Jason Lee Morrison is a U.S. Marine Force Recon Veteran who's seen action in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Israel. Having deployed into the invasion of Iraq, he would go on to serve eight years as an elite Force Recon Marine, before spending the next few years working for various U.S. Government organizations in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as Israel and Palestine during the Israeli-Hezbollah war. Jason's perspective is uniquely grounded in his upbringing, being born in America but raised in Indonesia before coming back stateside to serve his country.
Since then, Jason has transitioned into a career in technology development and consulting in government and private sectors, before pivoting full-time to writing about his work, his past, and on occasion, poetry and prose.
