It's Free Comedy Friday and today we welcomed in Craig Robinson to the studio to talk with us!

it was gonna be a great freecomedy Friday today when we saw that our
guy Craig Robinson is back in town. He's performing at the American Comedy Company
this weekend, a couple of showstonight, a couple of shows tomorrow night.

I have not been drinking, andI doting fasting and I'm watching what I

And it kind of shocked me thatin twenty twenty for Steve Carrell wasn't the

their bro. And then we weretalking, is do you think he'd be

Now, Craig, I've noticed recentlythat you've sort of been into watching women's

sports. It's kind of been yourthing lately, women's looking at your brows
or women's college basketball. The wn b A is like red hot right

the fever Okaye and I having tobe in Indianapolis and and you know,

but they would you know, everythingelse was they would fall on floor.

I was. I was watching TVtwo days ago and I knew you

on with Will Farrell. He's boundingdown, so I'm not kidding you,
and I'm not kidding. I'm watchingthe YouTube video of Will Farrell making you
guys laugh talking about all the wayDown as Plows, which is one of
the funniest things ever. And thenwhile on TV was Pineapple Express, and
then The Office was on and HotTough Time Machine. So I'm like,

Craig is getting those residuals right now. You just have four screens the same
time. It's what I'm saying,Comedy Central trying at your career, get

a little much. One of thethings I love about a Craig show is
you're getting multifaceted Craig. A lotof times you got you got comedy,
you got music, you got audienceparticipation. Well probably, but thinking about
the musical stuff, because I rememberone time you came in You've actually brought
your keyboard and you were just Ilove that playing playing the keys man.

It was great. When did youget started with that? And the womb
My mother played really so she wouldbe playing for us. So did she
teach you? And she taught us? And then we had you know,
teachers and stuff. Okay, butyeah, it was like I came out
singing on a keyboard with the soul. That's good. So did you did
you ever like do any other instrumentsor we just keyboards mainly keyboard okay,

dabbled in others and try to doothers. You know, I can keep
a beat on the drums. Really, there's no way you know what I'm
saying. But no, it's allso if nobody's ever seen Craig Robinsons show,
like talk about that aspect of it, because you're doing songs and everything,
right, Yeah, that's that's asong. The songs. There's a
song, there's songs. There's ahuge musical element to it. It's an

like a reverse forced karaoke, itreally is. Yeah. The first time
I ever went to your show,I wasn't I don't think. You came
in and I just happened to besitting in the front row. It was
at the Comedy Company, and youwere mocking me because I was really out
of rhythm with everyone and you wereand then you had me come on stage

and you played like the slow motionChariots of Fire music. You had me
walk across the stage really slow.It was so it was really funny.
That started to upset with me.When I started, I just thought this
is I wasn't I didn't have itall recorded. He just video nonstop's on

fantastic. Honestly. Good luck gettinga ticket though. These shows are sold
out, so it was great seeingyou, Craig. I'm so happy you
