Anthony Ray Martinez is an award winning dancer, teacher, and choreographer from Southern California. He also currently works in the field of horticulture. Anthony's mission as a teacher is utilizing his skills as an artist to show others the mental and physical health benefits of dance and other expressive art forms. Anthony wishes to use this podcast as a resource center to share information for artist and aspiring artists who need inspiration, and mental/physical health tips.
