If you remember the commercial for Motel 6, it say "we'll leave the light on for ya" but do we just run to Jesus every once in a while if we need him and treat him like Motel 6 (expecting him to be there on our terms) or do we live like we need him everyday?

Happy 4th of July! During the holidays, we are reminded that it is a difficult time for anyone in recovery. Do we really think about this outside of Christmas and Thanksgiving? If you are struggling with trauma response, it is ok to ask for help!

We must remain flexible so the hands of the Potter can mold us into our purpose for our lives through His will. This Scripture is found in Isaiah 64.

Today's Scripture is found in John 4. We have all fallen short. We have all dealt with guilt and shame. Jesus wants to cleanse our hearts and help us to "go and sin no more" as we live our lives.
