Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League draait om Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Harley Quinn en King Shark. Dat is het viertal antihelden waarmee je kunt spelen, al komen hun unieke vaardigheden eigenlijk niet goed uit de verf. Mede daardoor verwordt deze game al vrij gauw tot een wat generieke lootershooter, die alleen voor échte fans van DC Comics echt de moeite waard is.
