way.
Speaker 2 (44:14):
You've done such a great job and you'll continue doing that.
Speaker 1 (44:17):
You Bella. Bella chose you and Alex, and she chose
the best parents.
Speaker 3 (44:22):
And not only have you done a great job for Bella,
dar but for others.
Speaker 7 (44:29):
It's all because of her. I never knew this life
was possible, but yeah, but it is. And that's what
we have to remember, is even when you get some
devastating news, because you never want to hear anything about
anything being wrong with your child or a different type
of life, right, but you open your eyes because you'll
do anything for your child, anything, and you realize that
(44:53):
there's still so much hope and so much more to
learn from these experiences.
Speaker 5 (44:59):
So that's all.
Speaker 7 (45:01):
Oh my gosh, happy birthday, fella, my.
Speaker 9 (45:04):
Queen, It's the lank morning show.
Speaker 15 (45:07):
You have such wonderful laughter and entertainment positivity. Just want
to say how great everyone is there that makes the
ellen k Show on Coast the beast station in the
US to listen.
Speaker 9 (45:19):

one of three point five.
Speaker 2 (45:25):
Thanks for spending your morning with us. Carrie Steele is next.
She has more of your four packs. Just remember twenty

Speaker 2 (45:42):

Speaker 4 (46:09):
I don't know what else she's got to give. It's
not like there's Carton finally one.
Speaker 5 (46:13):
We can do it again. We need lots of repetition.
Speaker 2 (46:17):
Okay, give you more like what oh boy, I get
emails from our bosses.
Speaker 1 (46:31):
I'll say that's not that.
Speaker 2 (46:34):
Oh gosh, Okay, well, we just want you there and
we want to say thank you so much to the
Turnk family. Panda In is reopened in Pasadena, and this
is the restaurant, the original restaurant they gave birth to
every Panda Express location. They reopened for business in Pasadena.
The Panda In, founded in nineteen seventy three, has been
(46:56):
closed for two years during lengthy renovations, and the Trunk
family said everything is new, from the artwork to the menu,
and it's all paying homage to their hometown in China.
We just want to shout them up because this amazing
family has donated more than four one hundred million dollars
to CCHLA through their Pandicarris Foundation. They just give and
give and give and give, and they round up your
(47:18):
Panda Express bill if you say yes, and then all
of that money to the tune of four hundred mill
that's just astonishing. So we have to go visit the
Panda end together and celebrate and if you're in the neighborhood,
drop into the Panda In and just know that they
are doing good. Okay, Well, we end every show with
a quote and a kiss, and today is not happy
(47:43):
National Child's Day, and your child is celebrating her seventeenth birthday.
Speaker 5 (47:47):
Oh, happy birthday, Bella.
Speaker 7 (47:48):
Her class took her to breakfast right now at the
Iron Skillet, and I'm sure she's getting the Ontario Airport.
It's a huge platter with everything that you would want
for breakfast.
Speaker 1 (47:57):
It's called the un that's the name of the desk.
Speaker 5 (48:00):
Yes, we love going there. It is so good.
Speaker 1 (48:05):
Happy birthday, Bella.
Speaker 2 (48:07):
Oh boy, well, Walt Disney said this. That's the real
trouble with the world. Too many people grow up.
Speaker 1 (48:15):
That's so true. All right, Happy child's day. Kiss on three,
kiss on me three.
Speaker 4 (48:27):
The snows come up. I'm watching a love so poor.
Speaker 15 (48:38):
Lad.
Speaker 8 (48:38):
Please
