The Fittest Fat Kid You Know

The Fittest Fat Kid You Know

Ever feel that you have lost control of your fitness and health and only wished you could find that one answer that will make everything alright? Yeah, me too. My name is Bruce Nachsin and between you and me, I have been struggling with my weight ever since I was a small child. Like a lot of you, I have gone from being somewhat supersized to fairly fit and back again... and again. It‘s kinda like a roller coaster, just one made out of candy and fried foods. Here on the Fittest Fat Kid You Know, we will take back control of our health and fitness and embark on a weekly journey of effort and accountability with a nice sprinkling of humor thrown in. We will talk about exercise, diet, motivation, and just about anything else we can think of to motivate the shrinkage of the ol‘ butter store. The Fittest Fat Kid You Know is coming soon wherever you listen to your favorite podcasts. Look for us each Tuesday
