Looking for your next adventure in your Maritime Career? Consider learning about Draft Surveying. Thank you for your interest in my Draft and Bunker Surveying Course. We can do this course remotely via email with individual Zoom, Team, Skype or WhatsApp appointments as needed. I am located at the Greater Seattle, Washington, USA area. For example 9am to noon my time is 6pm to 9pm in Germany. In Australia your time can be is 19 hours ahead of my time or 10am your time will be 3pm the day before my time. Because there is a limited number of hours a day I must also limit the number of students enrolled. The full price is $1,500US for 35 hours in classroom training at MITAGS-West, Seattle, Washington, USA, including materials in class with other students. You can save $1,000US and the cost of travel and lodging by studying remotely. As a remote student, you save money by reducing my overhead costs as well as getting my individual instruction as needed by appointment via Zoom, Teams, Skype or WhatsApp. Remote students will need to be able to print their training materials as well as scan and email their lessons for grading. Upon successful course completion students will be sent a Certificate of Completion. Arrangements for payment are done via PayPal. My live course is done in 5 days. A Deadweight Survey is done normally when only the Surveyor attended the Finish of loading a dry bulk cargo.

The procedure is basically the same as a Draft Survey except there is no Corrected Light Displacement. All tanks must be sounded and corrected for list and trim.
