The lawsuit argues that a federal law often used a
shield internet companies from liability, also allows users to take
control of their feeds using external tools. The night First
Amendment Institute at Columbia University filed the lawsuit this week
against Meta Platforms on behalf of an amor's professor who
wants to release a tool called unfollow Everything two dot
zero to let his users unfollow all the content fed

original Unfollow Everything, but took it down in twenty twenty

Sony Pictures, and Apollo Global Management have reportedly entered formal
talks to acquire Paramount. The New York Times says the

of Paramount's board of directors met on Saturday and signed
off on deal negotiations. Last week, Sony and Apollo submitted

a non binding letter of interest offering to buy Paramount

says a deal with Sony and Apollo would be rife
with regulatory challenges. They include a merger of two major
film studios and foreign ownership of US broadcast networks. The

Berkshire Hathaway held its annual shareholders meeting in Omaha on Saturday,
and Warren Buffett heaped praise on Apple after revealing that
he has reduced his stake in the company. Berkshire reported
a position at Apple worth one hundred and thirty five
point four billion dollars at the end of the first quarter.

end of last year. Buffett said, despite the sale, Apple
is even better than either American Express and Coke, which
are wonderful businesses that Berkshire also owns. In the week ahead,

We've heard from eighty percent of S and P five
hundred companies. Stocks of reclaim the fifty one hundred mark
after a batch of bettle than expected earnings. Dan Suzuki

I think it's really earnings growth and fundamentals, kind of
plain old boring stuff, and that's what's improving. That's what
Scott long momentum.

broadening out. Disney and Uber will be in focus this week,
along with Airbnb, Anheuser Busch, InBev, Armhole Holdings, Occidental Petroleum,
