You won't  truly follow Jesus into deep waters until you've  seen yourself clearly in His presence. An encounter with Jesus will CHANGE EVERYTHING because he leads to true repentance, a healthy fear of God, and is key for a disciple to leave everything and follow.

Jesus didn’t come the way people expected. While the crowd wanted a political savior to fix their circumstances, He came as the Prince of Peace to transform their hearts. True peace isn’t found in control or outcomes, but in trusting God’s plan, even when it looks different than what we hoped for.

In the Kingdom, "Fine" is the waiting room for "Dead." We can be a "fine" church or a “fine” people and headed towards spiritual decline. We can have the money or the budget, the building and the house … But Jesus says that being "fine" or “LUKEWARM” makes Him want to vomit. Are we lukewarm?

Jesus is the head of His church, or at least He is supposed to be. When Jesus is the head, the church is the most beautiful and powerful unit on the planet. BUT, when man is the head, it can go awry quickly.

We serve a God that never lies. God doesn't goes back on his promises. It's what he has said that will take us to where we are going. His word has kept us alive to see the fulfillment of his promise.

The whole concept of God’s identity is to draw us close, get on our level, and restore us to our predestined seat next to the Father while experiencing all his benefits. We were lost and then found.
