The Women's Vibrancy Code: Women's Health And Wellness w/ Maraya Brown

You're tired of being told your exhaustion is normal, your hormones are just aging, and this is "just how it is" after 35. The Women's Vibrancy Code exists because I see something different and so do the women I work with. I'm your host, Maraya Brown, CNM, MSN, a Yale-trained women's health and functional medicine expert, midwife, and intuitive mentor. I work with high-capacity women who have a ripple effect in the world and are ready to move from depleted to energized, disconnected to turned on, and managing symptoms to embodying true vitality. Each episode focuses on what truly helps you feel better in your body again, from steady energy and balanced hormones to deeper connection and desire. You'll hear practical guidance and conversations that help you feel more like yourself without chasing quick fixes or ignoring what your body is telling you. This is a space for women who love to learn, trust their intuition, and are ready to feel energized, nourished, and fully turned on by their lives, their lovers, and themselves.
