Next in Line(NIL) is a personal and professional development group founded with the intent of helping prepare individuals for whatever life might throw at them. Rooted in motivation, NIL focuses on helping its teammates reach their full potential spiritually, mentally, and physically. The founder, Chance Pitts, is a young professional who bases his speaking topics on his personal and professional experiences, with the intent of helping people learn from his real world failures and successes.
