a lot when it comes to their businesses.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
I know I do.

Speaker 4 (00:49):
Yesterday I was like, I'm about to pass out if
I don't. But you know, we'll discuss it. But anyway,
Mano was second traffic. Traffic for some reason is particularly
bad today.

Speaker 6 (00:58):
It was really bad.

Yes, Oh, so you're running on energy and hope and
coffee uplifts people. All right, Well, let's get this show started.
Let's shine a light. Eight hundred and two nine two
fifty one fifty. The morning has been tough. It's been rough.
If you're stuck in your car somewhere. If you have
a lot going on and a lot to do, let's
woos and do something positive. Eight hundred two ninety two

(01:27):
fifty one fifty Shina light a shine a shine.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
Turn your lights on, y'all spreading love to those who

Speaker 1 (01:35):

Speaker 3 (01:42):
All right?

Speaker 4 (01:42):
His way up, I'm Angela yee and Jordan is here.
It's Jordy my official drop and let's shine a light on.
A fifteen year old student in Indiana who is going
to become the youngest known college graduate in that state.
And by the way, he did all of this while
earning his high school degree at the same time, Kaya Juombae,
he's getting his bachelor's degree in General studies from Indiana

(02:05):
University Northwest on May eighth, that's today, and his dream
is to become a doctor, according to the university. Can
you imagine that not at all? What were you doing
at fifteen?

Speaker 6 (02:16):
I don't even remember.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
I was cutting class and you know, failing my license
test right yep?

Speaker 4 (02:24):
And kaya joombay is you know was graduating from high
school at the same time as graduating from college. So
that's a big deal at fifteen, And he said, I
guess a lot of people would think that I'm surprised
and't think I was going to be able to do this.
It's pretty normal for me now because as far back
as I can remember, that's all I've known. He challenged himself,
took the opportunity to a place and no student before

(02:45):
him had ever done. And he finished with enough college
credits to earn his bachelor's degree.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
So shout out to him for that.

Speaker 4 (02:52):
He already has three associate degrees in biology, Liberal Arts,
and general studies from IVY Tech.

Speaker 6 (02:57):
That's crazy.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
Three yes, can you imagine what the recruiters are going
to be like when it's time for him to Oh
he'll always be employed or be an entrepreneur? Is what
is looking like?

Speaker 7 (03:07):
Our founder?

Speaker 3 (03:08):
All right?

Speaker 4 (03:08):
Well, shout out to Kaya June Bay. Now, who do
you guys want to shot a light on? Eight hundred
and two ninety two fifty one fifty asia, Who you
want to shine a light on?

Speaker 8 (03:18):
Trying a lot on my parents Today is the thirtieth
wedding anniversary.

Speaker 5 (03:22):
That's that's love right there. That's the type of love
I'm looking for. Me too, Me too.

Speaker 8 (03:27):
I look at him every day and I know that
there's still hope out there.

Speaker 5 (03:30):
That's the vay pibly of love. That's forever.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
And what's your situation that means? And you know what
I love about that? For you?

Speaker 4 (03:36):
You know what your expectations are. Can't nobody play that exactly?

Speaker 8 (03:40):
And that why I'm feel single because everybody.

Speaker 5 (03:43):
That's right.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
The streets are hard out here, all right, But thank
you for calling. And shout out to your parents. Thirty
years that's amazing.

Speaker 8 (03:49):
What's their names, Charlena and Williams. They're in Vegas celebrating.

Speaker 4 (03:54):
Wow, Oh, Sharlena and Williams celebrating in Vegas.

Speaker 5 (03:57):
Listed. That's a thirty pack.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
That's breakfast in bed baby, all right, Well, thank.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
You for calling, Thank you you too.

Speaker 4 (04:06):
All right, Well that was Shine of Light eight hundred
and two ninety two fifty one fifty And let's shift
gears a second as we get ready for yet fifty
cent is suing his ex.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
And we'll tell you why. It's way up.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
Don't she about to blow the lid ab off this?
But let's get it.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
Angela's feeling that yee te come and get the tea.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
It's way up, I'm Angela Yee and Jordy Jor is here.

Speaker 5 (04:26):
Oh.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
I like that he's never liked anyone else's child.

Speaker 5 (04:34):
I like that. That was nice.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
All right, Well, let's get into this yet. Fifty Cent
is suing his ex Daphney Joy for defamation. Now, if
you recall when everything was going on and he was
calling her a little sex worker and she ended up
in these documents with this lawsuit against Diddy, fifty Cent
was really going in on her, and she went on
social media and said, everything is a joke to you
until our safety is compromised. And then she talked about

(04:58):
him not taking the opportunity to be a father to
their son, and she said, let's put the real focus
on your true evil actions of raping me and physically
abusing me. You are no longer my oppressor. And he
wanted her to retract that statement. According to fifties attorneys,
they said, despite being given ample opportunity to retract a
false and malicious retaliatory accusation, Miss Narves has shamefully chosen

(05:21):
to interfere with her eleven year old son's relationship with
his loving father by falsely calling him a rapist.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
You know, fifty will sue somebody absolutely.

Speaker 9 (05:31):
Yeah, he got right in front of it. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
you know, but they said you can sue.

Speaker 4 (05:38):
Yeah, I mean on both ends too, Like I guess
we'll see how this, you know, plays out, because getting
suit is also a costly thing, right when you have
to lawyer up, when you have to you know, fight
it out in court. And all right, well, kay Sana,
speaking of lawsuits, he is not going to be prosecuted
on charges of inciting a riot. Remember in Manhattan, he
was at Union Square and thousands fans came out and yeah,

(06:02):
that was really crazy. So they are planning to drop
their case against him in exchange for the apology and
the fifty seven thousand dollars in restitution. And he has
paid fifty five thousand dollars of that and that would
help with a lot of the costs.

Speaker 3 (06:15):
For landscaping and other things.

Speaker 4 (06:17):
So they paid the bet and then you know, they
paid the balance as well, and he posted the apology
on Snapchat, so he did what he was supposed to do.

Speaker 10 (06:24):
Good.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
Yeah, who love that accountability.

Speaker 4 (06:26):
And we said he'll go on Twitch and make that
money back in five immediately, all right, And Netflix, if
you guys, recall this just happened, but the Tom Brady
roast was on Netflix and Kim Kardashian ended up getting
booed at the at the roast.

Speaker 3 (06:42):
Here's how that sounded.

Speaker 11 (06:44):
I know a lot of people make fun of your height,
all right, Why.

Speaker 4 (06:53):
Well they edited that out. Somebody made a call the yikes.
I feel like she got roasted more than.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
All my Brady And you got to sit there and smile.

Speaker 6 (07:02):
I couldn't do it.

Speaker 3 (07:03):
Yeah, you got to sit there and smile and take it.

Speaker 4 (07:06):
I'm sure she's got to have really tough skin because
a lot goes on and she probably wipes the tears
with money.

Speaker 3 (07:12):
All right.

Speaker 4 (07:13):
And Kanye, it seems like has pulled the plug on
his Yeezy porn. He was planning to open up a
pornography division of his Yeezy brand.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
Remember you was gonna do something like that too.

Speaker 4 (07:23):
May no, absolutely, but you know they said all posts
related to the announcement of eaz Porn have now been
scrubbed from his ex aka Twitter account and his YouTube page.
And you know, I guess now he's saying that it's
because of his spiritual and physical health and all kinds

(07:45):
of things. So Yeah, it's not gonna happen anymore. For
those of you that were really excited, you know, he's
all over the place. He's opening schools, he's got yeezy porn.
This guy called the church. Yeah, he had the church.
She was doing worship and praise. So I don't know,
but he has previously said before Playboy was his gateway
into full on pornography addiction. He said, my dad had

(08:06):
a Playboy left out at age five, and it's affected
almost every choice I made for the rest of my life.

Speaker 3 (08:11):
Oh okay, I had a better experience. Yeah, you had
a great experience with all Right, we that is your
yet and when we come back, we have about last night.

Speaker 4 (08:21):
We had an iconic night last night, and Jordie Joor
and Mane, we'll hear about yours too, because you are glowing.

Speaker 5 (08:27):
Baby.

Speaker 3 (08:27):
It's way up night.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
So about last night.

Speaker 3 (08:34):
I went down last night. We had a time. It's
way up.

Speaker 4 (08:40):
I'm Angela, yee, Jordie Joor, it's Jordy Jordan, Emmanuel is here.

Speaker 3 (08:44):
And Mayo's here like that.

Speaker 5 (08:47):
That's nice.

Speaker 3 (08:48):
Mana. What did you do last night?

Speaker 5 (08:49):
I was I went to studio, okay, then I came
home alone. Well, I'm just asking.

Speaker 3 (08:56):
Me, okay, that's a no.

Speaker 5 (09:01):
Stop stop.

Speaker 6 (09:04):
You're enjoying his single life.

Speaker 3 (09:06):
I know, single alone, all right, we like it alone.

Speaker 4 (09:11):
Well, Jordan and I had an epic night last night.
We were filming lip Service and shout out to Shanty
and Scott his husband. The two of them came and
did the first episode, and then the second episode was
the iconic Lynn Whitfield. You know as Brandy from a
Thin Line Between Love and Hate, and you also know

(09:33):
her from as Josephine Baker and the Josephine Baker Story.
Of course, you know her as Lady May from Green Leaf,
some iconic roles. She's also on The Shy this season.
But we had such a good time just sitting down
and she actually wanted to do lip service.

Speaker 5 (09:46):
Wow, that was so fun.

Speaker 6 (09:48):
You're so open and just so nice. She was dropping
gems and we just had a little women's night.

Speaker 3 (09:53):
It was a girl.

Speaker 5 (09:55):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (09:57):
You know, first of all, Jordan, let's be okay, she
has her journalism degree.

Speaker 5 (10:03):
Okay, all right, I got that d a g R.
Got my resume okay.

Speaker 3 (10:08):
And so yeah, so that was our night last night.

Speaker 4 (10:11):
And then uh so that Lynn Whitfield episode is gonna
come out on Tuesday, and I was like, oh, let
me not push too hard because you know, it's still
miss Lynn Whitfield. But afterward, uh, they were like, Yo,
we're glad that you got her to talk about a
lot of things that she has a lot. Yeah, she
hasn't really discussed before. Definitely not, you know, and shout
out to her daughter, Grace Gibson, who was a singer
by the way, an amazing singer and composer and all

(10:34):
of that. So it's just nice to see that legacy continue.
So the mom playing Josephine Baker and then your daughter
is selling out shows that's a great, beautiful thing. So yes,
that was our night last night, and I'm really happy.
I don't care what to say about me anymore. I
got to sit down and have miss Lynn Whitfield on
lib Service. All right, Well, when we come back, it's
time for tell us a secret.

Speaker 9 (10:55):
Oh wow, you ped up right in time A.

Speaker 4 (10:59):
Secret Tue ninety two fifty one fifty. When we come back,
you guys are gonna remain anonymous. Now, there's no judgment
on our part. So when people call in me, no,
we're not gonna judge them. Okay, we're gonna just listen
to what they have to say. We're gonna be like
mm okay, yeah cool, and you know, maybe a little
back and forth, but no judgment.

Speaker 3 (11:19):
It's anonymous eight hundred.

Speaker 5 (11:20):
Don't you judge Jordan fifty one fifty.

Speaker 4 (11:22):
Yes, it's a safe space. Call us up and tell
us a secret. Eight hundred two ninet two fifty one fifty.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
Yeah, this is a judgment free zone. Tell us a secret.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
It's way up.

Speaker 4 (11:32):
But Angela Yee, I'm Angela Yee. And Jordy Jor it's
Jordy and new Meno's here.

Speaker 5 (11:38):
I'm not gonna lie. I really like your drop.

Speaker 10 (11:41):
It's kind of fire.

Speaker 5 (11:42):
It is.

Speaker 4 (11:43):
It was my idea, right, yeah, I like you. All right,
Well let's get into tell us a secret. It's a
no judgment zone. You are anonymous eight hundred two ninety
two fifty one fifty.

Speaker 3 (11:51):
What's up, Anonymous? Call it tell us a secret.

Speaker 7 (11:54):
I've been in a relationship for twelve years but the
last year.

Speaker 4 (12:00):
Having fun, And so what's going on that you want
to get off your test that we're not gonna judge
you for I.

Speaker 10 (12:06):
Just feel like sussocate it and like the same routine
over and over and over and over.

Speaker 5 (12:11):
There's nothing new. So who you sleeping with on the
side though?

Speaker 3 (12:15):
Like two, okay, why don't you break up? I'm just curious.

Speaker 1 (12:20):
Because we have so much investors, we have house, we
have kids.

Speaker 5 (12:25):
She sounds real sad about this.

Speaker 9 (12:27):
So you say you want to spice things up while
you just don't bring a woman home or two or three.

Speaker 5 (12:35):
So you're looking for spice. Do some spicy then, like.

Speaker 3 (12:38):
I don't, and then the cheating is a spice for her.

Speaker 5 (12:40):
Why don't you try some different things? Why don't you
role play?

Speaker 3 (12:43):
What would you dress up as a cop or something like?

Speaker 8 (12:47):
Maybe like wonder of woman for you.

Speaker 3 (12:56):
She's gonna try this with her side pieces like a cop.

Speaker 5 (13:00):
Boss, correction officer or something like that. Like them all out.
I lift mine's all the way out.

Speaker 3 (13:10):
Though he's definitely had a couple of CEOs. All right, Well, listen,
do you feel better now that you got it off
your chest?

Speaker 12 (13:24):
I do so much lighter.

Speaker 4 (13:26):
Okay, but you're cheating though there's no judgment may now, no,
but you're really cheating though.

Speaker 3 (13:31):
Yeah, she's gonna figure this out.

Speaker 5 (13:32):
You're a real cheater.

Speaker 8 (13:34):
Oh my gosh, I'm figuring it out.

Speaker 3 (13:36):
I'm figuring she's going to figure it out. And I
wish you lats she got a man and she.

Speaker 9 (13:39):
Cheating on her side pieces with each other. God bless her,
Jesus loves her.

Speaker 3 (13:45):
May no you mess up the whole no judgment part.
Hey and adamis color. How are you?

Speaker 7 (13:49):
I'm doing pretty good? How are you?

Speaker 3 (13:51):
We're good? You want to tell us a secret?

Speaker 7 (13:53):
Okay, So Mother's Day it's coming up, and I have
been dealing with my own childhood trauma my way. So
the best way for me is avoidance because I don't
like to hurt others. So recently in April, I've encountered
one of the things that my mom had to go through,

(14:14):
which was domestic violence. A guy close to me ended
up going crazy and that's how it happened. So since then,
I've been avoiding my mom because I don't know how
to actually look at her and express like I understand
where you come from. But at the same time, now
I'm hurt because of this, and my mom is like,
you're not avoiding me on Mother's Day, so you have

(14:36):
to see me. And I'm trying to figure out, like
how to deal with it, what I'll actually like crashing
Mother's Day.

Speaker 3 (14:42):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (14:42):
Have you thought about maybe writing everything that you want
to say to her down so you don't have to
actually say it, but you can still, you know, convey
that to her and your words.

Speaker 7 (14:53):
The crazy thing is, like I didn't think of it,
but when I was a kid, that was how I
expressed myself to her.

Speaker 4 (15:00):
Your mom, first of all, definitely wants to see you
on Mother's Day, and I think you will regret that
so much if you continue to avoid her.

Speaker 3 (15:06):
But you need that support.

Speaker 6 (15:08):
Yeah, she needs it too.

Speaker 3 (15:10):
Yeah, she needs it too.

Speaker 4 (15:11):
I think it could be something that will bring you
guys closer together because it's not something that's either one
of your faults. That could be the best Mother's Day gift.

Speaker 8 (15:19):
Or you could it that way.

Speaker 4 (15:22):
And you're the gift to her too, so I know
she'll do anything that she can to protect you.

Speaker 7 (15:27):
Yeah, that's the scary part.

Speaker 4 (15:30):
And you need to do whatever you need to do
for yourself to change your situation too, and to be
safe because we never know what can happen.

Speaker 3 (15:38):
Yeah, thank you, all right, I wish you so.

Speaker 4 (15:41):
Much luck and tell your mom we said happy Mother's
Day's Day.

Speaker 3 (15:46):
Okay, we love you, love you too. Ye all right,
Well that was tell us a secret.

Speaker 4 (15:52):
And listen, we're here for anything with no judgment, you know,
to show support some things that people do in life.

Speaker 3 (15:58):
We all do some messed up things at time.

Speaker 4 (16:00):
I want to say, yeah, we do, and that's why
we keep it a secret, especially this guy right here,
so he is in no position to judge anyone. When
I tell you his house and everything in it is glass. Okay,
not a stone can be thrown from this corner. But
when we come back, we have honest and when we

(16:21):
come back, we have your Yet. And let's talk about
Sukie Hannah, I mean, she let it all out on
this disc track again to JT. And we'll give you
some highlights on how this all even started.

Speaker 3 (16:31):
I mean, who you can't want the men to argue
and then be mad when the women do too.

Speaker 13 (16:36):
Though.

Speaker 3 (16:36):
It's way up the rooms.

Speaker 2 (16:39):
From industry shade to all the gossip out Angela's spilling that.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
Ye, it's way up.

Speaker 4 (16:46):
I'm Angela yee manos here no man, Judy Joyce. All right,
let's get into some yet.

Speaker 5 (16:55):
Man.

Speaker 4 (16:55):
This songs have been going back and forth, things have
been ignited and JT.

Speaker 3 (17:02):
Versus Suki Hannah is what's happening today?

Speaker 10 (17:06):
Now?

Speaker 4 (17:06):
This all started because JAZ put out her single okay,
and one of the lines she ate crab legs, now
her whole tooth missing, cheap ass venais, you stay talking
ish well, Suki Hannah originally was like, you know, I
know she's not talking about me, because she did have
a situation where her tooth cracked from crab leg yeah,
from eating that. So you know, she wanted JT to

(17:28):
go ahead and clear things up, but JT did not,
and she took JT's silencest confirmation that line was about her,
and so she started taking shots at her online. She
said she pretty then an MF, but she'd be doing
cocaine right, and you know she she also said, y'all
pray for me. Nothing wrong, it's just jt lips used
to be so white.

Speaker 5 (17:47):
Well.

Speaker 4 (17:48):
JT responded and said, and to clear the air, Sukihana,
you knew I wasn't talking about you. I would have
answered quicker if you didn't try to do a two
for one special. I never knew your tooth fell out
from meeting crab Legs. You'd go right viral for stupid
ish daily to think I'm scared of you when I'm
a Zeus subscriber is sick. Well, we thought maybe this
was the end of things, right because there was a

(18:09):
whole social media back and forth. But then lo and beholds.
Suki Hana has put out a disc track which we
had an opportunity to hear this morning, and uh, you
guys should hear the cleaned up version that our producer
Dan managed to get together. It's called Cocaine and here
is some of what was said.

Speaker 14 (18:27):
You may hate no Carsius is a baby. For three
year you was still another mine.

Speaker 3 (18:32):
Are you are you crazy?

Speaker 14 (18:35):
Are you foaming out your mouth?

Speaker 3 (18:36):
It's a bravey you sound what out like?

Speaker 10 (18:38):
Do you eat?

Speaker 3 (18:39):
You pray everybody in your mind?

Speaker 11 (18:40):
You need to say.

Speaker 14 (18:41):
Crazy, your money, gads lost, tell them how you work
a safe, pray to God, do your be and then
you come on with you ate old feb and nass,
angry people looking, mothers matter, nice spice because you're wogan
want to poker?

Speaker 3 (18:52):
Well, I mean it was a lot more said UZZI
got some shots in that song too.

Speaker 5 (18:58):
That little rap beef is happening.

Speaker 6 (19:00):
Yeah, I'm getting beef fatigue. I tell you to go,
I think we need to go vegan for a little bit. Yeah, yeah,
a couple of weeks.

Speaker 4 (19:09):
I'll be interesting to see what people say, because everybody
was encouraging the Kendrick and Drake beef and waiting to
hear what was going to happen. Uh, let's see if
JT does respond, because Sukihana did say she was going
to take it to the booth, and you know, JT
was definitely posting pictures of Sukihana second toes and things
like that, right, and she said, I don't think I'm

(19:29):
better than Suki.

Speaker 3 (19:30):
Baby, I am better than Suki.

Speaker 4 (19:32):
This is not a woman, and a lot more that
I probably can't say on the air, But we'll see
what happens.

Speaker 3 (19:38):
The whole song is called Cocaine.

Speaker 4 (19:40):
She did go ahead and put out some music, and
maybe there's another beef on our hands.

Speaker 3 (19:45):
I think so, yes, that's what it looks like all right.

Speaker 4 (19:47):
Now. Future does have a new project coming out on Friday,
and he posted May tenth f your album, Ish ain't
slapping like my mixtape And then Gunna, I guess because
it seemed like shatsa Gunna put online with these boys
talking about turned the ish back up Notch and so yeah,
and Gunna also has an album, by the way, coming out,
one of one.

Speaker 5 (20:08):
So is it confirmed that he was talking about him.

Speaker 4 (20:10):
It's not confirmed, but that is what people are speculating.
So we're just giving you that speculation. So those are
both by the way coming out on Friday, and we
will be here to break it down and discuss it.

Speaker 3 (20:21):
Too, all right.

Speaker 4 (20:22):
Ryan Garcia says he would have been in better shape
for the Devin Handy fight if he were on steroids,
and he said he was high.

Speaker 10 (20:29):
You know, he was.

Speaker 4 (20:30):
Recently talking and he does not stop talking. He was
on the Fully Tilted podcast and here's what he said.

Speaker 5 (20:35):
And if I was on steroids, I would have been
in a way better shape. It was literally drinking every day,
smoking weed even til the day of the fight. And
I got in their highest and I beat his ass.

Speaker 4 (20:46):
I don't know, guys though, because I mean, when you
get tested for something and it's in your system, doesn't
that it has to.

Speaker 5 (20:54):
See like how much of it it was in it.
If it was like some micro then it's nothing.

Speaker 4 (21:00):
Right, Okay, Well it means nothing. Well we're going to
see what happens moving forward, all right. Well, that is
your Yet when we come back, we have under the radar.
These are the stories that are not necessarily in the headlines.
They have been flying under the radar. And charge lemonade
from Panera. There's been a lot of issues that we've
talked about up here. Well, we'll tell you what the
update is when it comes to that charge lemonade on

(21:22):
the drink menu at Panera is way.

Speaker 2 (21:24):
Yet the news news addition the news that relates to you,
these stories are flying under the radar.

Speaker 4 (21:31):
It's way up by Angela Yee. Maino's here, Jordan Emmanuel
is here.

Speaker 3 (21:38):
Dropping tours. I'm sorry it does all right, let's get
into under the radar.

Speaker 4 (21:42):
And now there's a tornado threat for nearly four million
people a level four or five of severe thunderstorms according
to the Storm Prediction Center. That includes Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee.
An additional fifty million people from Texas also are under
a level two or a level three of a risk two.

Speaker 3 (21:59):
And that's out of five.

Speaker 4 (22:00):
So they were tornadoes and storms in Michigan yesterday, so
a lot more people are facing this threat today. All right,
So prayers for everyone. Panera has dropped their controversial charge lemonade.

Speaker 3 (22:11):
From the drink menu.

Speaker 4 (22:12):
Terrey, who was up here in the background, that was
like her favorite drink, but I was like, it is
pretty dangerous. So now they're going to be focusing on
low sugar and low caffeine options, they said, and that's
not on the menu. So they had at least three
separate lawsuits regarding that caffeinated lemonade drink since last fall.

Speaker 3 (22:30):
I never had it either.

Speaker 5 (22:33):
I never had that.

Speaker 4 (22:36):
And deputies have arrested a fifty four year old grandfather
on suspicion of child in danger. Man this is in Sacramento.
He gave twenty dollars to an unknown homeless woman to
take his seven year old granddaughter to a thrift store
on Monday while he went to the bar.

Speaker 5 (22:50):
Why would he do that?

Speaker 4 (22:51):
He was intoxicated, he was drunk. His bill amount has
been said at seventy five thousand dollars. He will be
arranged today. Now, along with the felony child engagement, faces
a misdemeanor charge of being drunk in public and a
vehicle code infraction for allegedly driving with a suspended license.

Speaker 3 (23:06):
So I guess he was trying to go to the bar.
He gave this woman twenty dollars.

Speaker 4 (23:10):
It was all caught on camera, and then he said
that his daughter had been his granddaughter had been kidnapped.

Speaker 3 (23:15):
But it turns out that she didn't feel like he
was capable of taking care of her.

Speaker 4 (23:20):
So once they put it out that they were trying
to find this young girl, the woman brought the girl
back to the thrift store and said she thought the
grandfather was highly intoxicated and that she did not think
that he could care for the girl, and so she
took her to get some food.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
And who left him, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (23:38):
They said the girl's aunt had full custody of the child,
but she had to go to work and asked him
to care for the granddaughter. That is off of that
poor child. All right, well that is you're under the radar.
We got the way up mixed. At the top of
the hour plus, we have Jaqua Timmans joining us. It
is Mental Health Awareness Month and she'll be talking about
founderst depression entrepreneurs and their health gotta take charge. It's

(24:01):
way up, just like the tut like they Angela Jean,
like they Angela Jean Man.

Speaker 1 (24:06):
She's spilling it all.

Speaker 4 (24:08):
This is yeaty way, what's up his way up at
Angela Yee, I'm Angela Yee, and Jordan Emmanuel is here
or here.

Speaker 3 (24:17):
Absolutely, let's get into some yeaty now.

Speaker 4 (24:21):
Kenjack Lamar looks like he's going to have a number
one Hot one hundred debut with his Drake.

Speaker 3 (24:27):
This song not like us. The streams have exploded.

Speaker 4 (24:30):
It actually broke Drake's twenty twenty one Spotify record for
most streams in a day.

Speaker 3 (24:34):
How ironic is that?

Speaker 6 (24:36):
Well deserved?

Speaker 3 (24:37):
It's not like us.

Speaker 4 (24:38):
Broke Drake's Spotify record for most streams in a day
back in twenty twenty one, So that is for not
like us.

Speaker 3 (24:44):
People are loving that song, even mayno.

Speaker 5 (24:46):
Like I like the song. I do like the song.
I actually like the song. It's really a bop. I
don't think he destroyed Drake though, but I like the song.

Speaker 3 (24:53):
But you know what, he's got a number one song.

Speaker 9 (24:56):
No, no, definitely, I'm agree. I never dislike Kendrick. I
just you weren't really a great Yeah, I just preferred
breaking music with.

Speaker 4 (25:05):
All Right now, Jim Jones, he is not going to
be charged after that whole airport escalator situation that happened
He says he acted in self defense after being outnumbered
by two men. This was in the airport and Fort
Lauderdale earlier in the month. A surveillance video does confirm
his account, according to the cops.

Speaker 3 (25:22):
So he is not going to be charged and he
shouldn't be.

Speaker 4 (25:25):
Anybody who saw that footage would be like, first of all,
shout out to Jim Jones for holding it down on
that escalator with the book that he was by himself,
right right, listen, that is not a game, and he
definitely was like trying not to.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
Have to do it, all right.

Speaker 3 (25:42):
And Seanie O'Neill, she has.

Speaker 4 (25:44):
A book Undefeated, changing the rules and winning on my
own terms. And she does not think that she ever
was really necessarily in love with Shaq. She said, looking back,
I don't know that I ever was really in love
with the man. But I was in love with the
idea of being married to the man I had a
family with, in love with the idea of building a
life together.

Speaker 3 (26:02):
I truly did enjoy spending time with him.

Speaker 4 (26:04):
NBA road tips give me a chance to be with
my husband an experience the NBA life for a little while.

Speaker 5 (26:10):
Yeah, they say that now took all my money.

Speaker 3 (26:13):
She did not take all his money money for a
little minute. And you know he cheated.

Speaker 4 (26:16):
She said that she never was able to catch him
cheating because she heard rumors about it.

Speaker 3 (26:21):
But he was, you know, had an answer for everything.

Speaker 5 (26:24):
Right, but she never called him.

Speaker 6 (26:25):
He admitting it though.

Speaker 3 (26:26):
Yeah, And look he put out a memoir too, over
ten years ago.

Speaker 4 (26:29):
He said he had too many options and infidelity is
what caused the couple to end their marriage.

Speaker 3 (26:34):
And so I want to put that on her.

Speaker 5 (26:36):
May no heard you?

Speaker 3 (26:38):
All right?

Speaker 4 (26:38):
Well that is your yet and when we come back,
we have asked yee eight hundred two ninety two fifty
one fifty.

Speaker 3 (26:44):
Any question you have.

Speaker 4 (26:45):
You know the team is here to help you out.
We all have different opinions. It's way up eight hundred
two nine two fifty one fifty.

Speaker 2 (26:51):
About a sence, whether it's relationship or career advice. Angela's
dropping facts should know this ISSD.

Speaker 3 (26:59):
What's up? Is way up with Angela?

Speaker 10 (27:00):
Yee?

Speaker 4 (27:00):
I'm angel la Gee and Jordan Emmanuel is here, Jorie
Mana is here. No, all right, and it's time for
ask ye eight hundred two nine two fifty one fifty.
And we got Stephanie on the line, Stephanie, Hi Angela, Hey.

Speaker 3 (27:15):
Gara, what is your question for us?

Speaker 12 (27:17):
Should I be a little bit more lenient with all
of my dates? I keep going on all of these dates,
but I continuously am getting the ick every time something
keeps happening where I end up ghosting them and they'll
hit me off. I'll just ignore it. But maybe I
should be giving them some more leeway to get that
second date, in giving them another chance, considering I am

(27:37):
having some trouble locking in a.

Speaker 3 (27:39):
Man, Like, what are some things that would make you
say ick?

Speaker 12 (27:43):
Like we'll walk outside and I'll wait for an uber
or something, and he'll just start walking along down the
street and not wait for me.

Speaker 3 (27:51):
That's not cool. That's not cool. That's a terrible sign.
That's a terrible sign. I can see why.

Speaker 5 (27:58):
You know what, though, why would we walk off like that?

Speaker 13 (28:00):
Right?

Speaker 3 (28:00):
Like I can't get an uber?

Speaker 12 (28:02):
He actually did offer to walk me home, and then
I said no, no, it's okay, I'm not I'm waiting
for a car. He could have waited for the car
to come yet, maybe he just decided to take off
because I was no, No, I'm good.

Speaker 5 (28:13):
You said you was good?

Speaker 3 (28:14):
He said no, you said you was good, right, not
need your address? May no get out of here?

Speaker 10 (28:19):
You know?

Speaker 4 (28:20):
Did he try to call you after that? Because you
said you go to them? But are they also reaching
out to you and you're being particular? Or is it
just doesn't go well?

Speaker 12 (28:27):
There have been text for follow up in additional dates,
but I just feel like, okay, didn't go well. Why
would I waste my time? But maybe if I'm giving
it some more time, I'll feel differently instead of feeling
like maybe I'm judging too pic.

Speaker 4 (28:39):
If you feel any type of spark and somebody does
something that annoys you when it's early on, you can
tell them, And I think that's a valuable thing to
be able to do. Like if they're walking off while
you're waiting for your uber, you can say, hey, you're
not going to wait for the uber, and.

Speaker 6 (28:53):
It doesn't have to be a harsh thing. It's even
a lighthearted like wait a minute.

Speaker 4 (28:57):
Yeah, I don't want to get kidnapped, because sometimes you know,
I ain't gonna lie and don't take this the wrong way.

Speaker 3 (29:05):
But sometimes you gotta train these guys.

Speaker 4 (29:07):
Too, because I'm not There have been situations where I've
been with guys and I'm like, who are you with
before me that you don't know that's what you're doing.

Speaker 5 (29:17):
I don't get trained.

Speaker 12 (29:18):
Maybe that's why I'm still single because I don't want
to be training anyone. I'm waiting for the one that
doesn't have to be trained.

Speaker 4 (29:24):
Well, nobody's gonna be able to do exactly what you want.
And let me tell you, there's gonna be certain things
that you do have to teach somebody. It's different for
every person, and so no one's gonna come knowing exactly
what you like and doing exactly what you want.

Speaker 5 (29:37):
Right and then maybe it's things that people may not
like about you. How about that?

Speaker 4 (29:41):
Yeah, And they have to tell you right now if
there's something that rubs you the wrong way. I believe
in trusting your instinct and your gut. Like I don't
like this at all, but if you feel like you
know this has a little potential, it's always worth a conversation.

Speaker 5 (29:53):
In that situation, it's like you're having some trouble, send
me a DM, I'll help you out.

Speaker 12 (29:56):
Oh gosh, okay, Well I'm gonna hold.

Speaker 10 (29:58):
You to that.

Speaker 3 (30:00):
I would help you because you'll be like, you know what,
anybody else is better?

Speaker 5 (30:09):
I got you, I got you, I got you, I
got you.

Speaker 4 (30:11):
No wry but yeah, Stephanie, you know, just communicate that
if there's any type of you know, I could see
myself going on a second day, you should let them know, like,
hey would have been great if you would have waited
for the uber with me.

Speaker 3 (30:21):
I just that I just want to tell you I
didn't really like that.

Speaker 6 (30:25):
Yeah, And worst case scenario is just good practice for
getting what you want and telling people your boundaries.

Speaker 3 (30:31):
He's out there.

Speaker 6 (30:32):
Don't settle exactly.

Speaker 12 (30:34):
Thank you, Shordan.

Speaker 3 (30:35):
All right, Stephanie, thank you, all right.

Speaker 12 (30:37):
Thanks Angela?

Speaker 3 (30:38):
All right, well, thank you by all right. And that
was ask ye see that was good.

Speaker 5 (30:43):
I gave the greatest advice.

Speaker 3 (30:44):
Did She's going to hit you up all right?

Speaker 4 (30:46):
Well eight hundred two nine fifty in case you couldn't
get through. And when we come back, it's a Wealth Wednesday.
We have Jacquette Timmins joining us. She'll be talking about
found this depression for Mental Health Awareness Month.

Speaker 3 (30:57):
It's way up, kind of.

Speaker 2 (30:58):
Dream of will and I don't mind sharing my wealth
dogs getting you straight financially, mentally and physically. This is
Wealth Wednesday on Way Up with Angela ye yes.

Speaker 4 (31:08):
It is Way Up with Angela yee and it is
Wealth Wednesday with my partner Stacey Tisday.

Speaker 13 (31:13):
Happy Wealth Wednesday, everybody, and we are very excited today
to go way Up with Jaquette Temins and as its
mental health awareness month, we want to talk about something
called founder's depression.

Speaker 2 (31:24):
Thank you, so yeah.

Speaker 3 (31:25):
What is founder's depression.

Speaker 13 (31:27):
It's a special form of depression that surfaces and entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurs are thirty percent more likely to experience depression than
non entrepreneurs.

Speaker 3 (31:36):
That's straight from Harvard Business Review.

Speaker 5 (31:38):
I know, Angela, you got some too.

Speaker 4 (31:39):
Entrepreneurs have three times more likely to suffer from anxiety, stress,
and fear than non entrepreneurs, and they're also three times
more likely to suffer from substance abuse.

Speaker 13 (31:49):
Seventy two percent of entrepreneurs suffer from one or more
mental health issue, and sixty percent of entrepreneurs report feelings
related to imposter syndrome.

Speaker 4 (31:59):
Now, what do you how people in a let's say
you're in a relationship with an entrepreneur who is going
through it right and in a space where they are
not seeing their return on the investments that they're putting
into their business.

Speaker 3 (32:11):
It's stress.

Speaker 4 (32:11):
But we know a lot of times relationships can suffer
because of finances, and so how does one support somebody
who's an entrepreneur that they're with.

Speaker 11 (32:21):
So if you're both entrepreneurs, I think it's a little easier.
If the other person has a more traditional nine to
five job, I think it can be a little bit
more challenging. The solution though, is to share your business plan, right,
how are you going to get from point A to
point B?

Speaker 3 (32:38):
If people are in the loop, it reduces the stress. Okay.

Speaker 11 (32:42):
I think part of the stress comes from if you're
in your silo and you're just doing your.

Speaker 3 (32:48):
Thing, trying to handle everything on your own, trying to handle.

Speaker 11 (32:50):
Everything on your sto right, and the other person has
no clue what you're doing. All they know is that
bank accounts getting low. So I think a part give
it as communication. I think a part of it is,
you know, agreeing on what will be your exit plan
if you have to do that.

Speaker 4 (33:09):
With my wealth Wednesday partner, Stacy tisday and we are
talking to Jack Katte Timmins. He is an investment expert
at Financial Coach, and she also is a financial behaviorist.

Speaker 3 (33:19):
Stacy, you have a question how do you.

Speaker 13 (33:21):
Know when you are just experiencing regular depression anxiety that
comes with us, or you've crossed into an area where
you need help.

Speaker 11 (33:31):
I think if it's really really pervasive and it is
affecting your overall quality of life, how well you're sleeping,
the degree to which you might eat, exercise, like all
of the things that you would normally do to take
care of yourself. If you begin to see that those
things are deteriorating, then that might be a clue that

(33:51):
it's a stressful period of time and you are not
responding to it in as healthy of a way as possible,
and so that might require more professional help.

Speaker 13 (34:01):
And I remember the last time we had this conversation
with you, and we had doctor Janet Taylor, she's a psychiatrist,
and she was saying, if you're ever in a funk
for more than two weeks, yeah, you need support.

Speaker 11 (34:12):
As an entrepreneur, I think everybody should have a therapist.
And I also think that everyone should work with a
business coach, either on a one on one basis or
in a group capacity, right because one of the things
that creates a lot of that depression is the isolation.

Speaker 4 (34:28):
It's way up at Angela Yee and we have a
Wealth Wednesday with jack Kaed Timmins. Again, it is mental
Health Awareness Month and we're talking about founders, depression and
of course your financial well being. It's way up with
Angela Yee. We have more when we come back.

Speaker 2 (34:42):
Wealthy and I don't mind sharing my wealth dog getting
you straight financially, mentally and physically.

Speaker 1 (34:48):
This is Wealth Wednesday on way up with Angela ye.

Speaker 3 (34:50):
What's up?

Speaker 4 (34:51):
Its way up with Angela Yee, and it is a
Wealth Wednesday. I'm here with my Wealth Wednesday partners, Stacy Tisdale,
and we are talking to jack Ed Timmins. Jackad Timmins
is an investment expert, a financial coach. She's also a
financial behaviorist, an author, a podcaster.

Speaker 3 (35:06):
What are some things that you do for self care
too as an entrepreneur.

Speaker 7 (35:09):
So I have a.

Speaker 11 (35:10):
Practice of meditating and journaling. I run almost every day,
and I do have a.

Speaker 3 (35:16):
Therapist, and I do have a coach.

Speaker 13 (35:18):
And it's making time for that.

Speaker 3 (35:20):
That's always my excuse. I don't have time. I'm so
busy at it.

Speaker 13 (35:23):
Schedule around it.

Speaker 11 (35:24):
Here's the thing, you are, your business's greatest asset. I
think we need to stop thinking of putting ourselves first
as being selfish.

Speaker 4 (35:34):
We're talking about coaching, so can we talk about what
the resources are that you offer?

Speaker 7 (35:39):
Yeah?

Speaker 10 (35:39):
Thank you.

Speaker 11 (35:40):
So when I work with my entrepreneurs and small business owners,
I really am leading with how can we make sure
to prioritize the health of your personal finances? And so
we first do an exercise called the financial Wheel so
that you can get a sense of what it is
you want money to do for you personally, so that
you can then design a business, your business model, your
se else process, your strategy and as you know, this

(36:02):
comes from.

Speaker 3 (36:02):
Personal experience to be in support of that.

Speaker 11 (36:06):
So, yes, we want your business to be successful, but
we want you to be successful too, and so I
always like to say to folks that I'm helping them
navigate complex scenarios and situations and decisions.

Speaker 13 (36:17):
You can take Jacquet's Financial Real exercise at her website
Jaquet Timmins dot com. We also have some other resources
for you to check on your mental health. Everybody check
out conscious Ambition dot com. I'm not asking anybody to
memorize all of this stuff because we have it all
Wealth Wednesdays for Entrepreneurs Facebook group or all you entrepreneurs

(36:39):
out there should be joining that. We put together so
many resources for you and bring to you wonderful people
like this.

Speaker 2 (36:45):
Oh, thank you.

Speaker 3 (36:46):
You know I love hanging out with you too, so
I don't know that.

Speaker 4 (36:49):
And make sure you follow jaquettsu. It is on Instagram
at Jacquette M Timmins. So that's g j A c
q U E t t E M.

Speaker 3 (36:59):
Timmins.

Speaker 11 (36:59):
Yes, thank you.

Speaker 3 (37:00):
All right, well, thank you so much again, so much welcome.

Speaker 4 (37:03):
Said, I gotta get my coaching in, Okay, I need
some help because I have a lot of interview.

Speaker 3 (37:09):
Yeah, it's very stressful.

Speaker 4 (37:11):
You can watch the full interview on my YouTube channel
Way Up with Ye And when we come back, you
guys have the last word.

Speaker 2 (37:16):
Pack up the phone, Tapian to get your voice heard
with the word.

Speaker 1 (37:21):
He's the last word on Way Up with Angela Yee.

Speaker 4 (37:24):
What's up his Way Up with Angela Yee. I'm Angela
Yee and Maino's in the buildings right, and Jordan.

Speaker 3 (37:29):
Emmanuel is here, Hello, Hello, Hello.

Speaker 4 (37:32):
Also thank you to Jai Timmans for joining us for
for Wealth Wednesday talking about founder's depression, entrepreneurs and your
mental health, because it is mental Health Awareness Month as well,
and of course thank you guys for listening and for
joining us today. I mean, we talked about a lot
of different things. Secrets, secrets. Yeah, you guys told us

(37:52):
some good secrets. And I'm interested to see if JT
is going to respond to Suki Hannah and and do
a distract back to her.

Speaker 5 (38:00):
That's going to happen.

Speaker 3 (38:01):
You think Kendrick and Drake is over no more songs?

Speaker 5 (38:03):
Nah, I think something's coming out that part.

Speaker 6 (38:05):
I feel like it's lingering beyond the corner.

Speaker 5 (38:07):
Yeah, I think something else is coming out.

Speaker 4 (38:09):
You know, there was a rumor that behind the scenes
the label was trying to squash it, but they already
said absolutely not.

Speaker 3 (38:15):
The label is not trying to get in between anything.

Speaker 6 (38:17):
You think, as long as it stays or doesn't continue
to be violent, well you get spicy.

Speaker 10 (38:23):
You know.

Speaker 4 (38:23):
People were also talking about the shooting that happened outside
of Drake's house, and so we don't know what that
was about, but we would hate for something like that
to happen.

Speaker 3 (38:32):
Let's try to make sure everybody.

Speaker 4 (38:34):
I mean, it's hard because people's egos are involved, people's
crews are involved, people are being accused of things so
good everything. Yeah, all right, well again this is your
guys show, so you have the last word.

Speaker 8 (38:46):
I went overseas for a deployment and I started a Maryan.
I felt bad, so I stopped messing around with him.

Speaker 10 (38:54):
Hey, good morning Chicago. I just want to try to
bite on my don't cancer. She's out here beating cancers,
but for the second time, she's not letting that stop
her though. She's out here living her best life and
putting up her best bite. So this is for you
to ask me.

Speaker 5 (39:11):
Love you girls, going way up.
