Former Pret A Manger employee speaking on the experience having worked at Pret.
As I didn't plan to do several episodes and spoke from my "gutt", I kept forgetting important information and added a 2nd, 3rd, and then 4th part. In my introdiction to the 4 episodes on labelling issues in Pret, I briefly touch on 5 important issues that show how negligent and even purposely passive Pret were.
These are from what I witnessed.

Celia Marsh was the 2. customer who died in Pret and 20+ were injured which Pret ignored before it got public. In this 4th part I explain that Pret had 2 types of labelling in place between around 2015-ish and 2018 which was very inconsistent and confusing.

As a former Pret A Manger employee, having worked as a team leader of the shop floor responsible for health and safety, I explain that Pret's training is very poor and why Pret won yet another allergy trial again.
How training is done in |Pret, how staff cheat and are pressured to sign training paperwork without being trained etc.

Pret A Manger had 2 customers die of allergen in 2016 & 2017, and over a dozen further injuries. In this episode, a former staff member explains why mislabelling, mixed up ingredients etc. is still ongoing even in 2022, the time of recording this episode.
