He was visiting family in Vermont and he told a story about his neighbor, who believed in a certain religion and commented about his neighbor that, “I don’t care what you believe, as long as you believe something.” I have thought about this since, and did some of my own research to determine whether this fellow was saying something I could agree with, or not.
