Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hi everyone, it's Amanda riger Green. Welcome to Soul Sessions.
Thank you for joining me today. I've got a special
episode and it's a little bit of a follow up
on last week's episode. Last week, I did this deep
dive into what I called the Death Portal because death
was on my mind and it felt like something that
(00:30):
was on my heart and my personal experience and through
the intimate relationships I have with others, whether they be
clients or friends or family, it felt very aligned to
share that and not just death in the literal sense,
although that seems to really be happening in a lot
of people's reality right now. Loved ones, friends, death that
(00:55):
may not be quite as personal but affects us in
some way. Of course, there's a lot going on in
the world and geopolitically and with natural disasters, so we
do have that. But I was also focusing on death internally,
what we go through when we shed, when we change,
when we grieve. And I'll tell you what, when I
(01:15):
have changed jobs or moved homes, I now, and I've
done this for a while, but I recognize there's a
grief process, so I give myself the space to grieve.
An outdated version of me, place that I've lived, in
experience that I've had. Grief occurs on a multitude of levels,
(01:39):
so it always in some sense feels like I am
transforming and transitioning, and I know you all feel that
way as well. And the more awakened and self aware
we become of who we are, our mental and emotional states,
our physical and spiritual well being, the more we recognize
(02:01):
our evolution, the shifts that we have, and being able
to honor where we have been in order to feel
aligned and present in the moment. And not that we
are aligned and present in every moment, but where is
the power. The power is now, And the more we
(02:22):
can really settle into the now, even when it feels uncomfortable, uncertain,
and be able to practice acceptance reality as it is
and find that serenity or sense of our center within
tapping into that inner truth, the more whole we feel,
(02:46):
and the more true we feel in our experience and
also empowered. And to add a layer to this, karma.
Karma is a quite interesting subject and that is not
going to be the big focus of today, although I
am gonna loop it in and we're going to talk
about time loops, time shifts, consciousness jumping, and shedding, so
(03:09):
different reality. There's a lot coming up, but karma really
plays into that, and I'll dive into it here in
a bit. But if you're just tuning in and listening,
I have a special announcement, so stay tuned. At the
end of the podcast, We're going to try something new,
do something fun and it involves you. So at the
end there'll be more details on that. I'm excited to
(03:29):
announce it. But let's jump into shedding and shifts and
timeline shifts, time jumping, consciousness shifts and what that looks
like literally practically, and then from a mystical and quantum perspective,
so with transformation, death and rebirth, however that may be
showing up for you. And I had a tremendous response
(03:53):
to that podcast and people saying this resonated with me
and in a multitude of ways and ways in which
really surprised me. Where different people are and how they
feel like they are really like shedding layers of themselves.
Some people are actually in the midst of loss, actual
(04:15):
physical loss of a loved one. A few people are
taking care of sick parents, and of course I certainly
relate to that. That's part of my journey and story.
And I remember and I know in my bones it
was like I was in active grief and bereavement. Bereavement
is active grief while my mom was still alive. So
(04:36):
it's like grieving while someone's alive because there's the anticipation
of the literal death and the transition, and it's a
very liminal space to be and it's a raw space.
It's a precious space in fact. And then there's traumatic death,
which doesn't give you that prep time, right, and you're
in it drastically. You're thrust into something that is so visceral,
(05:01):
that is life changing. I understand that, and like I
shared last week with the death of my father, how
that impacted me. And I have to give y'all a
follow up on that, which is wild, wild, and it
relates to timeline jumping in timeline shifts. So my dad
died in nineteen ninety nine, and he died on April eleventh.
(05:21):
It was early on a Sunday morning. I remember the
color of the grass and the gray sky. It was April, right,
you know, when the grass is all those like vibrant
electric shades of green, and the sky is gray like
it's going to rain. That's what it looked like that
day and that morning, and that that is forever seared
in me. And I love the spring. I love a
(05:44):
gray sky and electric green of spring coming out. There's
something in that for me that is very beautiful and real,
and I find it quite magical. But it definitely that's
what the sky looked like that day and that morning,
and it's really interesting. So we died in nineteen ninety nine,
we are in twenty twenty five. Every single year on
(06:07):
April eleventh, it's like a birthday. I never forget that date,
you know. I mean it's not like a birthday, like
celebratory birthday, obviously, but it's a date that I don't forget.
I notice when it comes. And of course I was
talking about it last week, so we weren't quite to
April eleventh if you look at the calendar. But here's
what happened. And I have been doing a tremendous amount
(06:31):
of shedding and purging of limiting belief systems and fears
that I truly believe I absorbed from my father. I
know the stuff I got for my mom, and I've
did I got to do a lot of active work
around that. In the last year of her life. Stuff
that I thought I had healed or let go of
(06:53):
or that didn't affect me anymore, We'll shoot it all
came out sideways and it was down there in my
unconscious and so there was a lot of peeling back
of layers, especially when she was ill and I was
taking care of her, and then after the fact. But
with my dad, it was about I don't know, maybe
three months ago, I was with my acupuncturist and we
were doing some muscle testing and I said, I really
(07:14):
believe I am carrying the limiting beliefs of both of
my parents and their fears, because it's so clear to
me that I am behaving that way, living in that
consciousness and believe that their story is mine. I've absorbed
it and that's very natural, it's very psychological. It has
(07:35):
to do with conditioning. There are a lot of things
that are documented around that. But I was saying, I
feel like this is karmic for me to shed this stuff,
and I feel like I am replaying part of my
father's story, and a lot of that story was around change,
drastic change, career work, money, and one of the things
(07:58):
for me in my childhood. We moved every single year,
and we moved every year until I was in ninth grade.
And looking back on that, I mean, obviously it's a
part of my life. It it gifted me the ability
to jump in, make new friends, to find new social networks, connections,
(08:19):
find my place. But there's also displacement that comes with
that because we moved when I was one. We moved
when I was two, and I don't mean just moved houses.
We moved to a different city, packed up and moved
from infancy one, two, three, four, five, six seven. We
stayed in the same place from my second grade to
(08:40):
my fourth grade, but we moved houses three times, so
even if we didn't and like move physically, and I
got to stay at the same school three years, which
I loved that school. That's I gave a shout out
to that, I think in the last episode, Mandeville and Covington,
which is on the north shore of New Orleans. And
then we moved to Baton Rouge. But we moved homes
(09:00):
over and over and over again until I was in
ninth grade, and we were in the same space until
I graduated high school. So there's just a lot of
displacement and movement and change that happened, and I got
used to that kind of change. I got used to
that as normalcy. But it also had to do with
my parents and their situation and money and finances and
(09:23):
a lot of heavy things that I'm sure a lot
that you all can relate to in your own story
in certain ways. And even if you were you know
you are that person that went to the same kindergarten
all the way with your same friends through high school.
I mean, to me, that is amazing, and that's that
is not my story. But I love people who have
friendships that go back to, you know, kindergarten, and they
(09:47):
have that sense of place and connection to a place.
I don't have that, and I have connections to places
and memories and phases of my life. But there was
a displacement in my life, and I recognized a few
months ago that I was really carrying this in my
story as far as Okay, I'm gonna like there's gonna
be big drastic change, I'm gonna settle in, I'm gonna
(10:09):
figure everything out, and then boom, there's big drastic change. Again.
Like it's short term. Everything is short term. So anyway,
so three months ago I started really doing some deep
subconscious work and conscious work around letting go shedding and
finding a way to heal karma and cut chords essentially
(10:34):
with belief systems that were not inherently mine and value
systems to live out things that I value today. So
I did a whole soul search on what that looked
like for me. And so I've been doing the deep
dive in the work for personally behind the scenes for
the last handful of months. And on April eleventh this year,
(10:58):
It's really funny, I woke up on April twelfth and
I woke up and I was like, oh my gosh,
today is April twelfth, and I said that means yesterday
was April eleventh, and I forgot that it was Dad's
death anniversary. Okay, that's twenty six years where it's like
(11:19):
seared in my energy field and the calendar date. I
didn't think about him one time, and it wasn't a
sad thing. It was like a breakthrough. I know you
all know what breakthrough energy feels like. It's like when
you've been trying to forgive someone or you've been in
(11:40):
a toxic relationship, a difficult relationship, and you separate or
you divorce, and it takes a lot of time to
grieve and shed and to really be able to not
wake up one day or be brushing your teeth or
driving down the street and that person pops into your
brain and you're consternating and having conversations. And I think
about the Taylor Swift song, you know, I forgot that
(12:01):
you existed. I think that song is actually hysterical and
quite poignant. You know, I forgot what like one day,
I woke up and forgot that you existed, Like I
just didn't think about you that day. And even with
literal death like losing my mom, you know, there's rarely
a day that she doesn't cross my mind or show
up and send me signs and messages. But there have
(12:22):
been days when I don't think about that anymore. And time,
we know that time, calendar, time is a wonderful healer.
But twenty six years is a long time, right, And
of course I'm gonna remember it. But when I woke
up on the twelfth and like put the puzzle pieces
together and did not remember it, did not think about it,
(12:47):
did not think about him, it was like elation and
of course he has not forgotten, and he comes through
and I'm gonna tell you something really cool after this.
But I was like, oh my gosh, I had a
break through. So I go out to the kitchen and
I told Dennis. And I thought when I shared it
with him, I didn't feel like he was going to
(13:08):
get it or think it was significant or really have
a response to it at all. I was just sharing
to actually share what was going on with me. And
I shared it with him and he's he's like, yeah,
that's a big deal, right, Like he heard the gravitass
of it and the joy in it that it was
(13:29):
like something changed in me, something grew. And I'd kid you,
not two seconds later, ten seconds later, I don't know,
maybe it was two minutes later. But Dennis was letting
the dogs out the back door and they were, you know,
excited to get out, and our Doberman Slim, he's overly
(13:49):
excited and eager and he's like usually chomping at the
bit to get outside. And Rea Havoc, you know, like
let me protect all the space. Anyway, he goes over
to let the dogs out and he goes get back,
get back, and y'all when I was growing up, especially
when I was in high school, it used to be
(14:10):
an ongoing joke in my household. My dad would walk
in from work and the dogs would be there, and
he'd go, get back, get back, and my mom and
I used to always be like, oh, Dad's hope, get back,
get back. Like we it was like he was like
a you know, he just was like this puppet that
would say get back. And we used to joke about it.
And I have never shared that with Dennis, but he
(14:33):
literally said get back, get back in that same kind
of animated tone. And I mean, I had just shared
this with Dennis, this breakthrough, and it was like there
was my dad and with this precious memory, right that
was sweet and nostalgic and funny, like, you know, my
dad when he spoke, people listened. He had just a
(14:54):
presence about him. But when he was silly, and he
wasn't silly or fun often, but when he was, it
was like it was so joyful. And when he was funny,
he was funny, and he had a kind of a
weird wit and we would joke about get back, get back.
But I'm sharing that because it was like the timeline shift,
(15:16):
the significance of it, the healing, the shedding, the breakthrough.
I mean, it was like karmic level breakthrough energy. And
then to have that literal validation that was so sweet
and innocent, was like, yeah, you've made a leap. And
then here's where it gets cooler. So I get on
(15:45):
the phone with a client and a really good client
of mine who I've worked with for a long time,
who I've developed a very amazing kindred bond with. We
were in our session and doing our regular stuff, and
she brings up timeline jumping in quantum shifts. And I
had literally in my mind already been using that rhetoric,
(16:07):
that language timeline jumping quantum shifts. And she and I
have discussed this before, but we probably haven't discussed it
in eight or nine months. I mean, it had been
a long time, but I had been journaling on this
and seeing literal changes and things in my reality that
we're jumping timelines. And she said, oh, I have to
tell you, I've had some timeline shifts, and I do
(16:28):
want to qualify this with this client of mine as
extremely intelligent, as a very significant job that requires practicality,
intelligence and a very sound mental state like This is
not some woo woo out there person that's just flighty
and I'm having timeline shift. No, this person is like
(16:50):
legit right in who she is, what she does in
the world, and her depth of consciousness and spirituality always
blows my mind. And so she said, Amanda, I've had
these timeline shifts recently, and let me give you examples
and her examples, and I'm not going to go into
too much detail around this, but they're mind blowing in
terms of stuff she was seeing in her reality that
(17:12):
literally she knew one day looked like this and the
next day it looked totally different. So when I talk
about timeline shifts, the example I gave you was more
of the emotional, the spiritual, the psycho spiritual breakthrough that
happens when you're like, ooh, I'm healed or I feel
(17:32):
different or whoa, I'm better like you know, not that
we're better or worse, but you know, the sentiment that
I'm referring to what she was talking about is I
have tangible evidence of two different things that were not
the way they were the day before. And one of
the things, and I will relay it to you, is
a license plate change. She said, I'm doing my regular
(17:53):
walk with the dog and we're going about our business
and she's like, license plates are my jam I notice
license plates. I memorize the numbers. I know them, like
that's my thing, you know. She looks for the numerology
in them. She knows how to She said, literally, my neighbor,
same car, they parked on the same street, the license
plate was different. And yes, we can chalk it up
(18:13):
to they change their license plate for some reason or another.
But I don't go there in this because she gave
me two or three other examples that were mind blowing
time bending reality stuff. And I've had this happen where
things are not where they were or as they seen.
The first time I ever had it happen, we lived
(18:34):
in Belize, and we lived on this property that has
it was like an ancient piece of property, like even
to go into it is a lot. But we were
on top of some Mayan ruins. They like, I don't
know if I've shared that before, but where we lived
in Belize, I mean the whole Yucatan Peninsula is a
Mayan ruin, right, But they had done some seismic geological
(18:57):
studies and they recognize that where are home was, which
was at the highest point of a river. Literally that
there were huge, huge temples and pyramids under our home
that had not been excavated, mounds and things that had
not been excavated. So there's that. So there was a
lot of activity where I lived energetically and on multiple fronts.
(19:21):
And then our home we renovated. It had originally been
the Seventh Day Adventist church. The bottom floor of it
was all concrete. It was the Seventh Day Adventished church,
like I can't remember, maybe fifty years prior in the
small creole village in where our home was, and then
a man and woman bought it and they added onto
(19:43):
it and renovated it, and it was really cool. It
had it was like a Hemingway style home with those
louver shutters. I mean, our home in Belize was pretty amazing.
So when we moved in, we renovated it and updated
it and there was a lot of cleansing and clear
and I'll do a whole episode on that because we
also found out and this was happening, there was a
(20:05):
lot of activity years later before the Seventh Day of
Venice Church. It was the old community graveyard. So we've
got the Mayan ruins, we've got the community graveyard, we've
got the Seventh Day at Ventist Church. And then the
woman that lived there before practice some kind of I
don't know if it was voodoo witchcraft, who doo. She
(20:27):
was like deep into ancient practices. Her husband died and
I found that out. So I mean, this space was
full of energy, like incredible energy, and some really wicked
dark stuff, and I had to bring in a shaman
and I would beat Dennis with these bushes and we'd
have limes under our bed. I'll tell this story sometime
(20:48):
because it's I wrote a blog on eight years ago
when we were Invalize, and I don't think it's published anymore,
but it tells the story vividly of the ghost and
the spirits and the heaviness that was in the house.
But anyway, back to the timeline shift. First time I
experienced it. So Dennis and I are, we have the
yard and we've got all this construction going on. But
(21:08):
he would take the dogs out in the yard every
day and he would throw the ball with the chucket
for them in this one space where they could run
long and he could throw the chucket and on our property.
There were multiple really old trees and one of the
trees was called a gumbo limbo. And in Mayan culture
(21:28):
and in Belize, the gumbo limbo tree has incredible healing properties.
It's it sheds its bark, kind of like the aspens,
you know, where you can tear off their bark. It
has this real these really thin thin layers of bark.
It's like filo dough. Think about filo dough, you know
when you have the filo dough, and it's all these
tiny thin layers of bark, and the thin layers grow
(21:51):
and become this big tree. And that's the gumbo limbo
and it's really good to like peel off put on
your skin for healing. They have gumbo limbo tinctures and
tea for a multitude of things. So we have this
gumbo limbow tree that is on the property and it
is literally I find out later the woman had planted
trees on north, southeast, and west like she had made
(22:15):
a grid. She had planted the trees and this was
on in the west right, and in the shamanic wheel
the west. You know, the sun rises in the east,
it sets in the west. And in Mayan tradition, they
say down with the sun, and that's when the spirits,
the dark spirits and the dark in the light spirits.
(22:35):
I mean, they look at it as like the witching hour,
but the west is like the witching hour in some ways.
It's and they what the shaman used to tell me
when she would have me do these rituals is she says,
say down with the sun, and on specific days. Nonetheless,
but that tree was planted there, and I didn't know
all of this yet. I hadn't put the puzzle pieces together.
(22:57):
So Dennis used to throw the ball with the dogs
and he would be out there every day and he
would be standing right next to that tree. So he
was very familiar with the tree and the bark and
everything that was at eye level. I had been there too,
and one day I walked outside and we had started
to we had this shaman come in. We had started
to clear and cleanse the energy. Because I walked in
(23:20):
and the shaman was like, whoo, you did not come
in here alone, and you cannot clear this alone. You
have stuff attached to you and it is dark. And
I had felt that, and I found this incredible bush doctor.
She was a snake doctor, and her grandfather had been
one of the most famous Mayan bush doctors in Belize.
(23:40):
It was all just such an enriching experience and how
things came together. But she had already been working with
me and working with our property to clear things, and
the spirits were not real happy about that. So they
were getting more active and rambunctious and not wanting to
leave anyway. So Dennis I walk out there one day
(24:02):
and I'm like, stand, I look up at the gumbo
limbo tree and there is a pentagram carved in the
layered bark of the gumbo limbo. And gumbo limbo. If
I were to carve something on Gumbo limbo, it would
be really obvious. It would be fresh. If you were
to carve something on a tree's bark, you'd see that,
(24:25):
you know, when it's been freshly carved or it's been
there for eight months, ten years, like you know, the
depth of it, how it's healed over literally this pentagram,
and it was I don't know, it was the size
of like a CD, like a you know, you know,
like a CD we used to put in CD players,
Like that's the size it was. And it was deep
(24:46):
and thick, However, the bark was totally grown over and
looked like it had been there for I don't forever,
eight years or ten years, I don't know, but it
was knew lee carved. Somebody didn't just come into our
yard and carve a pentagram. But Dennis and I had
stood there and been next to this tree and there
(25:08):
was no pentagram. And I remember saying Dennis, like, I
went and got him and I said, Dennis, and I
brought him out there and I showed him the pentagram
and I said this was not here before, and he goes, no,
it was not like it's right about where he stood
with the dogs and put his hand on the tree
when he was leaning over like, and I was like,
(25:29):
and is it new? And he goes, no, Like this
is like it like appeared. I mean, Dennis was a
freaked out, but I swear to you it was like
it was. It was some of the craziest miracle magic
stuff and parnormal. I've seen some paranormal things. This like
rates in the top five because I know what I know,
(25:51):
and my husband witnessed it, and I didn't feel like
I just made this stuff up. But it was literally
like we had jumped a time line or shifted realities
or jumped into a parallel universe. But we were also
shedding because we were clearing energy off of the land
and stuff that had been attached to us. So the
(26:11):
reason I'm giving you these tangible examples of timeline jumping
and as you are healing, growing, transforming, and beginning to
shed layers of yourself and deep stuff, y'all. This year
twenty twenty five, we know that we are in a
(26:34):
nine universal year, which is a big up level But
in order to level up, you gotta let freaking go
and let go of deep rooted stuff. And sometimes it's literal,
visceral things, little things that we can just let go
and let God, but deeper than that. And for many
of us, we've been growing. And one person, one of
(26:56):
my really sweet, amazing client and women that I know,
she reached out and she's like, gosh, I resonated so
much because it feels like last month was just deep
sadness and grief and not external things going on, but
like out of nowhere, like I was just letting go
(27:17):
of sadness and then starting to put karma and past
life stuff together that's coming online for a lot of
us experience with past life imagery experiences, and what I
will qualify past life stuff with is I've had quite
a bit of experience with that and some pretty remarkable
experiences personally and with clients. But I did have a
(27:40):
therapist one time say to me, and this. I know
when it was because I remember very viscerally. It was
probably twenty eleven and we were doing EMDR and I
had a lot going on at the time, and I
really was. I was in the depths of my alcoholism
and addiction, but I was, and maybe it was twenty twelve.
It's right in that portal twenty eleven, twenty twelve. I
(28:03):
was in the depths of everything. I was working hard,
you know, kind of just living a double life, and
you know, the paint the Veneer was starting to crack, right.
But internally, if I look back, I was just I
was in a like a full blown, like a spiritual psychosis.
And today, and I've talked about spiritual awakening and what
that looks like today, I'm so grateful for that spiritual psychosis,
(28:26):
that mental breakdown, spiritual literal breakdown, and to have lived
through it and be on the other side. And because
it gave me tremendous value in my psychic abilities and gifts,
and then a multitude of other things. But this therapist
said to me, we were doing EMDR and I went
into straight trance channeling in the sessions, and she had
(28:49):
never had this happen. She says, I have heard about
this happening sometimes EMDR when you're reprocessing things in the
prefrontal cortex. If you're familiar with EMDR, have done that.
But I went full on in those sessions. We'd start
doing AMDR and I would start trance channeling with her,
like my voice would shift, my eyes would shift, like
(29:11):
I would go into another state. And then she was
like it was wild, and so I started talking about
a past life and everything that I was processing in
that moment related to this past life that I was
communicating to her. And so I had come out of
the session one day and come too because it was
like I was also very aware of it, which is
(29:32):
the way I channel today. You know, I step back,
I drop into an altered state, and I am like
this observer that is engaging with and watching what's going on.
And that's that is I don't fully leave my body.
I am literally like this observer or participant, and that's
what happens when I read for clients. It's the same thing.
If you've done a reading with me, you know, it's
(29:53):
like a three way phone call. Right there's you, there's
me channeling for your higher self, and then there's Amanda
the Peanut Gallery slide, the moderator of the panel. But
she said to me, I said, oh my gosh, like
I'm talking about this past life. I remember this, I
remember who I was, where I was, what I did.
I mean, I was describing everything. And this took about
six sessions. We went through the whole thing, and it
(30:14):
brought up all of this healing. But she said something
that I really liked. I said, do you believe in
past lives? Because I do? And I did I had before.
It was something that because I had had a lot
of experience since I was about, I don't know, sixteen
years old, with people doing past life aggressions on me,
(30:37):
in past life information coming through very viscerally and specifically
and relating and making very familiar sense. But I said,
I do. Do you? I said, what is your take
on this? Like do you think I'm just crazy? And
she said, well, I don't think it matters what you believe.
I think it is either real and true and it
(30:57):
was a past life, or she says, this is how
your subconscious mind is telling a story based on the
intensity of what you were trying to work through and process.
And I loved that answer. I loved that she was
basically saying, maybe it is a past life full on,
(31:20):
I don't know what I believe, or maybe this is
the depth. And she was coming from a psychological perspective
as a psychotherapist and saying, maybe this is the way
that your unconscious is interpreting the depths and intensity of
what you were feeling and shedding. So with past life stuff,
(31:40):
whatever your beliefs are, go with it, but know whether
it is literally a past life or it is your
unconscious writing a story that helps you process, understand, shed
and heal. There's a lot of that going on right now,
and I'm fine as we suit up and show up
(32:04):
to dig deeper spiritually and really get consistent in our
spiritual practices, which to me is like a non negotiable
It's lifestyle for me pretty much, and I enjoy the
heck out of it. I mean, sometimes it's freaking exhausting,
like this this, like these last retrogrades mercury and Venus retrograde,
(32:24):
I mean, shoot, and Mars retrograde before that, and Mars
is about to enter Leo. I am so game. I
can already feel the flushes of energy. But like that
did a lot of heavy intense reprocessing, and I have
felt it, and I know you all have out there,
because you've reached out to me and told me, oh
my gosh, you know, like this has done a number
(32:45):
on me in these ways. But I'm here for it
and I'm peeling back the layers and working through it.
And here's how it's showing up through this and through
this portal. And I'm going to keep using that word. Is.
I feel like we're breaking some time loops. We are
jumping timelines, We're breaking time loops, and time loops you
can look at is breaking old patterns, patterns of behavior,
(33:07):
emotional patterns, coping mechanisms. You can look at it as
there are literal time loops. And I know a lot
of quantum physicists and people who study reality and academics
that look at time loops, time loops with dream work,
time loops with precognition, time loops that they believe are happening,
and then we can talk about parallel realities. I'm not
(33:30):
meaning to lose you all here, but what I am
saying is in talking about our consciousness shifts, moving more
from a three D existence into higher states of consciousness,
becoming more aware of fourth dimensional energy, and into fifth dimensional,
sixth dimensional, and even beyond that all of the higher
levels of energy. And if you need to go back
(33:51):
and you need a reference place on this, I have
a podcast on five D consciousness and energy and a
great blog that goes with it, just outlining some things
that can give you some practices and awareness in shifting consciousness.
But it is happening rapidly, and as we are shifting
(34:12):
into the next few months, so April, May and June
specifically into the summer, through spring and into summer, and
it feels like and I see, it's almost like there
is just we are time jumping, we're quantum jumping realities.
So what I want you to do is become a
(34:35):
freakin detective. I want you to keep your eyes open
for things that might have been one way and they're
different the next. And instead of thinking I'm just making
this stuff up, I want you to just get into
your fantasy world of no, I'm not crazy. The world
is magic, and it can be something as simple as
(34:55):
you put your iPhone one place and it's somewhere else,
and yes, you could have misplaced it and put its
so somewhere else. But notice things that are changed or shifted.
See what you see in your reality, and it can
be a light that wasn't you know, on a street before,
or a stop sign and you didn't even notice any
road construction or anybody putting up that light. Look for
(35:19):
things in your tangible reality that are not the way
they were the day before and that you have seen
over and over and over again and again. I'm not saying,
you know, look for a change where there's been construction
on this street, and you can point to the data
that shows you that something physically has happened, and you've
been watching the change or the construction. But look for things.
(35:41):
So you know how we look and see and recognize synchronicities,
and the more we look for them, the more we
see them, and the more they repeat. Look for the
timeline shift stuff and the timeline jumping. Because as you
continue to grow and shed deepening your awareness, your spiritual
press practices and expanding your consciousness. Reality is shifting at
(36:07):
rapid rates, and so between now and mid juneish I
feel like, because I am experiencing it on the daily
in a multitude of ways, I feel like we're just
quantum jumping and jumping through different timelines, and that, to
me is also contributing to the disorientation that we've been feeling. Yes,
(36:30):
I can point to all the things going on geopolitically
with the earth, you know, just the economy, the instability. Yes,
all of that is absolutely happening. But I actually think
that micro cosm is responding also to all of these
rapid shift. Things are becoming more immediate, emergent, drastic, just
(36:53):
like looking at three D reality versus five D reality,
where you're noticing, gosh, I don't want to do that anymore,
or I'm not really interested in hanging out with these
people anymore. I like them, I appreciate them, but it's
just not my priority today. I'd rather be doing this.
This is more valuable or enriching for me. So friendships,
(37:13):
changing anything changing in your reality, processing and shedding with compassion, love, accountability,
So not ghosting people or you know, adding to your
karma or your bad behavior or your quote unquote work
to do and spiritual growth. That's that's always my thing.
I have a friend who used to say, gosh, I
really behave badly today, But I didn't do anything where
(37:36):
I'm going to have to make amends. It was just
in my mind, you know. And I'm like, ah, yeah,
that's a little trick, you know, a little trick. I
didn't get so aggravated that I said something I'm going
to have to apologize for or recan't or you know,
show face on. But I really thought it in my mind.
And we're human. We do that stuff. But see what
(37:57):
you're shedding and see if that matches, like your quantum
leaps your consciousness shifts, your personal and spiritual growth and evolution.
See if you see things in your reality that weren't
there before or have changed, and take notes, because we
will forget. That's the other thing is we will forget,
(38:19):
and I do. If I don't write it down, I
will forget and it may come back to my conscious
awareness at a later date. But I tell you what
it's like. Short term memory seems to be elusive these days. Time,
as we all know, is bizarre. I can't believe it
is April of twenty twenty five, right like January felt
like forever, and now time is just speeding up. And
(38:43):
that's one of the things I talked about at the
beginning of the year is this is a year where
time's gonna freaking rock and roll and be elusive and
disorienting and confusing. And I know, for me, I have
to look back on the calendar to see what I
was doing at a specific time to kind of jump
me into where I was what was happening, because I
can't always say, oh, that was a couple of weeks ago,
(39:04):
because it might have been three months ago or even
longer than that. Another thing someone brought up that I
thought with the Death Portal podcast and interesting what it
brought up for them was she was saying that she
was able to look like what's going on in her
life now and with death and loss and grief, and
(39:27):
then she looked back to, you know, a handful of
years ago where she was in the same she was
looking at the numerology of the years and she was saying, oh,
my gosh, I was in the same numerology and the
same experience is happening with different players and circumstances. But
it's like I'm shedding and grieving the same thing. It's repeating.
(39:48):
So that's like the patterns the time loops. Another friend
was talking about the other day. I was on the
phone with her, and quite literally that morning, I had
been journaling about twenty sixteen, because twenty sixteen was the
last time we were in a nine universal year, and
some of the rights of passages that I walked through
in twenty sixteen, and I had been thinking about it
(40:09):
and looking at what I'm particularly walking through now and
just taking notes and making comparisons and looking at my
growth and looking at my you know, scrape in my
knees and where I didn't quite get it right, or
stuff that's still you know, clinging on to me, beliefs
and behaviors, fears, all that junk, you know, all that
stuff that really is so valuable. And I was on
(40:29):
the phone with her that afternoon and she said, Oh,
my gosh, I have to tell you the Samanna. I
was thinking about it, and she was talking about the
death portal. She said, in twenty sixteen x XYZ happened
with these friends and this group, and she says, that's
what I've been going through this year, same, same, different
and it was much more intense for her. It related
(40:50):
to family and personal loss and trauma and a lot
in twenty sixteen, and now it is repeating on a
social level and with groups, but the same story a
little bit removed, less intense, with more growth and personal awareness.
But she's like, I'm feeling and experiencing the same story
(41:11):
in a different way. So I'm like, and that's what like,
that's the data. That's where you get the material to
recognize the patterns, the time loops, the things that we
are jumping clearing. That's where you can also do your
personal investigation. So I encourage you go back to twenty
sixteen right now. This is a good time to reflect
(41:33):
and review twenty sixteen and what was going on for
you January, March, April, May, June, Like, what was happening?
What were you walking through? Does any of it connect
with correlate with sync up with what's going on now,
what's different now? Or if it doesn't track for you,
so what something else? You know, you may have a
different way of interpreting it. But I'm just doing that
(41:53):
to give you some tangible homework. But be the investigator
right now, be the investigator of your reality of time,
and look for nuances, look for changes, just like you
do synchronicities. I want you to look for something that's
not quite the same as it was, you know, for
(42:13):
ten days in a row, and all of a sudden
it's drastically different and there's no you know, significant reason
that it should be, or it's pretty remarkable, or it
is whoa, that's really weird, that's really curious. And so
instead of saying just forgetting about it, write it down
or tell me about it, I want to hear about it.
We're in really fascinating times. Energy is speeding up, ideas
(42:37):
are flourishing, the astrology is super intense, even though we
are in some breakthrough energy and we are and I'm
thrilled about it. But we've got some interesting astrology that's
like push pull energy helping us to grow, like it's
helping us to move forward more discerningly and wisely, with
(43:01):
a quality oriented point of attraction that feels empowered and
bold and true, truer than maybe we've ever felt or been.
And I hope that resonates with you and you're experiencing
that wherever you are along your journey and whatever you've
got on your plate. So definitely send me some feedback
(43:22):
if you've got, you know, if ideas or thoughts or
anything around this, And if you know somebody who would
enjoy this podcast, absolutely, you know, make sure you're subscribed
rate my podcast. I would really appreciate that share it.
I appreciate all of the grassroots efforts of you, my audience.
And I want to say something really vulnerable and personal.
(43:44):
The other day, I was driving, I was having one
of those moments, like total self doubt and all the
stuff that comes up like, loh, I'm not where I'm
supposed to be. I'm not good enough, you know, stuff
that comes up like it just does, and I'm pretty
aware of it when it does. And I was like,
do I make a difference, you know, I mean really poor,
pitiful me and self doubt combined, you know, the whole thing,
(44:04):
and I remember it, Oh my gosh. You know, like,
my intention is always about quality. It's about right place,
right time. It's about enrichment, finding enriching connections that are
on a soul level, that are meant to be where
where it feels so divinely aligned for everyone, and I
(44:27):
was like, that's how I feel with my podcast and
with all of you and this audience. I feel like
I have gotten to connect with people in my soul
tribe and it is. It is utterly delightful, and I
want to thank you all for that, and thank you
