I love how a new year feels like A Fresh Start (perfect for this podcast!) and clean slate. With that, comes fresh perspective.
Many people make bid audacious claims with no plan. I stopped focusing on the BIG goals with a new year because they can quickly become overwhelming, unsure what to do or where to start. This episode explains my change and what I encourage for you too ...
6 months is a long time, but can also pass too quickly if we don't slow down and stay intentional.
I accidentally did the 6-month challenge which focuses on personal development by in essence "disappearing" for six months and working on yourself.
Whether on purpose or accident, I encourage everyone to do this challenge as the personal growth and awareness you experience that positively affects every aspect of your life is amazing. ...
Guilt is a powerful emotion. We have to remember that we're all human and will make mistakes, the key is to always make sure we learn from them and continue to show up for our life - improving and paying it forward.
Don't let guilt paralyze you, causing you to stay stuck - because then it "wins."

Time is our greatest commodity. How we use it is up to us. Our To Do list is living, leaning it is constantly changing with things being checked-off and added. Sometimes it's longer than others, and although just a season, there are ways to "find" more time to decrease the overwhelm, increase our productivity, and still honor our priorities without getting burned out.

Grief is very real. Although we may not always want to feel the feelings and process our emotions, it is important.
There are healthy ways to process, and each person processes at different speeds. There is no timeline, but it is important to not let ourselves stay "stuck" in a state of sadness.
Grief is an outpouring of love because on this side of Heaven we have experiences loss. Healing and living the life we have to its fullest...
You are amazing. I get so frustrated when people constantly worry what others think of them. You don't need their permission to grow into your full potential, and I don't want to risk you getting paralyzed by their opinions.
Stay in your lane and focused, everyone has their own "stuff," you need to be all you're created to be!
