This is Dan Kaplis and welcome to today's online podcast
edition of The Dan Caplis Show. Please be sure to
give us a five star rating if you'd be so kind,
and to subscribe, download and listen to the show every
single day on your favorite podcast platform. The gift that
keeps on giving, because remember as as we talked about
it during the campaign, and we talked about, okay, Trump

(01:51):
was going to win no matter what the polls said,
and then we talked about, okay, yeah, at Trump's victory,
that's numero uno. But in the process, we need to
expo the left and they're going to lose their minds
and the people need to see that because so many
people vote Democrats just as a matter of habit, but
they need to see how wackos, psycho crazy, far left

(02:12):
most elected Democrats have become, because that will then help
that will help Trump, that will then help Republicans win
in the mid terms because remember most of these were
Trump voters, not necessarily Republican voters. So we need to
expose the left. So once again, Trump, even after victory,
is helping with that next step. And the latest example

(02:34):
is is Mike Johnston, the mayor of Denver. And you
can be sure of one thing. If Donald Trump had
said something similar to what Mayor Johnston just said, Donald
Trump would already be indicted and he would likely be
well on his way to a conviction because what Mayor
Johnston has just done the way I read it, and

(02:56):
this is my constitutionally protected opinion, and I'll give you
my anell it. But when Mike Johnston comes out and
I'll quote Kyle Clark's tweet on this, quite the statement
from Denver mayor at Mike Johnston that Denver police and
citizens would physically block a mass deportation by federal forces.

(03:17):
So Mike Johnston then, according to Kyle Clark, coming out
and saying that he will use the Denver police to
physically fight to physically block federal forces from executing our
immigration laws. Isn't that a call to insurrection? Isn't that

(03:43):
a call to civil war? If you haven't clearly the
federal government has authority here when it comes to immigration.
That's all we keep hearing from the left right is
is oh, the border, It's a federal issue, the Feds,
that's on them, et cetera. Second, if Mike Johnston saying

(04:03):
that he will use Denver police to physically block federal
law enforcement from carrying out their legally authorized responsibility to
deport criminal illegals, how is that anything other than a
call for civil war? How is that anything other than
an open insurrection. I'd love to hear somebody try to

(04:28):
defend Johnston on this. Of course, he's too much of
a coward to come on the show, but I would
love to hear anybody argue with that premise eight y
five for zero five A two five to five the
number text d A N five seven seven three nine.
And then the same guy on the left who accused Trump.
I'd have to go back and look for the exact statements,

(04:50):
but my recollection as Johnston was right up there with
all the lefties Trump's an insurrectionists this and that way.
Donald Trump says, go peacefully protest at the Capitol etel.
All of a sudden, he's an insurrectionist. And Mike Johnston
is talking about having fifty thousand Denver Rights come out
to oppose law enforcement, federal law enforcement as they carry

(05:14):
out the law. Yeah, amazing, Not just amazing, but deeply
deeply concerning on multiple levels. The mayor I'm quoting from
the Denver Right, a publication that has access to the mayor.
The mayor also takes heart that the people of Denver,

(05:36):
not just the administration, would likely resist a mass deportation
effort from federal forces. Quote more than us having dpds
stationed at the county line to keep them out. You
would have fifty thousand Denver Rights there. Johnston set, How
is that anything other than Mike Johnston already just encouraging

(06:00):
getting the message out there. Hey, Denverrights, we need tens
of thousands of you to come out and physically use
your bodies to stop law enforcement from exercising their lawful duty.
Have we ever seen anything like I mean literally since
the Civil War? Have we seen anything like that in America?

(06:24):
It goes light years beyond anything Donald Trump said on
January six, So what do you think is going on here?
Eight five five for zero five eight two five five
the number. I won't even waste my breath on the
next question, do you expect to see US investigation by
a special prosecutor or whatever? Because wait a second, we
just got another Democrat, the Colorado Attorney General, the Colorado

(06:47):
Secretary of State, and widely reported and appears to be
confirmed by the evidence, made a conscious decision not to
inform the public and our own clerks that these very powerful,
sensitive passwords have been compromised, jeopardizing the integrity of our
entire voting system. And the Democrats in charge police wiser

(07:08):
that they won't even pull together a true independent investigation,
public report, special prosecutor for that. Yeah, don't hold your
breath on the law being equally enforced against publicly elected Democrats,
against elected Democrats in Colorado. But what do you make
of this? I mean, is this something other than insurrection?

(07:31):
Is this a call to a civil war? And again,
Kyle Clark's tweet quite the statement from Mayor Johnston that
Denver police and citizens would physically block a mass deportation
by federal forces. And I know we're blessed to have
so many law enforcement officers who listen to the show.
I know you're probably not comfortable calling Free to Call, etc.

(07:56):
But I'd love to hear from you. Would even anonymously
through text. Would you carry out the orders from Mike
Johnston to block federal law enforcement, whether it's in the
form of federal marshals, whether it's in the form of
National Guard loaned by other states, whether it's in the
form of military under emergency Powers acts. Would you follow

(08:19):
an order from Mike Johnston to go fight federal law enforcement?
And for those who think fight is an overstatement, he's
talking about using Denver PD to physically block federal forces. Now,
I would not expect federal forces to take that lightly.
So what do you think is going on with Mike Johnston?

(08:41):
You know my first thought, Ryan, My first thought when
I saw that is what's the day today? Is it
April one? And then I thought I'm a some kind
of joke. We're all getting punked. But then when I
saw no, this is really what Johnston's doing, my first thought,
God forgive me if it's wrong. Is is he a
bigger fan of legalized marijuana and legalized psychedelics than we realized.

(09:03):
I mean, because this is truly nutty, nutty, super dangerous stuff.
I mean, we're living in an era where clearly you
have a lot of nuts. You have nuts who've already
tried to kill Trump twice, You've had in Colorado. We
have a disproportionate share of nuts because all this legalization

(09:26):
of drugs and everything else, we have so many whacked
out nuts. And so the mayor of Denver now is
not just playing in a seed but actively rallying the
people of Denver to physically oppose federal law enforcement when
it's doing its job of deporting these criminal illegals. It

(09:50):
certainly he must see that that could today tomorrow, let
alone when it starts happening on a mass scale, that
that could green light some nut to go down, to
go out and take down a federal officer. Right, he
must know that he might talk about green lighting an
attack on federal law enforcement. When the mayor of a

(10:12):
major city says he's going to use his police department
to physically block federal law enforcement. Talk about green lighting
and not and beyond green lighting and not green lighting
the masses he's the one who used the number fifty
thousand Denver rights and compared it to a Tieneman's square moment.

(10:33):
So what do you think is going on here? Has
he truly lost his mind? Is he calling for civil war?
Is he calling for an insurrection? What's it happened? Next year?
Eight f five forour zero five eight two to five.
I'm the number tech text dot DN five seven seventy

Speaker 3 (11:23):
And now back to the Dan Kaplas Show podcast.

Speaker 4 (11:26):
Yeah, so this is what a true insurrectionist looks like.
Not the phony charge against Trump, but Mike Johnston, mayor
of Denver. If you're just joining us, you're not even
gonna believe this story. It's a whack. But Mike Johnson
coming out and promising that if Trump carries through on
his threat to have these large scale deportations, Johnston is

(11:47):
going to have the Denver police take them on, take
on the federal forces, block them at the county line,
and encouraging fifty thousand Denver rights to come out and
calling it a Tieneman Square moment as he predicts that
fifty thousand Denver rights will come out to physically block
federal law enforcement from carrying out their duty. I mean, hey, listen,

(12:12):
I do catastrophic injury work. I did not study insurrection.
I didn't study civil war. But how is this anything
other than a call for insurrection and a call for
civil war? And how is this anything than other than
recklessly green lighting some wacko out there to take out
a cop. Because all these federal law enforcement officers, you know,

(12:35):
US marshals, Border patrol, if Trump uses the military under
emergency powers, these are a law enforcement capacity people. And
Johnston must realize that by saying he's going to use
Denver police to physically stop them and talking about fifty

(12:58):
thousand people coming out to stop law enforcement, federal law
enforcement from doing its job, that's the furthest possible left
wacko insurrection civil war, green lighting nutjobs to hurt cops,
craziness I've ever heard in my life. I think I
know why he did it. We'll talk about that as well.

(13:20):
Eight five to five for zero five, eight two, five
to five of the number. There's absolutely no excuse for
that kind of craziness, that kind of recklessness, that kind
of incitement to violence from anybody, let alone is sitting mayor,
And where's Polis condemning it? They were quick to call
Trumpet insurrectionists, right, Colorado tried to, in the interest of democracy,

(13:44):
make sure that the people couldn't even vote for the
guy who won the president. Say that's how committed to democracy,
you know the Democrats in Colorado are, but not a
peep about Johnston threatening civil war, threatening a true insurrection.
And imagine how little respect he has for law enforcement

(14:05):
on every level. First to undermine the Denver Police Department
by saying he's going to order Denver police out to
take on federal law enforcement, meet him at the county line,
physically block them, and then encouraging the masses to rise
up and block federal law enforcement. How little respect he

(14:26):
must have for law enforcement. And before we go to
the phone lines, and text. It just proves this guy
doesn't care at all about the people of Denver, Because
if you cared about the people of Denver, the last
thing you would do is Denver mayor. Just after President
Trump won and won the popular vote and won an
enormous number of Electoral College votes, the last thing in

(14:48):
the world you would do is go way out of
your way to antagonize him, to alienate him, to taunt him,
to taunt him. I mean all of the different ways
the federal government can help or hurt Denver in Colorado.
So how does this help the people of Denver? For

(15:08):
Mike Johnston now to be publicly taunting Donald Trump, how
does that help the people of Denver he claims to
care about, It doesn't at all, and he knows that
and then acting like a little coward. He fled today
and that f word, the fled word, that's from Channel seven,
not me. And they have video they were trying to
question Johnston about this at a public appearance and he

(15:30):
literally fled, you know, like some fugitive in do I
assume a taxpayer funded suv? And then a minion of
his says, oh, yes, somewhere to be, So you're going
to come out and do this. You're going to endanger
law enforcement, You're going to encourage insurrection in civil war,
and then, like a little coward, you're going to flee
into your taxpayer funded suv. Bad stuff. Let's go to

(15:53):
a beautiful Colorado springs. We'll start with Scott. You're on
the Dan Kapla Show. Welcome Scott. I am living the dream,
my friend.

Speaker 7 (16:04):
So this whole thing with Mayor Johnston's pretty disgusting. As
a former military and former law enforcement, I had to
swear an old to the constant the rule of law.
He maybe in charge of the police department, appoint a
police chief, but he's not in charge of the sheriff,

(16:24):
who is elected by the people. So why can't the
sheriff come out as well and say he wants to deputize,
say one hundred thousand people to offset that nonsense.

Speaker 4 (16:37):
Yeah, you know, whatever happened to rule of law? I
think what's happened, my friend, is that elected democrats think
it just doesn't apply to them anymore. They think that
if they're in Democrat controlled areas, they're completely insulated from
enforcement of the law. I think that's the mentality right now.
I don't know how someone in Mike Johnston's position could

(16:59):
go out and say these horrifically dangerous things without believing
that the law doesn't apply to him. He's just immune,
and also without believing something I've talked about a lot
on the show, like all these elected Democrats that cover
up for Griswold, all of these people, including Wiser, I believe,
are absolutely convinced that they can do anything they want,

(17:22):
no matter how awful, and as long as they're the
Democrat nominee, in Wiser's case, for governor, they're going to
win the general election, and so they can go as
madly crazy, andsanely dangerously irresponsibly law ignoring far left as
they want to, and they don't care. They don't think

(17:42):
they're ever going to be subject to the same law
as you and I are, and they don't think the
voters are ever going to hold him accountable as long
as they win the primary. Dean and Arvada, you're on
the Dan Kaplis Show.

Speaker 8 (17:52):
Welcome, Thank you so much.

Speaker 5 (17:55):
Hey, you hit the nail on the head. I mean,
where is it possible? The Democrats Pennsylvania said, well, we're
gonna just count these odds we're gonna care about the
law umber one, and then here we are Keina Peters
get basically just tortured with a sentence of nine years,
and they do nothing to Griswold. And I mean they're

(18:15):
just covering up. I mean, they're just taking a bigger
and bigger line in the sand, red versus blue. And
it's it's not I mean the Democrats or they're just
in favor of a mass of invasions. Clearly are Oh,
we're gonna we're gonna fight reporting all these illegal criminals.

(18:36):
We're gonna fight in America. It doesn't mean to sound
right when you when.

Speaker 4 (18:41):
I say it, no, no, no, no, it sounds wacko
insane right, because it is. But it's extraordinarily dangerous. And listen,
Obviously I'm extra sensitive to this because my dad was
law enforcement for thirty years. But nobody has to have
a father who was a cop, or be married to
a cop or anything else else to realize this is

(19:02):
insanely reckless and dangerous. To be telling all the anti
cop nut jobs out there, and the Left has just
fostered that and created more and more anti cop nutjobs,
and to be telling them, hey, these federal law enforcement
officers are so bad, they're so evil, they're so awful.
I'm going to send the Denver police out to fight them.

(19:23):
I'm going to send the Denver police out to physically
block them at the county line. And if fifty thousand
Denver rights turn out to block federal law enforcement, it'll
be like Tienamen Square. I mean talk about knowing, having
to know that that kind of reckless lawbreaking talk might

(19:44):
very easily green lights some wacko, some cop hater to
go take out a federal law enforcement officer. Hey, it's
one of the most dangerous things I've ever seen a
public official do. So what do you think is really
going on here? I mean, I know motive right, It's
what it's always been. It's about Mike Johnston and Mike

(20:04):
Johnston appealing to the far far, far left that has
all the big money out there because he wants to
be governor and he can see that Phil Wiser now
appears to be putting himself in position. So Johnston wants
attention for himself. He wants that far left money. He
wants to be governor. And if it means if it
means advocating civil war, calling for an insurrection immediately starting

(20:28):
to date, adding to the massive danger faced by our
law enforcement officers. Johnston doesn't care about any of that.
He just wants to be governor. Special guest next on
the Dan Kapla Show.

Speaker 3 (21:13):
You're listening to the Dan Kaplis Show podcast. Denver mayor
is he calling for insurrection? Civil war?

Speaker 4 (21:21):
Saying he's going to send the Denver police out to
physically stop meet him at the county line, stop federal
law enforcement from carrying out large scale deportations and implicitly
encouraging fifty thousand Denver rights to physically block law enforcement
as well. Comparing that to Tieneman square wow eight five

(21:43):
for zero five A two five to five the number.
Has he violated the law? That's an important question. Has
he immediately put federal law enforcement in danger as he
immediately green lighted cop hating wacos out there to go
out and go after federal law enforcement. So we'll be
getting to all of that. Number of textures have raised

(22:04):
the issue of has he committed treason? So I want
to review the treason statute because it's particularly demanding and
has a couple of elements that I don't believe fit here.
But I think what he's done is I'm trying to think,
if it's a single worst thing I've ever seen an
elected official in Colorado, do it may well be John
Fabricatory kind enough to join us. He's a former ice

(22:27):
agent ran very nobly against Jason Crow in this last cycle. John,
Welcome back to the Dan Kapla Show.

Speaker 3 (22:34):
Hey Dan, thanks for having me on my pleasure.

Speaker 4 (22:37):
First, do you think Denver police are going to follow
this order to take on federal law enforcement?

Speaker 9 (22:44):
I really hope not, Dan, and I don't believe that
that day will. I think we're maybe a day or
two out from having the Denver Police Union come out
and make a statement to counter what what the mayor said.
I think what way what the mayor said was was
was very wrong. Definitely put law enforcement in danger, like
you mentioned in your open and you know, I think

(23:06):
something has to be done about it. Mayor Johnson needs
to be sat down and explained exactly what's going on.
And you know, I think he's just raised the temperature
in the room much higher than it needed to be.

Speaker 4 (23:18):
Well, and he's also proven he doesn't care about the
people of Denver because the federal government obviously is in
the position to do a lot to help the people
of Denver, or not help the people of Denver. So
he goes out and openly taunts Donald Trump like this,
How does that help the people of Denver?

Speaker 9 (23:35):
It really doesn't, And it's a total political move. It's
the same thing with our governor, you know, you know,
saying that that he's going to get into council with
with other governors and make sure that they encounter what
Donald Trump is trying to do with immigration law. So
I mean, this is a total political ploy. It shouldn't
be used because like you, like you said, it doesn't

(23:56):
benefit that the Denver people and him trying to strengthen
this sanctuary status by saying he's going to have you know,
Denver p D out there at the county line. Look
sanctuary status only protects criminal illegal alliance. It does not
protect American citizens.

Speaker 4 (24:10):
Right and John, you're so knowledgeable on this on multiple levels,
including former ICE. Can you explain to people how that
works in Denver? Right now? Because of this self declared
sanctuary status, what happens if somebody here illegally then gets
apprehended for a serious crime. I think we may have
lost that connection. Yeah, well we'll get him. We'll get

(24:31):
him back quickly, you know. And to John's point, and
I know, we have fiery lines that just expect to
get John back shortly and then we'll go to our
great callers. One of the common denominators here is is Yeah.
I mean, obviously Johnston is doing this for his own
political gain. He wants to be governor. He's trying to
attract money and attention and streak cred with the far

(24:52):
left wackos who just costs the Democrats the presidency. But
you know, the far left is in control of Colorado.
But the common denominator is is that Mike Johnston likes
so many of these lefties. He's willing to see other
people killed because of this political ambition. I mean, they
knew when they left the border open and supported that

(25:15):
that there would be unvetted people, criminals who would come
in and would rape and kill American women and others.
They knew that they didn't wish it on anybody, but
they knew that was almost certain to happen, and they
were obviously willing to pay that price with somebody else's
life in order to achieve their political benefit from open borders.
John is back with us. So, John, given your expertise,

(25:37):
can you explain how this sanctuary status works in practical
terms in say Denver, Now, when somebody here illegally is
then you know, arrested on a serious offense.

Speaker 9 (25:50):
Yeah, sure, Dan. You know it stems back to you know,
state law which is you know, nineteen eleven nineteen eleven
twenty four, which states that you know, the local police
department cannot cooperate with ICE when it's concerning illegal immigration
or for federal immigration matters. But that the issue with
that law, and I have many issues with it, but

(26:11):
I mean, it dives down so deep to even saying
that probation and Parole cannot let ICE know when they
are releasing somebody onto probation and parole, which which means
that the person has been convicted by a crime right
and they're being released to the street. So you know
the original intent of eleven twenty four that when the
Democrats wrote it up, they were saying, you know, this

(26:32):
is to protect immigrants, which it was never meant to
protect immigrants, because immigrants don't need protection from ICE. Immigrants
are going through a lawful process to become citizens of
the United States, and ICE is not trying to remove
them from the US. Eleven twenty four was always meant
to protect those who are on the periphery, the criminal aliens,

(26:54):
because ICE was going into the county jails to find them,
put the tainers on them, and then moved them from
the country. Ice was not going out to find immigrants
who are lawfully present. They were going out to find criminals,
and eleven twenty four stifled that and made it much
harder for ICE to do his job.

Speaker 4 (27:12):
Yeah, and now what do you make of Mike Johnston
going to the point where he says he'll order Denver
police out to take on federal law enforcement to stop
them from then executing federal law on immigration.

Speaker 9 (27:28):
It's absolutely ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. I cannot believe that a
mayor would even say that. You know, I spent over
twenty years here in Denver with ICE and worked on
many task forces with Denver PD, especially back in the
early two thousands when we were allowed to work with them,
and we had some great operations, took down some big
drug trafficking operations, gave a lot of people that were

(27:51):
being sexually trafficked. We did some great work with Denver PD.
And that's what's supposed to happen with federal law enforcement
and local law enforcement, is we're we're supposed to combine
together to make sure that we can perfectly protect the
American people, the American citizens, and the laws that we.

Speaker 3 (28:07):
Have here now.

Speaker 9 (28:08):
And people like like Mayor Johnson saying that he's going
to use his own police department to stop federal law
enforcement from enforcing law is just reckless, absolutely reckless.

Speaker 4 (28:18):
Yeah, John frebricatory our guest, Among many other things, former
ICE agent Ed John doesn't this virtually guarantee that Trump
is going to start the large scale deportations of criminal
illegals here in Denver or certainly in Colorado.

Speaker 9 (28:36):
More than likely, Dan more than likely. So, so it's
it's probably in the works right now. I mean we
you know, we know how President Trump is and you know,
when things like this happen, he sees it as kind
of a challenge, and challenge will be met, and actually
it should be.

Speaker 4 (28:54):
It should met.

Speaker 9 (28:55):
Well, yes, it absolutely should be because we do have
trend de ragui here. We we do have situations you know,
where heroin is getting smuggled into Denver and people are
dying every day from fentanyl overdoses and every other thing
imaginable that happens when you have a sanctuary state where
you have three cartels operating and multiple gangs. So we

(29:16):
absolutely should come to Colorado, do the job and make
sure that the Colorado residents can be safer.

Speaker 4 (29:23):
Absolutely, And on top of that, listen, Trump succeeded marvelously
in his first term in bringing peace and security through
his strength because he made it clear that if somebody,
you know, challenged the United States, somebody wanted to threaten
the United States, they would face massive consequences. Well, when

(29:43):
you have somebody like little coward Mike Johnston, he's a
coward today because he ran away when the media tried
to question him. He's a coward today because he's playing
with the lives of law enforcement officers just on a
political whim. So when you have a guy like little
coward Mike Johnston take on the President of the United
States and taunt him and say, I'm going to send
my police force out to take on your federal agents.

(30:06):
If Trump doesn't respond to that, he looks weak. You
can't afford to look weak if you're out there trying
to win these critical battles.

Speaker 10 (30:16):
No, absolutely not.

Speaker 9 (30:17):
And uh, you know, if President Trump needs somebody to
head up Operation Aurora right now, I'm sitting here at
my house ready to do it. So you know, it needs,
it needs to happen, and I'm assuredly it is going
to be one of the first stops at that the
Trump administration makes.

Speaker 4 (30:32):
And Mike Johnston has just assured that. So, John, how
can people follow you? On?

Speaker 9 (30:39):
X is the best place? So John e underscore fab
on X sabb I'm usually on there most of the time,
you know, just trying to figure out what my next
move is going to be after this congressional race. And
you know, hopefully if the Trump administration deems me worthy
of being over there helping them out, that's what I'm
gonna want.

Speaker 4 (30:55):
Well, I hope they do Thanks for your time today,
my friend. Have a great day you too, and when
we come back, I'll tell you President Trump's knew nominee
is for US Attorney. You're on the Dan Capla Show.

Speaker 3 (31:08):
And now back to the Dan Kapla Show podcast.

Speaker 4 (31:11):
I guess you live long enough, you'll see everything right.
I'm sitting in account in the ears. One of these
days I got to figure out how long I've been
on ERE. It's somewhere near thirty years. But the point being,
I've never seen anything like this. If you've just joined us,
thank you. I'm about to go to our jam lines
and text for obvious reasons. This is a moment of madness.
But it's not just a moment of madness where you

(31:31):
look at Mike Johnston, the mayor, and say, is he
on drugs? Has he lost his mind? Is he literally insane?
But it's a moment where you look at him and say,
you have just endangered, like immediately endangered federal law enforcement
officers everywhere in Colorado because he's come out. He said

(31:52):
that he'll ordered Denver police out to take on to
physically block federal law enforcement when it shows up to
carry out these large deportations, and then he talks about
fifty thousand Denverites joining in the effort like Tieneman's Square.
And as we go to the phone lines and listen.
I haven't done the real deep dive legal research on

(32:14):
this yet, but first impressions, this year seems to me
like a real insurrection, not what they wrongfully accuse Trump of,
but like a real insurrection. And by the way, what
Johnston so obviously doesn't care about the people of Denver
right here? Else, Why would you taunt President Trump just
after he's been elected when there are so many ways

(32:35):
a federal government can hurt Denver or help Denver. But
he taunts Trump, so he almost dares Trump to start
the mass deportation here. But one of the twists here,
as I read the law, and I don't claim to
be an expert in insurrection law, but as I understand
the law, if there's an insurrection underway, that immediate allows

(33:00):
the president to deploy the military to suppress the insurrection.
So when an insurrection is an act against of revolting
against an established government authority, I mean, Johnston is kind
of handing Trump the right to use the military to

(33:20):
come in here, I mean, it's nutty, dangerous stuff, and
it's a son of a cop. I'm deeply offended by it.
But you don't have to be a son of a
cop to be deeply offended by this. It's the same
old thing with these lefties play fast and loose with
everybody else's life while you have all the taxpayer funded
armed guards around you, which is a good thing because
I don't want to see any of these people harmed

(33:42):
any way other than at the ballot box and voted
out of office. So I'm glad they have all that protection,
and nobody should ever threaten them or take any action
against them. That's not who we are as a people.
But they play so fast and loose with everybody else's life, right,
whether it's luring grints up to the borders so they
can shovel them in here as potential votes, knowing large

(34:04):
numbers are going to be raped and otherwise abused along
the way, knowing you're going to have significant numbers of
American women raped or murdered like Lake and Riley, etc.
Not by your typical illegal immigrant, but by the criminal
illegals whom Mike Johnston in the left are so determined
to protect they're threatening an insurrection to send our law

(34:25):
enforcement out to fight federal law enforcement physically confront them
at the borders. It's madness, dangerous madness. Bill and Fort Collins.
You're on the Dan Kaplis show.

Speaker 8 (34:36):
Welcome, Hey, Dan. I want to remind you that when
Brown versus Board of Education came before the Supreme Court
in the early fifties, they said that separate but equal
was not correct and directed that the schools we integrated.
One of the first actions was the effort on a

(34:57):
part of Governor Faubas and Arkansas to preclude integration at
Little Rock Central High School. President Eisenhower federalized the Georgia
National Guard and appointed them as federal marshals, and they
went to Little Rock and the school was integrated and

(35:21):
there was no action on the part of the local police.

Speaker 4 (35:25):
Yeah. Great point. My friend really appreciate that, and we
have several texts along those lines, such as this one
to DA n five seven, seven through nine. Ten. Makes
me think of what Alabama did with its schools during
the desegregation movement. That's right. Remember George Wallace had visious
racist standing in the school house door to try to
block federal marshals from integrating the schools. And yeah, that's

(35:49):
that's what Mike Johnston wants to become. Here, let's go
to a mic in Denver. You're on the Dan Kaplis Show. Welcome,
I am living the dream, my friend fantastic.

Speaker 5 (36:03):
Yeah, yeah, I just wanted to talk about it.

Speaker 10 (36:04):
When I used to live in Los Angeles and my
neighbor was a Ali County sheriff who worked in the jail.
This is the late nineties, early two thousands. And what
they did is anytime someone's arrested and it was figured
out that they were here illegally, they're bound over in
the Alley County Jaale fell for Ice and Ice had
taken to Fort and they received federal funding for that
portion of the jail in this hour started by the sheriffs.

(36:26):
And why would it be so hard to go back
to a system like that?

Speaker 4 (36:29):
Yeah, yeah, because you've got Johnston and Polus and Hicken,
Lupern Bennett and all of them determined to protect those
who are here illegally and have committed other crimes. Think
about that. What sane logical person would want to protect
people who have committed other crimes while here. Obviously, it's

(36:49):
just showing complete disrespect to the people of Colorado. But
it's for political gain because the big money, the big
power brokers on the left who decide who wins these races,
these races for governor, US Senate, etc. They are so
wacko far left that that sort of stuff appeals to them.

(37:10):
And it's just it is so vicious and it is
so disrespectful of human life, starting with law enforcement, Roxanne
and Grand Junction. You're on the dan Caplis Show.

Speaker 8 (37:19):
Welcome, Hi.

Speaker 7 (37:20):
I just wanted to piggyback back on the guy that
said that.

Speaker 4 (37:26):
In Roxanne hold the line. I was unfair toy there.
I didn't leave you enough time. Won't we gobec if
you just joined us? This is a very unusual moment
when the Merrick Denver has just come out and endangered
federal law enforcement everywhere in this state. He has come
out and said he's going to send Denver police to
take on federal law enforcement when they come to deport

(37:49):
people in Colorado. Is this an insurrection? Is it a
call for civil war? What should happen? You're on the
Dankplas Show.
