Speaker 2 (00:15):
There is so much good news out there.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
If you, like me, want to see Donald Trump get
a second term, and if you like me, understand that
it is absolutely vital to the future of this nation
that Kamala Harris not be president. Eight y five for
zero five two five five the number text d A
N five seven seven three nine in the Texter's hummin already,
So we do enjoy that.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
And no, how could you not be right? I mean,
think about it?

Speaker 1 (00:40):
At twenty two days left until an election of this magnitude,
oh my goodness, and so much going on and as always,
and it's an issue in you know, in and of itself.
How does Colorado just always end up being kind of
the center of the universe? Will start with that sound today.
This is Martha radtits son ABC over the weekend taking

(01:02):
on JD Vance and she went to these bizarre links
to try to downplay the truth of what's happening in
Aurora and JD. Vance wants again just stunningly impressive in
how he handled it.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
The incidents were limited to a handful of apartment conflex
apartment complexes, and the mayor said, our dedicated police officers
have acted on those concerns a handful of problems.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
Only, Martha, do you hear yourself? Only a handful of
apartment complexes in America were taken over by Venezuelan gangs.
And Donald Trump is the problem and not Kamala Harris's
open border. Americans are so fed up with what's going on,
and they have every right to be. And I really
find this exchange, Martha is sort of interesting because you

(01:51):
seem to be more focused with nitpicking everything that Donald
Trump has said, rather than acknowledging that apartment complexes in
the United States dates of America are being taken over
by violent games. I worry so much more about that
problem than anything else here. We've got to get American
communities in a safe space again. And unfortunately, when you

(02:12):
let people in by the millions, most of whom are unvetted,
most of whom you don't know who they really are,
you're going to have problems like this Kamala Harris ninety
four executive orders that undid Donald Trump's successful border policies.
We knew this stuff would happen. That's ragged about opening
the border, and now we have the consequences and we're
living with it.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
We can do so much better.

Speaker 4 (02:34):
But frankly, we're not going to do better, Martha unless
Donald Trump calls this stuff out.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
I'm glad that you think about how preposterous that is.
And listen, this isn't on some local, this is ABC National.
Martha rattits. She is a veteran and at times, hey,
she has challenged, you know, Democrats about Harris, to her credit,
But think about it. I'm so glad JD put it
that way, Martha. Listen to yourself. Oh, it's only a

(02:59):
few apart and complexes in America taken over by Venezuelan gangs. No,
it can't be any And here's why. It's the broken
windows theory. You cannot allow this to become the new normal.
You can't allow it to happen even once anywhere, let
alone three in one city. And my goodness, does anybody

(03:20):
know somebody high up in the Trump campaign. I got
to get him this sound because everybody's talking now nationally
about the.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
Mayor of Aurora says this. The Mayor of Aurora.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
Says that, wait a second, we have sound from the
Mayor of Aurora, who I respect a great deal, on
this show, saying there are entire blocks they have lost
control of and tried it and have to take back
entire blocks. They have lost control of an Aurora and
have to take back.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
Now.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
Mayor Kaufman said later he wasn't referring to that being
a Venezuelan gang issue, those blocks that have been lost,
that that's a different issue. But I think, I think
anytime you have a city where and you know you
have tremendous law enforcement officers there, you have Merrik Kaufman,
you know he's former military, served in combat zones. You know,
when when entire blocks are lost the city has lost

(04:10):
control of them, there are enormous problems.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
Right.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
So for Martha Raddits to commit as oh it's only
two or three apartment complexes, that confirms for you how
badly this is hurting the Democrats. How wise President Trump
laws to come to Aurora, Colorado on Friday. I don't
care if it's the gaylord or if he goes to
Whispering Pines or whatever they call it. The fact he
came to Aurora, Colorado, and he talked about that an

(04:36):
eighty twenty should be ninety ten.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
Issue in America.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
It should be one hundred zero that we cannot have
a single apartment complex anywhere in America taken over by
a Venezuelan gang or any other gang. Right shouldn't all
of us as Americans be able to agree on that.
And it's a very worrisome.

Speaker 2 (04:52):
Sign when that happens.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
And the Democrats know this is deadly for them because
it's all directly traceable to the hair Biden decision to
open that southern border. That's why they're so terrified of
this that even smart people like Martha Raddits say stupid
stuff like that, Oh, it's only two or three apartment complexes,
So great job, JD. Which brings us to another issue

(05:14):
of the day, a late breaking story today.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
Multiple media reports.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Now that Biden has warned to run that an attack
on Trump is an active war and that's the way
it should be.

Speaker 2 (05:26):
That should have happened a.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
Very long time ago, and we don't have any evidence
that had happened a very long time ago. The administration
acknowledged a long time ago that Iran has been actively
trying to kill Trump, and that the administration knew that
before Butler Pennsylvania yet still did not protect Trump. And
Butler Pennsylvania still did not protect Trump the way it

(05:48):
should have. At Mara a Lago when that other assassin
almost got him. It was the great work of a
single Secret Service agent that thwarted that. And so here's
my question, why hasn't the administration at this point granted
Trump's request to give him access to military aircraft with

(06:08):
anti missile capability for the rest of this campaign. Now,
maybe it's happened and we just don't know. And if
that's the case, hey, great, that makes sense, right, any
type of security measure like that you want to keep
under reps as much as you can. But it better
have happened, because there's no conceivable justification for denying it

(06:30):
other than a political on omg. If we give Trump
military aircraft, then that boost his standing and his stature.
And how can we be saying he's this threat to
democracy and everything else if we're giving him this kind
of presidential level security. But that would not be a
valid excuse. You talk about a threat to democracy. Yeah,

(06:52):
this clear, present danger, imminent threat that a state sponsored
enemy or anybody is going to be able to kill
the leading candidate for president in the United States.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
That's a real threat to democracy.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
So if this administration is not granted Trump's request for
military aircraft with anti missile capability to travel in, then
that tells you everything you need to know about this administration.
If you think I'm wrong about that, let me know aight,
five to five for zero five A two five to five.
I see no flaw whatsoever in that logic of mind.
You can text Dan five seven seven three nine Ryan.

(07:29):
What message would it send to any reasonable, fair minded
person if the administration, at this point, after admitting Iran's
trying to kill Trump, denied Trump's request for military aircraft.

Speaker 5 (07:42):
I'm still backtracking a little bit as to why it
took this long for Biden to issue such a stance
against Iran.

Speaker 2 (07:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (07:49):
I think if he goes back on any security request
having now acknowledged that, yes, Iran is trying to assassinate
a major candidate for president, then it would look entirely hypocritical.
Not that Joe Biden hasn't done that in the past.
But I have to believe this is a signal that
he will grant such a request.

Speaker 2 (08:07):
Yeah. No, I'm with you on that.

Speaker 1 (08:09):
And if he doesn't, that is a signal of something else. Right,
That's a signal that he knows and recognizes that Trump
is in imminent danger of being killed by Iran, but
has made a conscious, deliberate decision not to give Trump
the security he needs.

Speaker 2 (08:27):
Yeah, so let's see.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
Let's hope, Dan says, a Texter Kaufman is a typical
Colorado Republican. The only principle they have is the principle
of losing. That's interesting because he won. He's won a lot,
and he won the mayor's race in Aurora, which is
why we're talking about him as mayor of Aurora. Dan,
did you hear in the Tucker and her Meat interview
that someone requested Kamala's time records as San Francisco die

(08:50):
She worked one day, over eight hours and three years.
Kamala would be a part time president like Biden. That
from Alexa. You know what's interesting, and we'll talk about
it in a bit, is there's all this press out
there right now about Democrats worried about Kamala's light schedule
because Trump, and we've seen it as a great closer
in sixteen and twenty. The man is incredible. He's a horse.

(09:11):
He's just everywhere every day, multiple swing states a day,
and he's going to keep that pace through election day.
And Kamala Harris, there was a piece today at was
it Politico something like that where her typical day now
in terms of public events, is starting at four point
thirty and Trump's probably been to two swing states already.
So what does that tell you, Dan? Turn out the lights.

(09:35):
The party's over. When SNL is making fun of Harris
and Biden Trump.

Speaker 2 (09:39):
For the win.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
When we come back, we'll play the latest SNL and
the texture is of course correct there once again making
fun of Harris.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
Truly a good sign eight.

Speaker 1 (09:47):
Five forour zero five A two five to five Hidi
Ganal at four point thirty six here on the Dan
Capla Show.

Speaker 6 (09:55):
And now back to the Dan Kapla Show podcast.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
Apartment VP Harris, Steve Look, I was raised in a
middle class family.

Speaker 6 (10:07):
All right, Oh here we go.

Speaker 2 (10:08):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (10:09):
My mother raised my sister me, all right, she worked
hard and saved up yeah huh, and we had a
second mother too.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
Okay, did that mother have a global compartment?

Speaker 3 (10:20):
A small business owner named miss Shelton. Okay, we got
that something that you keep in your local apartment.

Speaker 2 (10:26):
Oh a glock? See if a big ol' block?

Speaker 3 (10:29):
Oh oh samp okay, so you stamped like that?

Speaker 7 (10:35):
All right?

Speaker 3 (10:36):
Show me the blip blacket, all right?

Speaker 8 (10:41):
Number two answer, the Democrats was controlling the board.

Speaker 2 (10:44):
Let yeahs Texter said.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
When SNL is mocking Harris, you know it's all over
and it's like two or three weeks in a row
for them. So good to see eight five five for
zero five two five five takes d a.

Speaker 2 (10:56):
N five seven seven three nine.

Speaker 1 (10:59):
And you know, Democrats just can't let Trump's appearance in
Aurora and talking about Aurora goo. The reason for that
is they know it's killing them because most Americans have
seen that video of Trenda Aragua taking over that apartment
complex in Aurora, or at the very least on that
video forcibly entering apartments, etc. Giving great weight to that story.

(11:22):
And that's had a real impact, right that. That's one
reason to board one of many The border is top
priority for many many voters. So here's President Trump going
directly after going directly after police Friday afternoon in Aurora,
Colorado at the Gaylord.

Speaker 9 (11:39):
They took over complexes, and they have a radical left
governor who's petrified. He doesn't want anything to do with it.
He's afraid. He's chicken.

Speaker 2 (11:51):
Okay, he's afraid. Yeah, it's really remarkable.

Speaker 1 (11:59):
I don't think we've seen an American governor act the
way Polis has. And when you go back to the
attack on downtown Denver, the takeover of downtown Denver by
lawless mobs following the killing of George Floyd, what did
you see. I don't know, Ryan, that we've ever seen
another American governor maybe one hundred and fifty years ago

(12:21):
or something, but not that I know of flee and
disappear for days, which is what Polis did during that
assault on Denver, during that takeover of Denver, as the
capital was desecrated and then desecrated from mouths, he just
as I saw it, he just disappeared. And then of
course on Aurora, is I read it the flat out

(12:42):
deception when he comes out and says, oh, yeah, it's
all in the imagination of Danielle Jerinsky and then got
called out.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
We had it on Air CNN.

Speaker 1 (12:50):
He got called out for that, but again, he lives
in this bubble, right, he lives in this money bubble,
in this media bubble where he can deny reel. But
he created his own reality, say whatever he wants to
say about anything and almost never get called on it.
And so that is what we get, which obviously is
very bad for us. Say five for zero five eight

(13:11):
two five five the number I do need to find
a way to get that sound to the Trump campaign
because you know, Harris is using Polus as a surrogate,
and so Polis is out there, you know, talking about
oh no, that's not the reality of Aurora and mocking
Trump and everything, and they need to come actually come
to Aurora and see aur I've got.

Speaker 2 (13:29):
The mayor of Aurora on the show.

Speaker 1 (13:31):
We've got the tape saying they have entire blocks in
Aura they have lost control of and have to get back.
So hey, five five for zero five eight two five
five text d an five seven seven thirty nine is
I go to the phone lines and texts. This goes
to a point I hope we all keep in mind,
and I know it's easy for all of us to
lose track of this at least it is for me

(13:53):
sometimes because obviously Colorado is not in play nationally. There
are still really important things we can do here, and
some of them are micro. Some of them are a
bit larger than microhidigan Alla join us at four thirty
six to talk about one thing. They're organizing some folks
to watch ballot boxes, these drop boxes and make sure
that nothing inappropriate happens there.

Speaker 2 (14:15):
So she'll join us at four thirty six.

Speaker 1 (14:17):
On another note, you've got this Amendment seventy nine in Colorado,
which in my view is simply enshrining in fantaside into
the constitution, you know, just killing. How can you call
it anything else of this baby seconds before it's born,
healthy baby, healthy mom, and taxpayers have to pay for it.
And by the way, if it's a fifteen year old

(14:37):
girl at any stage of taking that innocent human life,
the parent notification has gone under Amendments seventy nine, and
there is a real chance to defeat it, a real
chance to defeat it because it requires fifty five percent.
So please do everything you can to defeat seventy nine.
We'll continue to have guests and more information on that.

(14:58):
Let's go to Beautiful Peblo, Colorado listening, I assume on
the Great Case CSJ, which carries the Dan Kaplis show.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
There, Zane, welcome to the show.

Speaker 10 (15:07):
Yeah, I just want to I just thought of Bill
Clinton that has stay oh my lord vetted.

Speaker 1 (15:13):
Thank you, thank you for that saying let's play that sound.
Zane is referring to. Yes, former President Bill Clinton once
again proven my.

Speaker 2 (15:22):
Case, which has already been proven.

Speaker 1 (15:23):
By others that many on the left want Harris to lose,
including Gretchen Whitmer, who mocks Jesus Christ and the Holy
Eucharist while wearing a Harris waltz haat in Michigan where
Catholics are twenty percent of the voters, Joe Biden, who
is going out of his way.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
To hurt her. And now Bill Clinton listened to this.

Speaker 11 (15:41):
You got a case in Georgan not very long ago,
didn't you. They might have had about it, about it
young woman who had been killed bon emigrant.

Speaker 2 (15:49):
Yeah, well, if they had.

Speaker 12 (15:50):
All been properly vetted, that probably wouldn't have happened. But
if they all properly vetted, and that doesn't happen in America,
it is not having enough babies to keep our populations up,
so we need immigrants that have been vetted to do work.

Speaker 11 (16:10):
There wouldn't be a problem, and he couldn't keep people
all torn up enough set.

Speaker 1 (16:15):
So the double whammy for Harris, right, there's no other
way to interpret it. When Bill Clinton says, if the
immigrants were properly vetted, you know these victims are alive, right,
I mean, that is a direct shot at her. He's
not even trying to hide it. And then he gets
in the double whammy of oh, yeah, America is killing

(16:35):
all its children through abortion, and so we don't have
enough kids, and we've got to let immigrants in. I mean, Ryan,
this is not even subtle. Particularly the first part of
it is not even subtle. Lake and Riley is with
us if Kamala Harris does her job, if Kamala Harris
doesn't open the border, and many many other victims are
still with us.

Speaker 5 (16:54):
Two things, Dan, go back and listen to any of
the eight years of Bill Clinton.

Speaker 2 (16:57):
On this issue.

Speaker 5 (16:58):
He was a border hall during his presidency from nineteen
ninety three to two thousand. Go back and listen to
Barack Obama during his first term. He was very much
a border hawk and wanted to keep illegal immigrants out
of this on.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
Your list, and Zane, great point, man, and I've pointed
out on the show concretely, how now you have what
you have Biden himself, you have Michelle Obama, you have
Barack Obama. Now you have Bill Clinton all doing things
that and Gretchen Whitmer all doing things that obviously undermine
Kamala Harris.

Speaker 2 (17:31):
What do you make of that?

Speaker 1 (17:32):
Saying in Pueblo, Sane is, Oh yeah, I'm saying, Sane,
what do you make of it? To your good point,
you have Bill Clinton saying something that obviously hurts Harris.

Speaker 10 (17:46):
I had to say that Obama did it on purpose.

Speaker 1 (17:48):
Then oh, amen to that, Thank you, say amen to that.
And I think Michelle did it on purpose. Biden obviously
did it on purpose. And they all want her to lose,
all for very understandable reasons. If she wins, it's disaster
for the Democrats. In twenty six and twenty eight, you're
on the Dan Kaplas Show.

Speaker 6 (18:13):
You're listening to the Dan Kaplis Show podcast.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
Yeah, kay, said Georgian. Not very long ago, didn't you?

Speaker 11 (18:19):
They might have had about her about it a young
woman who'd been killed bon emigrant.

Speaker 2 (18:24):
Yeah, well, if I had all.

Speaker 12 (18:26):
Been properly vetted, that probably wouldn't have happened.

Speaker 1 (18:29):
Bill Clinton direct shot at Kamala Harris trying to take
her out, and he's not alone. Whitmert trying to take
her out with her vicious hateful antics toward Catholics. Michelle
and Barack Obama both trying to take her out with
their bizarre statements allegedly on her behalf. Biden obviously trying
to take her out because they all know the Democrats

(18:50):
are tanked. If she becomes president, she'll be so horrible.
Democrats are wiped out in twenty four, wiped out in
twenty eight, so this should be even more amazing last
twenty two days.

Speaker 2 (19:02):
But hiding and All is doing everything she can to
make sure that we.

Speaker 1 (19:06):
Have election integrity. From the Rocky Mountain Voice, Heidi, Welcome
back to the Dan Kaplas Show.

Speaker 7 (19:12):
Thanks Dan, It's a great day watching all this go down.
My goodness, every day like a little gift of Kamala,
you know, Bonanza stuff going oh oh yeah yeah.

Speaker 1 (19:23):
And obviously, I mean it's an admission that she's losing
right when she agrees to go on with Brett bhar
On Wednesday, because.

Speaker 7 (19:30):
I think so, although Trump went on and kind of
bashed Brett Bher and said, oh he saw well. I
think he's just trying he's playing the refs she does.

Speaker 2 (19:38):
Okay, No, he's playing the refs.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
He he's trying to make sure that bear goes in
and bear is a bear, right, and he usually is.
I think Brett bar does very good interviews, both signings.
I think he holds both sides feet to the fire.
But man, I don't think there's any way she does
this unless she thinks she's desperate, because this is not

(20:00):
her forte right. Just answering tough questions, answering easy question.

Speaker 10 (20:05):
No.

Speaker 7 (20:06):
I think jd vance. When I saw him last week,
Karen Denver said, every day is a good day when
Kamala is talking.

Speaker 4 (20:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (20:12):
Yeah, how was that event?

Speaker 7 (20:14):
It was great? He was so good and he brought
his wife and just so heartfelt and really fun and uplifting.

Speaker 2 (20:22):
And enjoyed that.

Speaker 7 (20:24):
And then I got to go to the rally on
Friday and I actually got to meet President Trump, which
was such a highlight. Had such a great experience. He
was so kind and we had a good chat about
Colorado and he actually said you know, I think Colorado
might be a protest vote. He said, there's some awfully
bad things happening here. And I said, well, as evidence
by the mile long line of people waiting to get

(20:44):
in here to see you, I.

Speaker 2 (20:45):
Can't fake that. Yeah, what's he like. I've never met him.

Speaker 7 (20:49):
It's very warm and very friendly and smiling, very relaxed.

Speaker 3 (20:54):
It was.

Speaker 7 (20:55):
It was, you know, short, because everybody was trying to
see him. But it was great.

Speaker 2 (20:59):
It was great.

Speaker 12 (21:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
And I'll tell you that the left Nos, they're just
being killed by this Aura tape right by this Aurora story,
the takeover the apartment complex. I mean, I thought Vance
just nailed it with Martha Raddits and the fact that
somebody as smart as Martha Raddits would step into this one. Oh,
it's only two or three complexes.

Speaker 3 (21:19):
The incidents were limited to a handful of apartment complex
apartment complexes, and the mayor said, our dedicated police officers
have acted on those concerns a handful of problems.

Speaker 4 (21:33):
Only, Martha, do you hear yourself? Only a handful of
apartment complexes in America were taken over by Venezuelan gangs.

Speaker 1 (21:41):
What a great point, right, So, how do you tell
folks about the latest you're doing to make sure that
we have the election integrity we need.

Speaker 7 (21:51):
Yeah, Dan, there's some issues with the dropboxes. So the
drop boxes are required to have video monitoring. But what
we found after we did a deep dive over this
over several months, was that the cameras are typically low resolution.
They're often pointing in a way that you can't see
what's going on. And in order you know this better
than I do, but to be a submitted in court,
you got to be able to see the person that's

(22:13):
doing a misdeed, and you've got to be able to
see the license plate. You got to be able to
see what's going on. In a lot of cases you can't.
So we pushed hard to get certain counties to change
up their cameras and you know, get with the times
and do the right thing. I mean, even at doggy
daycare at Camp Bowa, we have webcams that you can
see the dog pretty well.

Speaker 2 (22:32):
I want to see the dog's face.

Speaker 1 (22:35):
Yeah yeah, oh yeah, I see it's face.

Speaker 7 (22:38):
We used a kid that the webcams at Camp Bawa
reduced corporate productivity by about twenty percent every day because
people would just sit and watch their dogs. Now we wouldn't,
but regardless, So we tried working through the system and
meeting with clerks and talking to them about upgrading their
cameras and pointing them in the right direction, et cetera.
Didn't work. So we're like, you know what, it is

(22:58):
legal for public it's on their First Amendment rights to
observe the drop boxes. And we went round and round
at the Secretary of State a little bit about this,
but at the end of the day they provided a
letter saying, yes, you can do this, don't intimidate the voters.
But you're okay. So we're going to follow the law.
We're going to train citizens how to observe. It's not

(23:22):
a group that's running this. It's just some citizens who
want to train other citizens on how to do this
in a way that honors the law and honors the voters,
but yet still protects the integrity of our ballots and
the drop boxes.

Speaker 2 (23:35):
How's it going to work?

Speaker 7 (23:37):
So you've got to call at a dropbox dot com
and you will get an email back with a training
zoom that you can go to and it will lay
out the law and exactly how to do it and
how to honor the voter and the integrity of the
drop box and make sure that everything goes well at

(23:58):
our drop boxes because they're really important. A lot of
people drop those ballots into the drop Yeah, it's really easy,
but the law is that one person can only put
in ten ballots into those drop boxes, and we just
want to make sure people are following the law.

Speaker 1 (24:15):
You know. And I know it just sounds kind of
funny coming out that way. Hey you can only put
ten ballots into the drap bags, you know, for a
kid who grew up in Chicago, it just sounds kind
of funny. But yeah, no, I know that harvesting is
legal here. Legal harvesting is legal here, and now is
the GOP going to get more involved in.

Speaker 2 (24:31):
That legal no idea harvesting? I sure hope.

Speaker 7 (24:35):
So yeah, I'm just trying to help these citizens get organized,
provide the training, and provide the website color to dropbox
dot com for folks to go to to volunteer. But
if the GOP wants to get on board and help
get volunteers to do this, that'd be great.

Speaker 2 (24:51):
Yeah, Ryan, we should do it together. Deal.

Speaker 1 (24:54):
Yeah, Yeah that wild well, No, it's hey, you know,
anything anything that can help protect the integrity and and so,
now are there going to be assigned shifts or anything
like that height here, Do folks just go out to
the local drop box whenever it works for them?

Speaker 7 (25:12):
Well, I believe they'll be you know, they'll probably coordinate locally,
but we are just doing the training and letting them
kind of work on that, okay, just so they know
what the law is and how to do it in
a way that honors everyone in our ballots.

Speaker 2 (25:25):
Now, what would what would should people be looking out for?

Speaker 7 (25:29):
Well, do you want to make sure that whoever is
putting ballots in the drop box is only putting in
interview that they're not coming back repeatedly?

Speaker 1 (25:37):
And just you know, oh can I ask you about
that second part not coming back repeatedly? So the ten
or fewer does that mean total in a twenty four
hour period?

Speaker 2 (25:47):
How does all that work the whole election? They can
all the whole election?

Speaker 1 (25:52):
Yes, oh okay, plot thickens.

Speaker 10 (25:56):
Yeah, Yeah, it's pretty confusing.

Speaker 7 (25:59):
And what I'm worried about is that they're going to
in the next legislative session decide to go even more
aggressive and undo any limits and say you can put
as many as you want to, and there's you know,
I just the legislature is so out of control these
days and they just want to push the limit. But
I just want them to know that the citizens are
engaged involved. We have things that were worried about, like

(26:22):
the Wi Fi remote access cards in the voting systems.
Matt Crane admitted there's twelve counties that have these remote
access cards in them. They're saying now that they never
said there wasn't cards, They just did weren't connected, Which
that's not the quote we have from Jennack Griswold. She
said it was stripped. All the machines were stripped of
this capability in the trusted build. But now they're saying

(26:45):
that that you could just turn them off and it's
not that simple. And we're going to be putting out
some information in the next couple of days explaining why
that's not the case, and.

Speaker 1 (26:53):
How do you love me asking I'm just I've never
put any attention to the laws about you know, how
many ballots somebody can drive up into a box and
a whole election cycle. But is this effort and I'd
ask you to give that website one more time in
a second is this effort then going to be gathering
video and coordinating that so folks are able to tell
if somebody maybe was putting in ten at this box,

(27:15):
then ten at the nextbox, then ten at the nextbox.

Speaker 7 (27:19):
That's part of it. That if dropbox watchers, if citizen
dropbox watchers see a car repeatedly come or someone they
recognize and they question that, then we'll have the footage too.
You know, we can either Cora the video footage or
a couple of counties. I think Douglas County just came
out that they're going to live stream, but some of

(27:40):
the cameras it's really hard to see, like to be
able to see someone's face or the like place some
of them you will. So yeah, that's up to the
citizens they are. It's legally fine for them to video
or take pictures as long as they're not harassing anyone.
The weird thing, Dan is that if you sign up
to be an official watcher through the the clerk's office,

(28:01):
through a campaign or a ballot initiative, the rules are
incredibly strict and you're not allowed to do a lot
of the things that a public observer is.

Speaker 1 (28:11):
Wow, Heidi, I'd love to keep this conversation going. So
I hope you update us in a few days. Right,
how do you go? All Rocky Mountain voice. What's that
website again for those who want to get involved.

Speaker 7 (28:21):
Colorado dropbox dot com.

Speaker 2 (28:23):
Awesome, Well, I appreciate the time today.

Speaker 7 (28:26):
Thanks Dan, have a great day.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
Akshiy you too.

Speaker 1 (28:29):
Eighty five five verser five two five five text d
An five seven seven three nine. Hey when we come back,
Kamala Harris says she been caught red handed plagiarizing.

Speaker 2 (28:39):
You're on the Dan Kapla Show.

Speaker 6 (28:42):
And now back to the Dan Kaplas Show podcast.

Speaker 2 (28:45):
Right here, there.

Speaker 8 (28:46):
Isn't a trend line almost until we get the Kamala Harris.
So again, this is a black margin among black women. Look,
Obama one them by ninety three, very large margin. Clinton
won them by ninety three, a very large margin. Biden
did a little bit worse at eighty five. But then
you look here and you get a seventy one point margin.
So again, these are large margins. But the bottom line is,

(29:06):
when you're talking about the base of the Democratic Party,
you would think that Kamala Harris would do very well
among blacks women based upon history and of course you
would be the first black woman president, but she's actually
doing the worst for a Democratic candidate among black women
since nineteen hundred and sixty.

Speaker 1 (29:20):
If this whole show, Yeah, and how do you explain
that eighty five to five was your five y two?
Five to five takes d an five seven, seven three nine.
I think there are lots of obvious explanations, but would
love to hear yours. Let's go back to the phone lines.
Mary and Denver.

Speaker 2 (29:35):
You're on the dan.

Speaker 10 (29:35):
Kaplish welcome, did you say, Mary?

Speaker 2 (29:40):
I did.

Speaker 10 (29:42):
Oh, I'm sorry I missed it. I may have missed
in the conversation since Trump was here. I think Trump
had another reason for coming here. I think he wanted
to call out at governor and he did well.

Speaker 2 (29:58):
He sure did that.

Speaker 1 (29:59):
Now why do you think he wanted to And you're
saying you think it was worth a trip here just
to do that.

Speaker 10 (30:04):
No, no, no, he had an excuse with a yeah. Yeah,
he got into it and he let him have it,
and I was delighted.

Speaker 2 (30:15):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (30:15):
No, And I think I wasn't there. I was doing
something in my law practice. But I think it's great
every time polist gets called out. We had some sound
on CNN calling him out on saying, Hey, that's on
Danielle Jirinsky's mind, this takeover of the Aurora apartment complex.
You know, the guy, he just so often is flat

(30:37):
out deceptive. Anytime anybody can call him on it, the better.
But listen, we have to be realistic, right, he's not
done in Colorado politics. I think my guess is I
don't have any insight info that he probably wanted to
push Chicken Looper out of his Senate seat. I think
that's probably why we saw Hick and Looper pop up
out of nowhere just before the dumb Convention and say

(30:57):
he isn't going anywhere.

Speaker 2 (30:58):
He's running again.

Speaker 1 (31:00):
And uh, but but police, he's if if there's not
a Democrat administration, and I don't think there's going to
be one, he's he's going to run for Senate in Colorado.

Speaker 2 (31:09):
He's not just going to go back and sit on
his piles of money.

Speaker 10 (31:13):
Well, I don't think too many people are happy with him. Yeah,
I think it's beginning to show. Uh, he lives in Boulder,
his grand in the Governor's meant and if it isn't
good enough for him, fix that up.

Speaker 1 (31:31):
Oh, Mary didn't mean to catch off. I thought that
was the last one. I was good, Thank you for that. Yeah, listen,
the biggest thing about Polis is what a waste of space,
right I mean?

Speaker 2 (31:42):
And that we should be happy for that, shouldn't we?

Speaker 1 (31:44):
Because he's a lefty, a far lefty masquerading as some
kind of moderate, and so the more he does, the
worse it is. So we should be happy that he's
he's largely a nonfactor, but not entirely when it comes
to abortiones as extremely radicals it gets, and he's supporting
this legalized and fanticide once it in the Constitution called

(32:05):
Amendments seventy nine, which by the way, would force you
and other taxpayers to pay for this and would take
away parental notifications. So we're going to continue to do
a lot on that because there is a chance to
win it, a real chance to win it, because they've
got to get fifty five percent because they want to
put it into the constitution. Archbishop Sam Aquilla, who's absolutely courageous,

(32:26):
he's fearless, you know, has been speaking out on this issue,
speaking out against seventy nine. This comment I'm about to
play actually came from a separate It came from a
homily a couple of Sundays ago.

Speaker 13 (32:40):
And people will say your faith should not influence your politics,
and that is a lie, and we, as Catholics have
let ourselves believe in that lie. We have been more
faithful to political parties, we have been more faithful to ideologies.

(33:03):
We have been more faithful to listening to the voice
of the world than to Jesus Christ.

Speaker 1 (33:11):
Amen, perfectly sad, right, I mean what I've never understood.
Don't get me wrong. I know a ton of just
great humans and what I'd regard as great Catholics who
are Democrats shoot back in Chicago. Every Catholic I knew
was a Democrat. But one thing none of us can escape,
because I'm the furthest thing from a perfect Catholic, the
furthest thing. But what none of us can escape is

(33:35):
if you're voting contrary to your faith, it's not really
your faith, because if it was your faith, you'd be
voting consistent with it. That doesn't mean Catholics voting for Catholics.
Some of the worst candidates out there, some of the
most rapidly pro abortion candidates out there, are Catholics, and
they just come to you and say hey, vote for me.

(33:55):
I'm Catholic, and the Archbishop's same reasoning, I think applies
across the world. It's not limited to Catholics. And so
when it comes to Amendments seventy nine, which any rational thinking,
fair minded person would oppose, right this infanticide, healthy moms,
healthy babies, minutes before birth. Yeah, you can kill them.

(34:16):
Taxpayers have to pay for it, no parental notification.

Speaker 2 (34:19):
You know.

Speaker 1 (34:21):
I would think that any atheist would vote against it
because it's so obviously wrong, without regard to any religious beliefs.

Speaker 2 (34:30):
Now, it just so happens.

Speaker 1 (34:31):
That the religious beliefs of I would think virtually everybody
would say, no, that's absolutely wrong. God makes these babies,
you can't kill them like that. So people vote their faith.
Amendments seventy nine will fail, but the lefties, including the
radical pro abortion is, once substitute their faith and have
you vote for their faith,
