Speaker 1 (00:00):
And I asked, it's funny. I had a clip queued
up and ready to go to play with Brian Pannabecker
here from the rally and novae over the weekend, and
Brian YouTube has taken it down. Looks like I.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Want to play.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
But it was a great moment because President Trump brought
you up on stage. You saw you out there, and
he said, I got to bring Brian up for a second,
and he talked about your arms. I don't know he
was fascinated about that. But the funny thing is, he said,
there's Brian. I got to bring him. You mentioned you
brought it all the way back to the twenty sixteen
and original election. You said, look, I told him back then, look,

(00:40):
if you can win McComb, you can win. Maybe you
can pick up votes to win the entire state. You
knew how important the auto workers were even back then.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
Absolutely, justin most your listeners are probably familiar with the
term Reagan Democrats. Well, McComb County is the home of
the Reagan Democrats, and what that refers to, primarily are
UAW members who had traditionally been voting Democrat because their
union leadership told them that the Democrats would protect their jobs,

(01:15):
and that obviously did not happen. They were closing plants
over a period of twenty or thirty years, letting them
go to Mexico. The Democrats did nothing to help the
auto industry. And around the time of Ronald Reagan in
nineteen eighty, the auto workers started waking up and realizing
that their UAW leadership had been lying to them, and

(01:37):
they voted overwhelmingly for Ronald Reagan. And that was part
of the Reagan Revolution, and we became known as the
Reagan Democrats in McComb County. And ever since then, the
percentage of UAW members voting Republican has continued to increase.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
I want to play you a clip. This is Sann
did some actual reporting, which I felt was kind of odd,
strange for a moment. They actually they did some reporting.
They talked to a few folks in the auto industry
of thirty year old Michigan Auto Work and an RFK
junior fan and another man who'd been like I said,
he'd been in the working for a while, but he
said as soon as an RFK junior and Trump got together,

(02:18):
he said he's all in for President.

Speaker 3 (02:20):
Trust Here union worker at Ford and he has this
side business cleaning car underbodies. When we first visited four
months ago, he was a fan of Robert Kennedy Jr.
Now he will cast his third ballot for Trump.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
RFK joining Trump effectively, I couldn't script it any better
the way I would like it to be. I love
the idea of Donald Trump being the commander in chief.
I love the idea of how Donald Trump handles the
nefarious characters in the world.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
Govier believes more than half of UAW members at his
Ford plant will vote Trump. He says, Harris laughs too
much and he can't take her seriously.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
So what is it.

Speaker 4 (02:57):
You're the incumbent who wouldn't do anything different? Or are
you the underdog that wants changed?

Speaker 1 (03:03):
Bildobie that that's just one among many, And I know
you talk to them every day and I come out
the same way.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
Absolutely.

Speaker 2 (03:14):
Yeah, justin I just have to point out in that
CNN report, the auto worker or the worker that they
spoke to, said he believes that over fifty percent of
auto workers will vote for Trump. I'm telling you, I've
been doing a rally in front of different auto plants
every week since Memorial Day. I did twenty two of

(03:35):
them over the summer. And there is a solid sixty
five percent of the auto workers that we spoke to
that are voting for Donald Trump. Not only are they
voting for them, they're fired up to vote for him.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
Isn't that something I think these voters will play a
big role. As I mentioned throughout, I know that's been
your your obviously your percent back to you since twenty sixteen.
It is the I think it's you know, in essence,
it is the forgotten Americans, and it's yes, it's auto workers,
but it's a lot of working men and women, it's

(04:11):
folks in dearborn. As you saw they got up on
stage this weekend, the Arab and Muslim community here in
Michigan together standing behind President Trump because you know what,
they're forgotten. The Democrats has said long time ago, we're
going to take care of you. But there's so many
different I guess groups of people, special interests and one
not that they said they were going to take care

(04:31):
of and they, you know what, they've they've fallen flat
every single time, haven't with each one of these groups.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
I've got to tell you, President Trump values the American
auto industry so much. He called me about two weeks
ago and asked me to meet him at the airport,
which I did. He said, bring your wife and sons.
He had called me two weeks earlier than that, and
I was in Germany on a bucket list trip. I

(05:01):
had taken my two sons over there to show him
where I was stationed when I was in the Army,
and he called me and said, Hey, are you going
to be at my rally tonight in Saginaw. I said, no,
mister President, Unfortunately, I'm in Germany on a bucket list
trip with my sons showing him where I was stationed.
And he said, hey, hey, no problem. Enjoy your time

(05:23):
with your sons. I will love be in touch with
you in the future. So then he called me again
and asked me to meet him at the airport. Last
week when he was coming in to go to ham Trammick.
He did a town hall in Auburn Hills and then
we had the big rally down in Cobo. I met
him at the airport, introduced him to my wife and sons,

(05:44):
and then we got in the motorcade with him and
went to ham Trammick for the first stop. I heard
the best endorsement I have ever heard in my life
from the mayor of ham Trammick, a Muslim, a Yemedy
loves Yemeny for Donald Trump. And he said, somewhere along
the line there had been a disconnect between the Muslim

(06:07):
community and Republicans, but they were going to heal that
and our values aligned, family values, work ethic. He gave
the best endorsement I've ever heard of Donald Trump coming
from a Muslim. It was amazing to hear. And it's
just an example, like you point out of the coalition

(06:27):
that Donald Trump is building to win this election.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
On November fifth, Well, you know, it's really very simple
because you know, I had a great conversation with a
young man who his family owned some restaurants. He came
out and endorsed President Trump, and I just thought it
was an interesting because he's just an average everyday guy.
His family is very similar there from Yemen as well,
and Ali is his name. In the family's restaurant. They've

(06:53):
got a couple of them called Sheba. And he said,
you know, he had to come out. It made this
really cool video that he said, we taken some heat sense.
Of course, talked about that a little bit from a
few people who are not happy about anything. You always
have those folks out there want to get very vocal.
But you know, I just I was impressed because what
he has said, and I think it's what a lot
of these folks are going to say very similarly, is

(07:15):
that they, just as President Trump is said, they want peace.
They want people to stop dying, whether that's in these
fights and conflicts in the Middle East and wars or
Ukraine and wherever it might be. That's that's what they're
looking for. And you know what they want the opportunity
for their kids to do just as well, if not
better than they have, and of course the grandkids, et cetera.

(07:36):
And I think there are a lot of those things
that are bringing people together in so many different ways.
You know, we just want the ability auto workers. For Trump,
I think it's probably the same thing, Brian. Just want
the ability for your kids to do better than you do.
You just talked about yourself. That's I think that's pretty simple, pretty.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
Simple, absolutely, And everybody's starting to realize that the choice
is very clear. In this election. Donald Trump had a
record of four years of peace and prosperity, and like
you just pointed out justin that's what appeals to the
Muslim community. Here in Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, ham Trammick, wherever

(08:17):
it is, we have a large Muslim community. And out
here in Sterling Heights, where I grew up, we have
a huge Chaldean community who are great conservative Americans and
they've been a bedrock of the community for a long
long time. So Donald Trump is reaching out to all
these different constituencies and groups, and I think he's got

(08:41):
the potential to win a landslide victory like Ronald Reagan
did in nineteen eighty four.

Speaker 1 (08:47):
Speaking of which Elena Haaba said to join us a
little bit later on in the program, talk a little
bit about what happened last night at Madison Square Garden.
Did you watch the Joe Rogan I know there's a
lot going on. You're a different rallies and we got
you know, you got so many to watch and be
a part of. But did you watch any of this
Joe Rogan interview that seems like it's breaking the internet.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
I've watched about half of it justin you know, of course,
it's a three hour interview and I got through about
half of it. But last week I went to two rallies,
a JD Vance rally which I spoke at, and then
the Trump rally. And I was also registering people to
bring him in on expedited entry my auto workers, and

(09:33):
so I was extremely busy. But when I caught, you know,
a little gap and where I could sit down and
watch it, I watched about half of the Rogan interview,
and I thought it was fantastic to see Trump being
candid and relaxed, and you know, and Rogan would push
him on some questions. Donald Trump's not afraid of that,

(09:54):
and he had some great answers. And I think people
watched that see his personality and they get to understand
he's not the monster that the mainstream media make him
out to be. He's a real person, a sincere person,
and he loves America and the American people.

Speaker 1 (10:15):
That is fantastic. Well let him know next time you
talk to him. We're praying for him, and folks in
Michigan obviously continue to make that push autoworkers for Trump
president with us right now. Brian Panabaker, Brian will be
talking in the future. And I know you just mentioned
all the rallies, you know, he's going to be here.
I had a lot of him lately. I think JD's

(10:36):
back tomorrow, Jady Vances back tomorrow, but he's going to
be back and forth quite a bit.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
Probably, I don't know if yeah, I don't know if
you know this, but it's probably hasn't been announced yet,
but Donald Trump will be in the Detroit area this Friday.
So maybe we just made some news here, but I
was told that by somebody at the top of his
campaign he will be here this Friday.

Speaker 1 (11:00):
Stand by for all the latest updates on that, folks,
and when they get released and announced, we'll let you know.
I don't think well, they may have gotten well not far.
They haven't gotten it up on the website yet, so
that's that's not up yet. But again we'll make sure
that we continue to keep it keep you updated on that.
Eric is in wyan Dot today, Eric Trump and Wyan

(11:22):

Trump saying Trump will be back, he will be in

on Friday, So stand by for the updates. We'll give
you the latest on that. Of course, you can hear
all the rallies here on Detroit's news talk superstation nineteen am. Brian,
