The Pizza Punks continue their fight against Arasaka...and once again learn disturbing news about Alleycat's family.
The pizza punks are rolling down the street, with the thoughts of their deceased friend not far in the rear view.
Then they get interrupted...by Arasaka.
The pizza punks are trying to find their old friend Billie...it doesn't go as they'd hope.
Fuck it. Let it burn.
Listener discretion is advised: contains some scenes which some listeners may find disturbing.
The gang are in the belly of Biotechnica's menagerie and have no plan to escape. They need to: liberate Sofia, get the information they need on their friends, convince Slyxx to have a shower, and try not to die.
Not necessarily in that order.
Deross and Slyxx weren't always legends - in fact, they weren't even always friends. This is the story of their first job together.
Tab and Slimy Pete are planning for the Halloween Party, but frankly, their ideas are...dangerous. And we are not insured.
Balzac and Alleycat should never be alone together. Period.
The team finally reach Biotechnica and each of them is tense. Balzac because he was mostly ignored, Tab because she is hiding 7 otters inside her coat, Alleycat…because that’s just who she is as a person, De Ross because he’s slowly realizing he should not have said yes to any of this, and Slyxx because events of late have made him angry.
How these people have not been killed by now should be a topic of much discussion…
The Pizza Punks plan (and fail) to plan while trying to figure out their next steps on the trail of their missing friends.
Balzac gets no respect and something might be seriously wrong with Slyxx...
There are no words to effectively describe this episode.
Content warning: this episode includes a combat against animals and some situations people may find disturbing. Listener discretion is advised.
Things go from bad to worse as the Pizza Punks' plane begins crashing...and THEN tab begins opening animal cages.
The Pizza Punks manage to sneak into Biotechnica, with the help of Sofia, and board their Gyrocopter to Lake Isabella.
Tab opens cages and bad things happen.
The Pizza Punks finally meet De Ross, Slyxx's long time ally...but the welcome isn't nearly as warm as they expected.
The Pizza Punks snag what's left of the loot from their streetfight with Militech and the 6th street gang, but they try and make a quick retreat before reinforcements come.
Then, they head out to see an old friend who might have news on an other old friend, who themselves have an old friend that might contribute.
There are some callbacks in this episode, is what I'm saying.
The Pizza Punks have it all planned out: they need to make it looked like some gangers and some militech traitors turned on each other.
Why? They don't really know, but they're doing it for Rogue, and that's all they need to know.
This is how the world ends, this is how the world ends, not with a whisper...but a series of loud bangs.
Slyx takes “Dino” for a ride around Letitia Heights and somewhere...else.
Balzac decides it's a good time to write...
Tab is trying to make some extra eddies by doing telephone tech support and her success varies.
Alleycat is looking for someone...and she has a good idea where they might be...
The Punks find themselves at Afterlife, one of the most famous nightclubs ever, to meet Tab's mentor Gray.
While there they honour a fallen compatriot and dance the night away.
