Since their initial onslaught in February 2022, the Vladimir Putin regime has weaponized hunger by attacking Ukrainian agriculture. That's according to Geoffrey Johnston's latest article in the Kingston Whig-Standard. Over the past 2 years, a barrage of Russian missile and drone strikes has also reduced Ukraine’s grain exports to Africa, exacerbating food insecurity and hunger in that continent. Johnston, the paper's International Affairs columnist, joins Andrew Pinsent on CFRA Live.
