Tackling the day to day difficulties of being in your twenties, Madison talks about dealing with challenges of becoming a young adult while trying to figure it all out along the way. Advice, stories, and casual breakouts of british accents come into play. New episodes every Tuesday.
Hi everyone! Welcome back. There are some things out there that are overrated. You can agree to disagree but at the end of the day, we all know that some of these are certain. No hate, all love. <3 I'm considering bringing on some friends and doing this again soon. See you all next time!
Don't be afraid to do things on your own. You truly never know where it can take you and what experiences you encounter along the journey. It can sometimes create the best memories you have.
Hi lovely listeners, on this week's episode I'm joined by my friend Caro and we dive deep into what it means to grow into yourself. It's all a part of the journey called life and we all have to experience it. Tap in to hear more!
Hello wonderful people! A dear friend joins me as we talk about the different stages you go through while living alone once you move out from your parent's house... while becoming a plant mom. Tune in to hear more!
Gossiping is such an easy thing to do until you reach a point where you get drained. This week I'm joined by Sarah and we break down how toxic gossiping is and why in 2024 we are putting an end to it. Enjoy!
HAPPY NEW YEAR??? I can't believe how fast this past year has gone by but am ecstatic to welcome 2024. This week's episode is about what is in and out of the new year. Although I haven't posted many episodes these past few months I am glad to be able to upload now and then, and I thank you all for coming back and listening.
SEASON TWO BABY let's get it!!!
I am back on my grind (for real this time) and I am so thankful for the support along the way. This week we are hitting it straight up on a topic I believe a lot of people struggle with. Finding time to accomplish your dreams, when in reality there is never the right time, there is only NOW. So go do something productive with your time. It's always ticking.
Do you all even remember me??? I'm back BABY! On this episode I talk about my experience with burnout and how it affected me these past few months. It's also the last episode of the season! I am so thankful to everyone who has listened and am so excited for next weeks episode!
Introduce yourself. If you find someone interesting, if you think you could be good friends with eachother, go up to them. It can feel so intimidating putting yourself out there but just know, confidence is key. Who knows if they wanted to meet you as well but you both were too shy to talk to one another. Face that fear.
A lot of times, people think you need to be dating someone to celebrate Valentines Day. That is the biggest lie i've ever heard. Love is all around you in the big and small things. Go and celebrate! Happy Valentines Day.
Let's be honest, gym anxiety is a thing. When you go in for the first time in forever you feel like everyone and their mother is staring at you. It could be uncomfortable at times. Here is my experience with how I deal with it. You got this, don't let the fear strike you out!
The way it's New Years Eve... WHAT! This year has been filled with many ups and downs but at least we got to live, laugh, love. I'm joined with one of my great friends Thomas and we talk about what we learned throughout 2022 and our accomplishments, as well as what new habits and goals we are bringing into 2023. I hope this year was one for growth for you all as it was for me. Have an AMAZING New Year, and cheers to 2023!
HO HO HO lovies ! I LOVE Christmas. It is definitely my favorite holiday. A wonderful time with your family and friends, and what a better topic to talk about than my favorites of this holiday season. Maybe we have something in common. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season! See you all soon!
Sometimes it's hard to admit the things you need to work on. Calling out your flaws isn't a thing most people want to do, but maybe it's something that can help you fix what you've been complaining about for the longest time. Maybe we can relate to one another, who knows. Enjoy this surprise episode! xoxo
Sharing my mind with you all can be a little daunting. I really love this topic because it helps me reflect on my growth from where I started to where I am today. I've noticed that change is inevitable and growing is for the good. It helps you come to realizations that you have never seen before. I think it's beautiful. Maybe you can relate to me, maybe you can't, you'll have to listen to find out. As always sta...
Potlucks, Friendsgiving, and Turkey... LOTS of Turkey. Here is how my Thanksgiving week went in a nutshell. It's giving that Friends episode where Rachel made an English Trifold. I love the holidays so I hope you loved my storytime podcast episode. Something different, but different is good. Just remember that. Love ya xoxo
Don't fabricate situations in your mind. Did that person really tell you they didn't like you or did they just not text you back because they were busy but your mind told you they never wanted to speak to you again? Regardless, you may not be in control of the situation, but you are in control of how you react to it. Learning how to speak your mind rather than holding every anxious thought in is something that i've l...
Do you actually fulfill what you say you are going to achieve or are you all talk? This week I'm joined by my good friend Alice. As young adults we too have struggled with following through on our goals but by being held accountable we get it done. In the end you are the only one who can make things happen for yourself. Ultimately...what are you gonna do? xoxo

Time management is a huuuge factor on feeling like you had a successful week. I realized it was one of the factors for me feeling like I was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Distractions overpowered my priorities when it came to my schedule but I realized that I was the only one who can get me back on tract towards achieving my goals.

Outgrowing your environment can be hard because change is scary. Friendly reminder that growth doesn't occur in your comfort zone. Being independent helps with that. Doing things on your own is a form of therapy. You got this and I believe in you! Listen how I relate to this in this weeks episode! xoxo
