When Jesse's body was found, a former Canton Police officer, Bobby Cutts, had gotten arrested and convicted for Jesse Davis's murder. Billy and George Wagner were just in court again in Pike County in February of 2022. Both Wagners are still waiting trial for their parts in the murders of 8 members of the Rhoden Family, the Piketon Massacre. Jake and Angela Wagner have already taken plea deals. The courts are trying to line up the dates for both trials for the Wagners.
